Hotel very good modern and clean. Our room 701 was a premium room. Was perfect for best friends on holiday. Staff was very welcoming and panagiotis was amazing always happy and smiling. He took out bags to the rooms. Very happy with the service

Its a nice hotel but has a lot of british young people Partying loudly at night. good service, good pools and nice rooms. They have good security so its not noisy all the night they go around and stop parties after 01 am. Don't go here with kids. The cleaners do a fantastic job and are always smiling, 5 stars to them! Also 5 stars to security guards and lobbyists, they did a very nice job at making us comfortable and taking our complaints very seriously😊

Had an amazing time here for 7 days. Staff are on point with everything and very friendly, delivering food and drinks to you on poolside. The restaurant is always very nice and has table for all sizes of groups. Food is very good and very much worth the money if doing any board. (Actually we’re only room however choose to eat here most days). Rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels and sheets they also have a doorbell feature to avoid loud knocks. Big shout out to the hotel manager George. Any trips we wanted to go on (boats, waterparks, going to the town) he had it sorted within minutes with a private hotel taxi to everything. He also was always right about times and days to do things, and gave good restaurants suggestions.

They make you pay a 25€ tax at the reception for pollution or something like that. Nice hotel for the price, clean rooms. But unfortunately the cleaning service was not that good. I usually leave early in the morning and come back late at night, when i press the "clean the room" button before leaving, i noticed that the towels were the same (not changed or badly washed). Otherwise the hotel is ok. Good atmosphere, some people can be noisy at night (lots of drunk young people unfortunately).

Cleaners will just blatantly steal money out of your suitcase while cleaning and then the receptionist will blame you for not locking your door. My friend got her Dyson air wrap with the all the attachments stolen after asking us if it was our last night and they acted clueless. Avoid avoid avoid

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, avoid it at all costs! Filth and dirt everywhere, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, paint peeling off the walls. The bathroom was disgusting, there wasn’t even a shower curtain. The water was SALTY. The bed linen was stained! A 40-minute walk to the beach. The pool and sunbeds are in full view right next to a very busy street. You had to beg for the air conditioning remote control as well as for the Wi-Fi password. The owner was rude and pretentious

It was an horrible place to stay ! Outdated furniture no air-conditioning I've stayed 5 days and they never cleaned my room and the bed was single when I was there with my wife when requested they suggested to join them.... what a shame ! The breakfast was mediocre and the all inclusive was a joke was all limited. Prepare yourself for some lidl cola and fanta. The coffee machine water was desalination water and made terrible. The dinner it's more like military food. The staff was very polite and apologetic. The lady on the reception only understand what she wants... Even been a cheap place should have some RESPECT and CLEANLINESS. NOT GOING BACK FOR SURE !

This could be a better, ideal place for tourists and other travellers who would want to experience the tranquility of Zakynthos. It's a lay back, calm and peaceful place to be. The overall entertainment is superb.

Zante Plaza Hotel and Apartments is a three-star traditional Greek-style hotel offering an all-inclusive service. Our stay was in October at the end of the season, therefore the local strip of Laganas was most shut up for the winter. The hotel is small but friendly; the reception area is used for dinner service, entertainment, and general seating. It felt very busy, and sometimes it was difficult to find a table. The hotel does have a separate snack bar area which served snacks during the day and a dinner service during the evening. Overall, the food selection and quality were good, offering theme nights and a buffet-style general service. The bar and dinner staff work hard to clear tables and are generally friendly and polite. Our twin room was clean but somewhat tired; the rooms are in need of maintenance, but for a three-star Greek hotel, it was expected to be fair. If you want AC and the use of a safe, then you have to pay extra. Be warned, this hotel has plenty of steps and would be restrictive for guests with severe mobility issues. Finally, the hotel has two pool areas, both clean with plenty of sunbeds. The snack bar is local to the largest pool, therefore drinks and snacks are easily accessible throughout the day. In summary, this is a pleasant hotel offering value for money. I am not sure I would return to Laganas, but this was an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic service from the staff, they all worked so hard and were very helpful and polite. Rooms could have been a little bit better as I slipped a little a couple of times on the floor after a shower, a floor squeegee would have been nice. There was a kettle but no tea or coffee etc but plenty of access to refreshments in the main area. Two flights of stairs bit much for heavy suitcases and anyone with mobility issues. Plus knackering each time for some of us heavier brits lol. Nice location, does need a little bit of an update and freshening up although it was end if season when we visited. Building ls looking a little tired and one of the pools looked a little bit mucky, but the other pool was great. Can't fault the staff, or the food which was delicious, had a fabulous time, loved it. Great experience. 👍

Fantastic stay from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We even cheekily asked for an upgrade to a room that opened onto the pool — expecting to pay — and to our surprise, they gave it to us for free! The food and drinks were great, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the location was spot on. Only downside was the flies, wasps, and mosquitoes — nothing the hotel can really control, but still part of the experience. Overall, a brilliant stay that made our time in Zakynthos even better. Would happily come back!

We have just returned from a weeks holiday during half term..on arrival we wondered if we were in the correct hotel as the dining room seemed to be attached to the reception area, there are many steps up to your bedrooms so not ideal for people with mobility problems. There is no lift and our family had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs ( a porter did help on arrival )..what shocked us was the height of the bed in the rooms. I have never seen beds so high . I am only 4 ft 9 and the bed was 2 and half foot high .and the wardrobe was 5 feet tall to reach any clothing rails .I had to get a chair from the balcony to hang my clothes up ,, .there was a bad odour in the bathroom coming from the drain in the floor and every night we had a bath the water leaked all over the floor which we reported and we mopped it up with towels. As it was coming to end of season there was nothing to do in the evening. There was karaoke one night and bingo .we ended up playing card games , as we left on 31st Friday the hotels were closing down on the Saturday, there were also hundreds of wasps and flies ..we had to buy a can of fly wasp killer from local shop to spray while we were sunbathing , on the plus side the staff were friendly and we had lovely weather

Hotel is above the normal 3=4 star tourist hotel. Rooms are spacious, cleaned every day ,bedding changed daily, staff are excellent and friendly at all times , food for an all inclusive is above the usual standard, drinks are what you expect at an all inclusive hotel= not the worse but certainly not the best but the bar staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Located within 4min walk to either the Laganas strip or the beach . The reception desk is staffed by extremely knowledgeable and very helpful friendly people. Would definitely recommend this place and if budget is one of your priorities = definitely consider booking here.

This is a lovely hotel . Food is ok and caters for everyone,u get what u pay for. Had a few issues with our room,once reported was fixed straight away.i think the air con abit of a rip off. Hotel great location we as a group loved our hoilday and would book again.

After arriving at reception, being asked to pay another 70 euros for the week we went to our room which overlooked the pool. The room is basic which is what we expected, however the bathroom was dirty and smelt of human waste. The bath looked as if someone had been disolved in it, so we used the luke warm shower for the week instead. The poolside is great, bar serves watered down but drinkable drinks and the snacks are budget but edible... however, apart from some decent salad, the food in the resurtant isappauling, tastless and processed... we ate out from day 2 which frankly we did not budget for! The night security gaurd is rude and agressive, which has been the source of much comedy for my friend and i but all in all his attittude is unessicary.. so you must not laugh for longer than a few minutes after midnight..!!! We will.not be returning !

To make this review as short as possible, I'm going to use number points. 1. Waited around 35 - 45 mins to get booked in as they could not find our names despite us booking online. We also had to pay £65 tax for the room without prior notice (€10 per room per night). 2. Rooms are absolutely atrocious!!! Flies stuck to the bathroom wall, ant infestation, mosquitos everywhere, dirt, grime and conwebs all over the walls, stains on the sheets and rancid a smell. Even when in the corridor sometimes there's a strong smell of sewage. Further, the shower is not secure and our neighbour was electrocuted using a faulty iron that this hotel provided. 3. Stray cats and dogs walk in and out of the hotel and kitchen as they please. 4. Ceaners don't change the sheets or towels unless you go to reception and ask. They don't wipe down surfaces. Twice now they have emptied the bin and not replaced the bin bag. Today was the last straw (29/09/25). Our room is on the ground floor. Whilst we were out, the cleaner "cleaned" our room and left the balcony door wide open, so anyone could've come in and robbed us or anything could have ran in. 5. Chilling by the pool and saw a huge rat in the bushes. I managed to take a picture of it. 6. Certain times of the day, the water is super salty (not really the hotels fault) and other times it's fine. Hot water is constantly on and off it's infuriating. 7. Food is not the best. Cups and glasses always seem to be dirty or have lipstick stains on them. There are also never enough - people were always waiting for cups. 8. Don't bother going all inclusive. Couldn't taste any alcohol in their cocktails. Their "coke" was a cheap supermarket brand that had gone flat, and their juice is basically squash and sparkling water. 9. Major leaks causing puddles on the floor. They put out buckets to collect it but realistically, the whole hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt!

I recently stayed at this hotel and would like to share an honest review to help future guests set the right expectations. The hotel itself is quite old, and this is evident in the condition of the rooms and furniture, which are very outdated and in need of renovation. Due to the high noise levels, I would not recommend this hotel for families or those seeking a peaceful environment. It may be more suitable for teenagers or groups of young travelers. In my opinion, the hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star property. However, there are some positive aspects worth mentioning. The food was plentiful and varied, cleanliness was outstanding — truly a 10/10 — and the staff were generally very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Ymeri from the kitchen and several other hardworking staff members from Albania, who were always kind and professional. Unfortunately, one staff member stood out negatively: Niko, who worked at the outdoor bar, was rude, arrogant, and lacked basic courtesy. Overall, while there were positive moments during my stay, I believe the hotel would benefit greatly from renovation and improved staff training in certain areas.

FILTHY, UNHYGIENIC & ZERO GUEST CARE – WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! This is the dirtiest and most neglectful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We’ve been here for 3 days and the bathroom has NOT been cleaned once. The floors are dirty, the bathtub is stained and full of grime, and there are hairs from previous guests (see photos). Since day one, no shower gel or toiletries were provided — nothing. I went to reception to ask for cleaning products so I could clean the bathroom myself. They refused and promised a cleaner would come while I was at dinner. When I returned, the bathroom was still filthy, the room was untouched, and the only thing they did was throw clean towels on the bed. This is not just bad service — it’s a health risk.No guest should have to endure such unhygienic conditions, especially in a hotel that claims to be reputable and charges premium rates. The fact that management ignored my complaint shows complete disrespect and lack of care for guests. If you value cleanliness, hygiene, and even the most basic standards — DO NOT STAY HERE.There are many other hotels where your comfort, health, and money will actually be respected.

Only one word can describe this particular accommodation and its staff: INAPPROPRIATE! Since our arrival, we have been faced with chaos. Absolutely no organization, non-existent cleanliness and room service. We had to ask several times for our room to be cleaned (room cleaning was referred to the property's amenities), basics like toilet paper, clean towels and sheets were missing! In general, no rules of hygiene are followed, as well as the rudimentary common quiet time. The staff of the accommodation were completely indifferent to the complaints and needs of their customers. In fact, on our last day, after we contacted the reception about our complaints, they answered us in a very ironic and aggressive way, completely ignoring the responsibilities and obligations that one has when taking on the responsibility of managing an accommodation! Unfortunately, the photos are more than deceiving. There were plastic drink cups and beer bottles floating around and in the pool, which no one in charge bothered to pick up. Please, think very carefully before wasting your money on this "hotel". Better to spend a little more money for another decent hotel that will meet your basic needs. Disappointing experience and unfriendly towards any category of people and pets.

Ended up booking this hotel last minute as we had an issue with our original booking and were currently ‘homeless’ in a different country for 6 nights with no where to stay so for the price this was the only option we had, as we arrived the staff were aware of our issues and were very warm and welcoming, they offered us a drink on arrival and were very lovely to us. We had to change rooms at one point as from booking such last minute they didn’t have the same room free for the whole 6 nights but they still managed to give us other options such as moving rooms rather than just cancelling the booking. Staff members such as the owner and the cleaner helped us carry our suitcases from room to room which was very helpful of them. The Rooms are very modern and are a nice size the one and only down fall is the air conditioning. The menu has a very wide variety of drinks and food so there is plenty to chose from.

From start to finish we had a lovely time. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They did their very best to ensure our stay was the best it could be- they went above and beyond to make all feel welcome. All staff followed policies to ensure that every guest regardless of age got a great holiday. The rooms were clean and comfortable with the added benefit of air conditioning at no extra cost!! The location is idea as it’s near enough to the main bars but not on top. The kids loved the pool and the slide. Thank you Steve, Julie, Carlo and team.

Too loud music all day until midnight for no obvious reason. Guests of low quality with complete lack of respect to hotel rules and other guests that keep making noise after midnight with the tolerance of the hotel management. Poor cleanliness. Doors without handles. Showers without doors windows that do not close. NOT FOR FAMILIES

Absolutely not for a family with young children and parents over 40 years old. Laganas area might be ok for teenagers wanting to have fun but was not ok for our family. The "Loose all your money in case you cancel" is also something that it binds you to a bad selection but also something you agree on the moment you make your booking. Even though i prefered that; the moment i saw the look on my wife's face when we arrived and guided to our room.

Wow what a incredible place. The reviews from some people on this hotel are so harsh. We honestly had the best stay. The room on level 3 no 307 modern and clean Everyday the cleaners came in when we wanted it to be done by the door sign. The staff make this place 5 star ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ The receptionists ladies are incredibly friendly and would do anything to help they have a great sense of humour. Big shout out to georgie we laughed and had a great banter conversations always smiling and greeting us with her bright personality she will go that extra to help. Kitchen staff for breakfast they work so hard and will do all they can to make things go smoothly amazing ladies. Breakfast was lovely enjoyed the 8am morning's for it to beat the other guests. Bar staff lovely blokes and good food at the bar. Area is lovely quiet away from the busy areas and only a 5 min walk to all the bars and restaurants. Area was just right for us. Honestly you won't be disappointed at this hotel for it's service, lovely staff, clean pool and clean rooms ❤️ Been a nearly 2 weeks since was there and now got the holiday missing blues of Hotel petros 👌
