Its a nice hotel but has a lot of british young people Partying loudly at night. good service, good pools and nice rooms. They have good security so its not noisy all the night they go around and stop parties after 01 am. Don't go here with kids. The cleaners do a fantastic job and are always smiling, 5 stars to them! Also 5 stars to security guards and lobbyists, they did a very nice job at making us comfortable and taking our complaints very seriously😊

Very clean and comfortable. Shower went hot and cold constantly no matter the time of day but that was the only issue we had. Over all lovely rooms, lovely hotel and lovely staff. 15 min walk from the main strip and very close to lots of restaurants and bars. Beautiful place to stay. Very much a young persons hotel

They make you pay a 25€ tax at the reception for pollution or something like that. Nice hotel for the price, clean rooms. But unfortunately the cleaning service was not that good. I usually leave early in the morning and come back late at night, when i press the "clean the room" button before leaving, i noticed that the towels were the same (not changed or badly washed). Otherwise the hotel is ok. Good atmosphere, some people can be noisy at night (lots of drunk young people unfortunately).

Had an amazing time here for 7 days. Staff are on point with everything and very friendly, delivering food and drinks to you on poolside. The restaurant is always very nice and has table for all sizes of groups. Food is very good and very much worth the money if doing any board. (Actually we’re only room however choose to eat here most days). Rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels and sheets they also have a doorbell feature to avoid loud knocks. Big shout out to the hotel manager George. Any trips we wanted to go on (boats, waterparks, going to the town) he had it sorted within minutes with a private hotel taxi to everything. He also was always right about times and days to do things, and gave good restaurants suggestions.

Stayed in the Canadian Hotel for 5 nights. We stayed in the newly refurbished rooms (pay for the upgrade you won’t regret it) and they were stunning, more like a 4 star room! The only downside was the having to pay for air con and WiFi. The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and happy to help. I would 100% recommend the hotel to anyone. It’s a 10/15 minute walk to the strip so quiet enough for sleeping but close enough to walk. The food in the restaurant was amazing ! We went bed and breakfast which is also something I would recommend. The €5 gyros is unbelievable.

It was an horrible place to stay ! Outdated furniture no air-conditioning I've stayed 5 days and they never cleaned my room and the bed was single when I was there with my wife when requested they suggested to join them.... what a shame ! The breakfast was mediocre and the all inclusive was a joke was all limited. Prepare yourself for some lidl cola and fanta. The coffee machine water was desalination water and made terrible. The dinner it's more like military food. The staff was very polite and apologetic. The lady on the reception only understand what she wants... Even been a cheap place should have some RESPECT and CLEANLINESS. NOT GOING BACK FOR SURE !

Got a booking last minute and the owners were very accommodating! Rooms are very simple but it’s good for sleeping while the whole day you are at the beach or at their awesome pool. It’s a bit loud with music from the pool during the day and some partying youngsters at night, but if you don’t mind that and even want to make friends with other travelers it’s great! 30 min walk from beach, 15 min from Laganas strip.

to stay after making a booking you have to pay an extra fee to stay there. The only good thing about the hotel was the pool. The room was mediocre the mattress were solid although it was clean. The bathroom was full of mosquitos and was no shower curtain which meant it would get flooded and have to pay extra for aircon in the mornings around 9 they would play music on the speakers outside of the same repetitive playlist everyday which is worse if u we’re sleeping right by them.

Was apprehensive seeing the bad reviews before coming here, but everything went well. The pool is nice and the rooms are better than expected. Staff are reasonably friendly and this is a great location for a group holiday on a budget

I booked this hotel on a whim during from 20th to the 30th September 2024. I went with my son and with it only being a 3 star i did not expect too much. The rooms were basic but comfortable but the stay was one of the best I have ever had. My son only had a couple of months left to live the lady behind the counter put us in rooms next to each other and even though the wireless was only meant to last one week they let it run without charge for the whole 10 nights. Pedro was so nice and had a wonderful sense of humour he lightened a hard time for us. We got to know the other people staying there grouping up at meal times and around the pool. One evening my son had run out of his anti clotting medication which caused him much pain I ran around in a panic when the manager realised he helped me procure more for him. Sadly my son passed 9 weeks later and I wanted to take my youngest son there to walk in his brother's steps but I can't at the moment as it is too sad but as soon as I can I intend to return to this hotel. I wish to say thank you to all the staff for there pleasant and friendly manner. If you are not expecting 5 star service for a 3 star price I highly recommend giving this hotel a try. Once again thank you.

When I first booked this vacation (with agency) and saw the reviews about the hotel, I was terrified due to all the negative reviews and to be honest I was anxious how all of this would go but when I went and saw it, it was quite opposite. The service was ON POINT, very friendly and helpful. Especially the albanian staff very polite🤗 The food was EXCELLENT, delicious and a lot of variety for my taste. Location is also good cause you have a beach near the hotel. About the safety part it was Perfect, we didn't experience nothing unpleasant. They respected the quiet hours and also the bodyguard did a great job to maintain the peace when someone was too drunk and didn't respect this hours. The reason i gave 4 star is cause in my opinion they should improve the rooms and the cleaning part. The rooms should be renovated. About the cleaning, the lady came everyday but she changed only the towels, not the sheets. If you needed to get the sheets changed , you had to go to the reception to ask for it. Only this 2 improvements are needed based in my experience. For the price that we paid for an all inclusive, I would say that it was pretty good. Overall I have totally enjoyed the stay in this hotel and made great memories🤗 Thank you😀

To make this review as short as possible, I'm going to use number points. 1. Waited around 35 - 45 mins to get booked in as they could not find our names despite us booking online. We also had to pay £65 tax for the room without prior notice (€10 per room per night). 2. Rooms are absolutely atrocious!!! Flies stuck to the bathroom wall, ant infestation, mosquitos everywhere, dirt, grime and conwebs all over the walls, stains on the sheets and rancid a smell. Even when in the corridor sometimes there's a strong smell of sewage. Further, the shower is not secure and our neighbour was electrocuted using a faulty iron that this hotel provided. 3. Stray cats and dogs walk in and out of the hotel and kitchen as they please. 4. Ceaners don't change the sheets or towels unless you go to reception and ask. They don't wipe down surfaces. Twice now they have emptied the bin and not replaced the bin bag. Today was the last straw (29/09/25). Our room is on the ground floor. Whilst we were out, the cleaner "cleaned" our room and left the balcony door wide open, so anyone could've come in and robbed us or anything could have ran in. 5. Chilling by the pool and saw a huge rat in the bushes. I managed to take a picture of it. 6. Certain times of the day, the water is super salty (not really the hotels fault) and other times it's fine. Hot water is constantly on and off it's infuriating. 7. Food is not the best. Cups and glasses always seem to be dirty or have lipstick stains on them. There are also never enough - people were always waiting for cups. 8. Don't bother going all inclusive. Couldn't taste any alcohol in their cocktails. Their "coke" was a cheap supermarket brand that had gone flat, and their juice is basically squash and sparkling water. 9. Major leaks causing puddles on the floor. They put out buckets to collect it but realistically, the whole hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt!

I do appreciate the staff that work hard also during the full season easy to deal with them. We had all inclusive but only eat there few breakfast and one dinner as the prices around are not that expensive but food so far was good I’ve liked a lot the pasta. They should improve the rooms a bit but honestly it’s not worth staying all the time in any hotel as the island is absolutely amazing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and would like to share an honest review to help future guests set the right expectations. The hotel itself is quite old, and this is evident in the condition of the rooms and furniture, which are very outdated and in need of renovation. Due to the high noise levels, I would not recommend this hotel for families or those seeking a peaceful environment. It may be more suitable for teenagers or groups of young travelers. In my opinion, the hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star property. However, there are some positive aspects worth mentioning. The food was plentiful and varied, cleanliness was outstanding — truly a 10/10 — and the staff were generally very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Ymeri from the kitchen and several other hardworking staff members from Albania, who were always kind and professional. Unfortunately, one staff member stood out negatively: Niko, who worked at the outdoor bar, was rude, arrogant, and lacked basic courtesy. Overall, while there were positive moments during my stay, I believe the hotel would benefit greatly from renovation and improved staff training in certain areas.

What stood out most was how effortlessly she balances professionalism with genuine kindness — nothing ever feels like too much trouble for her. Faye is the kind of person who leaves a lasting positive impression, and she represents the company beautifully.

Hotel is above the normal 3=4 star tourist hotel. Rooms are spacious, cleaned every day ,bedding changed daily, staff are excellent and friendly at all times , food for an all inclusive is above the usual standard, drinks are what you expect at an all inclusive hotel= not the worse but certainly not the best but the bar staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Located within 4min walk to either the Laganas strip or the beach . The reception desk is staffed by extremely knowledgeable and very helpful friendly people. Would definitely recommend this place and if budget is one of your priorities = definitely consider booking here.

I've just come back from my holiday, it was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful, a special thanks to the boss, Mr Vasilis Coutsioumpas. He gave me a lovely recipe for cake, and the food was amazing, everything was fresh, loads of dill, salad, cake, lovely dinner. If you're a fussy eater, you've got lots of options. The hotel is near to the beach, when you're on the beach on the left side its all sand and crystal clear water. If you'd like to visit its an amazing place for family or adults, with a large swimming pool, 24hr restaurants, drinks, coffee, juice. And everthying is nice and amazing!! We had a lovely stay at Zante Plaza Hotel & Apartments. It’s a great value for money overall. The food was good, with a decent variety, and the cocktails were enjoyable too. Being on the all-inclusive package, we appreciated having drinks available from 11:00 to 23:00. The highlight for us was having access to three different hotel pools, which made it easy to find a nice spot to relax throughout the day. We also had access to food and drinks at two of the hotel’s locations, which added flexibility. The location is excellent — just a short 2-minute walk to the beach in Laganas, and there are plenty of bars and souvenir shops nearby if you’re in the mood to explore a bit. Nothing fancy, but everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

From start to finish, our experience at the Zante Plaza Hotel was absolutely incredible. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Especially Pano who spoke perfect English and made our stay perfect.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you’d expect from a great holiday hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and right in the heart of Laganas, close to all the best bars, restaurants, and shops. Despite being so central, the hotel felt safe and peaceful, especially around the pool area which was spotless and a great place to relax during the day. The food was very good, with plenty of variety and fresh options every day. We especially enjoyed the themed dinner nights and the drinks available at the all-inclusive bar. Special thanks to the entertainment team — they brought great energy and made our evenings so much fun. Whether you’re visiting with friends or family, Zante Plaza Hotel offers great value, a friendly vibe, and unforgettable memories. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Staff were good especially the bartenders. The food is decent there’s a theme every night and two locations: the restaurant and the snack bar. You can get drinks all day and closes at 11 which is perfect for pre drinks. There are two pools, both shallow however was warm and large to swim in. Location is perfect with minute walk to the beach and two minute walk to the strip. Our room was lovely with the balcony was next to the pool. There is a damage list so I would be careful. Although some of the guests have no respect and leave their rubbish everywhere including the pool, sunbeds, tables, etc the staff are so good at cleaning it up they make it look presentable and are hardworking. There are plenty of sunbeds for everyone to chill. When I went the boy ratio was massive compared to girls. There are security at night so you can’t sneak people in and they control noise levels aswell.

Wow what a incredible place. The reviews from some people on this hotel are so harsh. We honestly had the best stay. The room on level 3 no 307 modern and clean Everyday the cleaners came in when we wanted it to be done by the door sign. The staff make this place 5 star ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ The receptionists ladies are incredibly friendly and would do anything to help they have a great sense of humour. Big shout out to georgie we laughed and had a great banter conversations always smiling and greeting us with her bright personality she will go that extra to help. Kitchen staff for breakfast they work so hard and will do all they can to make things go smoothly amazing ladies. Breakfast was lovely enjoyed the 8am morning's for it to beat the other guests. Bar staff lovely blokes and good food at the bar. Area is lovely quiet away from the busy areas and only a 5 min walk to all the bars and restaurants. Area was just right for us. Honestly you won't be disappointed at this hotel for it's service, lovely staff, clean pool and clean rooms ❤️ Been a nearly 2 weeks since was there and now got the holiday missing blues of Hotel petros 👌

I’ve been home a week from petros hotel, it’s a very clean room clean towels and bedding every 2 days, the breakfast is quite good, the pool is lovely and a great size, the staff are brilliant reception staff can’t do enough for you, especially young petro who runs the pool bar through the day, the food at the pool bar is brilliant and great menu, on a night Irene runs the bar she is a sweetheart, I’d definitely go back , im positive you will definitely enjoy your time there 😃

Only one word can describe this particular accommodation and its staff: INAPPROPRIATE! Since our arrival, we have been faced with chaos. Absolutely no organization, non-existent cleanliness and room service. We had to ask several times for our room to be cleaned (room cleaning was referred to the property's amenities), basics like toilet paper, clean towels and sheets were missing! In general, no rules of hygiene are followed, as well as the rudimentary common quiet time. The staff of the accommodation were completely indifferent to the complaints and needs of their customers. In fact, on our last day, after we contacted the reception about our complaints, they answered us in a very ironic and aggressive way, completely ignoring the responsibilities and obligations that one has when taking on the responsibility of managing an accommodation! Unfortunately, the photos are more than deceiving. There were plastic drink cups and beer bottles floating around and in the pool, which no one in charge bothered to pick up. Please, think very carefully before wasting your money on this "hotel". Better to spend a little more money for another decent hotel that will meet your basic needs. Disappointing experience and unfriendly towards any category of people and pets.

Ended up booking this hotel last minute as we had an issue with our original booking and were currently ‘homeless’ in a different country for 6 nights with no where to stay so for the price this was the only option we had, as we arrived the staff were aware of our issues and were very warm and welcoming, they offered us a drink on arrival and were very lovely to us. We had to change rooms at one point as from booking such last minute they didn’t have the same room free for the whole 6 nights but they still managed to give us other options such as moving rooms rather than just cancelling the booking. Staff members such as the owner and the cleaner helped us carry our suitcases from room to room which was very helpful of them. The Rooms are very modern and are a nice size the one and only down fall is the air conditioning. The menu has a very wide variety of drinks and food so there is plenty to chose from.

From start to finish we had a lovely time. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They did their very best to ensure our stay was the best it could be- they went above and beyond to make all feel welcome. All staff followed policies to ensure that every guest regardless of age got a great holiday. The rooms were clean and comfortable with the added benefit of air conditioning at no extra cost!! The location is idea as it’s near enough to the main bars but not on top. The kids loved the pool and the slide. Thank you Steve, Julie, Carlo and team.

Too loud music all day until midnight for no obvious reason. Guests of low quality with complete lack of respect to hotel rules and other guests that keep making noise after midnight with the tolerance of the hotel management. Poor cleanliness. Doors without handles. Showers without doors windows that do not close. NOT FOR FAMILIES
