It's truly an absolutely fantastic and serene place to stay! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food quality is top-notch, with a wide and diverse selection every day. The rooms and the numerous pools are impeccably clean. It's a wonderfully peaceful area with no nousy clubs nearby. We will definitely come back and enjoy this experience again!

A slightly late review; we stayed here at the start of August. Due to the summer fires the hotel was quiet but it slowly filled over the following 2 weeks. We had a lovely time. The rooms were spacious, well maintained and clean; hats off the the housekeeping team who did a great job. We ate in and out of the hotel - food was always good, but sometimes felt a bit repetitive. The restaurant team were great and thank you to the waitress who got it just right at breakfast every morning. The beach was clean, quiet, and relaxing and the beach bar team are very friendly and very good at keeping you topped up! We had a great time, so would like to say thank you and we hope to go back soon.

This is a fantastic hotel with amazing service from all the hotel staff. The food is excellent at all the al a carte restaurants which are included in the premium all inclusive package. Drinks are better than average and can be ordered via an app and delivered to your sunbed. The only downside is that it does attract lots of young families due to the large villas, we were unlucky with the room being next to a family with 3 very screemy young children which did impact our ability to relax in the room and use the outdoor space.

Was very happy with this hotel for a 5-night all inclusive stay in early October in 2023.
Staff were attentive and the hotel was well groomed and cleaned. Food was great as well was the drink selection.
Think my only complaint was the bathroom sink was incorrectly labelled for Hot and Cold!

It is more of a good 4* hotel. It is lacking personalised approach and something special or rememberable.
We stayed in the last week of them being open this season and you could feel it.
Staff- 4. Some very good and attentive. Some dismissive and arrogant. Lady in the morning was serving us with a terrible coffee. Only after 3rd day we realised we could have freshly made coffee not the one from a jar.
Great service at Zen, Mesogeos and Asterias restaurants.
Reception - average. We asked about a few things and raised some issue out but they were not that helpful.
Pool service ok but average. Seems like they were waiting for a season to end.
Service in a bar- lady with piercing very good and warm. That’s what you want at this rate hotel.
Food- 4 , very inconsistent. Best steak my husband ate. Some of the dishes were top class. Amazing Zen Japanese restaurant.
But some of the dishes in other restaurants not so good. Shrimps were a bit off and smelt funny, put me off. But beetroot soup, salmon and spaghetti very very nice.
There were A la carte restaurants for lunch and dinner but buffet for breakfasts.
Buffet was ok, I appreciated smoked salmon and cheese. But a chef serving omelettes wasn’t approachable.
Lady at the breakfast was asking guest for good reviews. Again this was a bit forced and probably a reason for such a good reviews on tripadvisor or google.

Rooms- 3 we stayed in a double room with a sea view. Not much of a sea view, not worth paying extra for. Rooms as mentioned by others dated and not spacious. Not our taste, bathroom average with a shower over a bath..
Pools-cold and dated. But we were off season.
We liked the beach. It is a pebble beach.
Beach service was so so. Again they were waiting for a season to end so didn’t care much. A lot of items unavailable.
No kids club, mini disco or entertainment during a day in last week of operating.
Average evening entertainment. Nothing special to mention.
Good shop, reasonable priced.
Never used SPA so can’t say.
Poor indoor swimming pool. That needs renovating. Tiles coming off, looks quite dirty.
No lifeguard in any of the swimming pools or beach. Bear that in mind.
Very, very clean hotel and rooms. Great house keeping.
Location was ok. About 40 mins- 1h to the airport. Close to nice town Lindos. The rest is attractions are about 30mins -1h away by a car.
Overall 4 star. We don’t get 5* reviews. We have been to a few 5* hotels and it is a good but it’s not an amazing hotel.
Looks like a lot of 5* reviews were over the top.
