We stayed at Mitsis Faliraki as a couple and had such a wonderful time. The hotel is right on the beach, beautifully clean, and has a really nice balance between fun and relaxation. There’s always something going on with the entertainment, but it never feels too much, just enough to create a great holiday atmosphere. The food was very good, with plenty of choice across the restaurants and buffets. Some of the themed nights had their own twist, but overall the quality and variety were excellent, and we always enjoyed our meals. What really made our stay special though was the staff. Everyone we met was warm and helpful, they were all so kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel looked after and you could feel how much they care about the guests. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for couples, families, or friends. This hotel really has something for everyone.

The hotel was an amazing experience! The staff were absolutely wonderful – every single one of them. Special thanks to Anna and Lela at the reception for their warm and welcoming service. The dining room and restaurants were excellent, with the Italian restaurant being a real highlight. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, with drinks provided in the minibar, including Coke Zero and espresso. The cocktails were great, and the water slides added so much fun to our stay. Highly recommended – we truly enjoyed every moment!

The Perfect Couple’s Getaway We spent our holiday at Mitsis Faliraki as a couple, and it truly felt like the perfect escape for two. The hotel’s beachfront location is stunning, with beautiful views and plenty of places to relax together. Everything was spotless and well cared for, which made it easy to just switch off and enjoy each other’s company. The food was lovely, with so many options to choose from that every meal felt like a little date. We especially enjoyed the evenings, sitting by the beach or at one of the restaurants, sharing good food and a glass of wine in such a romantic setting. The staff really made the experience even more special. Everyone was kind and attentive, and a few in particular went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Mitsis Faliraki is more than just a hotel, it’s the kind of place where you can make memories together. For couples looking for a mix of romance, relaxation, and a little fun, it’s absolutely perfect. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Mitsis Faliraki! Our sea view room offered breathtaking views and was spotlessly clean, just like the rest of the hotel. The all-inclusive service was truly impressive — with a wide variety of high-quality food, beverages, and sweets. The hotel features five restaurants, and we especially loved the Italian and Pan-Asian options. The staff was outstanding everywhere — from the bars and restaurants to the cleaning service. Everyone was warm, smiling, and attentive. We even received a thoughtful welcome gift in our room. The AC was new and very efficient, which made a big difference during the hot days. The sunbed area is spacious, with plenty of comfortable loungers, and the beach is clean, convenient, and just steps away. The Mediterranean Sea was simply fantastic — warm and crystal clear. The hotel’s location is also excellent — just a 2-minute walk to the main tourist streets, and the bus stop to Rhodes city is only 200 meters away. A few small areas for improvement: -The two separate beds in the room are not ideal for couples. -Pillows could be more comfortable. -The shower sometimes had spontaneous changes in temperature and water pressure. -Occasionally, the grilled food was a bit too salty for our taste. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Mitsis Faliraki for a relaxing and well-managed holiday!

Port Royal in Rhodes is the perfect destination for a premium, adults-only, all-inclusive getaway. Our room was incredibly spacious, with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities — everything you’d expect from a true 5-star experience. The service throughout the resort was consistently high-quality: professional, friendly, and always attentive. Both the food and drinks across all the restaurants and bars were of impressive quality — fresh ingredients, great variety, and well-presented dishes. We especially enjoyed the special experiences offered by the hotel, like the floating breakfast, beachfront lunch, and a romantic dinner by the pool — all beautifully organized and memorable. The private beach is clean, well-equipped, and ideal for relaxing. The main pool is stunning, with heated water and plenty of space to unwind. The overall vibe of the resort is peaceful and luxurious — perfect for couples looking to relax and recharge. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-end, stress-free holiday in Greece!

Beautiful hotel situated right near beach, adult only and pool areas were fantastic. We went up to the smaller pool where beds were always available, be careful if you are only b and b as the mini bar in room is not free. Rooms were spacious and lovely sea view, drinks and food on site I thought were on par with local bars etc until we had checked out and were waiting for our transfer to the airport and bought a bottle of water costing 5 euros, given the amount you spend staying at this 5 star hotel they would give you a bottle! Breakfast usual European style and could have American breakfast if you like that sort of thing, rooms were clean, but floors looked like they were mopped slopped so wear something on your feet at all times unless you want black feet, overall we enjoyed our 10 night stay and would give this hotel an 8 out of 10

We were on vacation in this hotel between July and August and we really had a great time! The staff is friendly and helpful and the service excellent. Daily and impeccable room cleaning, fast and efficient room service. We chose Bed & Breakfast to be flexible in schedules and have the opportunity to go on excursions and visit the island but in any case we tried the main restaurant and the Italian one, good service and helpful and kind waiters. Special thanks to the Italian girl at the Reception, friendly and available for any request (forgive me I don't remember your name). The room was really beautiful and the sea view was really stunning. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets over the sea. We also tried the SPA which is really beautiful and relaxing (you should sponsor it more to your guests), we also did a Deep Massage and Stone Massage, really perfect and fantastic! I would have liked to make another one! The only thing I feel like pointing out at the Reception: a guest remains so until he physically leaves the Hotel, so even after check-out the attention and the costumer service must be impeccable. Helping with the suitcases, greeting the guests and maybe worrying about the arrival of the taxi helping them.

This hotel is definitely 5 stars, even more if possible. The complex is immaculate and in such a beautiful setting, with gorgeous views and also plenty to do nearby. All the staff were first class, always so genuinely friendly, professional and thorough. They responded promptly and positively to a request I made in advance for an extra special treat for my daughter on arrival and they carried this out perfectly. I would highly recommend staying here.

A lovely hotel with good facilities including 2 stunning pools (the second one is nice and quiet) and views and a good beach side location with access to local bars and restaurants (perfectly fine to be bed and breakfast). I haven’t given 5 stars as the hotel was let down by a couple of issues. Firstly the hotel reception staff were consistently not particularly friendly or helpful (very blunt) and the insistence of us not being able to use the mini bar as a fridge. We asked for it to be emptied as we didn’t want want to use it (and be charged for it) and was told we couldn’t. Also the entertainment that we saw was good but it was tucked away in one bar and couldn’t be heard at times over the noise from the pool. Also there was no iron in the room and was told we had to pay to send our clothes off to be ironed. It was easy to get sun loungers in the main albeit everyone did get up early to reserve the best spots. Which wasn’t ideal. There were a few local cats around though who were friendly and good company Overall a good hotel just needs some minor improvements.

If a hotel is only as good as its staff then this one is fabulous! The entertainment that we saw a couple of times was outstanding, some singers from South Africa. We only booked one meal in the grill but my vegan burger and starter was delicious! They cater for gluten free too. The only thing I would say is the coke and lemonade on tap were a little flat and a designated toaster in the gluten free area would be a nice addition. Thank you for the room upgrade too it was great

A Wonderful Stay at Eden Roc Hotel, Rhodes We had a fantastic time at Eden Roc Hotel and would happily return! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a glass of fizz – a lovely touch. Our original room wasn’t quite right, but the reception team were helpful and moved us to a much more suitable one a few days in. No stress – we were just happy to be there. The food was outstanding – fresh, flavourful, and varied every day. A special mention to the omelette/egg station – I don’t like my eggs sunny side up, and the lovely egg chef was more than happy to cook them on both sides for me every single morning. Always smiling, and such a great way to start the day. Drinks were just as impressive – Christina at the main bar was amazing, always keeping the drinks flowing with a big smile. Such a lovely girl and a real credit to the team. The hotel itself is spotless, with a luxurious scent in the lobby that makes a lasting impression. The beach restaurant staff were so friendly and accommodating, even in the 33-degree heat – always cheerful and helpful. The animation team truly made our stay even more special. Ingmar, in particular, was an absolute star – so full of life, energy, and warmth. He’s not just entertaining; he’s a genuinely lovely person who made everyone feel welcome. Kiki and Sebastiano also brought great vibes, and their signature “woooows” are still stuck in my head! There are three great pools to enjoy, and the sea is literally a few steps behind the hotel – perfect for a morning swim. The hotel is also very family-friendly, with something for all ages. But for me, the highlights were the amazing food, the cocktails, the people – and the stunning sunrise views

Just back from two weeks at Eden Roc. Nice hotel, some great restaurants (Peruvian, Mediterranean) and the staff are so lovely. Sadly, there is a poor football pitch which left three teenage boys very disappointed. It is watered in the evenings which makes it a complete mess to play on. The grill and Italian restaurants are average. The cocktails are very sweet everywhere due to sugar and fruit syrups being used instead of fresh fruits. The carpet on the main stairs is cheap and wearing thin-not a good look for a 5 star hotel. The main pool is salt water which again disappointed our teenagers. Our best days were in Lindos, Rhodes and a boat trip. Great holiday but sadly wouldn’t return.

Beautiful location, amazing staff who are very friendly and helpful, cleaning staff are amazing because the place is spotless, give them a raise! Only slight gripe is you need more bar and restaurant staff because the queue and waiting times can be long during peak hours. Up to 20 minutes to get served at the bar most evenings.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I felt well taken care of right from the start. The room was beautiful with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail from the fresh linens to the complimentary toiletries. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. I also enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant Asian, Greek, and Mexican food, excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return the next time I’m in the area. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

We have just got home from our holiday here. First holiday abroad with our kids (10,8,5). We have had an amazing time. All of the staff were very friendly and polite and always had a smile on their faces. Our room was a family room and we found this perfectly adequate with 5 of us in there. Lovely views over the sea. Beds comfortable and all nice and clean. Plenty of storage with safe provided and mini bar stocked I think every day. The food was delicious and to be honest careered for every taste. You couldn't think of what more they could have offered, the range was brilliant. The beach is literally on the edge of the resort with beach bar, toilets and loungers all on the beach. There was a bus stop directly outside the hotel which was very convenient for any sightseeing and the concierge kindly provided information on the timetable for this. Highly recommend this hotel, we were all sad to leave after an absolutely amazing week.

The food and staff were fantastic. We had such a wonderful stay and the location to the beach was brilliant. We were able to snorkel straight from the beach and see lots of fish. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return. The one thing that could have been improved was the bathroom. The hotel did try to rectify our problems with a leaking shower, but it really needs a complete refurbishment of the bath area.

Just back from a very hot and sunny week here in Rhodes. The positives for me are the great location overlooking the sea and the grounds of the hotel are kept beautifully. The room is a decent size and the balcony is lovely too. The bar staff and the lady making the amazing crepes were also friendly and happy to help. I found the other staff to be very hit and miss - some of them really looked like they didn’t want to be there at all, especially on reception. I do not know how the hotel secured its five star status - it’s more of a three star I think. Improvements are definitely needed: - the bathrooms are old and our shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it. It’s just a dated shower over a bath system - the main restaurant is very busy and the air conditioning units are no way enough to cover the size of the room so it was always uncomfortably hot. - I think for the amount of guests, a 3rd pool is needed. The sunbed/towel situation every morning was pretty annoying and the sunbeds themselves are old and whack you in the head whenever you sit on them! - trying to secure a late checkout was very frustrating and again the staff weren’t especially helpful I enjoyed my stay as I was with family but I would not return here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mitsis Rhodes! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. What truly made our experience unforgettable was how exceptionally kid-friendly the entire resort is. The kids were entertained with an amazing variety of activities—from the kids’ club and playgrounds to the pool areas and evening mini disco- a special thanks to Athena and all the wonderful performers for keeping our kids so engaged and entertained, they were enthusiastic, fun, and so great with children. The resort itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and well laid out. The rooms were spacious and perfect for a family. Dining options were fantastic, a special thanks to a wonderful chap Ali, at the omelette station, honestly the best omelettes I’ve had! Overall, Mitsis Rhodes is a perfect choice for families looking to relax and keep the kids happy. Highly recommend!

A very good holiday, food was of a good standard and very tasty white wine. Sun loungers are an issue during busy times, but you can get there early or spend the morning on the beach (plenty of loungers) and afternoon by the pool. The staff work really hard, feel grateful for them helping us having a nice holiday. Special shout out to Nicholas who kindly shuttled us to the beach when it was utterly blazing hot! I enjoyed my chats with him too.

A Perfect Stay at Mitsis Rodos Village! 🌞🌊 We had an amazing time at Mitsis Rodos Village and can’t wait to come back! The highlight for us was definitely the pools – there are several to choose from, each with a different vibe, whether you’re looking to relax in peace or enjoy some fun with the family. Everything was clean, spacious, and well maintained. When it comes to food, the options are fantastic. Our favorite restaurant was the Asian – everything we tried was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Definitely recommend making a reservation there early in your stay! We also loved grabbing pizza by the beach during the day – the perfect snack with a view and a great way to break up a lazy afternoon by the sea. And a special mention has to go to Manuela, who truly spoiled us with her warm hospitality and attention to detail. She made us feel like VIPs . Thank you for making our holiday so special! Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, good food, and fantastic service. We’ll be back!

We have just come back last week and had a fantastic family holiday. The village is on a large scale and there are multiple restaurants, bars and pools across the site. Rooms are cleaned to a great standard every day and there are lots of different areas to keep people busy. One area of improvement, that was discussed amongst many parents is the waiting time for food and drinks. All be it not drastic waiting times, however, if you are paying more for all inclusive you would expect the service levels to match this. The massive positive to this place, besides the wonderful hotel is the entertainment team. Music was played a lot of the day but at a very low level, so was more like white noise. Aqua gym, polo, Zumba and poolside darts kept my 10 and 6 year old very entertained. The team of Claudia, Athena and Amir went above and beyond to get to know us and our children which means a lot to any parents. They would take time out to chat us also. Our kids loved them. An Amazing Experience! Perfect for Families! There are truly no words to describe how wonderful our stay at this hotel was! From the very first moment, we were welcomed with a smile and genuine warmth. The staff were absolutely amazing always kind, helpful, and sincerely caring, making us feel right at home. The facilities were simply perfect. Spotlessly clean, beautifully organized, and full of thoughtful touches. But the highlight for us and the kids was the children’s pool area absolutely fantastic! Wonderfully designed, safe, colorful, and filled with fun features that kept our little ones entertained for hours. The kids never wanted to leave, and we were finally able to relax, knowing they were having the time of their lives in a safe and joyful environment. It’s rare to find a hotel that balances parental relaxation with children’s fun so perfectly but this one nailed it! We wholeheartedly recommend it to any family. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Booking the themed restaurants was easy and the service was brilliant. We had the room with the pool which was lovely and peaceful. For the price I wouldn’t even bother staying here again. Location and views are amazing. A run down old resort in need to major renovations. For the price stay elsewhere. Our air conditioning didn’t work to get any kind of assistance it took call after call. A trip to the reception desk. The staff had no idea. There solution was to give me a fan. My children were sitting in a sauna sweating. Not acceptable. I had to beg to get someone to look at the air conditioning. The pool closes at 6 pm ridiculous. In the heat you can’t even swim.

Went for a week with my partner in July. Paid for 5 star experience for 3 star at most. Everything is run down, building site, unclean, no customer service. Had to change rooms second room wasn’t much better. Staff want nothing to do with you. Rotten smell on beach. Food average. Water situation strange. Construction site, bad health and safety with broken tiles and wall. No ice creams or food through the day which is strange for 5 star all inclusive only burgers and chips in afternoon buffet is closed most of time except short windows. Sea food is awful. No staff asking if you need drink or food. Only two bars not three as advertised and one resident with 3 set menus which were awful. I’m overall very disappointed for the amount we paid. We have been to cheaper 3 star resets that are better. Currently going through Love holiday to get some money back.

Our overall experience at Lindos Royal Resort was very enjoyable and gave us some truly great family memories. The resort had everything we needed on-site, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time without having to venture far. A real highlight for us was the entertainment provided by International Goodtime Entertainment. Max and the team were fantastic — full of energy and enthusiasm! They kept the children busy and happy while also engaging the adults, which made a big difference to our holiday experience. One small downside, which others have also mentioned, is the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. It would be great if the hotel either provided this as standard or made it clear that you can request it. The location itself is stunning. While the resort is a short bus ride from Lindos town, it’s not far at all — just something to plan for if you want to explore outside the resort. Overall, a beautiful setting, friendly and hardworking staff, and a great atmosphere. We would definitely return!

Last week I went to the Lindos royal hotel with my friend and I want to share my experiences about the royal hotel. I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. The service was top-notch: the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. The place was also very clean and well-kept, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. You can tell they care about both the quality of the food and the experience they provide. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal and excellent service!

We stayed at this hotel in Rhodes in a room with a private pool. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the room. It was very old, the furniture and facilities looked worn, and overall it didn’t feel properly maintained. The location of the hotel was nice, but the breakfast was quite basic and most of the staff were not very friendly. The only exception was the reception staff, who were polite and welcoming. What really upset me, however, was an incident during breakfast. Around 8:45, my two young daughters went to the restroom near the breakfast area. I followed them a moment later just to check on them. There was no sign or barrier placed at the restroom entrance. Inside, three female cleaning staff and one male staff member were present. The male staff was kind and smiling, but one of the older female cleaners suddenly started shouting at me in a very rude manner, asking “What are you doing? Where are you going?” while making aggressive hand gestures. I explained calmly that I was not going to use the restroom myself, but simply wanted to check on my children. Instead of lowering her tone, she kept raising her voice, waving her hands and saying “Go, go” in a very aggressive way. While I was still shocked by her behavior, I also witnessed her shouting at another couple who came after me in the same manner. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. No guest deserves to be shouted at in such a way. Cleaning should not take place in the only restroom near breakfast between 8:00–9:00 when guests are still using it. And even if cleaning is in progress, staff should treat guests with basic respect and courtesy. I regret not reporting this to the management immediately, but I believe it is important to share this experience. The hotel needs to pay attention to staff training and ensure that such behavior does not happen again.

It’s not giving 5 stars hotel - maybe 3/4 at a push. So the hotel is more suitable for conferences and events rather than all inclusive guests. The conference guests are given different treatment than “all inclusive guests” - dont have to queue for dinners breakfasts etc. At first when we arrived and I seen my hotel room, I was very upset and disappointed. The pictures of the given room were not advertised anywhere - the lower floors of the hotel are very outdated and the rooms are not nice. Old fashioned furniture, AC which doesnt work, the rooms smelt of mould, mould on the bathroom ceiling, lights and power sockets not working. After complaining through Love Holidays the AC and few other issues were fixed and I decided I wasn’t gonna let this ruin my holiday. I spoke to the reception who said if i wanted a nicer room I have to pay 70 euro extra per night (At the time of the booking through love holidays the upgrade was only £140pp extra so something to consider before you book here) It’s a huge hotel - 17 floors and only 3 (sometimes 2) working lifts which makes it super awkward to get a lift at dinner time breakfast time or check out times. The hotel isn’t bad, there’s just loads of room for improvements which I hope will be implemented sooner or later. Pros: - Food was good (especially dinners) - every night it’s different, seafood greek food italian mexican etc. - Cocktails are good (but some are not included in the all inclusive package) - The arcade was our favourite part - there’s a bar there pool table tv’s to watch live sport etc. The bartenders there are lovely :) - Sun loungers are very comfy (some are broken so be aware) - Great location - very central to Rhodes Old Town, with a taxi rank nearby, a bus stop etc. - Indoor pool area at the Dome is nice (the pool is heated and the sun loungers there are very comfortable) Cons: - The standard rooms are AWFUL - very outdated, bathroom had mould on the ceiling, the room smelt mouldy, AC not working - the lifts - not enough to serve all guests, expect queues! - queues for breakfast / dinners - although it gets super busy there it does move fast. - it’s hard to get a sun loungers by the main pool after 10am - some staff in the main restaurant were not nice and ignored us - you have to pay for stuff from the mini bar in your room which is a bit bizzare (for an all inclusive hotel) - the pool water is FREEZING!! - you have to pay tax of 15 euro per day at the time of the check in (paying for a 5 star hotel but the hotel is actually giving 3/4 star vibes) - beach is 2 min walk and it’s nice there - however you have to pay for sun loungers there. My advice would be to try and upgrade your room at the time of the booking - don’t go for the standard option as you will be disapppointed.

I can not recommend this hotel highly enough! We had an amazing stay, all the staff were extremely helpful, polite and professional. Our room was comfortable, with an amazing view to the sea on the 11th floor. Really pleased with the cleanliness as well. There are various activities within the hotel and the location is definitely an advantage, just 10 minutes driving from the city center. I will definitely be going back!

Very lovely hotel. Staff is extremely lovely and helpful. Rooms look really nice and modern. Location is perfect as it is really close to the beach as I’m not a pool person. We were a bit worried when booking our stay because there were quite a few negative reviews, but for us this hotel is really great. We rented a car and every day managed to find parking in front of hotel. When you walk in the hotel you always get this lovely scent which makes you feel welcomed and it is really nice touch. Breakfast buffet has many options and it is quite delicious. The only thing that needs a bit of change is elevators as it is always a wait to get elevator.

I was really looking forward to a luxury stay at this so-called 5-star hotel, but the reality was pretty underwhelming—more like a 3-star experience at best. The room was worn and clearly in need of a refresh. The curtains were visibly dirty, which made the entire space feel unkempt. White patch marks from repairs were still showing on the walls—no effort to blend or repaint. The balcony door was frustratingly difficult to close, which didn’t help when trying to keep the room quiet or cool, which even with the air on it wasn’t cold! Couldn’t have the balcony door open when windy as the daft was lifting the metal ceiling tiles. The photos on the website and on love holidays website are definitely NOT the rooms we stayed in. I booked a triple room for me and my daughter and got two beds pushed together, the shower was rubbish, the room as I said were old and dated. It cost an extra €150 for a ten day stay in tax for a 5 star hotel which it definitely wasn’t. We were on 4th floor and it appears anything above floor 8 had been updated. Disappointed by the hotel itself , and don’t get me started on sun loungers !! Have to get up at 6am to even get one. The hotel just doesn't deliver on its 5-star promise. From maintenance issues to average service, it all felt like a place that had given up on impressing guests and was just coasting on its photos and branding. If you go in expecting 3-star quality, you might not be too disappointed. But if you're booking this place based on the 5-star label, prepare to lower your expectations—significantly.

Amazing food! Entertainment team are lovely! Very welcoming! Some of the reception staff are a little rude! Do not go to this hotel in main season! Unless you want to be waking up at silly O’clock to get a sunbed. They were all gone before 8am. It states in the hotel no reserving beds, people clearly do which meant over the 9 days we stayed we got a bed twice.

A very comfortable hotel with good pools and an excellent location. An all-inclusive hotel in all aspects of food and drink. Its location is excellent, a few minutes' drive from Rhodes town and surrounded by grocery stores and restaurants. Its disadvantages are that the rooms are relatively small, and those whose room does not overlook the pool and sea will have a less than satisfactory view of a parking lot or road and a nearby hotel. The hotel also has an adjacent beach with direct access from the hotel, which is very convenient.

Akti is 20 min from the airport and 15 min away from the Old Town of Rhodes. Frankly speaking my stay was disappointing. Thought I would be staying in a 5 stars hotel while it’s worth barely 3, especially when you see the price they charge. Service is great overall, staff is kind but the buffet is limited, and the dishes not really tasty, same options come over and over while the Greek specialties are limited. The alcoholic beverages are not good and super sweet. Rooms are ok but dirty, with dust, two mattress to make a queen size bed… Then the beach is stone based and not sand so not very nice to go for a swim. Last but not least, killing point, the hotel is permanently exposed to the wind which doesn’t provide a good experience either. As a conclusion, bad value for money hotel. Sorry

We have just returned from a week at the hotel. The hotel was perfect!!! and our stay was wonderful. Great room with sea view. Excellent and fast service, everything was neat and well-organized. There was food available all the time – snacks, slushies, ice creams, and a rich, varied selection of dishes. The hotel is huge, with fun swimming pools, great room service, and excellent service at the lobby and reception. All the staff members were kind and smiling. Enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly and attentive. Main food hall is classic all inclusive canteen, food is okay but lacking in atmosphere. House wine is nasty but local beer is nice. You’re supposed to get 4 nights in an a la carte restaurant if you stay 1 week, but it seems they get fully booked by people staying longer periods before you get chance to book, so good luck. Local restaurants are nice and worth a visit though. We had a junior suite which is just a bigger normal room really with its own little pool which our daughter loved. Bed was super comfy which is a nice surprise for an all inclusive abroad.

I had a wonderful vacation at this hotel last year Ago. I must thank the staff! The restaurant manager and the bar manager Barbarossa, are very friendly people, and it was hard to say them goodbye. I remember this vacation as one of the best! The food was delicious, the sea was about 20 meters from the room, and the animations in the pool provided great entertainment. There are shops and a car rental on the hotel grounds. The facility is very large and well-maintained. I recommend it!

DO NOT BOOK! Worst All - Inclusive / 5 Star experience ever From the very first day, our experience has been extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, after a long day of travel, the transfer brought us to the hotel where the kitchen had already closed at 9:30 PM. We were offered only three basic sandwiches. The receptionist suggested ordering delivery, which is unacceptable given that we booked an all-inclusive package. To make matters worse, no delivery services were available in the area, leaving us with just those sandwiches for dinner. The problems did not end there: The room was in very poor condition, with visible mold, ants, and dirt around the faucet and inside the shower. The beds were so uncomfortable that my father could not sleep on his and had to share mine. The beach next to the hotel was dirty, with broken hammocks (the few available). The spa, which we were looking forward to using, had been closed for a month as it is broken, according to an employee. The only good thing about this hotel is the staff, as they work eternal shifts and they’re very nice in general.

We are currently staying at this hotel. Although it’s rated as a 5-star hotel and we have an all-inclusive package, it barely reaches a 4-star level. We are very surprised by the hotel service. Drinking water is only provided on the day of arrival — if you want more, you have to buy it from the shop. The rooms are cleaned daily, but not thoroughly. Bed linen hasn’t been changed at all — they just make the bed with the same sheets, which we’ve had for 3 days now. On the positive side, the food is incredibly tasty, the staff is friendly, and the territory is well maintained. However, the beach is dirty, so we have to walk to another one. I’m sharing an honest review so people considering this hotel know what they’re paying for — the price does not match the quality.

The goal is to enjoy what the place has to offer – and in that regard, it’s absolutely fine.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of good and bad experiences. Unfortunately, the rooms were not clean — the windows were especially dirty, and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel left much to be desired. The reception staff were quite rude and unwelcoming, which made communication unpleasant. However, I want to highlight the housekeeping lady, Maria — she was incredibly kind, warm, and sincere. Her friendly attitude stood out and brought a touch of comfort despite the cleanliness issues. On a more positive note, the food at the hotel was truly delicious, and the entertainment program was lively and enjoyable. The cocktails were fantastic, and the bartenders were real professionals — talented, friendly, and great at what they do. The surrounding views are beautiful, and I highly recommend renting a car for 2–3 days to explore the island — there’s so much more to see beyond the hotel. In summary, while the hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness and front desk service, the food, drinks, entertainment, and scenic location help balance the experience.

An amazing 5 star hotel with room for improvement. We have been 14 days in this hotel, and we absolutely loved the staff, the room, the beach and swimming pools. But the food and drinks were really really bad, it’s like they buy the cheapest possible stuff, even the beer was horrible! If you forget to put the red light in your room the cleaners will knock and open the door straight away at 8:30 am without giving you any second to answer! It is not a cheap hotel and we were expecting a bit more of quality in the food as this is wasn’t Greek standards at all. But the staff was superb, waiters, receptionists, room service all fantastic.

The hotel grounds like the pool and beach is really nice. My room had recently gone through a renovation so it was nice. I cant say that the food was good, the buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner was average at best and they didn't really change the options around each day. As expected the all inclusive alcohol list the use the cheapest spirits so most of it tasted like petrol. I found the staff quite rude and the cleaners three days in a row walked into the room whilst we were sleeping despite do not disturb being on.

Its 1 of the nicest hotels I've ever visited the room was amazing and exceptionally clean. The key feature to this hotel personally I believe was the ability to order drinks to the sun beds which gave the holiday a very luxurious feel and the empty cups were always collected before they have any chance of building up. Overall I would 100% rate this hotel a 5* great food, great atmosphere and great staff.

However, the gym was a bit of a letdown. Some of the equipment was outdated or not functioning properly, and it could definitely use some upgrades. Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff were incredible. Bars were great - good range of well priced cocktails and outstanding service. Pools were busy - obviously it’s school holidays! - but we preferred the beach. Lovely rooms which were really well maintained. Can’t fault this hotel although if you’re not full board or AI, I can’t recommend the restaurants nearby for dinner (beach bars are good for lunch).

We booked a deluxe forest view room, as it was my 60th birthday we got upgraded to a deluxe sea view room, with a bottle of sparkling wine. Food was plentiful with a great choice always hot. Staff were polite and friendly. Very clean in all areas. Bedroom was adequate with a very large comfortable bed there was no dressing table so doing hair and make-up was a little difficult. Entertainment was very very poor all acts were inside on floor 11, most people want to sit outside but there was not enough seating. The only evening there was really good singers outside was when the female relatives dined in the Italian restaurant. We went to the Italian restaurant no menu you had to do the QR code which did not download properly so there was a poor choice. Went to the spa for a price list again QR code. Everywhere you went you had to download. Had to vacate our room at 12pm did not get picked up until 7.20pm 145 euros to keep the room, this is far too expensive. Used the spa to shower and change they provided a towel. Been to a lot of 5 star hotels this is not it is more 4 star, we paid £3400 for 10 days did not get what we were expecting.

We stayed at this hotel for 9 days and had half-board. The hotel isnowhere near 5 stars. - rooms need renovation, a lot. drain flies are everywhere in the bathroom so you must not forget closing the bathroom door to avoid them coming to room. - common areas also require a lot of fixing. wherever you look, you see the hotel is showing its age. - variety at the restaurant is limited. the waiters are pretty rude and they treat you like second class citizen if you’re not all inclusive guest. - as mentioned by other guests, sunbeds on the beach cost €8 a day. additionally, indoor pool costs €10 a day per person because it is part of the “spa facilities”. - even the basic games like pool table is paid which is ridiculous. The only good thing about the hotel is its location as it is pretty close to Faliraki which was handy because we had most of our dinner outside instead of the hotel.

I wanted to say a huge thank you — both to Apollo Blue and Apollo Beach. We came to Rhodes for a vacation, and were welcomed with open arms. The staff answered all our questions and were kind and helpful. After two days, the war between Israel and Iran broke out, and we were stuck with no way to return home. Apollo Beach were very understanding, tried to help us stay a few more days, and when there were no more available rooms, they offered us a small discount and arranged for us to move to Apollo Blue, the sister hotel across the street, which is considered a higher standard. There too, we were received with care and warmth, even though we didn’t know how long we’d be staying — we extended day by day. So I just wanted to say a big thank you — these hotels are simply 10/10, both in the quality of the facilities and the kindness of the staff.

Arrived today at Apollo blue to discover that the rooms I booked are not what I expanded. I booked a graden view room. The pictures were clear as ground floor, garden and I got a room at an upper floor tray not what I should have got ( definitely not upgrade). The by the pool room for the kids, also 2nd floor Super disappointing and I would question the hotel rooms adequacy when booking. When I asked for what I ordered...the response was " all booked" Seriously???

Amazing hotel. Staff friendly, animation / entertainment fantastic, our thanks to Evelina, Gustavo, Mike & Alex as they are absolutely fantastic. Food was good, never had trouble finding something, we have a couple of fussy kids but they always found something. Drinks were good, pool bar was excellent and all inclusive drinks and cocktails were great. Plenty of sunbeds, pool was great, aqua gym was a huge laugh and we did this most days with Evelina running it most of the time. Location great, not too far from the beach, local shops and a few bars if you wanted a change of scenery. Reception really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The cleaners worked really hard and our room was always clean with fresh towels. Pizza bar and gyros was amazing as well and really good that you can just go up and grab something to eat and not be restricted on times. We will be back next year, thanks to everyone at Lydia Maris who made our holiday special.

Loved our stay at Lydia Maris. Very friendly staff. Very much enjoyed talking with the pool bar staff in the evenings. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels daily. Hotel grounds are very well kept all always being cleaned and kept tidy. Plenty of food although I didn't always fancy anything hot after a sweltering day by the pool. Nice restaurants in town if you fancy eating out and the beach is only a 7-8 minute walk. Also the Animation team are superb. All in all we loved our 10 days here.

First thing to say is that this is definitely NOT a five star hotel - its a decent 3 star hotel. It's an important point because the star rating is what Greece uses to base its additional room tax on so instead of paying around 50Euros (3 star) for a room for a week on top of your holiday price, you actually pay 105Euros. Having got this out of the way, having just returned from the hotel for a week with a large family presence, we all had a great time. Brief comments on the following:- Food - Perfectly OK but not great (where the hell do they get such awful bacon and sausages from) but always something to eat whatever your taste. Rooms - Quite good, very clean and a good shower. Cleaned to a good standard daily. Drinks - Lager is awful. Wine is OK. Local spirits not good but they rarely are anywhere. Pool - A funny greenish colour for first few days but it seemed to clear. Some of the railings leading into the pool need urgent attention. They really need to review their glasses around the pool policy too. Regular depth throughout. Entertainment - This is where the Hotel scores highly. The team of Mike, Gustavo and Evelina are superb and we all loved them. Other Staff - Not awful by a long stretch but not great either. Location - Pretty good - there are a couple of good beaches within a ten minute walk and nowhere near as stony as I had expected. I hope these honest comments help and do not put anyone off from going to the hotel - just don't expect a five start experience.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Very dated rooms, at first glance even seems grubby. With all that said, the animation team were fabulous and the food was really good too (not great but it's all inclusive what do you expect) the pool was of a good size too. Drink choices very poor, you have self serve for soft drinks and beer which always seemed to run out with no rush to replenish. The pool bar wanted €8 for cocktails and even €2 for a coffee so the all inclusive is actually limited. €20 for a safe key, €10 for the use of grubby towels. All in all the place has the potential to be great if they just spent a little on the place. Shame.

We've just returned from a wonderful week at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and saw how beautiful the complex is. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfy. The hotel was busy but never felt crowded and there was always seating outside and in. We really enjoyed the food and drink. Bar staff learnt what drinks we liked and we didn't have to wait too long to be seated, even at peak times. If I had to make a tiny criticism it would be that buffet dishes and clean plates needed to be replenished quicker. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great during our stay due to a cold wind, but we managed to find sheltered places and the indoor pool was put to good use by the children. Obviously there was nothing the hotel could do so not a criticism, just a reminder that during April, you're not guaranteed perfect weather. We took the opportunity to visit the old town a couple of times. The hotel reception booked taxis and it was easy to find one to take us back. The return journey was always about 5 euros cheaper though! The afternoon gyros, pizza, wraps and crepes were brilliant and we ate lunch there more often than in the dining room. All in all a very enjoyable stay and this is the first hotel we've stayed at that within one day we all agreed we'd return sooner rather than later.

We’ve just returned from a lovely week at Kresten Royal Euphoria. We enjoyed every minute of the experience from check in to check out. The complex is stunning, kept very clean and all the staff are friendly. Our room was spacious, and all the facilities within the room worked perfectly. We had a large wardrobe (with safe), a jacuzzi bath and mini fridge to name a few. The food was consistently amazing throughout the multiple restaurants at the resort, we went back for seconds most nights! The dishes are varied each night and there’s plenty of choice. Bar staff are always friendly, George especially was a star - we hardly ever had an empty glass in the evenings around the bar while he was serving! Overall this hotel is an absolute gem and we would definitely come back, as well as recommend it to anyone travelling to Rhodes😊

We stayed at the Kresten royal hotel as a couple and can I just say WOW! Everything about this hotel is incredible. The staff are amazing and so accommodating for anything asked of them, the food is delicious with many different restaurants to choose from and the views are incredible. We actually extended our stay to 10 nights from 7 because we were having such a good time and didn’t want to leave! The staff made this process very easy. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rhodes and will be coming back next year!

The reason we decided to give bad rating to the hotel is that they didn’t do bare minimum to secure their guests. Anyone can enter the resort, the gate is open and there are no security employees. There is almost no video surveillance, a couple of cameras in common areas. Ground floor rooms (as our was, basically all private pool and superior sea view) are freely accessible for unwanted guests who can simply walk in from the common areas. And the most important, balcony doors are old and bad quality so you have to really make sure that you locked them… and even then they sometimes are not so challenging to open. Hotel employees were supportive and offered to call the police, but it didn’t make sense. Obviously professionals, took every single coin from our wallets (thanks for leaving wallets), sunglasses etc but left traceable devices like Macbooks. We would just lose time and additionally stress ourselves. Bottom line, there are better hotels for the money. Location is outside of the city and on the rock, there is basically no beach. If you go to this hotel do not accept ground floor rooms under any circumstances.

The two rooftop bars offer breathtaking views of the sea, and the pool together with the private beach access make it a perfect spot to relax. This place is an absolute recommendation for anyone looking for an all-inclusive holiday with wellness and pure relaxation.

I cannot state how good our holiday with you was. Your staff were lovely, the cleaners were quick and always happy. The restaurant staff were brilliant in all restaurants, my favourite was the aquamarine and Greek for lunch. The animation team were always on hand and welcoming. My only gripe would be I would have liked one more evening to book the Italian as you can only have two bookings for a two week stay. Would recommend your hotel to everyone. Will definately come back to Rhodes. Thank you again.

We have just finished a 10 day holiday at this wonderful hotel. The food has been absolutely superb for a all you can eat Buffet. Rooms was super clean and Staff was really helpful and lovely towards us and our baby, Baring the poodle on reception. During check in she was more interested in getting the city tax off us rather than giving any information, we wasn't made aware of the 8th floor bar which is absolutely stunning, we wasn't made aware of any entertainment for the kids. She made a really rude phone call to our room telling us we needed to be checked out by 11 despite the fact the information card that she gave us said 12 which she shrugged off. Overall lovely time and would really recommend this hotel.

We regret booking this hotel and not again the Sheraton, 200 metres far from here. Why? Staff: The staff here is helpful but most of them just get their job done. Just doing what they must do, not more. Pool: The pool close at 1800. Around 1730 they put up the pool blockers and after 1750 they push the guests to leave the pools. Pools open only 1000. Never been at a hotel with such short pool opening hours. Pool area is crowded, check the pool at Sheraton to spot the difference. Food: The restaurant offers a decent buffet but with long waiting times at the entry as well as the buffet. Only one huge eating area, no balkony. Noisy and no athmosphere. At Sheraton, they offer outdoor seating. Elevators: Four small elevators for a massive eight floor hotel, seriously? Beach access: No tunnel below the very busy street, other hotels offer that. Beach: no hotel beach bar, no towel service at the beach but decent sunbeds. What we liked: Minigolf is nice but thats a one time activity.

We stayed at this hotel from August 26 to September 2 and overall had a pleasant experience. Everything was clean, stylish, and the service was excellent – the staff were always polite and attentive. There are, however, a few points worth mentioning. Since the hotel positions itself as family-friendly, it would be great to pay more attention to children’s needs. On the playground, one of the swings was barely holding on, which felt unsafe. As for food, the variety for adults is simply amazing – very large and diverse. But for children, the options were quite limited: mostly nuggets and pasta. Not all kids eat this, especially little ones aged 1–2. It would be nice to have some simple options like plain rice or boiled meat without sauce. Our room was on the 6th floor, and it was very noisy because of the concerts held on the 8th floor. For this reason, relaxing in the evening with small children was difficult. We recommend booking a room with a sea view – it is much quieter there. On the mountain view side, it was very noisy. Another point – the beach mattresses. Unfortunately, many of them were very dirty, which spoiled the impression of relaxing by the sea. Overall, the hotel left us with positive impressions. If the children’s facilities are improved, food for younger kids becomes more varied, beach mattresses are cleaned, and noise isolation in the rooms is addressed, this place could become an ideal destination for family vacations.

Stayed with family in June – mixed impressions We spent 9 nights at this hotel in June. Overall, we had a nice time, but there were both pros and some noticeable cons. Let’s start with the positives: Extremely friendly staff – everyone was very helpful and always tried to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean and very modern, everything worked well and housekeeping did a great job. We enjoyed the food – although it was often quite similar from day to day, everything was tasty, especially the desserts, which were outstanding! I tried the spa and was satisfied with the massage – very relaxing atmosphere and professional staff. Now for the downsides: The beach was a big disappointment. Sunbeds were placed far from the water, there were no paths, and even with water shoes it was painful to walk over the stones. On one side, there were piles of rocks that made it look like a construction site, and water was running from a hose, making the beach wet and dirty. Evening entertainment was quite boring. Occasionally there was live music at the bar, but you had to make a purchase to sit there – cocktails were mostly ice and cost €12 or more. Very little for children to do in evenings. If a good beach and lively evening program are important to you, you might want to consider other options. But if you prioritize a comfortable room, tasty food, and friendly service, this hotel could be a good fit.

Nice and pleasant resort to stay once you have a room with a swimming pool and you wish to have a beach near by with a half board. What is not 5star fulfilling is the food and the dishes in the restaurants. There is a huge selection of dishes / restaurants what you can choose from, unfortunately it’s not as authentic and tasty as in the restaurants in next door simple restaurants what is a HUGE shame and the place is loosing the expectation from 5star resort ….Ah, reservation at least 24h in advance for a restaurants in this resort is obliged!

Wonderful hotel, located in a very peaceful place, has a private access to the beach, lots of rooms have private pool. The hotel has several facilities: gym, volleyball pitch, tennis courts, several pools. The food is amazing 😋 At breakfast you can find everything one can want, even fresh smoothies. The staff is very very friendly and attentive. During the day and in the evening, there is a live music, very very nice songs are played. One of the best hotel experiences ever!

Fantastic hotel. The staff here are amazing. Exceptional service and a great team and vibe. Nothing is a problem. The management team are circling and checking in on guests constantly. The food is unbelievable at all the restaurants but the buffet in main restaurant is world class. The executive chefs are constantly supervising and adjusting dishes. The guys in the animation team are legends and the afternoon water polo games are great fun. We cannot wait to come back.

The hotel itself is very nice great for families and friends who want to have a summer vacation. The service was excellent; all of the staff members were very nice and polite, and any service needed came quickly and efficiently. The room was very nice with no issues. The bed was very comfortable and clean, and I had a great sleep. There’s a TV and everything I needed. I liked the room a lot. The location is beautiful there is a beach right next to the hotel, as well as many small shops, bars, and restaurants, which are great for going out at night. However, it is a 25–30 minute drive to the city itself, so a shopping day will need to be planned ahead. The games were not free, which was a shame. For example, the billiard table costs money, and you don’t get any free balls or equipment needed for the sports. The food was really bad. First of all, the kitchen wasn’t that big, so you never got that many options. On top of that, the food itself didn’t taste good. There were several times when we needed to go to a restaurant after dinner because we didn’t eat anything it was just too bad. There was barely any protein for the kids, and a lot of the food repeated itself. Although there was a free bar with great drinks at the pool bar and ice cream for the kids, in conclusion, the hotel itself was great, but the food and paid sports games were not what we expected, and they left a bad impression on me personally.

We stayed at the Leonardo Kolymbia Hotel with our family in July 2025. We arrived around 12:00 PM and were immediately invited to have lunch. After lunch, we were checked into our room. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The food at the hotel was excellent – there was always a good variety to choose from. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were local, but the beer was surprisingly good. The hotel itself is not very large, which actually made it feel more cozy and comfortable. The sea is just a 3–5-minute walk away. There are about 20 blue sunbeds on the beach, available free of charge for hotel guests. Restaurant hours are as follows: • Breakfast: 07:00–10:30 • Lunch: 12:30–14:30 • Dinner: 19:00–21:30 There are plenty of souvenir shops and restaurants near the hotel. About 300 meters away, there is a bus stop with regular service to both Rhodes and Lindos. The hotel staff were wonderful – always helpful and attentive to any questions or needs we had. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return again!

Amazing stay! The service was outstanding – every staff member was warm, kind, and attentive. We got a lovely room upgrade, the spa was relaxing, and the food was varied and plentiful. We had a fabulous stay at the Lindos Beeeze. We found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were clean and comfortable although the bathrooms were a little tired looking. You get the best of both worlds staying here: you get all the facilities of the much larger Imperial hotel on your doorstep, with the feel and care of a much smaller hotel away from the very busy Imperial. We preferred the Breeze pool over all those at the Imperial. It was easy to get sun beds every day and was fairly quiet and has its own bar. Camellia, the bar lady, is a real asset - she delivered drinks to our sunbeds! - and was incredibly kind and friendly. We enjoyed the food and drinks and found everything we could hope for right there. So much so we didn’t leave for the entire week. The only disappointment was the beach; it wasn’t very clean. Would highly recommend.

A Five Star Experience! What a fabulous hotel. Arir and team made us feel super welcome even with a 1am check in. Everything was no trouble at all. Room, facilities and food were fantastic. We loved every minute and would 100% percent recommend to anyone. The pools were amazing and the pool bar was awesome. They brought you drinks and treats all the time when by the pool. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had use of the extra restaurants and even made a beautiful birthday cake for our son. Beach towels were a bonus too and everyone was polite and helpful. I recently stayed at Lindos Breeze and I can't recommend it enough! The location is perfect, with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and close to Lindos town and the beach. We had an amazing stay at Casa cook Rhodes. The hotel is greatly located, in a calm and quiet area nested by a small hill where goats can sometimes be heard. Rooms are spacious and modern. Service is impeccable, everyone is always kind, willing to help, grateful and listening, the bar staff knew our order before we even sat by the pool in the evening for a drink. Breakfast buffet offers a wide range of delicious food, tea station and coffee from the bar are also readily available, fresh (bottled) water is also served without asking during breakfast. Evening menu is tasteful and remarkably well made, food was very good and once again, service was fast. Big thanks to the staff of the hotel, especially the breakfast and bar in the evening for making our holidays so nice.

This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever been too. This is the pinnacle of relaxation. The staff are wonderful, helpful and hilarious. Everything is so clean, everybody is so chilled. The food is incredible, definitely go for half-board if you can and of course visit the amazing Chrysa at the Olive restaurant for lunch and cocktails. Cannot recommend Casa Cook enough. I think i’ll have to return every year from now on.

My favourite place on Earth. We’ve been here twice now and are already planning our third trip. The location is stunning, and so peaceful, and it’s only a short walk to the beach. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, and any issues (we’ve only ever had 1, and it wasn’t with the hotel itself) are sorted out really quickly. We’ve stayed in the standard room and the prestige suite, and both are incredible. The standard rooms have a shared pool, but it’s only shared with a few other rooms and we’ve always found we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The prestige suites are beautiful with your own pool and outdoor area. For me, the food at Casa Cook is better than any other hotel in Greece- as a vegetarian, there are so many options (both vegetarian and vegan) each night and they’re all incredible. The spa is also amazing and has an indoor heated pool. I’ve never been more relaxed.

We had bed & breakfast and there was so much to choose from at the breakfast buffet. Atmosphere is very relaxing, and a really nice hike next door if that’s something you want to do. Recommend getting a car as there is a local taxi but it gave us the freedom to visit lots of different places. We had a lovely stay, would highly recommend staying here.

My stay at the Lindos Grand Hotel was overall fantastic. The property is modern, stylish and offers breathtaking sea views – especially at breakfast, simply amazing. Breakfast itself was delicious with a great variety, and the service was excellent as well. Another highlight was the pool service – having drinks and snacks delivered directly to the sunbed made the holiday even more relaxing. The lovely ladies at the reception were always open to any questions, and a big thank you for the bottle of sparkling wine we received the day before departure – such a thoughtful gesture! A few small improvement points: the bathroom bin bag could not be closed properly, and the balcony door was difficult to open and close, with a pillar also standing a bit in the way. In addition, the infinity pool and indoor pool close rather early in the evening – that’s why for our next stay we definitely plan to book a room with a private pool. All in all, a hotel I can highly recommend. We will definitely come back! Pascal

There were many things we really liked about this hotel. The Infinity pool is very large, absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view. Fortunately, every time we went, it was never too crowded. We had a room with a private pool and a garden view, which we enjoyed a lot – it was a great experience. The staff seemed very kind and friendly. The breakfast was very good, with lots of choices, and we really enjoyed it. The beach was quite nice, with beautiful, crystal-clear water, but unfortunately with stones. The hotel’s reserved beach area was rather small, but the sunbeds were very comfortable. However, you had to go quite early to catch a spot in the first or second row. The food at the beach was okay, prices were reasonable. There was also a bar called Banana Beach Bar, which had interesting options and affordable prices. We liked our room, but the only thing we didn’t like was that the bathroom wasn’t very private. For example, the toilet area was a bit visible from outside – we would have preferred a more enclosed door. We still found the value for money acceptable, although the price felt a bit high compared to what we got, even if we enjoyed our stay a lot. On arrival, we were also welcomed with a cocktail, which was a nice touch. The hotel restaurants were rather few and closed quite early. In the evening there was no real entertainment, or what was available left something to be desired. Restaurant prices were a little expensive. The dinner options were good, but not outstanding. Unfortunately, it was impossible to get a reservation at the Greek restaurant during our four-night stay. Nearby Lindos town was very charming – small, but very typical Greek, with white houses. We also recommend visiting the Acropolis of Lindos, which was beautiful and definitely worth seeing. Overall, as we said, it was a very nice stay, though a little short for the price paid. Still, we recommend this hotel to others.

Fantastic hotel. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. food is amazing. there are some hotel cats and kitten around that are friendly and cute. the pool rooms are exquisite, we barely felt like leaving the room since it was so nice to just bask in 40 degree heat on a float and chill. Adults only hotel so no screaming children ruining the vibe. fantastic place for a couple trip. only thing to note is the resort is relatively isolated, so if possible try to shop for your water, sunscreen, and snacks at one of the big grocery stores where Greeks shop before coming, the prices at the market across the street are very high. there's another market just down the street though with more reasonable prices. all in all we just loved the place and will be back!

We spent a few days at Lindos Grand Resort & Spa and were impressed from the start. Every single meal breakfast and dinner, was delicious and fresh, with a wide variety of dishes every day. The service team was extremely attentive and quick, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel has a great choice of restaurants, and the infinity pool with sea views is simply stunning. We also loved the wellness and spa area. There were plenty of free sun loungers and beautiful views of the bay. The entire property is beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended for a luxurious and calm getaway.

Pro: nice swimming pool and the surrounding area is beautiful. Some staff (very few people) are professional and kind. Rooftop restaurant is good. Hotel close to Lindos, reachable by car or boat. Conto: reception staff unhelpful and indifferent. They never do anything, just stand there staring at you, not answering your questions and not fulfilling even the easiest of requests. Food really depends - some days are good, other days we had severe food poisoning. Food allergens are not listed anywhere: not in the menu, nor in the buffet cards. The ingredients of the same meal can be different every day - I really don’t know for whom they cook, because every person has some ingredients that they can’t have/ not allowed to have due to medical conditions. Cleaning in the rooms is ridiculous: pillows and underwear are put on the floor/ on a dirty suitcase. Toiletries and water are NEVER replaced in the room, for a 5-star it’s a disaster. Beach: awful, especially the road to the beach with mud, canalization and wasps. The sunbeds are too close to each other. No privacy or calmness whatsoever. On some days there was trash in the sea, so some of the nearby hotels definitely use sea as trash bin. The indoors pool: the same hairball on the floor has been there for 10 days at least, which means no proper cleaning was done. Overall not a 5-star and not worth the money. Also for the Greece, one of the worst beaches I met.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel right at home straight away. The facilities are fantastic, multiple pools, bars, and restaurants to choose from, plus tennis and paddle courts for those who want to stay active. It’s also very family-friendly, with great kids’ entertainment and plenty of activities to keep everyone happy. The location is ideal just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, and only 10 minutes by taxi to the charming old town. The hotel can also arrange car hire or organize trips, which makes exploring the island completely hassle-free. Whether you’re looking to relax, enjoy family time, or explore Rhodes, this hotel has everything you could need all in one place. I can’t recommend it highly enough, a perfect stay in every way!

Just leaving from a fabulous week long stay at this super hotel. Firstly, staff are wonderful and are willing to answer any questions or help whenever they can. Food: The breakfast buffet and evening buffet were brilliant. A huge variety of food, with different themes each night. High quality food and attentive service. Rooms: we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade with our own personal pool and the room was lovely. Good air conditioning, daily cleaning and good amenities. Can watch sunset from food hall. Pool: never had an issue finding spaces and the pool was big so never felt crowded. Location: Taxis can be booked from the hotel or a place across the street, €10 to the old town. Old town is walkable but would be over an hour in the heat. Two supermarkets within 2 minutes of the pool area. Improvement: Would have loved an outdoor terrace area.

Just got back from a week at this hotel celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday. I have to say, what an amazing experience we had. The hotel is immaculate, the staff were so friendly and as others have commented, it feels genuine. The food choice was varied as were the cocktails. We were lucky to have a room with a private pool and a stunning sea view. Big shout out to Pauline in Guest Relations who was so helpful by email and arranged a little birthday surprise for my husband which was lovely. I’d highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

It's a large place with plenty of space, and it's very clean. The staff at the reception desk are incredibly kind and helpful, and the cleaners and restaurant staff are very nice. We booked a family suite, and it was a large room with a balcony. They gave us a six-pack of mineral water, two bottles of red wine, fruit, a coffee machine with pods and milk, and a mini-bar with about 8 cans of soda. It's a really good, high-quality place for families with children, with lots of activities for kids. There are water slides, 5 shallow pools (up to 140 cm deep), and a private beach that is very clean with clear, calm water. The main dining room is varied and very tasty. There are also 4 themed restaurants: Greek, fish and seafood, Mexican, and Italian. We had dinner at the fish and seafood restaurant and the Italian one, and it was delicious. At the snack bars by the pools and the beach, they have fries, hot dogs, burgers, nuggets, fish and chips, pizza, toasties, and ice cream

Paradise on earth! Me and my family are having the most amazing and special holiday here. Literally cannot fault a thing..pools are fabulous, the surroundings are beautiful and clean, staff are super friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. Only visited the buffet and grill so far and it is supreme. Beach is lovely too. Great location to visit Lindos and honestly the prettiest hotel we have seen on Rhodes. So glad we chose to come here. ❤️

The food was okay – not the best we've had, but definitely decent. What truly made the difference was the staff: everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. If you come across any negative reviews about the staff, they probably say more about the guests than the employees. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping everything spotless, the bar staff for their kindness and good energy, and of course, the amazing team at the spa. It was truly a perfect experience! Paola at the spa reception gave us the best recommendations, always with a smile, and “Dalika” gave us the most incredible massage – truly the best we've ever had. The girls at the spa are simply wonderful – you absolutely have to visit just to meet them. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel

The property is okay, although its prime days are long gone. The service, however, was absolutely disappointing. Stay in early June 2025, 2 adults + 1 child (traveling with a one-year-old), package holiday with TUI. THE PROPERTY: The hotel grounds are open. The pools and the children’s pool were okay — surprisingly, we usually didn’t have a problem finding a free sunbed. The elevator was rather inefficient and lacked air conditioning, although that’s a minor issue. There were only two elevators in the main building — definitely not enough for a complex of this size. Given all of the above, the disgusting coffee and the lack of non-alcoholic beer at the bar stop being worth mentioning. PARKING: Our stay began with the unpleasant surprise that there was no parking, even though the offer clearly stated that hotel parking was available (subject to availability). It turned out that the hotel didn't have a single parking space. The only nearby option was parking by the roadside where "No Parking" signs are posted, and the police eagerly issue fines to tourists. About 500 meters away there is a construction site which the hotel reception actually recommended to us as a parking spot — unfortunately, it’s full of sharp stones and there are even occasional snakes. One time, we stopped our car directly in front of the hotel for literally 3 minutes to load our baby and stroller, and a hotel employee came and rudely told us to move the car immediately.

Paola gave me an absolutely perfect massage – truly relaxing and exactly what I needed. She’s clearly experienced and passionate about what she does. A real highlight of the trip!

Great Hotel for either a couple or family stay. Location is pretty good as it is not far from Rhodes town and also not far from airport so you arrive pretty quickly (however, it is not on the main road). A few minutes walk to the neighboring village with lots of shops. Very clean and nicely kept facilities. Great pool area and pool bar. The Italian restaurant is right by so great option for lunch by the pool. Nice view to the sea with quiet beach right on the property - very relaxing. Rooms nice and clean, with high level of amenities, however, the double rooms are a bit narrow. Family rooms are perfect. Food is good with a broad selection at each meal, but can use some more variety between meals & days. Reception staff very welcoming, professional and make efforts to be accommodating. They were very friendly, attentive and helpful. They really did their best to make us happy and it was perfect! Overall a wonderful hotel for a relaxing holiday. This was our second time here it was even better than the last. We will be happy to return again.

We stayed here for six nights, it is a small but beautiful hotel, the hotel has recently been renovated so everything is new. The beds by the pool are very varied. It is also very clean, they were constantly cleaning and I give them a very high score for cleanliness. There is a code to scan next to the beds so you can order drinks online without moving! The restaurant had a lot of fresh food and a wide variety. The only negative was the lack of entertainment in the evenings or a games room. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Electra Palace! The hotel is spotless — cleaning is top-notch — and the rooms are huge, comfortable, and really well looked after. The pool is just stunning, with great vibes and music, and there are so many options for food, drinks, ice cream, and even a bakery. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious, and the staff were always so friendly and helpful — they truly make you feel at home. The only small downside was being asked for our room number a lot (for all-inclusive vs half board), which could get a bit tiring — bracelets would make it much easier. But honestly, that didn’t stop us from having an incredible time. If you stay here, I highly recommend the Cretan massage (we did it as a couple) and the Black Lava facial — absolute bliss! We left already planning our return.

Great hotel, the staff is extremely helpful and professional. Rooms are okay, renovated bathrooms. The pool area is amazing with ordering on qr-codes and more often than not they remove towels from sunbeds if nobody is close. The sunbeds in the pool were our favorites. Food is good in the buffet, but a bit bland. Italian restaurant was worth it for every lunch, Greek resturant was also pretty good.

We stayed here from the 21st till 28th of August. - we had to wait 2 days for our bottles. - extremely hard to book the restaurants, had to ask front desk to book them for us as said that they where all fully booked. -a member of staff in the buffet ( older man with glasses ) was extremely grumpy and rude. -buffet food was of a good quality but did become very repetitive. - drinks were not consistent each bar made them different. - ordering drinks to the sun loungers was impossible we ordered 5 different rounds where only 2 turned up and in 1 of them only 1 of the drinks arrived. - view from the room was not very good at all had a car park as the only thing we could see. - had to take our own luggage into the storage room with no help, the same for when we had to take it out. - we was told the mini bar would be re stocked however never was. Overall not a great experience

We spent two nights at this lovely hotel and had a great stay. The junior suite with a private pool and a stunning view is highly recommended. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, and we especially enjoyed breakfast in the adults-only restaurant. The property was spotless overall, though we did notice a few cigarette butts around the beach-umbrella area.

This hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star property — at best, it’s a 4-star, and even that is generous. Today is our check-out day. My 2-year-old daughter refused to eat lunch. I asked if we could take her meal to the room so I could feed her after her nap — they said no, citing the heat and food safety concerns. I explained I would store it in the fridge and feed her within an hour — still a firm refusal. Then I asked if they could prepare a takeaway meal for her — again, “we don’t do that.” Instead, they offered that I feed her at the snack bar — but the only options there are fries, pitas, and hot dogs. Completely unsuitable for a toddler who hasn’t had a proper meal. So now I’m facing the situation where my child is going to leave the hotel hungry — and we have a 1.5-hour bus ride followed by a 3-hour flight. To make things worse: check-out is at 6:00 PM, but dinner service only starts at 6:30 PM — meaning there is literally no opportunity to give her a proper meal before we leave. This place shows no flexibility or basic care for families with small children. It’s a shame, but the service here is far from 5-star standards.

Unfortunately nothing about this hotel resembles a 5-star. If you are planning to book a stay here, just be aware that for 220+ euros per night it feels more like a 3-star experience. I had many issues with the manner of the staff, there were perhaps 3 nice people I encountered there, but most were incredibly unhappy and rude to guests. I complained about this to staff and the manager offered what she believed to be a good resolution - but unfortunately I just feel insulted. My complaint was not taken seriously at all.

The place is perfect for people who want to get away from the busy city life and for people suffering from anxiety and depression. Recommend this place. This is absolutely a 5 star hotel! Everything from the rooms to breakfast to the service, and everything else, was absolutely amazing! The pool was huge and a perfect temperature to cool you off without being too cold, and there were not only plenty of sun beds available, but the poolside bar had delicious food, and amazing drinks! You can get anything from a Frappe to a Paloma to a Vodka Tonic, and all of the staff was so friendly and actually took the time to get to know you! It also a great location within walking distance from Old Town Rhodes! I had an incredible stay here, and absolutely would stay again!

It's very tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and genuine; they're helpful and friendly at all times, which was fantastic for us. The bedrooms are superb, and the view of an ancient ruin completes the experience. Breakfast is also meticulously prepared, and the staff ensured that every day. The location is perfect; you're right in the old town of Rhodes, and the beach is just a few minutes' walk away. We spent a day riding a motorbike to explore the island, a tip from one of the staff. The wellness area was also excellent! In terms of value for money, you get your money's worth here. Definitely recommended.

The hotel itself is beautiful, nice clean rooms, great location. However, there’s no iron in the room and the hotel will not give you one as they do laundry in-house for an extortionate cost. We also had a smart tv in our room which was not very smart. Couldn’t use any of the smart features, access Netflix or anything if the sort even though there’s a button for neflix on the tv remote. Breakfast is mediocre, options are extremely limited

hotel, beautiful in the pictures and in the descriptions of the travel agencies' offers. tempted by the refreshment and renovation from last year, we decided to go there for a long-awaited vacation. carefully planned trip, when we arrived at the place it turned out that our fully paid reservation was not there (we made it a month earlier). we paid 18 thousand so that on the spot they told us that they would move us to the hotel next door for 4 days.. at the reception a total mess, no one apologized to us, and next to us a family in a similar situation. we were not alone. no one was able to tell us what happened to our reservation except that it was not there, it simply evaporated, just like the money from the account for it will be given! I don't know if anyone flying on vacation once a year with the family is happy that in the middle of the week they have to pack everything again to move back to the hotel? disgust, anger, frustration. many people arrived in the meantime and occupied the rooms without a problem, and ours was not there. ladies and gentlemen, you ruined our vacation, our daughter's, who knew exactly where to spend it and you didn't even feel obliged to take an interest in us for the whole week! the hotel may be nice but the service, logistics and the way they treat people who paid you their hard-earned money counting on a wonderful vacation are the worst. I absolutely do not recommend it, and I advise those who have a reservation there to check it five times so that it doesn't turn out that they kiss the doorknob.

This was our first visit to Greece and we recently returned from an incredible holiday on the beautiful Island of Rhodes, I honestly cannot fault a single thing about my stay here. The A la Carte restaurants are a must especially the Italian. Every detail of my stay was 5*, from the service to the atmosphere, and it truly made for a memorable and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect getaway its on the beach the sea is crystal clear and warm the swimming pool is huge and very clean – I can’t wait to return! Special mentions to Tomas and Savas in the adults only swim up Bar they are outstanding at their job and make the best cocktails ever ! Also thanks to the restaurant team and chefs who work tirelessly all day to ensure the restaurant is well run and the food is constantly topped up and fresh. My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes. The location is truly excellent, striking a perfect balance between accessibility and scenic beauty. Getting to and from the airport was a breeze, taking only about 20 minutes, which is a huge plus after a long flight. Even better, the vibrant Rhodes Town is just a quick 15-minute drive away, making it incredibly convenient to explore its historical sites, shops, and restaurants. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the magnificent views from the room. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery each morning was a real treat. Beyond the views, the food at the hotel was superb. There was a wonderful variety, and every meal was delicious. This hotel is an excellent choice for families with children, offering amenities and an atmosphere that caters well to their needs. However, I want to emphasize that it's also absolutely perfect for those without children – my experience was wonderful, and I enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing environment. Rhodes itself is an incredibly beautiful island, with so much to see and do. This hotel served as the perfect base for exploring its wonders. I genuinely look forward to returning to this hotel again someday.

We spent 10 days here as a family of three (1 year old child) and had the best time. Everything was great: Room, facilities, beach and pool area, food (especially the included a la carte restaurants), but what we valued the most was the outstanding staff. Extremely friendly, detail-oriented and welcoming - special mention to the team in the main restaurant. Our son did not care about the food too much, but just wanted to see the staff again every day that greeted him so nicely on day one. Staff is definitely best in class. We just returned from our 10 days stay at Helea hotel. Overall we had a great vacation but can’t give 5 stars. Despite a very friendly staff, it definitely misses some details in order to qualify for a 5* hotel, especially for the price we paid for. We started our stay on the wrong foot as we had booked a junior suite with sea view to realize that the “sea” was actually the roof of the building in front of ours. Luckily the hotel reacted fast and we got another room the day after. It also misses a few things for a high standard hotel such as: - housekeeping was usually done between 4pm and 5pm in our room. It’s too late. - we often had to ask for additional towels as the dirty ones would be removed but not replaced. - there is no hair conditioner or body lotion provided. - on our way from our room to the pool we had to walk next to the hot stinky air coming out of the kitchen. - buffet food is very repetitive, often rather cold and not very qualitative. - the pool side is very slippery, quite dangerous with children. Having said that, the good weather, nice staff and variety of activities offered allowed us to have a nice stay!

Beautiful resort, but very disappointing service – definitely not 5-star quality We spent our vacation in this hotel on Rhodes and, unfortunately, we cannot recommend it despite the beautiful and well-maintained resort. For the price you pay here, we expected much better service and professionalism. Positive: • The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. • The overall appearance and location are excellent. Negative and disappointing: • Upon arrival, there was no hairdryer in our room – quite unusual for a 5-star hotel. • When we checked in, we found clothes in our room that did not belong to us. I reported this immediately to the reception, but nobody came to collect them. In the end, I had to take the clothes down to the reception myself. • One evening, after coming back from the beach, our room had been cleaned but we were left with no fresh towels. I had to go down to reception three times and only after insisting firmly did someone finally bring us towels. • On the morning of our checkout, there was a complete power outage, and we had to wait 30 minutes before anyone came to resolve the issue. • There was no goodwill or gesture of apology when we raised our concerns upon arrival. • The elevators are a nightmare: out of three, only one was working, which meant extremely long waiting times. Conclusion: The resort itself is stunning, but the service and organization are far from what you would expect from a 5-star hotel, especially for the price you pay. Sadly, we cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

A really nice 4 stars hotel. Could have been 5 stars with working elevators, reception that say that it will be fixed and not “we are just the reception, this is a maintenance problem”, and buffet food which is not so dry and tasteless. Other than that the resort itself looks great and the pools and beach is great. I just wish the food wasn’t so bad and the elevators would work.

very very busy during summer holiday time. the service when it is busy, can be slow. The buffet gets very busy to the point where you have to sit on a smaller table then your party size. The hotel itself definitely feels luxury, is it wasn’t so busy. If the amount of people was lowered, it would feel a lot more of a luxury resort. The pool is a very nice pool, and a big one. there is a private beach for the hotel, which is very nice. It is around a 15 minute drive to old town Rhodes, and around 20 minutes away from the airport. The facilities are very clean, and the spaces are kept in great condition. The only issue with this hotel is how busy it gets. The staff in the buffet seem to get wound up during the busiest times, but the service is quick when it isn’t.

Not a 5 star luxurious experience. This hotel would make a very good 3 star hotel, 5 however I can't agree with. Drinks are tasteless and food reused between lunch/dinner, same every meal time and no heat or freshness to meals. I understand 5 star hotels can differ in different countries, but I have stayed in many 5 stars in Greece, this is comparable to a 3 star. Positive point from stay is staff in restaurant are lovely and cleaners also nice and do a great job.

There is 1 bar for all 3 swimming pools no service around the pool whatsoever so constant long queues at the single bar. Breakfast is OK. Machine only coffee, no table service. Grounds around the pool are pretty & the staff are amazing!

Definitely wouldn’t class it as a 5 star hotel. The rooms were very basic and feel like for the size of the property there could be more food options. Ended up having the buffet every night as we tried to book into the other restaurant but was told it was full for the duration of our stay. It has a bus stop near by which gets you into Rhodes old town and surrounding areas for a cheap price which is good and the entertainment staff were lovely. It’s like the olympics for sunbeds, you have to be early to secure! Pool was good size. To be honest the room and food were what let it down for me given the cost of this!

Rooms - spacious, clean (cleaners do great job and can't fault the hotel overall for being clean), no drawers in room and no long mirror (this is of preference). Pool bar - great gyros and pizza, drinks are all the same in complex, cheap branded and watered down. There is no pool service for drinks, you have to que and fetch these, most 5 star resorts have waiter service at pool side. Main restaurant - this is where this hotel is let down, the food is repetitive, cold and you get carrots served for breakfast, along with frankfurters in boiling water, hard boiled eggs that are that cheap you can't peel the shells off. Liver in onions and fish smothered in sauces. There is no fresh omelette station or fresh pancake station, they are being made and put into a tray, so a lot of the time it's cold produce. The salad bar, bread and cake selection was better and will say this part is overall lovely. I would say the food quality is the worst I have ever encountered in any hotel, let alone a 5 star resort. Beach - nice enough, pebbled and need water shoes to go into water, sunbeds tatty and old, really need replacing. Animation team - all nice people and friendly, although same activity twice a day (water polo), very low budget entertainment on a night in main bar. Overall I would not recommend, I would advise to stay at Atlantica Resort & Spa which is 5 stars and 10 minutes down the road, we visited here and wowwwwww what a resort. Before the management comment back on this review and say I didn't report the quality of food whilst in the resort I did, with both TUI reps and reception I can send pictures/complaints through TUI and the online app whilst staying here if you need evidence. Hopefully this review helps improve the lack of stars on this hotel and the food is improved drastically. I also checked why the hotel had so many good reviews, when you click on the person who has reviewed they either have only left a review for one place or it's a person who works in Greece as they are reviewing several local hotels. Beware.

Have just returned from 2 weeks at this beautiful hotel. We upgraded to a sea view and were absolutely delighted with the room! The grounds are kept beautifully maintained and the whole hotel was clean and fresh. The staff were excellent. Always smiling, always helpful and always ready to greet you. Big shout out to Marina (the waitress) and Panacottia (bar staff) who went above and beyond for us! Would totally recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.

My husband Nick and I stayed at Mayia Exclusive Resort & Spa in Rhodes for our honeymoon and wow, it exceeded all of our expectations. This is the most incredible all-inclusive resort we have experienced - the staff was beyond attentive and very friendly. The resort was absolutely spotless, exceptionally clean and absolutely gorgeous - and let’s not forget the incredible views. Our room had a private pool that was shared with 6 other room, which was an amazing perk to our stay! Our room was huge, spacious and stunning- and exceptionally clean! The food at the Greek and Asian restaurants were absolutely delicious, and the buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of food, which was also very delicious! The pool restaurant offered delicious food to eat for lunch and the pool bar offered a wide variety of cocktails, wines and beer and staff was attentive when trying to order a drink throughout the day! The resort offers two large pools, which were very clean and spacious - we spent most of our days sitting by the pool, which offered a lot of lounge chairs and umbrellas to accommodate all the guest comfortably. We also scheduled a couples massage at the spa, which was an incredible experience - the spa staff was lovely - the spa offered many services, had 2 saunas, a steam room, a relaxation room and a indoor pool and hot tub. We had full access to all the amenities and it was beyond relaxing! Needless to say, we will 100% be returning to Mayia, gladly. It was flawless and an absolute honor to have such a wonderful experience to celebrate our honeymoon here!

Stayed here for a long weekend in July. Absolute perfection! Restored my faith in 5 star hotels. Rooms are immaculate, staff are fabulous. Food is AMAZING. The whole resort and architecture is beautiful I could have walked around for days and not been bored. They use all the best ingredients for drinks and cocktails. The champagne bar is 10/10. We had a swim up room with the most amazing view. The beach is a 2 min walk away with a beach bar with the best calamari! They also have an onsite nightclub we had the best time. Everything here is just everything you would expect at a luxury resort but so much more! Can’t wait to return . Thank you for an amazing time!

From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking scenery and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and recharge. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel special. Every detail was taken care of with such care and professionalism. And the food… wow! Every meal was a delight – fresh, beautifully presented, and as delicious as in a top fine-dining restaurant. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!

We spent ten days in August at Mayia and loved it. The design of the hotel, the location, the food and drink and the service was amazing! The waiting staff were brilliant and made you feel so looked after and special especially the three guys at the Greek and Effie and her team at the Italian. Richard from the main bar and pool bar was excellent - so friendly and positive with incredible service. What let this hotel down for us was the noise in the room. What should be a peaceful place to rest, for us was full of loud noise. We heard constant door slams which would literally vibrate the bed and furniture scraping so loudly from the rooms next to us. It gave us huge anxiety and we did not sleep well. One room next door had three sisters who were incredibly loud all the time and would wake us up at 1am when they’d come in and be extremely loud in their room. We did call security one night but by the time they came to our room, the noise had quieted down. I would expect much better soundproofing and doors closing more gently in a 5 star hotel. If the hotel could fix this, it really would make a difference.

We had a wonderful stay at Mayia Resort. The beach was lovely, with clean water and a great selection of Greek snacks, and the beach team was always helpful. The beach was across the road, but it didn't cause any troubles. The champagne bar was a real highlight - perfect for pre-dinner drinks, with live piano music adding a special touch. Room service was excellent, and we appreciated the small souvenir set of local Rhodes delicacies delivered on our last day. During my partner’s birthday week, we were surprised with a bottle of sparkling wine, cake, and macaroons, which was a really thoughtful gesture. Throughout the day, there was a fantastic selection of street food and healthy snacks. We especially loved the Greek restaurant - skipping the main dishes and enjoying just the starters, which were all delicious. The live music in the evenings was also very good. A couple of suggestions for improvement: getting into the sea can be tricky, so a floating pontoon would be helpful (otherwise, swimming shoes are a must). Also, when we arrived around 11–12, it was hard to find food, so extending breakfast hours could make the experience even better. Overall, we had a great time and would happily recommend Mayia Resort!

We stayed here in May 2024. Should have written a review then, but only thinking to now as I am trying to rebook to stay again this year. We had the most amazing time at this hotel. The value we got for money was unbelievable. The buffet was fair and always found something to eat. The restaurants by the pool that you would sit and order to your table were absolutely fabulous. The a la carte restaurants were also top notch. Had some of the nicest sushi of my life there. The cocktails were really high quality and never too much of a queue. Hotel was dated yes but clean. I think they currently are doing big renovations as I have tried to book for this year and unfortunately can’t. I will definitely be trying to book in when they reopen. The staff were all so pleasant and friendly and nothing was ever too much.

I booked a room for me and my family on July in 2024. The hotel's front office service met us so cheerful. They offered us, could upgrade our room for free. Thanks for that. We admired to our new room's landscape. Foods had good quality. Waiters in main restaurant were interested in the tables. They had good communication to our kids despite of didn't know each other's languages. We liked also alacarte restaurants. We want to stay again in this summer but the hotel is under restoration. We hope we come next year.

We had a fabulous Golden Wedding Anniversary holiday at this hotel. Our room was amazing with sea views and fantastic service, a generous gift of sparkling wine and delicacy on our arrival was greatly appreciated. The cleaners were very friendly and efficient, also brought us clean towels for the room and pool every day. The food was delicious with a very good variety, served by such helpful and friendly staff, always with a smile even though they worked so hard! We enjoyed all our meals in the various different dining settings. We also made use of all three swimming pools and loved the great evening entertainment and the bar staff were very attentive and gave excellent service. We really appreciated your excellent hotel and all the facilities and would be very happy to return!

We enjoyed the hotel, and the vacation there was excellent. Right when we arrived at the hotel, the bellboy George greeted us, and he was very helpful and spoke excellent English. In general, all the service staff at the hotel (in the dining room, the bar, housekeeping, bellboys, and the reception) were very courteous, provided quick responses to any issue, and spoke good English. The cleanliness at the hotel was of a high standard. They cleaned the rooms and other areas, like the dining room and the pool area, very well. There were hand sanitizer stations almost everywhere in the hotel, and it was clear that cleanliness was a priority. Towels were replaced in the middle of the day, so there was no need to wait until the next morning, which I think is a big advantage and enhances the experience. The food in the dining room was tasty, of high quality, and there was a wide variety. The hotel has eight restaurants. I visited three of them, but in my opinion, the food there was much less tasty than in the dining room. It was dry and not well-prepared. Overall, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it.

It was supposed to be a beautiful holiday packed with tours via boats and swimming, alas... On the first day of staying in hotel I had a food poisoning. The next day after eating in the hotel only my husband got sick too. We contacted the hotel staff, who called a private doctor. His service cost us 300 Euros. We both where sick for 4 out of the 7 days. After the doctors visit and still being sick I had to go to the pharmacy to get the required medication, and this was considered to be a "strolling around" by the hotel's management. It was a nightmare experience and we did not receive any help from the hotel management or had any compensation offered to us. The manager claimed the late checkout was offered to us as a gesture of courtesy, even though this service was offered to all guests at the time of check-in. The manager has blamed us for writing lies, stating "the doctor fee is not so high". Also, in the hotel brochure the place is shown to be a 5 star resort yet the highest we would give is 2 stars. The furniture is old and not well kept, the balcony door kept opening as soon as a stronger gust of wind would pass through. The main restaurant of the hotel served very poor quality food. However a massive thank you to the hotel staff, very friendly and accommodating. It seems like the hotel is raising it's stars by having above standard requirements for the staff, and not by investing into the hotels upgrading for tourist relaxation. This was the greatest disappointment and we would highly discourage you choosing it as your holiday destination.
