Amazingly good hotel for the price. The only downside was lack of maintenance and lack of staff.
The bar staff are happy to assist and the measures are great.
The restaurant staff are over worked and need another 5/10 people to help clear tables and turn them round quicker.
When we arrived the toilets at the main pool were fine by the time we left (Aug 25) we were down to 1 urinal male and 1 cubicle. More maintenance staff needed. This didn't lead to queues but needs to be addressed.
The shuttle bus to the "beach/town" great only downside is the list goes out at 6pm. The queues start at 5pm to get on it. No issue with sunbeds but if you want the free shuttle be prepared to queue. On the subject if transport. A taxi is 10euro from port to hotel "George" is 15euro dont use George from the card at reception unless you need to.
Do not let the bad reviews get you down unless you only look at the miserable in life this place is cheap and cheerful if they invest in staff it would be great

I hate to say it but this hotel is not a 4 star.
Holidays are what you make it but for the price we paid (700 per room for 5 days all inclusive) it's disgusting and severely overpriced.
Whilst the swim up pool rooms are OK, the rest of the hotel feels very 2 to 3 star.
The older barman is incredibly rude. Not once but twice to my face, and makes you feel like it is a hassle to serve you drinks.
I ended up going back to my room as he was so rude.
The food is mediocre. The main bar area has a sticky floor. Entertainment crap.
Some of the staff (in the shop) are lovely.
Reception is also quite rude.
I am sure there are many better hotels in the area.
If I were you, I would take the reviews as they are... we booked this last minute and didn't really do our research.
I wouldn't come back here if it was free!!
Very disappointed in the hotel but the island and people are lovely.

If there is one thing you take from this review…. stay well clear of this place!!!
We had booked to stay here for 7 days but had to get Jet2 involved to switch our hotel after day 2.
Our bed was filled with bedbugs, myself and my partner woke up head to toe with painful bites (I even had an allergic reaction on my face from these bites!!!!) Our bedding was also covered in various stains.
Our bathroom was covered in black mould, those in HMP would have a cleaner shower than what is at this place!
The staff were really rude and unhelpful apart from the lovely lady who works in the little convenience shop. The bar staff question you if you order more than one drink (I got a drink for both myself and my partner and was told that I am not able to do this but they will “let me off” on that occasion). If your room is up the hill, you will be expected to walk all the way to the other side of the resort every time you want a drink as they only open the main bar and none of the small bars are ever open.
My partner got a glass of wine and the glass was visibly filthy, he then took the glass to the manager to complain and the manager took the glass off my partner, stuck his finger in the glass and simply walked off.
In the whole time we were there we did not see any of the pools get cleaned once.
The food was always served cold even if you were there as soon as the buffet was open and was sometimes not cooked thoroughly. People were getting food poisoning from the food.
The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to take you in to Kos town but I would steer clear as the bus broke down twice on our 7 minute drive into Kos. This was a running issue upon further conversation with other holiday makers.
We were not the only people to be transferred to a different hotel during our stay and definitely not the only people who complained. Make of that what you will.
It is such a shame because looking at the older reviews this hotel has not always been this way and the views were beautiful but other than that, this place has nothing else going for it.

If we had gone by the reviews we wouldn’t have gone. But we took a bit of a leap of faith as the original hotel closed and this was the offered alternative. It wasn’t too expensive so if it didn’t work it wasn’t a major loss.
We went through Jet2 and as the transfer slowly when through the different hotels we started to panic as we cycled through some amazing hotels. When we arrived it was late at night. After the night entertainment had finished. And what a great time to arrive, as we dropped the bags into the room we were greeted with the incredible view of Bodrum, lit up across the ocean.
We couldn’t have asked for a nicer holiday. The food was amazing. The entertainment/entertainers were welcoming and superb. The kids club was engaging for the kids and the option to sit around the bigger busier pools during the day or the calmer mini pools around your room was ideal.
We don’t often visit the same place twice, there’s so much of the world to see. But this may be somewhere we do!

So my wife and I travelled to this resort in September 2025, for a 7 night all inclusive stay. We travelled from the 16th to the 23rd. We booked the holiday through Jet2holidays. We always find Jet2 and Jet2holidays very reliable, friendly and very committed in catering for your holiday needs. It took me a while to find this deal. But with patience and perseverance, it certainly was worth it. Compared to other locations, this was far the better deal. It just shows to go, that to find the best deal, you have to keep looking, until you are happy, not only with the holiday, but also you're budget.
You can't always get what you want, so unfortunately, the flights to Kos airport, left Stansted at 1625, to arrive at 2225, local time. Kos being 2 hours ahead.
We arrived at the resort at about 2320. We opted for a private transfer as opposed to the coach transfer, as we wanted to arrive fairly quickly.
On arrival, we checked in, and a car took us on a 2 min drive to our allocated apartment block. These are the last apartments of the resort. There are 4 apartments within this block. I was amused that a car took us to our apartment, and would find out in the next 3 days why that service was so valuable!
Our apartment was a 2 bedroom one. Both rooms fairly spacious and each with a TV and air conditioning unit. Both had fitted wardrobes. Clean and decent rooms. Bathroom was fairly spacious with a good shower unit. Water nive and hot. There was also a fridge located within the apartment, ideal for keeping water and drinks nice and cool. There was also tea making facilities I myself prefer an apartment or room with a balcony, but this apartment had quite a large terrace, the views from which were fabulous. There are alot of insects around. I am pretty sure I could hear alot of crickets!!
The walk down to the reception area, restaurant and bar is downhill. That's all good and well. But coming back upto the apartment is the headache. You are walking up 2 steepish slopes. And by the time we reached the top of the 2nd slope and close to our apartment, I was quite out of breath! And after 3 days of this we were informed by reception, that an in house resort car, would take us to our apartment. I wish we'd known this from day 1. But we did get some good exercise!
As we descended downward, and left the 2nd slope we passed a small bar, which only served beer and wine. And also some light snacks. This was open from 10am to 6pm.
The main bar by the main pool is open from 10am to midnight.
The restaurant was split into 2. There was the main area, and there was also additional outside seating. Different foods were served daily. Hot and with good and varied choice. Restaurant staff worked tirelessly to keep the service moving. Always with a smile and eager to help. In fact, i found all the resort staff to be polite and extremely helpful. I read a review, of this resort, before arriving, that some bar staff, in particular, were rude, impolite, curt and not helpful. But I did not encounter any of this. I find if you try and treat people with respect and gratitude, they in turn will, hopefully, show it back to you. Yes, they are here to do a job, and provide a service, that's their employment. But I find treating them with utmost respect, will get the very best out of them.
The views from this resort are spectacular, especially when the sun goes down. Opposite Kos is Turkey and the area of Bodrum. Divided by the Aegean sea.
The resort does provide a minibus ride to Kos town centre. It also stops at the beach, if you want to go there. Near to the harbour, you will find many, gift shops, clothes shops, bars and restaurants. You can also book a cruise, from one of many boats dotted around the harbour. The minibus picks you up, from the same location, where you get dropped.
The weather for the whole 7 day duration was nice and hot. Temperatures reaching 31°c. There were a couple of windy days, nothing too bad.
We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great value for money. And would not hesitate for a return trip.
