Mitsis Alexander the Great never disappoints — this is my third stay and it just keeps getting better. The hotel offers incredible hospitality, pristine beach and surroundings, and a truly welcoming environment for the whole family. The food is delicious, the all-inclusive is generous and honest (not one of those so-called all-inclusives), and the overall experience is pure relaxation. It’s a place I’d return to again and again!

The perfect place for summer holidays! We were really satisfied with our choice of accommodation in this hotel. Our room was always clean, the quality of the food was great, the sandy beach is one of the best we have ever been to and the staff was always helpful and friendly! We couldn’t have asked for more, so we hope we will be back soon!

The hotel has a beautiful courtyard, delicious food, and a clean beach, these deserve positive recognition. However, our overall experience was affected by several serious shortcomings. Our room was only made available around 7 PM, several hours after our arrival. The elevator to the beach was out of service throughout our stay, and the beach bar consistently opened with at least a 40-minute delay. There was a persistent lack of beverage options, and on multiple evenings, service at the main bar was halted by 9 PM due to a supposed shortage of glasses, despite being advertised to operate until 1 AM. The attitude of the staff at the main bar was often unprofessional, in particular, one bartender displayed rude and inappropriate behavior toward many guests. During our à la carte dinner, service was poor: there were no side plates, the waiter was impolite, and at one point, an assistant waiter openly offended us.

The views of the sea all over the hotel are amazing.Except this the service is their strong point.The staff was always supportive to whatever we needed especially the hostess Eirini was so friendly ,smiley and welcoming and the groom Zouriko was always available and helped us a lot. I would suggest a lot this resort for families with kids.The beach is sandy,clean and shallow and to move within the resort is so easy as you can travel with the buggy to the beach. I liked a lot the desserts!

An outstanding hotel in an excellent location, many beautiful beaches nearby, beautiful nature and two beautiful towns Nikiti and Neos Marmaras not far from the hotel. Excellent food, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, a quiet place to rest and enjoy. Especially suitable for families. Special praise for the hotel manager Miki who is a real host, dedicated to every guest and makes you feel at home. All recommendations for anyone planning to visit Greece to spend their vacation in this hotel

I've just returned from a weeks holiday here with my sister and elderly mother. All I can say is everything was perfect. The hotel is in a quiet location right on the beach and the view from our balcony was amazing. The food is good, plenty of choice but probably not the best quality. That said, we enjoyed all our meals and they cater well for vegetarians. The pool is huge with plenty of sunbeds and a delightful pool bar serving drinks and snacks. The evening entertainment was fun and low key. Perfect for us oldies!! We have had a lovely holiday. If you want to explore Halkidiki, I would recommend hiring a car. Driving around is easy and we discovered some beautiful places. Highly recommend

Great hotel, good people working here, beautiful nature. But, -1 star because of: 1. Flies in the restaurant area. All the time they irritate you. The hotel is doing nothing to catch them. Maybe it's better to close windows, turn on air conditioning, and put some traps. 2. No bottled water and soap/shampoo in the rooms. Only liquid soap. There is a tea pot and mugs, but no tea and coffee. 3. Hotel should forbid sunbed reservation with towels. Since early morning towels are everywhere near the swimming pool.

Hotel is placed in a very nice garden, with palm trees, olives trees, and lot of flowers. I had old type of room, which was even too old, as for 4 stars, but it was clean. Every day they replaced towels. You can find premium rooms in the offer as well. There are two swimming pools, animations are placed on bigger one, so second is very calm. There is no slides for kids. Hotel is placed in calm place, away from city. Very good food, lots of choices. Everyday there is grill. Beautifull beach just 700m away. I removed one star for not clear situation with check out- according to rules given by my touroperator i should be able to still use all inclusive, when waiting for departure, but they removed my band, and said that I cannot. In the same time rest of people from my group, were left with the bands and they were able to still use all of the attractions. Lady at reception couldn't explain to me why they did like this, but at the same she didn't allow me to use the all in.

Nice hotel for a family stay. The personnel is welcoming and friendly. The food is local and really good (especially the salad bar). The rooms are not all renovated but clean and big. Overall really happy with the stay.

Thank you Atrium Hotel for an Amazing Holiday ! The lovely Sophia at the front desk made us feel so welcomed, once we were in our lovely rooms we felt relaxed. Rooms and the whole Hotel is always clean and tidy. My children thoroughly enjoyed the Children's Disco and looked forward to it every night (except Sundays as they too need a break) We had the all inclusive, we can not find fault in anything the dining area was always clean and the variety of food was fantastic and delicious. Again staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly! The pools were amazing, lovely setting and beautiful views! Barman always ready to accommodate with any drinks needed, a shout out to Nicholas for the great service with a smile !

Rooms clean, cleaned every day, food poor - only dinner every few days is on the trip, there is one entry for food - dinner is entered once and that's it (all inclusive). Hotel on a hill, steep approach - in the heat mega difficult. Drinks and the rest ok.

What a great vacation we had! The best was the pool and the amazing staff. The reception gave 200% each time we needed help, more than extraordinary service. The hotel overall is good considering the age and price. We were here for the outdoor activities and good food not staying in the room all day so no complains what so ever. Just got back from holiday was not what I expected this is not a 4 star hotel all inclusive was very little choice at lunch and evening meal snacks round pool was a couple of sandwiches a some cake when ordering drinks with your meal waiter had to get and only small glasses you had to ask for water to does not cater for kids no entertainment in the evening animation team did not do a lot with kids the staff are great friendly room cleaned everyday was good did not like shower in room as it had frosted glass ad it faced the bedroom

Lovely place. However the room was not what you'd expect of a 4 stars hotel. Ancient air-conditioning, outdated bathroom and the couples rooms...single beds added together. No iron, only ironing service that was not cheap. However the food was very good and the service amazing. At the bar we could've done with some menus that has a list of things included for all inclusive. We ended up paying for cocktails as we were told what the cocktails in the all inclusive menus were. There was one girl on reception with red hair and she was amazing. She smiled all the time and was so helpful that made out stay 10x better. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name. She work afternoons/evenings while we were there She was a sweetheart.
