I had an absolutely amazing and relaxing vacation at this hotel – for me, it’s a true hidden gem. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The room wasn't modern, but it was in perfect condition and always spotlessly clean. All the amenities – from the beautiful pool to the incredibly well-kept beach area – were immaculate. I’ve honestly never seen a sea as stunning as here in my entire life. Fresh towels were always available, and I could ask for bottled water at the reception at any time, which I really appreciated. Every member of the staff was extremely attentive, polite, and helpful. A special mention goes to the beach bar team – they were not only professional and kind, but also funny and made fantastic cocktails. I felt truly cared for during my entire stay and was able to fully relax. I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful and carefree holiday in Greece. Some of the other reviews here don’t reflect my experience at all – this hotel deserves much more recognition.

Excellent Stay – Great Location and Friendly Staff! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – close to everything but still quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. It’s within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, which made exploring the city very convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone made me feel welcome and well taken care of. They also spoke excellent English, which made communication smooth and easy.

We booked a room for 5 days and the total cost of it was 1050€ all inclusive. Positive: The beds were quite comfy. The staff in general was great, friendly and never getting tired of you no matter how many questions you asked. The breakfast was the meal we loved most, there was plenty of food varieties. As for drinks there are 3 coffee machines, 2 soft drinks machines, and one with non sparkling juices like pineapple, cherry, apple, iced tea (practically nothing was missing). There were 3 open bars one at the pool, one at the beach and one on theroof serving until 01:00 am. There was a menu of soft drinks, wine, beer, alchohol, coctails, and snacks to eat between the meals. Negative: The hotel is quite old actually and old furnitures. We didn't get to try any fish during our stay and that was a little bit upseting. The other thing which made us exhausted were the stairs we had to take to go to the beach. This was the worst part for us during our stay.

We had a great vacation at Mitsis Alexander the Great from the welcome to the departure. We were quickly directed to our parking space by the guy at the gate. It took us no more than 5 minutes at the reception and we were already settled (Use Online Check-In before arriving), the kind gentleman with the golf cart loaded our huge, huge luggage and delivered it to our room. 25 minutes after our arrival we were already on the beach and enjoying drinks and ice cream from the beach bar.The food in the main restaurant is of very good quality, fruits, salads, main courses, drinks from the machine! I can find the roast lamb, octopus in tomato sauce and Greek pasta, salmon, and Mediterranean fish, the roast pork fillet. The ice cream is great! We also take advantage of our well-deserved visit to the TAVERN, as the reservation is made 24 hours after CHECK IN, and you receive an email with the date and time. There you can taste great selected Greek dishes. Regarding the beach, Oh I will miss the crystal clear blue water, great place. The lack of sunbeds is due to unscrupulous reservations by people who just throw some objects on the sunbeds and then they are gone all day. The hotel management has clearly stated that they will clear them in an hour if there is no personal presence, and so they organize places for us that we want to use (And that's right!) You can reach the beach by the steps from the main restaurant, order a golf cart ride to the beach, use the pedestrian walkway past the Taverna or the steps from the Taverna. On your way back, you can call the reception who will send a cart to pick you up within 5 minutes, or use the walkway from the Taverna. Easy! Of course, if you want to climb the steep steps :) you are a person who leads an active lifestyle, lives on at least the 4th floor and often climbs stairs. It is challenging but not as difficult as some comments make it sound! Regarding the beach bar, the two guys there take care of every order politely, the bartender at the pool bar is great. Everyone deserves praise! There are snacks, ice cream, drinks! Great! At the evening bar you can enjoy cocktails carefully prepared by the two bartenders, as well as a live performance by a guest band, the music is well selected. The overall maintenance of the gardens is very good, there is a play area for children with a playground, electronic arcade games for the older ones, as well as a special room for board games or just to read a book. There is enough space for walking in the complex itself. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day, the towels are changed every day, the bed linen every two days! The size of the room is more or less average, we booked a triple room, I think. However, everyone who books sees the size of the room and knows firsthand how big it is. I was a guest with my family at the end of August and I took the liberty of writing a long comment because I don't think some of the comments below properly reflect the atmosphere and the efforts of the staff and management to make you enjoy a really good vacation. -A warm welcome from the reception staff during our stay. -Regarding the food, we expected more from the Greek cuisine since there was not much choice, especially since we were with children (I want to emphasize that the kitchen manager offered us that we could always ask for a menu according to our choice for the children). -I recommend that the elevator be adjusted so that access to the beach is easier to go to or back from, especially for older people (But anyone who could ask at the reception could offer the possibility of sending them with their own means of transport). The beach and sand are clean and a large space among others where children can play freely (During our stay i saw that more umbrellas were needed since there were more tourists than their number and most, even though they did not stay in umbrellas, were covered with towels and could stay empty for a long time). -The beach bar should have had more options for drinks and food (one day there was only a pork option and the other days the chicken option ran out very quickly). -During our All Inclusive booking, a dinner at the Antonis tavern was included. During the booking communication, they told us that we could make a reservation when we got to the hotel. When we arrived, they told us that they had to be reserved before we went and they were full. After insisting, on the last night of our stay, they reserved a table for us. We thank the guy at the reception because if it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have tried it as an experience. -Anyway, I think you deserve 5 stars because the stay was value for money and your strong point is the staff. -I suggest everyone to ask for what they have offered to get the service because it is not lacking.

We enjoyed a week-long family stay at the hotel in August. There are two main things that made the hotel stand out for us: (1) it felt relaxed and not overly busy even though it was at full capacity; (2) staff were very friendly and helpful. The family room we got was modern and quiet. There is no beach in front of the hotel, but this was clear from all advertisments so no surprises there. There is an option to drive a few minutes to a nearby sister-hotel and use their organised beach for free, which we did. Also, there is an access to the sea with shallow water next to the hotel which is good if you just want to snorkel. There was a good choice of food and we could always get gluten-free and nut-free options if we asked. Being charged for water at dinner felt a bit akward, but this is a minor point and overal experience was great. View of the sunset from the restaurant is very memorable. We also appreciated that a few hours of childcare were organised for us at the sister-hotel (for a fee) while we went diving.

If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful family friendly hotel in a beautiful nature surroundings - that's your place to go! Seriously, this little hotel exceeded our expectations, starting from a remarkable view from the restaurant, crystal clear shallow beach in 5 min walk and very friendly attentive staff. They make you feel like in a beautiful home and we even consider of coming back next year to this little tranquil Greek paradise.

Main issue we had was with the bathroom which had blocked drains at both the tap and the shower. This caused us inconvenience as the shower floor was always wet. Breakfast was great with friendly service and good variety. Service at the pool needs improvement as staff do not show interest and willingness to assist and take orders.

We visited this place in early May this year. Location was pretty amazing with stunning views and right beside the beach. It’s also located in good area with short distance to other beaches. Surrounded by nature. Stuff was always very helpful and nice. As we celebrated there a birthday of my partner we also received the nice Gift as a surprise when we returned that day to our room! I would definitely recommend it. We also received nice tips from Stuff where to go and which places to visit! Thanks a lot!

We had an all exclusive stay, it was everything we needed. We even got two gifts for our daughter which was such a surprise. New room was amazing, big with sea view, everything you needed was in the room as well. By two things that make this hotel amazing are stuff and food. Everyone in the hotel was so kind and friendly. Food choices are amazing and can fit anyones needs. The only thing that they can have to make this experience even better is their own orgnized beach.

We came to the Atrium Hotel in Pefkochori to stay for 6 days. In my opinion, the hotel’s location is not great — it’s too high up, and if you don’t have a car, you have to walk about 15 minutes to get to the beach or nearby places. Because of the reviews, we were honestly hopeful, but during our stay we faced several issues. First of all, the Wi-Fi at the hotel is really bad. If you don’t have your own mobile data, it’s very difficult to watch something or even just stay connected. Secondly, the hotel doesn’t have an indoor pool, and the outdoor pools aren’t heated either, so most people who booked in September, like us, probably couldn’t use the pool due to unstable weather conditions. For a hotel like this, I would at least expect the outdoor pool to be heated if there’s no indoor one. Another issue was the limited variety of food and the lack of informative labeling. The vegan options were almost nonexistent. You can get drinks from the bar during or outside of meal times, but if you want to take a bottle of water to your room, they charge you for it — even though we booked an all-inclusive stay! Did they really expect us to use the single bottle of water given on the first day for six days straight? Because of that, we had to keep carrying water from the bar to our room in glasses. I can’t say it was a terrible experience, but I also can’t see how this hotel deserves many of the positive reviews (at least based on the period we stayed).

The hotel was quiet and peaceful, surrounded by pine trees. I was especially happy that there were hardly any mosquitoes or bugs, something I really appreciated. But the ants are unforgiving if you leave crumbs. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. Despite the furnishings weren’t brand new, everything was in good condition and the air conditioning worked well. Even though we visited during a hot period, the nights were pleasantly cool. My daughter and I had a great time at the water park, such a fun bonus! The pool was clean and we didn’t face any issues there either. We only had breakfast and went into town for dinner, which worked out well since the location was convenient. There was an area right outside the hotel that the staff showed us and we didn't have to look for a parking space. If I visit Halkidiki again, I’d definitely consider staying here again. That’s what matters most.

2 STAR AT BEST. I would strongly recommend reading all the negative reviews before booking. Greece is beautiful, but staying here definitely was the worst part of my trip. I was nervous sleeping in the room because there was no latch or dead bolt for safety. The room reminded me of something out of a scary movie and the only thing that was cheap about it was the amenities and furnishings. I don't know who rated this hotel but definitely no way it is 4 star by any standards.

Very nice hotel on top of the hill, why the nights are particularly pleasant. Rooms are fine, but bathrooms need to be updated, actually to remove the shower curtains and put regular cabins instead. Loved the pool area and the fact that there are beds at all times. You do not need to fight for them. Food is great, portions generous. Balcony area is also comfortable and big enough, ours had a beautiful view of the sea.

Absolutely loved it here,beautiful place to visit. The hotel was very clean and tidy,can't fault it. The food was amazing. The drinks at the bar were a bit disappointing,as we were all inclusive. Our bedroom was a bit out dated needs a revamp. The air conditioning was poor,Had a lovely balcony looked on to the pool. The pool was lovely and always beds available. The manager of the restaurant (kamil)was very pleasant and helpful always made sure we had a seat. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would visit again.

Been to Greece many times and love the food. This hotel has the worst food I've ever had in Greece. Cold, overcooked, mass produced garbage. Drinks included were even worse. Wine was totally undrinkable, soft drinks with so much sugar. Room was never cleaned properly, just given fresh towels and made the bed. They were just washing the glasses and spoons out in the bathroom sink. I went down to reception with a dirty glass to complain. The lady on reception was very understanding, and the manager came over and started having a go at her. He had the worst attitude I've ever seen. The pool was always carnage, and the beach is miles away and pretty chaotic there too. There is literally no drawers to put your clothes in the room. They only positives were that some of the staff were really nice and there seemed to be a lot of entertainment for children.

The hotel is surrounded by forest, we've loved the fresh air in the summer and enjoyed the sunbeds under the trees. The food is great, the options are great. There is a lot of fun each evening especially for the young ones. The stuff is very helpful and nice, the do their best for the guests to enjoy in the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel truly cared for. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful green environment that creates a calm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The food was also excellent – delicious and full of flavor. We stayed at this hotel with my husband and two grandchildren in June 2025. While some people prefer noisy parties by the pool, others enjoy solitude and reconnecting with nature, and this hotel can offer both ( there were options for everyone). The hotel has a large, beautiful, well-maintained area, quite a few swimming pools, playgrounds, and children's entertainers. There is a very large selection of food, and everything is delicious. It is a 15-minute walk to the sandy beach through a pine forest. A huge thank you to all the hotel staff for giving us the opportunity to fully enjoy our wonderful holiday. They trully made our stay excellent!
