I spent a week with my family at this hotel and we had overall a great time.
Pros:
1. Exquisite Interior and Exterior Design: The hotel boasts a beautifully designed interior and exterior, creating a visually appealing and comfortable atmosphere for guests.
2. Exceptional Breakfast: One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding breakfast. The variety and quality of the breakfast options exceeded our expectations, making our mornings delightful.
3. Convenient Shuttle Service: The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to Corfu town four times a day. This service proved to be extremely helpful for exploring the town without the hassle of arranging transportation.
Cons:
1. Limited Beach Bar Cafe Meal Options: Unfortunately, the meal options at the beach bar cafe were not as varied or satisfying as we had hoped for. The quality didn’t reflect the price.
2. Partly dated Bathrooms with Musty Smell: The bathroom in our room appeared dated and a musty smell could be felt from time to time due to poor aeration.
3. Room Cleaning Oversight: We encountered some issues with the room cleaning service. Specifically, rubbish was not picked up and used mugs were not replaced.
4. Hotel app didn’t work well so we didn’t get enough information on all the facilities available.
5. I didn’t enjoy the massage at the spa.

The best thing about the hotel is its location on the Kommeno peninsula. There are two other Grecotel resorts nearby but the Imperial has the best position and the best beach. Perfect for sunbathing as the sun is directly above.
More compliments to the guest service team, cleaning and restaurant staff. They are very attentive, hardworking and always smiling. Especially the cleaning ladies who were very careful and attentive.
The weak spot (for me) was the food. Very repetitive breakfast. Dinners average or below average. Very strange because last year during the stay at Eva Palace I was very satisfied with the food. This hotel is more expensive but didn't impress in that matter.
Nevertheless, it's good for a quiet relaxing getaway. I was very satisfied with the service.

I've been lucky enough to stay in some fantastic hotels and this is certainly up there. All of the staff are so friendly and all incredibly helpful, nothing is too much for them. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and very well kept especially the different pools and beaches.
Whilst the breakfasts were the same each morning there is more than enough choice, the same going for dinner with the quality and variety 5 stars.
Corfu itself is a little hit and miss but this little corner of paradise I'd certain come back to.

Perfect place for a holiday! Delicious food, hotel located near bay where you can dive with great instructors, hotel rooms clean and with perfect view at the sea. Its on my list to visit again😎

Delighted with our stay at Grecotel Imperial. The grounds are superb, not just a stunning location and private peninsula, but a tremendous sense of space at the height of the summer season. The hotel itself has beautiful surroundings, lounges and drawing rooms - again lots of space for you to retreat to and relax.
The service is attentive and friendly, all the staff are helpful and accommodating.
The food is also very good. Too often I've been to 5* breakfast and dinner buffets where the food is uninspired and boring. This buffet has a fantastic array of dishes (without being excessive) and actually tastes like people made the effort to cook good food! They also do barista grade coffee!
I would like to see a bit more entertainment for the families at night - restricting it to the kids club has limited reach and I think a stage outside somewhere with music and performers (for an hour or so) would add a bit of fun to proceedings without dampening the upscale vibe.
Overall, super happy with this resort. We also enjoyed a swim up room with a neighbouring pool - which was rarely busy and afforded beautifully warm water.
Thanks to the hotel and team for the perfect family vacation.
