I'll give 5 stars for value for money, hotel is in good condition in general but room we got was a bit time worn. Food was mid tier, very repetitive. The hotel crew was helpfull and polite. Overall a good place to stay in with lower budget.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel recently for a week and we found it to be a great time. It was my first time going on holiday in years and a perfect time to have a bit of a reset. For a 3-star hotel, it was a great getaway!
The room we stayed in was cleaned every morning with emptied bins, changed bed sheets, and a mopped floor, so the room always had a refreshing scent. The beds themselves came in two single beds (a very common thing in European countries) and were comfortable. They're a little bit harder than the average bed, but it isn't hard to adjust to them. Great air conditioning too plus a TV (mostly Dutch channels with a few options for British TV).
The food was pretty good, ranging from a variety of different meals every day and plenty of different types of meat. The food is always drenched in oil, which wasn't a major problem for us. Otherwise, they had basic food such as salad and fries included in the lunch and dinner buffets. The breakfast buffet was pretty much what you expect with loads of eggs, meats, cheese and breads. There are also choices of cereals and hot drinks. During the day, there was lots of food and drink available at the pool bars, which included 4 flavours of ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, banana) as well as pizza, gyros, fries, and pastries. There were lots of flavours of soft drinks too, as well as some alcoholic options. Cocktails aren't included in the all-inclusive package though, as well as some imported beverages. They do have local alcoholic options, which are included in all-inclusive, but taste a little watered down. These are gin, beer, rum, vodka, wine, and koumkouat.
The complex was always clean and tidy in every building and pool area we went to, with service always ready to clear any used dishes and cups. Plenty of sun loungers to use throughout the day without the need to reserve them.
Overall, a great stay and a well-needed break. Great location, food, service and a very fun time.

I will start with the pros as there were not many. The facilities on site are good. It's a huge place so there were a variety of pools and sunbeds that were always available for use. It was always easy to find a place and a good choice of pools with some great for children, other deeper so you could go for a swim. The bar staff were friendly and approachable. Especially the greek gentleman that works at the beach bar. Always friendly and smiling. But that's about where it ends on a positive note. Firstly the food was terrible. It's was always the same cheap products with not much to choose from. It was not fresh and after 3 days I've had enough of eating the same stuff all the time. Im sure most of it was not cooked fresh. The drinks selection was not great. Watered down soft drinks. Even the cocktails that you had to pay for were not great. The night entertainment was a joke. Considering that this is a family friendly resort there was not much for the kids. Just dj nights which were perfect for dodgy families, nothing exciting. We ended up going to bed early most nights as there was not much for the little one and the resort is miles away from any other place that we could pick to go to. Roda is a small village nearby but still miles away from the resort so if you get bored in the resort there is literally no where else to go. Where do I even begin with staff. Some were helpful but majority of them look fed up and like they really don't want to be there. The shop assistants were probably the worst. Very rude and condescending. I've asked a bar staff for milk when there was none near the coffee machine and she's asked me to go to the breakfast bar. I went there and there was none in there. Lack of organisation and they are definitely experiencing staffing issues which the can only be blamed on poor management. One night our room was cleaned and we had no towels. I've ran to the reception explaining the situation and was told the towels will be brought to me later on. I've explained that I have a child I needed to wash after spending all day on the beach and they were not interested. Made us wait and refused to tell us how long we needed to wait for. No interest what so ever. The same night a massive argument erupted at 2 am baring in mind there was kids in most of the rooms. To be fair to the reception staff they tried their best to cope with difficult customers but it caused chaos. Literally children screaming, things being smashed and all families waking up. This was on our last day so definitely ruined our trip time for us. This place needs security on doors with how big it is. It took a good 40mins for the argument to end and i genuinely felt sorry for staff having to deal with that. Considering the fact that the two women that were screaming were highly intoxicated, it wasn't safe for anyone to cope with such a difficult situation. Having security there this would have stopped the argument from escalating further, causing distress for all customers. I went to a really nice hotel in majorca last year and could not even compare this place to the one we was at last time. Poor staff levels, poor attitude and lack of any organisation or even willingness to make the stay enjoyable for families there. The management are responsible for this, not the staff members who are underpaid, dealing with all the pressures of this place. This facility is clearly struggling to cope with all the pressures they are faced with and something needs changing. I would not recommend this place. My child loved the swimming pools and the playground but it was not good enough for all the terrible experiences we had to deal with during our time here. Please look at reviews before booking. I wish I looked into it more.

While the hotel in itself was quite alright, i got a lot to complain about food. Almost EVERYTHING was drenched in oil. I understand that it might be so it tastes better to people, as well as because it's a regional thing, but is it necessary to add it to everything? I really wish there were more healthy diet food options. It really is the kind of a place that you either will starve in or gain 2 kilograms by simply eating normally. Each meal made feel sick and bloated as well, even though i ate less than most people. And i won't begin with the atracious lunchboxes. Though, everything else about the hotel was okay. The cleaning service was very effective and the room was in a decent state. And by the way, if anyone who visits plans on using the hotel beach, i actually recommend going to a different one, located not far away on the west side. It's a lot cleaner and i never saw any people there.

Such a disappointing stay due to the staff who were all so miserable and unwelcoming, we arrived at 1am in the morning after a very long day travelling ,we checked in and asked if we could get a drink no was the answer ,when the guy was showing us to our room he just took us to the lift chucked our cases on the floor and pointed up and walked off, when we got to the room there was no kettle or tea / coffee making facilities to even make a drink ,I have never been to Greece and not been offered some form of refreshments even late into the night, and from then it just got worse each day. The food was really poor quality and luke warm ,the menu choice was really poor even for an all inclusive, it was just awful, the only thing that was any good was the fruit and yoghurt in the morning, but this was all made worse by the really awful attitude of the staff I can only think that it is such a bad place to work, they are so miserable the bar staff never acknowledge you , just grunt, the restaurant staff are the same ,the room was in need of some maintenance the loo was leaking the shower was dirty ,the cleaner was very good and the rest of the room was very clean. But the shower was very old and needed refurbishment and the toilet needed fixing which they did not after reporting it ,such a shame as it's a great location and facilities, but let down by poor management and staff moral, poor food ,it needs somebody to train the staff on how to behave in a paying guest environment as we work and save hard to pay for the holiday, Greece is a fantastic place to go and the people are very welcoming in all the hotels we have stayed in the past, I suggest the hotel management are sent to one of these to train on how to run a holiday location hotel ,because they really need it , and kitchen team need to learn to cook good hot food not school dinners ,I would have been happy to pay for a coffee when we arrived but no luck just nothing ,if you come to my house at any time of day you would be offered refreshments, it's just the done thing especially in a hotel just really poor hospitality
