Spent 6 nights here with my husband as part of an organized tour. We were really happy with the hotel and what we got in the all inclusive. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The food in the main restaurant was wonderful (there were a lot of extra treats for a few days after Ramadan, it felt like a feast!) The staff were also very attentive (big thank you to Eslam in the restaurant, who always greeted us with a smile and knew what we wanted to drink before we even asked.) We didn't engage in many activities at the hotel since we had tours booked for most of our stay, but we did have a nice massage at the spa. I do wish the spa was a little bigger and that things like the hamam were free to access at all times instead of something you pay per hour, but I suppose the spa isn't the focus of the hotel, but rather the beach and the pools. The only small criticism I have is about the hand soap in the bathroom - they left us only one small bottle every day after cleaning, which meant we had to 'ration' it. It would be better to have a big refillable bottle with a pump next to the sink. Personally, I'm pretty germophobic and I also wear contact lenses, so I need to be able to wash my hands well before putting them on and taking them off, so it was a little stressful to keep track of the soap. But this was really small issue during our overall great time at Tropitel!

Honestly I came with less expectations, however when I arrived, I changed my mind. They were welcoming. Check in was very easy. Booked on Booking.com, I was worried they may make issues or give me another room that I didn't choose. The room is very nice with excellent view of the Pool area. Bit noisy but okay.

Walking in, my first impression was that there wouldn't be enough space to sit down and relax at the end of the day. My theory was later confirmed and we had to sit around the fountain which was out-of-order anyway. During the day we went to the pools and were pleased to find that two of them were heated;one being big and 140cm and the other having 3 slides also with a depth of 140. Surprisingly, even the kids pool was at a moderate heat; usually the small kids pools are freezing cold and inhabitable. At dinner time, there was a lot to choose from and the food did not disappoint. But there were some faults in the food: most of the time the beef was hard and dry; and the soup tasted like flavoured water. Those bits were insignificant though as opposed to the rest of the food and deserts. Each day had a different designated kitchen style : Tuesday was oriental, Sunday was BBQ, Thursday was seafood, ext. The desserts were very fruit-pointed and carefully balanced for a good flavour, there was also a chocolate fountain and occasionally, strawberries. The lobby was not so spacious but we managed to grab some seats and found company in some German folk. The beds were comfy and the lighting was warm so I slept well. The staff was friendly and overall it was a fun experience. Highly recommended

The hotel is very nice and very clean This is the second time I have visited it as I visited it previously in the summer of 2021 and this time in 2025 The hotel has a very good location and features a varied buffet of food in the main restaurant. There are also a Mexican and Italian restaurants near the beach, their experience is wonderful. The staff as a whole is excellent, helpful and very fast in service. The hotel features swimming pools, various bars and a very excellent children's area in addition to the beautiful beach. The hotel has many countless advantages and is an ideal choice for a vacation.

Amazing hotel with so many activities, Great ambience. Good food. Excellent friendly staff. Only downside is if you forget something the shops especially the pharmacy in the hotel are excorbitant for basic stuff with a high currency exchange rate. There is an ATM at the hotel. The hotel is over 40 minutes away from the nearest shopping centre by car.

After about 15 visits to Egypt, I can say that I have experienced a completely different Egypt. This hotel and its services are simply incredible. The staff at all levels are top-notch. The beach is stunning. There are many thoughtful details, such as the staff cleaning guests' sunglasses on the beach. Guests can use red flags on the beach for peace and quiet, signaling that they do not wish to be approached by staff offering fresh juices, excursions, or spa services. The food is impeccable. The fitness center is well-equipped, and there is also a trainer (we used his services and were very satisfied). One small downside – though unrelated to the hotel or the stay itself – was our experience at the beauty salon. It was highly overpriced and did not meet European standards, so we would not use it again. We will definitely return to this hotel. Truly an oasis of peace! I highly recommend it to everyone, even the most demanding guests.

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon for a week. From the moment we got there to the moment we left we were looked after so we'll. Treated like King and Queen. When I say nothing was a problem for anyone it truly wasn't. They wouldn't let us open a door. As long as a member of staff was about. They are all so grateful and humble. We have made some good friends for life. The rooms are nice. Comfortable and clean. The bed we had was a king size. Rooms are cleaned every day. Towel art every day. Not sure if it's available in every room but we had the honeymoon package so had a few added extras. We will be going back again no doubt. And would thoroughly recommend this amazing place to any adult wanting to escape and be pampered.

We were a honeymooning couple and had a great overall experience at the resort. Although the resort is on the smaller side and doesn’t have direct beach access—you need to cross a street shared with other nearby resorts—the food and rooms were excellent. The staff, including the waiters and workers, were fantastic. However, the activities offered weren’t very impressive.

Amazing service, beautiful spacious and clean rooms. Manager Ibrahim is very professional and helpful. Location of the hotel is very nice, directly in front of the of the sea with amazing views. Restaurant is very nice, everyday they had different themed food and so many options, staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The vibe of the hotel just amazing.

We visited the hotel in March 2025. From the very beginning of our arrival, we felt very welcomed at Kaisol Hotel. The receptionists were very professional and helpful. As a married couple, we stayed in a Deluxe Room, which was amazing. It had everything we needed. There was a big selection of food available at any time of the day, and it was served beautifully. The beach is just across the road. We were lucky enough to watch dolphins while sunbathing at the beach. The only downside was that the evening performers were not that great. Most of them focused on entertaining people aged 60 and over, performing the same songs every evening, which we found boring. We only enjoyed watching a few of them. All the hotel, restaurant, spa, and security staff were very well-trained and polite. Special thanks to Ramadan, who looked after our room. We really appreciated your hospitality. Next time we visit Sahl Hasheesh, it would be a pleasure to stay at Kaisol Romance Hotel again.

Over All, The stay was very good for the price for a big family. We enjoyed it. Apart from coffee which I really like, food, rooms, beach, pool and activities were amazing. All the staff were great, welcoming apart from the Lady on the Barista( coffee machine) in the entrance who needs to be more careful attentive to her responses to the guest. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed ( receptionist) who facilitated our stay.

I love the animation team!! Everyone is nice and is trying to talk to us and play games with us. Also the yoga and stretching was very cool. I love the shows in this hotel, the Entertainment is too good in these shows. And i love how everyone dances together on the dancefloor after every show in the evening! The animation team does a good job with the people.

Avoid This Place at All Costs – Worst “All-Inclusive” Experience Ever I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about this hotel. Calling it “all-inclusive” is a joke. The service is absolutely awful—staff are either nowhere to be found or completely indifferent when you need something. If you’re hoping to relax with a drink, good luck. Beer is served in cups so small they barely hold two sips. Even worse, most of the time the beer is “out of order.” How does beer go out of order? The food? Honestly, I wouldn’t serve it to my worst enemy. It’s bland, greasy, and questionable at best. I’ve had better meals in gas stations. The rooms are another disaster. If you get an older room, expect crumbling walls, broken furniture, and a smell that screams neglect. If you’re “lucky” enough to be placed in one of the newer rooms, prepare for a chemical onslaught of oil and fresh paint. Not exactly the relaxing vibe you’d want. The beach is laughably small for the size of the hotel. You’ll be crammed in like sardines with barely enough room to walk, let alone relax. And you can only go 10M before the entitled lifeguard blasts his whistle Oh, and if you have kids? Don’t count on the playroom. It’s old, moldy, crawling with spiders, and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Honestly, it’s a health hazard. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is a complete nightmare.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost care and attention. The manager was a great man—he looked after us so well and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His kindness and professionalism made a big difference, and we truly appreciated his hospitality. The food was another highlight. The chef, who was Indian, prepared special meals for us every time we needed, catering to our tastes perfectly. He took great care of us, and every meal was delicious. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was exceptional, and we felt right at home. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We had a perfect stay. The hotel is really nice and the rooms have everything you need for your stay. Beach and the sea is amazing. Clean spacious beach where you can get sunbeds in any time of the day without problem. The underwater life is wonderful, perfect for snorkeling. 🏖🐠🐟 The food in main restaurant is good - if you are not extra picky eater you will not have a problem to choose something. 😊 Animation team is great! Smiley and funny all the time. It was our pleasure to stay here in Pyramisa hotel. 😊
