My recent stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, a rather disappointing experience. While the prospect of a comfortable and enjoyable stay was what I had in mind, the reality fell short in several aspects. Firstly, the cleanliness of my room left much to be desired. The floor retained a sandy feel, which was quite unpleasant while walking barefoot. This immediately set a tone for my stay, highlighting a lack of attention to detail in maintaining the room's cleanliness.
Moreover, the room's maintenance seemed to have been neglected. The light on the balcony was out of order, contributing to an unwelcoming atmosphere during the evening hours. Additionally, the wallpaper was peeling off, and the ceiling was in dire need of a fresh coat of paint. These issues collectively detracted from the comfort and aesthetic appeal of the room.
A significant shortfall was the absence of basic amenities. Essentials such as water, coffee, a shower cap, and toilet rolls were not readily available in the room. The necessity to request these items felt like an unnecessary inconvenience, deviating from the standard hospitality one would expect.
The service experience, particularly at the reception, was underwhelming. Information provided during my stay was not particularly helpful. A notable instance of this was the confusion surrounding a packed lunch for an early morning excursion. Despite observing a precedent where another couple received a packed breakfast due to their early checkout, my request was denied with the explanation that it needed to be ordered in advance. This inconsistency in service was frustrating and conveyed a sense of unpreparedness to accommodate guests' needs effectively.
Overall, my stay at the hotel was marred by issues related to cleanliness, maintenance, amenity provision, and service quality. These elements combined to create an unwelcoming and unpleasant hotel experience. It's disheartening to report that this hotel did not meet the expectations set by its advertised offerings, and improvements in these areas are crucial for future guests.

We are only halfway through our holiday at the hotel. We are more than impressed. The room is spacious. There is a great pool area, life guard, and safe children. The restaurant is very nice and the food is excellent with themed nights. All the staff are friendly and very professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them. You can walk either way on a great promenade. Supermarkets and bar just across the road.

Everything was amazing from the room to the pool to the breakfast.
I've read one or 2 complaining about really random things like a stain on a couch and the staff at reception but it's genuinely an excellent place to stay for a quiet few days away.
The staff are as good as any other staff I've encountered elsewhere. Always up for a laugh and there to help with anything you want.
The room was spotless and cleaned daily.
I suppose it could do with updating a bit but everything worked and was clean so no complaints.
Location is good for a few restaurants and places to have a drink. Golf courses are very close.
Not a place to go if you're looking to be partying but if just after a relaxing time away with a few drinks its recommended.
The spa was small but in good condition.

*It should be rated as a 3-star hotel, not 4-star.*
We had an issue with the booking (caused by the hotel), and we were not even given a glass of water while waiting or offered to leave the luggage and go for lunch.
Service was hit and miss in reception, with some great communication and others with poor communication and not so great resolution.
The cleaning is good, but there is too much bleach. The location around the hotel is a bit industrial, and not as nice as places like Costa de Adeje.
People serving in the hotel are very friendly and helpful.
Conversely, the hotel's design is quite poor, requiring you to carry the suitcases up the stairs to take the lift.
Also there is some quite disruptive and poor quality stereo music on the swimming pool, while they do some group activities.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Location is great, plenty of restaurants and bars to choose near by.
Also a supermarket is nearby, the pool was clean and good.
The rooms are old but the staffs are putting a great job to keep it up. Needs a bit of renovation to call it a 4 star.
It's more of a 3 star hotel. The hotel shd also invest more on the recreation room.
Evening shows were great and breakfast was mediocre.
