It's an excellent hotel for both couples and families with kid alike. There's the kids area with swimming pools, playground, kids club from 11:00h until 12:45, mini disco every night at 8 pm where the children have some fun. The relax area that is intended for adults with swimming pools in a more quiet area and no loud music. The hotel also has a spa with heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and amenities. It offers various types of massage and treatments. The food is very good, breakfast has a good variety and a dedicated area for coeliacs with gluten free bread, choices of cereal and a dedicated toaster. The breakfast and dinner time range are long enough so it doesn't get overcrowded. There's also an a la cart restaurant that you need to book in advance. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The hotel is clean and you can see the maintenance crew are on top of any minor details and issues when they arise. The location is very convenient short walk from the beach, there are two supermarkets nearby at 3 and 5 minutes walk. Also if you'd prefer to try there are plenty of other restaurants nearby. I had a great experience there.

Really nice hotel, it looks a bit old from the outside but completely renovated inside. Everything was clean, staff was always very helpful. Receptionists Ecce and Wanda were super friendly. Rooms are on a smaller side, but with plenty of storage space, good shower and amazing king sized bed with good mattress! Doors to shower and toilet are glass and a bit squeaky and not very sound proof but that's about it. Kiddie pool with slides is nice but really cold (feels like colder than sea really), there's only one heated pool but with no slides, still could be slightly warmer but much better than the other ones. Breakfast is great, loads of fresh juices, pastries, cheeses, hams, etc. . On the warm side there were scrambled eggs, bacon, veggies and plenty of other things to try, no beans, bangers and omelettes but plenty of other things to have and try! Dinner was amazing, really nice plating and great selection of everything. Even soup was really tasty, and selection of deserts was outstanding, selection between healthy, sweet and sour, not just defrosted cakes as usual.

Fantastic experience staying here. Perfectly situated but in a quieter area of Playa Blanca. The half board credit system is such a good idea, i'm surprised no other hotels implement it. Our room was lovely and very modern. We upgraded to a room with a private pool which was handy for when our daughter had a nap, we could stay very close by and still take a dip. Both the poolside and main bar by reception are great. Fantastic drinks on offer and great quality. Food was really nice and fresh even though its a buffet style restaurant. All staff we encountered were super helpful. We enjoyed this place so much, my wife has re-booked us for June! Can't wait.

Had a fabulous week away here. Rooms very clean and spacious. Pool heated in winter. Food very good but could be warmer as always with buffets. Need to organise the breakfast a bit better as very chaotic. 2 coffee machines out of service on our last 2 days which caused huge queues at other end. Maybe spread the food out into different areas to avoid crowding. Bar staff all very good and drinks consistent. Good quality cocktails well presented. Situated in between the marina and main town but in a quiet location. Supermarkets 5 mins away.

Our stay at Mynd Hotel in Yaiza was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a calm and stylish atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed. The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with great attention to detail throughout. What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful at all times. The service felt personal and attentive without ever being intrusive. The location is perfect for exploring the area while still feeling peaceful and quiet. We also loved the food and breakfast options, which were fresh, varied, and delicious every day. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences we’ve had. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Lanzarote!

The Livvo Volcan Hotel is a very imposing hotel. The layout is like a small village with rooms set on different levels. There are walkways to connect the different areas of the hotel, a bit like old town streets. As an example, the main restaurant, La Florida, is on it's own in the centre and you have to walk down the paths to get there so you actually leave the cover of inside the hotel. The rooms are also set out as if village like and the paths link the various areas of the hotel. We stayed on bed and breakfast basis as there are a feast of great restaurants just outside the gate at the marina. 100metres to the nearest. These surround the marina and there is a large selection of options. There's a market twice a week in the marina and lots of interesting shops too. The hotel has entertainment 6 out of 7 nights while we were there. We stayed 14 nights and the entertainment changed nover the period. The staff are very friendly and offer to help for all sorts of things. They even took our luggage from the car and parked the car in the covered car park for us on arrival. The covered car park keeps your car cool out of the sun. There are 5 swimming pools, 4 are heated. We used the one closest to our room and considering it was January, the pool temperature was warm, I'd guess 32°C so it felt warm to get in. There's a heated children's pool too. Overall, an excellent venue and we had a great fortnight. Would recommend to anyone.

This is a lovely hotel in a quiet location close to the marina. We stayed in the adults only section and were very happy with what we got for the extra money. A great breakfast area with excellent service and fantastic selection of food. Hot food is cooked to order from a menu. Its a very short walk to plenty of restaurants so lots of choice for dinner. Easy to get a sunbed in the pool area which was just for the adult only section and had lovely views out to sea. I would definitely recommend.

We have just had a very enjoyable week's stay over Christmas at this wonderful hotel. We only had B&B but the breakfast in our opinion was very good. There was something for everyone and plenty of it, even prosecco. The hotel itself is very large and very well presented the place is well maintained and spotlessly clean, the rooms are also very good and serviced every day, the staff are very professional and friendly the pools are amazing as others have said the location is very good you just walk out of the security gate and you are straight onto the marina area with all of its bars restaurants and shops. There is only one thing that just had me a bit bewildered and that is that on certain nights they decide to not open the large bar area and instead use the very small bar in the reception area ( with a singer performing) with the same amount of staff that they use in the larger bar, no logic. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we would return.

I had a wonderful stay at Livvo Volcan Hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my visit enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the surroundings, with great views and easy access to local attractions. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a nice variety to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay.

This is a great 5 star hotel. It is very quiet and located in an area with a good view of the Marina Rubicon. I would recommend staying here for a quiet holiday. There is a shop inside, evening entertainment, plenty of sun beds available around the pools and a spa. The reception staff are very helpful. The main reception area is covered by a volcano effect style roof which fits great with the theme of Lanzarote.

We’ve just returned from a 7-night stay at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. As a vegan couple, we were especially pleased to find dedicated vegan menu options, which made dining easy and enjoyable throughout our stay. Puerto Calero, just nearby, is a lovely marina area with great scenery and a calm atmosphere — perfect for a stroll or a sunset drink. We did have a small room service issue during our stay, but once we raised it, the team handled it promptly and professionally. Being an adults-only resort makes it ideal for couples looking to unwind, and the nightly shows provide great entertainment without disrupting the tranquil atmosphere. We would definitely recommend Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa for couples seeking relaxation, great service, and a memorable stay.

Firstly, there is no beach, don't believe what they say on expedia. We stayed here for 5 nights as a mini break. Service and hospitality was good but not wow. As it just outside of the main season it was very quiet & some of the restaurants/area of hotel were undergoing renovations/maintenance. We were supposed to be here all inclusive but due to a problem with Expedia, ended up with B&B. And honestly I'm glad. The food here especially in the buffet was average at best and very repetitive. I've had better food at lower price points. The speciality restaurant food was nicer but certainly not worth the up charge. We went to the local marina and found nicer food at decent prices. We stayed in the A block on the 8th floor. Warning to anyone, because its above the main atrium, it is very noisey in the evenings and more so when the entertainment is performing (which is ever night). Then there is also the loud clean up of that area, which seems to never end, with tables and chairs being dragged on tiles floor. The room was great, the only thing is expect to see ants, even in the bed.

As soon as you arrive, you're greeted by smiles from the reception staff, particularly Veronica. The Guest Experience Team are phenomenal, especially Carla who seems to be omnipresent 😂😍. If there are any issues, Carla and the rest of the team and staff will do their best to help. It was our third visit at the end of April 2026 and we are already booked to return later this year. There was some work going on to the grill restaurant, but it didn't impact our holiday greatly, as most of the noisy work was finished. Rooms are fabulous, shower superb, sunbeds are cushioned unlike some hotels and the food selection is very good. We love the fact that you don't have to book sunbeds or restaurants, it makes for a much more relaxing holiday! Never a problem finding a sunbed! Well done Secrets Lanzarote 👏⭐👏⭐

A very nice hotel with loads of space and some good / great facilities. It is an adults only resort and so quite quiet and peaceful in all areas. The spa is first class and treatments are reasonable. We took a one week pass to use the spa facilities too which was good value and useful in the one or two windy days we had. We had “Preferred” status which gives you access to a small private area towards the sea at the front of the hotel and discounts if you eat in the restaurants. The world cafe is the buffet restaurant and main breakfast area. It is very good but like most facilities like this can be very busy at peak times. All the other restaurants are very good and the food offering is varied across these from steaks on table top bbq’s to a fish restaurant and also an Italian themed restaurant. All in all a lovely hotel with very good (and very cheerful) staff. The hotel shows signs here and there of needing some TLC but nothing that would stop us rebooking.

I stayed at this lovely hotel in Lanzarote in December and had a fantastic experience overall. The hotel is beautifully located close to the sea, which really adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The room was excellent, spotlessly clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The evening entertainment was great throughout our stay, and the food and drink were excellent, with plenty of choice and always flowing. Best of all, there’s no screaming children as it’s an adult only hotel, which is perfect for me. My only criticism would be the acoustics. Unfortunately, the sound insulation isn’t very good, so you can clearly hear timber doors in the corridors slamming shut and noise from guests staying in rooms above walking around etc. Aside from this issue, it was an amazing stay and a hotel I would happily return to. Although, I would try to get a room on the top floor to avoid the acoustics issues.

Just returned home from our holiday in Lanzarote staying at Dreams. We booked bed & breakfast. It was totally a mixed experience. We arrived before check in & was able to get the key to our room which was great. Room was fine, slightly dated but also parts of it was modern. Lovely views & plenty of natural light. Issue was that there was clearly some maintenance work needed, the two sliding doors to the balcony were really loose in their frame, so with even the slightest bit of wind, they banged around which got really annoying, we did mention this to staff who said they had solved the issue whilst we was out exploring, but we returned to the same issue. Also, the main door into the room had loose hinges & a gap under the door, so this also was really loose & moved with wind. The sink in the bathroom filled without the plug being in & the floor to the room seemed dirty even after cleaners had been in. One night due to rain, we did eat at Bluewater Grill & the experience was awful. I’m gluten free so I used the menu to pick my meal after following the gluten free signs & advised the waiters. I was then given a normal bread roll & was told when my meal arrived that I couldn’t eat half of it as it contained gluten… On a brighter note, we really enjoyed the spa, it has been recently renovated & it was brilliant! Location of this hotel is fabulous with so many bars & restaurants & beaches a small stroll away.

Can’t fault this hotel nice and clean Angelica our room domestic she’s been brilliant very friendly and a professional at her job. All staff were very friendly and polite couldn’t do enough to help, reception staff very polite and a glass of cava on arrival it made our wedding anniversary very special. Our bags were taken up to our rooms so no struggling. Food was nice couldn’t fault it. Entertainment every night was absolutely amazing. Table service for our drinks and mixed nuts, the rooms were nice and large clean with air conditioning. Showers wow nice and strong and hot. Been an absolute amazing stay here shall definitely come again.

Amazing 5-star hotel experience. The food was excellent, cleanliness was impeccable, and there were fantastic shows every night — especially 4 Beats, Reflection, and the flamenco show. Plenty of activities for both kids and adults; we absolutely loved the recycled glass workshop. Big thanks Aisha, Magda & Jessica. The reception team was always smiling and welcoming (big team Ari, Marta & Luna) The spa is beautiful and very relaxing. Perfect location, just steps from the beach. We loved everything and would definitely come back!

Our recent stay at Dreams Lanzarote Resort was nothing short of exceptional, especially considering we were a group of 17 people, all with vegetarian and vegan dietary requirements. From the moment we arrived, the hotel went above and beyond to ensure every single guest was catered for individually. What truly stood out was the level of care taken with our meals. A bespoke menu was created daily, tailored to each person’s specific dietary needs. It’s rare to see such attention to detail on this scale, and every member of our group felt genuinely looked after. The variety, quality, and thoughtfulness of the food made a huge difference to our experience. Beyond dining, the resort itself is fantastic. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped, and everything is maintained to a very high standard. The nearby beach was another highlight—exceptionally clean, with soft sand, minimal stones, and no seaweed in the water. The availability of free sunbeds and umbrellas made it even more enjoyable. The guest relations team were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always responsive and accommodating. A special thank you goes to Cesar from guest relations for his outstanding support with food planning and recommendations, Laura at Himitsu restaurant, and Beatriz at the buffet. Their warmth, sense of humour, attention to detail, and willingness to help made our stay even more memorable. We would highly recommend Dreams Lanzarote Resort to anyone, especially groups with specific dietary needs. The level of service and care we experienced was truly outstanding.

Only a few positives to this hotel to report sadly, otherwise highly disappointed. It does have a great seafront / promenade location, it has heated pools, and a soft play/ outdoor play area for children which were good. Aside from this, our experience was very negative and we were extremely disappointed. It is not a 5 star hotel and the service you would expect. We were staying as a young family with a 15 month old. Firstly, food quality at buffet was very poor, husband got food poisoning. There were only two al a carte restaurants open each night, and there were long queues for these both each night. Single bar that was open also had long queues and waits. Staff weren’t very friendly in general and did not seem too bothered by these waits, seemed to be the norm/ accepted this was the case. We went to barefoot grill for lunch and realised as we sat down that our daughter was ill, we asked if we could take the food to our room. We were told no, and that we must order room service. Ordered room service, told 40 mins, but food and water for baby took almost 2 hours to arrive. This was absolutely outrageous. Seems to be that hotel is catered around staff rather than customers. E.g., you could only use pool bar outside to get a drink even if it was raining. If you are not preferred club, you can only use al a carte lunch restaurant between 3-5pm. There is a segregation between unlimited customers and preferred club members, different breakfast buffets. Absolutely zero sound proofing in rooms, can hear everything upstairs, next door and outside. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels, this was by far from a 5 star. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone or stay here again.

Cannot recommend highly enough. The staff are what make this hotel, every single member of staff seems to love what they do and all are willing go out of their way to ensure that guests have a memorable experience. We booked a Reserve Holiday and it has been worth the extra money. The Reserve pool area with its own bar serving drinks and food has been fantastic, again it's the staff that make it. The concierge service is top notch and the Reserve lounge area is a haven when you want a quiet moment with a coffee or a glass of cava. Food throughout the hotel is great, pool areas spotlessly clean and the location right on the beach. We'll be back.

If I had to describe Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote in one way, I’d say it is absolutely beautiful. The location, the architecture, and the overall design of the resort are stunning, and the property itself is huge. We stayed for 8 days and 7 nights in a standard ocean-facing room overlooking both the ocean and the pool. While the room itself wasn’t very large, it was still more than adequate for us, especially considering the amount of luggage we traveled with. On my husband’s birthday they left a bottle of Cava and a note in the room, which was so thoughtful! I also want to specifically acknowledge Rahul, who was amazing throughout our stay. He consistently checked in to make sure we were doing well and really made us feel taken care of. On our second day, he got us into the mojito class and also organized for everyone to sing Happy Birthday in both English and Spanish for my husband, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more special. Unfortunately, I did have a very disappointing experience at the spa, and personally, I would not return there. The massage felt more like oil rubbing than an actual massage, and getting detailed receipts for insurance reimbursement was extremely difficult. I eventually had to copy leadership on emails before the receipts were finally provided. We had booked hot stone and deep tissue massages, but my massage was not hot stone, and my husband’s was not deep tissue, which was frustrating considering what we paid for. For dining, the buffet restaurant, Malva, had themed nights that added good variety throughout the stay. Of the à la carte restaurants, Samira was by far my favourite, the atmosphere there was phenomenal, and the food was very good. My second favorite was Capella. As for entertainment, this is definitely more of a calm and relaxing resort. There was a live band every night, which was nice, but overall there were limited entertainment options. I genuinely think adding a DJ at Ginger Bar would elevate the evening atmosphere significantly. One thing I also didn’t love was the pool drink service setup. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts where staff walk around taking drink orders, here you have to get up and walk to The Shack yourself for drinks. Service at both Malva and Ginger could also be quite slow at times, especially for drinks and water. I’d assume this may be due to staffing levels compared to the number of guests. Overall, despite a few service-related frustrations, the beauty of the resort, the atmosphere, and the memorable moments created during our stay still made this a very enjoyable trip.

Wow! I don’t even know if my words will do it justice on how wonderful this place is. My partner and I just returned from the most incredible couples holiday, and we cannot recommend this destination enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was a 10/10. The facilities were absolutely beautiful, perfectly maintained, and set a wonderfully romantic atmosphere for our getaway. We also loved the dining; the food and ambiance were fantastic every single night. However, what truly elevated our trip and made it unforgettable was the great hospitality and warm nature of all the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with such genuine kindness and attentive service. Everyone we encountered went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel incredibly valued and pampered. From the start of our holiday right up to the end we were 100% looked after by every single member of the Meliá team. Special mention to the Graciosa girls: Tati, Nita,Ariana, Khadi and Gabriela who were outstanding in their service at the restaurant. The young lady who served in the outside bar in the daytime was excellent too plus Bostian and Rayco made our stay enjoyable Food was amazing and always very varied and tasty . Drinks and cocktails were premium and never disappointed. The entertainment was really good and activities in the day ( I did glass fusion) were spot on Definitely recommend and we will return ( we are four caterers so to please us all was an amazing thing to achieve!) Our first visit here and we really can't fault it. The hotel is very unique with its cacti and palm gardens and balconies. The staff are extremely helpful. The food is delicious and although there are speciality restaurants we found the main buffet style for lunch and dinner more than sufficient. We did upgrade to Reserve where you have use of a more intimate breakfast area, lounge and pool which was quieter for us. Being Lanzarote there is always a breeze so early February it's useful to have a light jacket or cardigan. Hopefully this won't be our only visit.

We were a little concerned before arriving given the large number of negative reviews but we needn’t have worried. The staff and service were excellent particularly the waiters Gabriel, Luis and Stephen in the Timanfaya restaurant and all the chefs cooking on the grill where the meals were delicious. The Gold level pool was also lovely with attentive bar staff and life guard who kept clients safe as well as keeping the environment super clean and tidy. The location is quiet but allows an easy walk to the beautiful playa mujeres or a stroll to the marina or further towards play blanca main resort. Overall, we had a lovely week here. Thank you to all the team.

Have stayed here 3 times over the last 2 years - the hotel itself is wonderful. Clean, bright and unusually large rooms. Where the hotel exceeds is with its animation team & activities for children- Fanni, Tim, Elias etc all brilliant. Daily activities are fantastic. Nighttime entertainment lacks and needs improvement. The quality of food is good but the availability on high season is lacking so further replenishment would be good.

This was oir 2nd visit. We came back because the place was lovely, the staff were so attentive (first time) and such amazing food choice (first time). I don't think we'll come back again. The restaurant staff where were they, dishes ran out and no staff there to replenish them, you'd have to go sit down and wait or they'd run out if you came down later and less choice, it's not on. The man doing the bacon and eggs scowled at us each morning, so rude he was grumpy, miserable and we were always in a queue waiting, then no beans, 1 toaster, 3 attempts to get any colour on your bread. Waited forever to get a drink, had to flag down or go find a waiter and ask. It was the end of the meal one night before I could finally find one to ask for a drink my Grandson got upset twice because he was thirsty. I don't like to run a place down but you upset my Grandson, and scowled at us when we asked you to replenish dishes that were empty. Last time we were spoilt for choice this time it was get here early or it's just what's left. Nope you ruined it for us, food and service is important. Reception staff lovely, room service lovely, food and waiting staff was not good. The food WAS DELICIOUS when we could get some. Running out, waiting, and not replenishing is not acceptable, neither is making us chase a waiter around the room for a drink, no one checking to see if we were ok, wanted a top up, just general lack of service around meal times

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made it exceptional was the kids club and the animation team. Their passion, energy, and genuine dedication were absolutely impressive. They didn’t just “supervise” the children — they truly cared for them and made every activity fun and meaningful. Our kids were incredibly happy every single day, and they kept talking about the team even after we left. As parents, it gave us so much peace of mind knowing that our children were in such caring, enthusiastic, and trustworthy hands. We were able to relax and enjoy our time, which made our vacation even more special. Absolutely delighted with our experience at this resort. Fabulous for kids, so many activities and entertainment that they cant get bored with the biggest kids club weve ever seen, and the staff is so friendly and patient. Brilliant restaurant selection and gorgeous terrace for breakfast buffet - and the location in playa blanca means that even if you wanted to leave the resort you have so much to explore just walking distance. Weve been coming for 4 years now will definitely return.

Another exceptional stay at our favourite Playa Blanca hotel! We have just returned from our second stay at the Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel, and once again, it was exceptional. Ideally situated between the Marina and the Harbour with direct beach access, the hotel is traditionally decorated and visually stunning. The staff are truly the heart of the resort; they are incredibly warm, friendly, and consistently go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. We stayed in the Family Suites, located a short, convenient walk through the connection tunnel. These rooms are perfect for a growing family, offering two separate bedrooms (with full-size beds for the children), a spacious master suite, and a functional kitchenette. Despite the hotel being at full capacity, the atmosphere remained remarkably calm and quiet. With a diverse selection of food and drink to suit every palate, it remains our favourite hotel in Playa Blanca. It offers high-level quality and great value for the space provided—we are already looking at dates for next year!

I was excited when I got given champagne and went to our room, which was good and very big. Many of the staff — the receptionist, soft play guy, are friendly and pro. Others shrug and say ‘don’t ask me!’ — eg when you ask why the hot pool is cold, or they don’t come back with orders, forget your table and you’ve got to get up etc. Seemed a little understaffed in places. Great location though — beautiful spot, great drinks terrace, enjoyed the piano bar guy, tennis courts, and the Italian place was perfectly decent. I’d say avoid the pool bar/cafe which was pretty dodgy on all fronts. We also had to ask several times for room service items until being told ‘there isn’t any’ — eg for a heater when I was ill, sort of essential in chilly Jan. I don’t know how all the neighbours compare, it was better than the cheaper ones I’ve stayed at here but do watch out out mainly for the food, as we all had to agree it was just generally poor, especially the buffet, which was very overpriced. They need to focus on fewer, better dishes, just simple things done well would have been good. Room service had the idea - fresh gazpacho, basic pizza, whatever. And the baby had a good time because food is food to her. So, I promise I’m not some grumpy vacationer with an axe to grind: some perks, good rooms and location, but sort of iffy elsewhere and they need to sort out their food. We felt a bit ripped off by that. Even out the bad bits for me and you could have a five-star experience. Also, to judge by the fact these same problems seem to come up in many reviews over time, I’m not sure I trust that they’re super on the case with it. Three stars and a general twinkle.

Wonderful hotel. We booked a suite and the room was very big. The sofa bed was too small for our adult daughter but the hotel very quickly arranged for a regular bed to be put in the room. The service was extremely fast (within an hour of the bed request, there was a new bed and 5 minutes after a request for a hair dryer, someone was at the door). The staff is very friendly and will do their very best to make your stay memorable. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. 2 large swimming pools with a lot of sunbeds and the beach is in front of the hotel.

We have just completed our third stay at this outstanding resort and have already booked our return visit for November. We continue to return for the exceptional service, comfort, and world-class facilities—particularly the kids' soccer camp, the excellent pools, and the paddle and table tennis courts. The evening entertainment is a delight for both children and adults alike. A special thank you to the breakfast team and the evening bar staff, who were truly wonderful. On this trip, the management kindly installed a full-sized pullout bed in our living room, as we had previously found the standard sofa beds a bit small. While the décor leans more traditional than the contemporary style ubiquitous in modern hotels, the rooms are extremely well-maintained and very comfortable. Overall, this is a premier family resort and easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever experienced.

I stayed at this hotel for one week during Ironman Lanzarote, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it without hesitation. The hotel offers a spacious and welcoming lobby area... stylish, elegant, yet never trying too hard to be overly trendy. What stood out most, however, was the exceptionally well-trained, friendly, and genuinely charming staff, both at reception and in the restaurant. The buffet ranged from good to very good, while the table service was consistently excellent. The pool area is not particularly large, but despite the hotel being fully booked, it never felt crowded. A real highlight is the direct access to a small and beautiful beach, as well as to the larger Playa del Carmen beach just to the left of the hotel. For me personally, it was the perfect location, as the swim start for Ironman Lanzarote was only about 200 meters away. I would especially recommend this hotel to any athlete coming for the race. Excellent value for money! Easily five out of five stars.

My wife and I have just returned from a weeks stay in this fabulous hotel. Our stay included breakfast and evening meal. We were welcomed on arrival, seated in the reception area and completed our check in with a welcoming drink, very relaxing and efficient. The room was on the 5th floor, sea view ( although obscured by the palm trees ) overlooking the pool and gardens. The room was spotless, as was all of the hotel, inside and out. Food fantastic and the staff throughout the hotel were professional, polite and friendly. We always managed to get sunbeds, although not encouraged the best beds are always taken by towels being laid out before breakfast…if you can’t beat them you have to join them unfortunately ! Absolutely stunning grounds/ garden. The design and decor of the hotel is fantastic. It was refurbished in 2019 but you would think it was this year such is the quality of everything. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. I would like to see the choice to sanitise our hands on entering / exiting the restaurant and paper napkins to handle the food serving utensils with so many people using them this would be more hygienic. The hotel always had a relaxing and calming atmosphere. A big thanks to all the hard working staff, especially Patricia in guest relations and Javier on reception, impeccable service, you are a credit to the hotel. We will definitely be back Tim & Karen Clark, room 539 .

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location on the beach, near to lots of places to eat, drink and shop. Staff all welcoming & friendly, rooms spotless, cleaned everyday, bonus the plug sockets have USB and USC so dont worry if you forget a plug adaptor. Food is amazing, lots of choice catering for everyone. Lots of sunloungers so plenty for everyone to sunbathe 😊
