First time here, we had booked a superior apartment with bed and breakfast. The apartment was first class, clean and well appointed with a large terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs and outside shower. The buffet breakfast was great quality and had a wide choice of food which will suit most guests. Overall we were very happy and are planning to return soon.

We have just had another very excellent stay at Cordial Valle. Very spacious apartments which although looking a little tired in places are clean and functional. Great staff. If you have a problem, just explain and they will do their best to resolve it for you Good location with plenty of restaurants that cater for all tastes. For a nice family or couple break, this hotel has to be a high contender. Recommended.

Many elevators, not a fan of them. Some also go down just 1 floor so you have to take a new one. Bit confusing where everything is and where to go to find it. Stayed for 2 weeks and with two days left we found a new pool, but difficult finding out what elevator to take to where. Would like more posters of what you can find in each floor, some elevators had it some dont. Not a proper duvet, just thin sheets. Hard bed. You can loan swimming towels, with a depositum. But if you want to exchange them for new ones in your stay you have to pay, and not get it back as a depositum. Nice view from the balcony, and big with good furniture. Confusing with the cleaning time. Some days the room gets clean and some days it doesnt. 2-3 playgrounds on the hotel, very liked by my 3 year old. Lots of chair on the "biggest" one, for the adults. Expensive for ice creams. Ok stay, but dont think I would come back.

I would like to say a major thank you to all the staff at this hotel. I’ve never experienced so many staff on the same frequency. These guys honestly made our stay so great. They really went that extra step to help us and our twins have the most comfortable stay. Special mention to Wiliam and Sallam !

Lovely and ideal hotel based in the gorgeous and beautiful Peurto Mogan. We have been here a few times as a family and it never fails. The food is always amazing with exceptional choice and so is the service. Splash park and pools Ideal for our children , aswell as the disco. The shop is just over the road. The hotel is clean and the cleaners are always about. On our last night Sallam was very helpful and customer service was amazing, disco wasn't on but him self and the lady entertaining didn't fail to entertain the children whilst waiting for the adults she was performing for. They both worked very well as a team and we were all very grateful.. All staff are amazingingly helpful and friendly.. Thank you.. See you again soon.

Stayed for 2nd time here IST time was good we had a balcony asked for same room but didn't get it,the beds were as hard as rock and very uncomfortable cleaning of the apartment was good location excellent

I will start with positives: -good location -extremely pretty exteriors ( you're staying in the colourful houses in Puerto de Mogan) -often cleaning -roof top areas to relax in Now for the bad parts, firstly it is *full* of cockroaches. In the apartments, on the streets, everywhere. The parking situation is not good, there is no parking for the properties, however some 14£ a day spaces and some on the street (limited). The apartment we stayed in is very old. The water is not great, hot water in the shower lasts only a few minutes, and the water pressure is terrible in my opinion, then becomes freezing. Worst showering I have ever experienced, and it is so important in hot weather to shower. They even turned off/ broke our water for around 6 hours, which meant we could not go out as we were covered in sweat from hot weather, so we missed a whole day thanks to this place, so if you value getting out early keep in mind you may have to forgo showering as water flow can completely stop for very long times. They are very stingy on towels. I can understand it may take lots of water, however again it is essential to be hygienic, but they keep taking them and not replacing them, or just not replacing them at all. The air conditioning leaks over the beds too.

Absolutely loved it here. It was our second visit to Mogán and won't be the last. We rented and apartment (269) and it was everything we needed. Clean, cool, in a brilliant location. Along with the room there's a gorgeous roof terrace with sun longer and outdoor shower with is just perfect for red hot days! You've full use of Maria's Pool at the end of the block of apartments and the Jacuzzis on the roof of Maria's too. The market on a Friday is a great place to go for little souvenirs for family and friends. I'd definitely recommend taking a look. The resteraunts surrounding the apartments are great. A little costly but your on holiday so indulge! We had one day of rain but other than that the weather was perfect. Lots of boat trips/excursions to choose from so never a dull day in Mogán. We can't wait to go back!

We loved our stay here. The rooms weren’t quite up to the 5 star standard but they were very large clean and comfortable. It has the best location with access to the beach in less than 2 minutes. Quiet and comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We will definitely be back here.

Our stay at Holiday Club Playa Amadores was absolutely fantastic! The resort is beautifully situated right across the road from amadores beach with stunning views of the ocean. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. However the rooms and hotel it self are very old and need refurbishing. The hot tub bath and spacious balcony was the best addition. The pool area was big and heated and not too deep for kids. the sunbeds provided a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that I had a great experience. The location of the resort was convenient as it is only 5 minute walk to the beach with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. I would highly recommend Holiday Club Playa Amadores to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Best stay ever!

This isn't a hotel, my room is privately owned. Rundown reception area with old books and resident updates in the corner. Mainly residents who are their top priorities. From the start the room had many problems as so old. Spent 3 days getting things sorted out. Still have cockroaches. Asked for a nights compensation amount, absolutely no chance. There's no care or customer service. Check-out is 10am, zero negotiation like all their other rules. Asked them to change my bed under their 7 days, looked at me like I'd asked for a kidney. Ridiculous in a hot climate! Rundown pool area with horrible beds. Overpriced restaurant which is a separate entity. Always empty! Super location and views. Many far better options around at similar prices. Must note the fabulous Czech guy who checked me in. Absolute diamond.

After reading all the reviews I was apprehensive about the hotel but I don't regret booking here. The room was huge, great view, staff were soooo friendly and amazing. Great variety of food and some of them were amazing, other ones could improve. Sangria was excellent. The only negative thing was the Cocktails that can be better. Activities every night for kids and adults. Pool was great although the big one with the slides was with sea water, my kids didn't like that

Spent a week here in October, after reading previous reviews I was a bit concerned. Nothing could have been further from the truth. The hotel is lovely and clean, staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help. The choice of food is excellent and well prepared, there's a full restaurant service breakfast, lunch and evening. The pool area is excellent with a bar providing food (burgers, sandwiches and salad etc). The water park is a godsend, even though it's salt water it wasn't that strong and didn't cause any problems at all. I would most definitely stay here again.

Generally clean, could do with a freshen up. Food quality wasn't quite up to what we were expecting. Really bizarre that only some tables in the restaurant had tablecloths (in reserved area maybe for upgrades/VIP customers?!)

The hotel was alright, but not perfect. I will say I did thoroughly enjoy my time here, there’s just a few nit picky things that would make this hotel amazing, mainly the issues surrounding the food. The decor of the hotel is nice, although some parts maybe could do with some modernising. The location is excellent, just a small walk to the beach and the entertainment area (which is shared by the surrounding hotels) was fun, and always had a decent show on every night. The quiz nights were the funnest! There are also little shops within walking distance. I mainly wanted to talk about the food - for my fellow gluten free foodies and celiacs, this place did provide me with food however there are issues I want to talk about. The options were very limited on the menu, which could be found lying about somewhere in the restaurant (different location every night, haha). They didn’t make it clear whatsoever that you have to preorder gluten free food, so the first night the staff seemed hassled when I ordered off the menu in the evening. You’d think they would expect orders in the morning, but no, when I would order every morning for my meals for the day, the staff would try and grab each other and seemed very confused about the gluten free order. You also had to order for specific times each night, which can be a little bit inconvenient as plans can change in the day when you’re on holiday! The food on the buffet is labelled with allergens, but please be aware celiacs that they are often labelled wrong! I went to eat the meatballs which were labelled as having no wheat, but my partner asked the chef just to double check and the chef told me not to eat it, and was very shocked they were labelled as gluten free. I was very surprised as that could have been a very serious incident if my partner had not double checked for me! When I returned later that day, lots of meals had quickly had an extra “wheat” picture slapped next to the names of the dishes, meaning I could have had any of those dishes and been very poorly. I wasn’t pleased as you can imagine, so I would definitely say that the gluten free meals here weren’t great. Also, one night I ordered chicken nuggets and they came out still frozen in the middle! My partner said the food wasn’t that great there for him either, the options were very limited and food often was cold and lacked taste. We both loved our pizzas though! My view from the room was fantastic, and the pool was great and warm! Heated pool! The hotel would have been great if it wasn’t for the issues with the food there. Lots of members of staff were very friendly though, which was pleasant. There are other restaurants located around which I would recommend going to. All in all, it was an alright hotel with some really brilliant things, and also some negatives. I do believe they will get better for gluten free as time goes on, as it’s becoming more well known across the world. I have faith!

Sold by tour operator as 4 star. Definitely not 4 star. 3 star hotel but probably gets 4 star because it has a water park and spa area. Our room had holes in curtains, holes in towels, the door on to the balcony looked like it had several repairs carried out on it and only had a very simple latch to keep it locked. Entertainment is 1 star. One night the family entertainment involved someone doing hand shadow puppets on the stage. If you have kids over 12 you'll struggle to entertain them. No club for teenagers here. I would class hotel Polynesia and the holiday village in Rhodes as 4 star (for reference purposes) so we were very disappointed with this hotel. I have to say, in spite of the disappointment with the hotel I felt the staff were all very friendly and helpful so the review is not a reflexion on the staff.
