Generally nice apartments with kitchenette and balcony. Many come without air con, and we made the mistake of not booking a room with it. Even in September temperatures are 27/28 in daytime and 21/23 at night. We asked to change to an a/c room which accommodated without fuss. It cost a little more but we really like the new room. Also has bigger balcony and better views.

Good hotel. Superior apartment was well equipped and had a lovely balcony. Pools were great although the lift to the splash park was out of service for the 2 weeks we were there which was difficult as the pool there was the only one shallow enough for the baby so we had to leave the buggy upstairs and walk down steps carrying him. Otherwise, no issues getting sun loungers. Kids club was just ok, my 4 year old went but didn't seem to be engaged in any games, it's more of a childcare service I would say. He enjoyed it in small doses nonetheless. Housekeeping was good although for our room the time they came each day was 2pm which didn't work for us as it was in the middle of the kids nap time (it was too hot to be outside). Overall a decent place to stay, location was great and facilities were good for the price. Would certainly return.

We just came back from a wonderful family (kids 11&8) holiday here, we spent a week in this place, we can't fault it. Yes the place is huge and it takes a few mistakes on the lifts to get your bearings but it's not that bad, we saw a few dead cockroaches but non in our room, it seems like they are putting a lot of effort in pest controling. Coming in August, the room options were with air conditioning or without, we chose a 1 bedroom superior(642), which is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan as well, great choice, if someone chooses to save a bit of money and then complain about the heat, it's their problem, the room was very clean, the size of the room is very good, the bathroom is very big, the beds are very comfortable, the terrace is very big and has sunbeds, table and chairs and an outdoor shower. We saw a few complaints about the food quality, both me and my wife are in the hospitality industry, we were very impressed with the quality, variety, every single dinner was different, in the morning it was mostly the same but again, the variety of cheeses, cold meat etc is more than enough. The restaurant staff are great, the cooks are great, we enjoyed every meal and always made feel welcomed. A tip, if you plan to leave before breakfast you can ask a day in advance and they will prepare breakfast to go. The area itself is very nice for an evening walk, the supermarket opposite the hotel is reasonable, the restaurants opposite provide nice evening music on your terrace 😀 but weren't very appealing. Overall the kids enjoyed the room, the pool, the food, the entertainment and just didn't want to go back. We didn't go to the quiet pool because if you have two large pools and a small splash park for the kids, why would you go to the quiet pool and tell your kids to be quiet and ruin the atmosphere for others, ridiculous to complain about it. We already planning to go back at one point and enjoy again, thanks to all the team for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely hotel / complex, deserving more than it's three stars. It's situated away from the hustle and bustle of places like Maspalomas but close enough to visit. Next door to some nice shops / restaurants and beach. The rooms are good but expect the liveliness of a family orientated place. The staff were brilliant, being professional and friendly. We had a great time Chris, Jen and Rose.

Great appartement! Ninth floor. We are coming here for years now! Why? Because of the great and very large terras! Sunscreen is included and wonderful room. You can see the picures! Great kitchen were you can find enough for making a good meal! Also kitchen supply is great everything 4 times and kitchen pakket for cleaning. Large bedroom with safe and tv. Large livingroom with 2 beds for Kids and tv. Good equiped terras, table 4 chairs and shower. And two sunbeds. Great experience and only few minutes away from the beach. We don't mind the small walk. You can go to the spa or have diner at the restaurant or go al inclusive. Lovely waterpool with a very good livegaurd 'margarita' on stand-by! Kiddypool and on other end a splash-parc with whirl Pools. For the lover a silence there is also a quite pool and on the other side of the hotel a second family Pool. You will love it! If you seach for a good place with great service a large room. Take this accomodation. You won' t regret it!

My wife and i stayed at the apartments from July 4th to 14th. We were in room 175. The apartments themselves are ideally situated around the picturesque harbour. They should be a gem of a holiday property, but unfortunately, they are very tired and dated. Each block had rooftop sunbathing area's. However, the sun beds are very worn and dated, and there aren't any umbrellas to shade from the sun. Tranquil from the bust pool, but not practical due to there being no shaded areas. The beds were very comfortable, and the air-conditioning was the best we've had anywhere. The rooms could do with some coat hooks, though, to hang beach towels or wet clothing etc. The bathrooms look the most dated, and I'm sure it's time to remove the baths for shower cubicles. I heard that 1 elderly gentleman fell stepping out of the bath and required hospital treatment. The issue is that there are NO handrails to hold onto. For health and safety reasons, Bin the bath and bidet and instal walk-in showers. Try and issue plugs for kitchen sinks and instal more sockets. Cracking full-length mirror in the bedroom, but not an electrical point in sight. Same issue in kitchen, could only plug in the toaster or the kettle. Would I stay again, Yes

The appartments were spacious & had everything necessary for self catering etc. They were serviced most days, though this wasn't a problem to us. Initially I was disappointed with the original appartments as they were in need of a bathroom update. We were offered alternatives which I happily accepted. This was the second time we have been to P.de Mogan, having stayed in the hotel in December. We will definitely return & wouldn't hesitate to book the appartments again

I will start with positives: -good location -extremely pretty exteriors ( you're staying in the colourful houses in Puerto de Mogan) -often cleaning -roof top areas to relax in Now for the bad parts, firstly it is *full* of cockroaches. In the apartments, on the streets, everywhere. The parking situation is not good, there is no parking for the properties, however some 14£ a day spaces and some on the street (limited). The apartment we stayed in is very old. The water is not great, hot water in the shower lasts only a few minutes, and the water pressure is terrible in my opinion, then becomes freezing. Worst showering I have ever experienced, and it is so important in hot weather to shower. They even turned off/ broke our water for around 6 hours, which meant we could not go out as we were covered in sweat from hot weather, so we missed a whole day thanks to this place, so if you value getting out early keep in mind you may have to forgo showering as water flow can completely stop for very long times. They are very stingy on towels. I can understand it may take lots of water, however again it is essential to be hygienic, but they keep taking them and not replacing them, or just not replacing them at all. The air conditioning leaks over the beds too.

Stayed for 2nd time here IST time was good we had a balcony asked for same room but didn't get it,the beds were as hard as rock and very uncomfortable cleaning of the apartment was good location excellent

Fantastic location right on the beach. Very large rooms, some with private pools. Spotlessly clean. 24 hour reception which was attended by the most helpful, polite and pleasant team you can imagine. Cleaning team all exceptionally friendly too. Has the feeling of a place that the staff are happy to go to work every day. We will definitely return, hopefully many times!

Well, where to start. Checked in at 11am and told room would be ready by 3pm. Returned from beach at 5pm, looking forward to a shower, & room still not ready. Waited in reception until 6pm when it was finally cleaned, while watching other guests check into their rooms which were ready. Air conditioning unit leaked continually for 3 days, despite maintenance guy emptying unit repeatedly. Tiled floors very slippery/dangerous as a result & we had to put towels down all the time. Receptionists very unhelpful & it was noted they also had towels beneath the aircon unit in reception! On a plus, location excellent & close to beach and room sizes very generous. Overall, disappointing and unlikely to return.

On the beach. Great, great spacious rooms. Great viewsVery cool and calm ambience. Staff very friendly, especially Ricardo on check in. The pool was very relaxed and surprisingly warm. You could wander down at any time and get a comfortable sun bed. Restaurant on site is the best in amadores by a shot. We will be back

We loved our stay here. The rooms weren’t quite up to the 5 star standard but they were very large clean and comfortable. It has the best location with access to the beach in less than 2 minutes. Quiet and comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We will definitely be back here.

I stayed here for a week, with 2 children (12 years old) the hotel was very clean, with the room being cleaned and bed linen being changed daily. The all inclusive food was generally good, out of 7 days I enjoyed it 5x, the other 2 days nothing to my fancy so I just had the pizza and chips which are on the menu daily. The entertainment isn’t great for the kids it is aimed at under 8s, plenty of shops around for the kids to shop in, bracelet's etc. water sports close by, the beach is nice! The pool area is well maintained and is fairly busy but with plenty of space in the pool, i would recommend it here and the kids also said they would go back. I’d score it 8/10, it could improve on entertainment.

We came here with 2 kids, 10 & 11 for 2 weeks. The room was big enough. The beds are a little hard. Only 2 chairs to sit on as sofa is made into bed. The view from the balcony was very nice, especially at night. Cleaners kept the room very clean, and nothing was too much trouble. It's not a 4-star hotel but a very good 3 star. Staff were friendly and helpful. Due to the location, 2 weeks in one place is too long, unless you like doing nothing, so I recommend booking some trips out. The beech is a 2 minute walk where you can book paragliding and jet skis. The water park included gets very busy on Saturday and Sunday with big ques an hour before opening. The hotel needs touching up in places, but for the most part, it is very clean.

On our last day and currently sat in a great little restaurant on the beach. We are all inclusive but honestly, the main dinner is appalling. The amount of people at our hotel that's complained. We are in a group of 10, none of us are fussy eaters but we've only managed 1 meal at the hotel. That was our first night, it was beef gulash with plain rice. The next night was plain grilled chicken that you could barely chew and duck that tasted like wet cardboard. Breakfast is good. Buffet is hotdogs mainly. Not bad. Drinks are obviously fine. Hotel is very clean and tidy. Pool is small with limited beds. Water park is great but can handle a couple of hours before your eyes burn. Beach is great and mogan market is pretty cool. It's just the terrible variety and standard of food that let's it down. One of our guys was sick, another was laid up with a bad stomach after the first night.

This hotel is not even close to being a four-star hotel. We should stop giving it good reviews so easily. The rooms don't have a socket next to the bed. Big inconvenience these days. All-inclusive, but only the gym is included at the spa, not the sauna, for example. You have to pay a deposit to get towels, and you have to pay €1 per towel to get clean ones. The staff gives you a very bad look when you try to move 2 tables together in the restaurant or they just don't let you do it. Most of them are rude and don't speak english, especially one gentleman from the grill, evening shift, was so rude that we had to call the restaurant manager. This is a common problem in this hotel, most of the staff are just arogant or rude, every time you ask for anything it feels like you are disturbing them. Most of them cannot speak english. The food is atrocious and so repetitive. Out of 10 days, only one evening we really tought the food was good. There is diversity but very poor quality. The drinks are even worst, there is no way you can drink anything like that. Had stomach burns every single day (I was eating very light). The pool is small but if you wake up early you can find sunbeds. The problem is that you are not allowed with any toys, balls or bigger inflatables, there is no music most of the days or any type of entertainment so it's very boring. The evening entertainment is mostly very boring, nothing special. It's available for all the hotels around, so there is no difference between the people who pay to go to a 4-star hotel or those who pay for a 3-star hotel. Because of that, the area is very crowded and you struggle to find seats. The waterpark uses saltwater, and you have to pay extra for all-inclusive access there as well. Otherwise, you have to keep going back to the hotel, so it's practically useless. I would give it 2 stars, but I am struggling to find any reason. :(

Just returned from a 2 week stay. Having stayed in H10 hotels previously I would not return here. There were some positives in that the rooms were cleaned regularly and the view was nice. However the negatives heavily outweighed the positives. * The all inclusive is NOT all inclusive. The father-in-law had to pay €4 for a JD and Coke, and a bottle of water is €1. So all inclusive is nonsense. *The beers are handed to you in a tiny paper cup which leaks and barely strong enough to hold liquid. Very poor. * If you drink Gin, you get paint stripper. NASTY CHEAP Gin. * The bar staff were arguing with customers regularly, very rude in the pool bar in particular. * The food by the pool was vile. * 11 days into the 14 we were told there was a min drinks order per person, this did not go down well and created bigger Q's & longer delays. We are far from big drinkers, but we certainly didn't get anything near what we paid for. * There was building work going on while we were there, why not wait until you are out of the peak season to do this, scaffolding around the bar area. Dangerous. * The baby pool area smelt like raw sewage for 2 weeks and nothing done about it. * The kids bed was very uncomfortable, a cheap fold out couch. * The pool tables need to be managed better, my wife was accused of stealing another child euro when other kids were running around taking money from the tables. A white board with names would help with the order so there are no arguments. * The location is secluded meaning anything you want to buy can be expensive and if you wish to visit Mogan or any neighboring areas taxis are expensive. There is no way to walk to Mogan which is 1.6kms away, you need to pay €30 for a 25km drive. This would not represent value for money for me. We work hard enough and paid a lot for this holiday. We ended up spending over €1000 extra on eating elsewhere and and taxis etc. Never again.
