Having the most amazing time here and I will definitely come back again. If you’re thinking of coming here then don’t hesitate. It’s the most amazing place and you won’t regret it. Fran is the greatest entertainment staff I’ve ever met and I will remember this holiday for years to come. 10/10, would recommend to all my friends and family.

We’ve just returned from our 8-day holiday. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel itself does deserve its three stars. The rooms are quite spacious, regularly cleaned, beds comfy (could have been joined permanently to avoid sliding apart). The portable air-conditioning unit requires leaving the balcony door open and is quite noisy. With all the noisy entertainment on the stage by the pool one just wants to keep the windows shut to enjoy some silence. We were provided with the All inclusive option: the food was quite tasty but of average quality ingredients. Luckily, there were many options to choose from so everyone should find something to please their palate. We have only tried breakfast and dinner meals as at the time of lunch menu or pool bar snacks we were away sightseeing or enjoying the beach. The location is okay, exactly as described on the website. The free beach bus could run more frequently though. It’d be great if the pool and jacuzzi areas were available until 9p.m. We didn’t get the chance to use them more than 3 times throughout our whole stay because of such short opening hours. The lifts need more attention and the room doors that are far from soundproof. On the whole, it was a very pleasant stay.

No other words but excellent! Nice clean hotel with very friendly and always helpful staff. We don't do all-inclusive very often, but it's a lot easier with 2 young children, but it was by far the best all-inclusive food we have had! Endless choice and always something different every day. Also, lovely fresh, thin based pizza is available all day from the snack bar along with salad and other snacks. The bottom pool is always lovely and warm, and a great little kids pool and kids club to the rear of the hotel. Had a great room that always had the sun on the balcony and nice views over the pool. Great entertainment on a night and a good mixture of music playing through the day. Little kids' arcade area was handy for nighttime. Only 1 negative was that the gym was very basic, which could do with a bigger room and some more weight lifting equipment. Will definitely visit again!

We can't fault the hotel in general. If your idea of heaven is lying by the pool in the sun all day then this is a great place to stay but for us the negatives were the location and our room location. We enjoy walking to the lighthouse daily but the hotel was too far for a comfortable walk, there was a free bus and the local bus and taxis but we enjoy the exercise, also we like to stay on the patio/terrace and don't go near the pool but our room was in blockD and the patio was is shade all day we did ask to be moved and the hotel did move us to a sunnier room. The positives hugely outweighed the negatives. The rooms were very nice and comfy, the food was full of choice and tasty, every meal there was always chefs cooking fresh as well as the preprepared food. There was always good daily and evening entertainment and the staff were great. We would not come back but only because of the location if we didn't want our daily walk we would be back in a flash.

This is our second time at this hotel. We came back as we loved it so much. The animation team are all so lovely and easy to get along with - not forceful for you to get involved in activities either! We first came in 2023 and would say there was probably more for smaller children the first time around, but never the less, it has been really lovely again this time around. The food is very good for an all inclusive, there’s so much to choose from!! Eli & Beyoncé’s twin (😏) have been so so good with my daughter!

We stayed at Servatur Riosol for a few nights, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning – definitely the highlight of our stay. The breakfast was quite disappointing, especially considering the high price. The options were limited and the quality was not great. After the first day, we decided to eat breakfast at nearby restaurants instead, which turned out to be much better and significantly cheaper. A major issue we faced was the lack of cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom. When we arrived, the floor was full of long hair from previous guests, and the toilet was dirty. Even after multiple visits from the cleaning staff during our stay, the toilet was still not cleaned and the hair remained. In the end, my partner and I bought our own cleaning products and cleaned the bathroom ourselves – definitely not something guests should have to do on vacation. There was also quite a bit of noise during the night, which is somewhat expected in a touristy area, but still worth noting. Overall, despite these issues, I’d say this is a decent hotel for the price we paid. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a spectacular view, as long as you can overlook some of the downsides.

Stayed here twice this year , February and May. On both occasions welcomed by friendly reception staff and found them to be very helpful from helping to move room because of my mobility issues, to phoning taxis for trips down the mountain . Big shout out to Oscar and his staff at the restaurant , welcomed with happy smiling faces ,very friendly and the breakfast was superb. Wide selection of fresh fruits, juices, meat and cheeses and all you need for a full English. The pool area so relaxing and the pool was heated in February, The rooms are basic and clean ( didn't come on holiday to spend all day in my room ) . No air con and the wardrobes could do with some more shelves, free safes and WiFi . The views from the balcony are stunning . Thank You to all the staff at Rio Sol , we shall be returning to the in September and looking forward to it already

If you want good value for money,then book this hotel.Some reviews have been very unfair for this hotel which made us worry and unsure whether to book,so pleased we did!. This hotel has the best views ive ever seen from a balcony. The staff are fantastic and never stop. If you want abit of peace and luxury i would recommend the roof top bar,although the main pool is great and heated,which is a gamechanger. The rooftop bar includes 2 'proper' cocktails, comfy beds and chilled atmosphere. Our room was very spacious and had sun loungers on the balcony,which was a bonus. The food at this hotel is the best i have had at an all inclusive and so much choice! All inc Drinks were ok, what you expect but if you want some proper drinks i recommend the irish bar nearby, good music and very welcoming. I will definately come back to this hotel, had a lovely time,thankyou!

Lovely place, although it is on top of the mountain so it is quite a trek down to the beach or town, but It only about 6 euros for a taxi back up, we did walk back up once and counted 711 steps up from the beach, not including the bridge and road we crossed and the walk between steps. nice and clean, but does require some upgrading, no air con in any rooms but there is a fan. Overall had a fab week here not much to do though unless you like lounging around the pool all day and drinking at night.

Looking for a 5-star luxury palace? Keep scrolling. Looking for amazing views, solid vibes, and a tan you can brag about? Riosol’s your spot! First things first: this isn’t a Michelin-starred restaurant experience, and you won’t be sleeping between silk sheets. But for the price? It’s a steal. Honestly, I’ve paid way more for hotels that barely deserved a polite nod. The views here deserve their own Instagram account. Whether you’re sipping coffee on your terrace or belly-flopping into the pool, it’s breathtaking. We booked a premium apartment and the terrace was chef’s kiss – two suncovered sofas, two loungers, an umbrella, table, chairs... basically a VIP lounge for two (or four if you’re feeling generous). Inside the apartment: everything you need, nothing you don’t. Bathroom? Well... it’s seen some stuff. A little mold, a rebellious toilet flush – a real warrior’s lair. But hey, the A/C was cold, the fridge was colder, and the stove got hot – science! The restaurant? Solid. No Michelin stars, but no food poisoning either. Staff were super friendly, like the kind of people you’d invite to your BBQ. Warning: If you like wrinkle-free shirts, start praying. There are four irons for the entire hotel. That’s right – FOUR. It’s basically the Hunger Games, laundry edition. Special shoutout to Daniel at reception – the man, the myth, the legend. If hotels gave out MVP awards, he’d already have a shelf full. Somebody give that guy a raise (and maybe a parade). One last thing: No free parking. If you bring a car, budget about €6/day for parking. Or bring a skateboard.

We had the very top rooms and the views were very nice, we enjoyed it a lot. The room was simple yet comfortable and clean. The only problem we had was with the shower, where the water was either too hot or too cold (thus the 4 stars), we didn’t inform the reception though because we were staying for a short period of time.

Lovely hotel I cannot fault it. All staff friendly and helpful. Food very good lovely pools with very comfortable sun loungers. We fly home today and will definitely be coming back. We did all inclusive but if you do self catering there is a well stocked shop with everything you need. Thank-you Altamar x

Great holiday, fantastic staff, and room service. Entertainment in the evening was as expected for a 3* hotel. Hats off to the chefs. The food has been exceptional 100%, the best all-inclusive food we've ever had, with on the balcony BBQ experience as well. Would definitely return. If you are hard of walking, would not recommend it as even though there is a lift, it was temporarily out of order at times. Good access to taxis to get around, €5-€20 depending on which beach or shopping centre you wanted to visit. Overall, we've had a great holiday.

The bar staff totally let this place down! If your all inclusive it's fine as you help yourself but if your not then it's poor. During happy hour instead of giving you another drink for free they make one and pour it into 2 smaller cups and charge the same price as normal! Have been here twice now and won't be back. Go next door, Ocean Hill is much better!

We were here for 1 week during the Easter school holidays. We arrived with an open mind because the holiday was very cheap. We opted for the all inclusive because it was good value for the extra money, and as such, if the food wasn't great, we'd have some meals out as well. The food was excellent. Lots of choice and of good quality. We ate in the hotel for the duration of our stay. We also bought a bottle of gin on the flight over, as in previous budget holidays, the'local' spirits have been appalling. Again there was no cause for concern. The beer was pleasant and the spirits were of decent quality( at least the ones we tried). This is a large complex on many levels with many many steps. There are plenty of lifts for those who struggle or don't want to take the stairs. There are 2 pools. We only used the quiet smaller pool on the lowest level. The main pool was far too busy for us. We never had issues getting sun loungers and the guy who ran the small bar there was great. In fact all of the staff were. The views from the complex are stunning. Every room has a sea view. The hotel is on the top of the hill overlooking the town. The walk down is either a downhill winding road, or you can opt for the 709 steps down. We did this twice. The first time we walked back up the same way. The second time we got a taxi up which was just 6 euros from the taxi rank by the harbour. All in all it was a great week, and we would definitely stay here again

Rooms are clean and acceptable, Food reasonable, we always found something we liked, certainly had plenty to eat at every meal. Lack of Wi-fi in rooms slightly disappointing, but we sort of knew about it. Great views from the hotel, but if you don't have a car, it's a bit difficult to get to town / beach as there is no local transport apart from taxi. If you like cats, you'll love the place. Overall satisfactory.

We had booked this holiday last year in April around Easter , when I booked the holiday I booked it especially for the views from the balcony of the apartment but highly disappointed when I opened the door to our room. We did have a nice few from the balcony but the Room was Old style room with two separated beds even thought I thought it would be a double bed . Very noisy at night , had to sleep with my earplugs otherwise wouldn’t be able to close an eye . We were on top of the kitchen and on the second floor , we could hear the neighbours upstairs talking and moving furniture also the fridges and the washing machine at night from the kitchen . The food wasn’t great , really bad quality which was disappointing as I knew islands like gran canary from Spain offer fresh food , didn’t have any taste , very bland . The all Inclusive deal wasn’t really all Inclusive as we have found out that we had to Pay for the remote if we wanted to watch tv, had to pay for the safe , had to pay for an hair dryer . The worst of all is that we thought it would be a safe space to leave whatever we want in our room without worrying about it . We left some sosie change on the table in the kitchen among other things and to find out that it was stolen by the cleaners . Unacceptable! If we wanted to leave tips we would of done in the tip box which was available at the reception . The drinks included part of the deal weren’t really great as they were watered down . Overall experience wasn’t great as I expected a bit more from the service and the food of the place . Wouldn’t come back here.

The hotel has a lot to offer, including multiple facilities, on-site restaurants, and beautiful access to nearby beaches. Our room was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight of our stay was the incredible view, which was truly breathtaking and made the experience even more special. The only downside was that the hotel did not provide Wi-Fi in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. However, everything else, from the amenities to the stunning surroundings, made up for it. It’s a great option for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Gran Canaria

Colina mar is a 3 star accommodation located at the top of the mountain and provides amazing views of peurto Rico but just a short taxi ride about 5 euros to the beach so if your looking for a good holiday at good value for money this is for you, firstly the apartments are clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony of Puerto Rico beach is amazing, food is down to taste some people will love it some not so much as not too much choice but it is different every day, pools are good fun areas and all ways something going on like water polo, evening entertainment is some nights good but also some nights poor, colina mar is a good all in all is very good value for money and I would recommend giving colina mar a try

Good value for money. Rooms not air conditioned though, and fan was noisy. Additional fans hired out at 2 euros per day. About half an hour steep walk into Puerto Rico or Amadores beach (stunning beach, by the way), which was fine for us, but if you are not very fit, you will be taking lots of taxis back (we took a few). About 5-10 Euros per trip. The Europa centre is a few minute walk with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and a mini golf. Food was pretty good for half board. Lots of variety, but after a week, I had enough of it. Pools were good for the kids. Shallow area for smaller children to play. Friendly staff, good layout and good value for money. We really enjoyed our stay!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. The food was tasty, with a large variety to choose from. The rooms were clean, and the service was friendly. It was peaceful and quiet, with an exceptional amount of sunshine even when it seemed cloudy below. Of course, there are always some tourists from Scandinavia who reserve sun loungers with their towels, which is prohibited. Well, you can't choose your fellow vacationers.

Not one to give negative reviews, but this place just needs a bit of money spending on it's upkeep, if the management worked on this, as hard as the staff do cleaning and looking after guests this place would be a bit more tolerable, we went all inclusive, but would advise self catering as the food wasn't always hot, and no description on the food on display, I suppose for a 3 star it's okay, but think there's a few things that need addressing.

Located at top of puerto rico 5 min walk to Europa centre. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Reception staff not so friendly. Went self catering and only 5 min walk to supermarket. Pool kept clean and areas well maintained. Recommend amadores beach very clean and sea beautiful. Walk down and get s taxi back. Very steep walk down! Not for elderly

We have just got home from a week here . The hotel is up at the top of a hill but the Europa centre is a two min walk . Also taxis down to the main town or beach will cost no more than 6 euro. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of being up away from the main town. Staff were approachable and friendly . The hotel room itself was basic with one bedroom and a pull out sofa bed for the kids . Our bed wasn’t all that comfortable but ok for a week. We really liked having two balconies as when the sun moved from one we got it on the other . Room was clean and although we were all inclusive it had kitchen area which was so handy. No WiFi or aircon in the rooms but we used mobile data and there was a fan provided ( room was only for sleeping! Holidays aren’t for spending in the room). They have two small pools which were fine as we liked being out and about . We were all inclusive and despite reading reviews about the food, my fussy daughter managed to eat a wide variety at meal times (we did eat elsewhere on certain nights but not lots. Wide range of drinks available also with wine, soft and coffee self service. Overall we had a lovely break and would come back ,

We only stayed at this place for 6 hours as our flight got cancelled. The service was great and everything was explained so well. The location is a bit dodgy, I was awoken by screaming at 3am and lots of banging. The rooms do not have duvets, it’s a very thin material that is more like a bedsheet. The pools do look very nice, although we didn’t go in!

So close to a 5* It was by chance we ended up here. After being let down by a travel agent that we won't mention as it will be "last time" we use... The rooms are spacious. Cooking facilities are adequate however there's no ice box. Beds are singles pushed together with pillows so hard I can take teeth out in a pillow fight. The AC stopped working with 7 days left (asked for it to be fixed for 3 days on the trot...) ... So the fan provided was a band aid. I get it your thinking how is it a close to 5*. Simple the staff are courteous and do try there hardest. The small adults only area is excellent. 2 pools. Lots of sunloungers, your own terrace... And secure. Just for that it's a solid 4 and we would return even with its faults.

Lovely quiet apartments straight out onto pool area or balcony if on first floor. If on ground floor can here people above. Local to Europa centre for food drink and shops, can be a bit noisy if after a quiet drink. 20-30 walk down to sea front (steep hill) taxi back around 5-6 euros.

Honestly all around a great all inclusive place to stay. The staff are amazing the daily activities are fun and interesting they even have shooting. The area is mid it’s okay but not a lot to do. The rooms are nice not insects or anything. They are a bit small. There was a pice of food that was mouldy but they dealt with it quickly so that was the only negative. There’s a good selection of food but it can get repetitive. The resort is fun to explore. The all inclusive drinks were okay

Lovely place, the rooms could use a little update, especially the beds and it was a busy Easter week but the place had everything you needed and more and they even brought me a little gift on my birthday! Great if you’re travelling with kids- so much for the little ones to do to keep them occupied and there was water coolers around which I loved! Breakfast was as lovely a real variety of food! Overall would recommend.

We had a brilliant time here, the rooms were fine, staff were tremendous and the service was great. Everyone without exception worked hard to make our holiday a success, lots of activities to keep you busy and a well laid out pool area with plenty of sunbeds available at all times. I haven't mentioned the food, excellent quality and lots of choice, the waiting staff are on it all the time, clearing tables and looking after you. We went all inclusive and all the drinks were quality, we've experienced others where the alcohol content was close to zero! Finally a word about the evening entertainment, without exception all were great, really made a huge effort to keep you engaged. Brilliant weather of course and located 20 minutes walk from the beach and shopping centre if you feel the need to stretch your legs. We will be back, it would be hard to find somewhere which could top this hotel. Thanks everyone 👏🏻

We recently stayed here and overall had a great experience – definitely good value for money, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. Pros: - The swimming pool area is a big plus – loads of sun loungers, a spacious pool that stays enjoyable even when busy, and a bar nearby for convenience. - Cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent – from the rooms to the restaurant and pool area. Housekeeping comes daily and does a great job. - Staff are genuinely lovely. Special shoutout to Tomas at reception – super helpful and friendly. Even housekeeping staff always greeted us with a smile. - Food and drink: there’s a wide selection and the drinks are strong. - Location is great – close to shops, bars, restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. - it was my sister's bday and they surprised her with bottle of champagne brought to the room! Amazing. - We loved the ocean view from our balcony – such a nice way to start and end the day. - I also had a massage at their beauty salon, which was fantastic – highly recommend it. Cons: - Having to pay to rent towels (5€ a week + 10€ deposit) felt a bit unnecessary. - The food labelling in the restaurant was honestly frustrating. Many dishes weren’t labelled at all, which caused a few accidental food choices (especially tough if you have dietary restrictions). - The restaurant gets incredibly busy during peak times – it can be hard to find a table, and it does feel a bit chaotic. - Evening entertainment wasn’t great and the seating area gets packed early, so often there was nowhere to sit even if you wanted to watch the show. That said, considering the price we paid, I can’t really complain too much – it met our expectations and we had a relaxing, enjoyable stay. Would recommend, especially for the location, cleanliness, and pool area!

Just returned from this lovely hotel in a very busy part of the canaries, it’s close to everything from shops restaurants and the beautiful beaches.. Our room was nice but bathroom was tired but very clean . The stair case in this hotel is absolutely stunning!! We had bed and breakfast and I’m so glad that’s all we had as they didn’t really cater for the English . Coffee was nice though. I would say it’s about 80% Germans in this hotel so I wouldn’t return because of that , they were so incredibly rude , to the point we only used the hotel as somewhere to sleep . The staff are great, it’s the easiest check in and out we’ve ever had !! ..

I came for a pride week in group of six. Hotel may be not brand new and shiny, but staff is fantastic (very helpful, always explaining everything, no problems whatsoever) and rooms are very clean. Food was amazing. For the whole week almost everyday was separate theme - everything very tasty, not possible to try everything at one sitting. Beach is very close, where you can rent sunbeds and an umbrella, also buy a drink or a snack - it's like 5 minute walk. Only for me as a person who were going almost every day to the city centre - hotel is kinda far (like ~30 minutes of walk along the beach), so basically everywhere you have to order a taxi. But they are rather cheap. Overall - I am going back for sure next year!

Great place, ideal location for exploring the island. Located right next to beautiful beaches and dunes. Clean rooms (but definitely need to be refreshed, especially the bathroom), good food (unfortunately there are a lot of people in the restaurant, but the staff usually keeps up with adding food), very nice service. I received champagne for my birthday - a very nice gesture for which I am very grateful! :) Animation and hotel rather for older people or those who like peace, so perfect for us! :) I especially recommend rooms with an ocean view (you can't hear the street, which is what we were afraid of - you can only hear the sound of the ocean!). We paid a symbolic amount for a better room and got a room on the top floor and the view was amazing! As for a budget hotel, we are very pleasantly surprised! Thank you again! :)

Stayed here for a week from 7.5.25 Hotel staff excellent ,pool and gardens very nice and well kept Buffet style breakfast and dinner very good with plenty of choice Big shout out to the entertainment staff who kept everyone amused with their silly games poolside and daily demonstrations. Only criticism was the main bar area being very basic and cocktails pre mixed out of a dispenser. All in all very pleasurable stay

We’ve had an absolutely fantastic holiday as a family! This was our very first trip abroad together, and we truly couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The staff have been amazing – especially the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond every day. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The food has been excellent, with a wide variety of options and plenty available at all times. We went all-inclusive and really appreciated the generous meal times – there was no pressure to rush, which made everything feel more relaxed. The facilities for children are brilliant. There are two fun playgrounds, a dedicated kids’ pool, a splash pad, and two additional pools to enjoy. The water slides were a big hit too – perfect for confident little swimmers. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge bonus, and the evening entertainment has been great – something different every night and perfect for all ages. To put it simply: I was already checking prices to book again for next year by day two! I’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends with kids and would love to come back in the near future.

Fantastic place for kids and if you have a food allergy. Chef Gustavo and his team were amazing 👏 my son has a peanut allergy, and even the staff in the snack bar cooked him his own snacks to avoid any cross-contamination. The pools had plenty of sunbeds. Steep walk to the beach and a little isolated. However, local taxis were inexpensive. Rooms were cleaned daily, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend for families. Not overly accessible for anyone with mobility issues but fine for prams etc. All the staff are friendly and approachable. Super clean everywhere, food is excellent and the Animation team are by far the best part of the hotel. Every single member of the team is super friendly, lively and super talented. Their own shows are better than the professional ones and I never thought I would ever say that!!! Bravo to all the team you made a huge difference to our stay and helped us to make brilliant memories that we can always treasure.

Wow, all I can say is - absolutely incredible!! I went on holiday with my friends and we all had an absolutely amazing time and want to go back already! The standout part of this holiday has to be the staff and what they offer. Starting with the entertainment/animation team, they are just incredible. They go above and beyond and they deserve all the hype and more. They offer a range of activities throughout the day, including aquagym, pilates, milkshake tasting, water polo - and a personal favourite which was stretching by the beach, this was so relaxing and they even gave you sandwiches and a drink after - definitely give this a go when you are there (thanks Bobby, we loved it!!). They are super friendly and amazing at what they do. They also do shows and activities at night time, including quizzes in which you can win prizes. They also did multiple shows including ‘dance explosion’ and a Grease show - they put so much effort into this so please please pleaseeee if you go watch, give them the hype and applause that they deserve!:). One day it rained during the day which meant they had to close off the usual entertainment area. This however did not stop them and instead they did their show in the snack bar - another example of going above and beyond. Honestly, a massive well done and thank you to the entertainment team you are all fab. All of the other staff are incredible too, including all of the bar and waiter staff. They too are so friendly and really just add to the holiday, always smiling, friendly and willing to help. The drinks are good too, we drank many so absolutely no complaints here! The hotel itself is lovely, there are multiple pools, one of which is heated, one is colder but you get used to it so the complaints about this are unnecessary! There is easy access to the beach, a wide variety of food as well as access to the snack bar throughout the whole day until 11pm. We really couldn’t have asked for anything better. We’ve only been back home a day and we are all already missing this holiday so much. So, absolutely recommend! When you go, just make sure you get involved in all the activities and with the entertainment, give them the energy they deserve and they will give it back, and I promise you it’ll make your holiday even better:) One more big massive thank you to the hotel and all of the staff there. Came here in April 2025 for 7 nights When we arrived it was around 10pm so we missed dinner however, the staff were very friendly and directed us to the 24hr food/drink station which had some sandwiches and soft drinks etc. Rooms were very clean and cleaned each day by very friendly staff. The hotel itself was clean and well presented with a modern look. Breakfast was the same each day with a hot food selection along with breads, fruits, yoghurt and pastries. Lunch changed each day but there was normally pastas, meat, fish and vegetarian option along with salads, fruits and bread. Dinner was again, always different however, contained an option for all. The snack bar was similar each day with burgers, hotdogs and pizza. The pool bar was well stocked with a wide variety of cocktails and drinks. The pool areas had plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool were cool which was nice due to the weather. We didn't use any of the day entertainment however, it seemed really good for the children using it. Evening entertainment was good with a mixture of local bands, drama performances and karaoke. The evening bar was very well stocked and ran as well. Location was good with only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach or a 15 minute walk to the main beach and strip by the Dunes. Shops right outside the hotel as well. Only issues we found with the hotel was some of the staff were a little rude. Also, there was no information of food times or what we could get on our all inclusive plus wrist bands and it was a few days before someone could explain this to us. Maybe a small pack in the room would have helped. All in all we had a great time and for a last minute holiday it was lovely. I would say the hotel is more suited to family with younger children. We arrived here end of January 2025, first impression very nice. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Restaurant was clean and choice of food was plentiful, we never had a problem with any of our meals, although some restaurant staff could smile and be a bit more pleasant! We made a manager aware that a waitress had wiped the floor with a cloth then used it to clean the tables! This is a no no in my cleaning skills. This did not put us off the hotel. It's prime location for beach and shopping. Good all round hotel fabulous holiday We'll definitely return to this hotel

Honest UK review... It's all about how much you spent on the holiday. We spent £1500 1 adult and 2 children all inclusive for 7 days during school holidays. The hotel is fine, yes there's a few little things that are a little dated, but overall its fine. The food was really good, like any all inclusive its sometimes the same, but most are. The pool and water park is good, however the water park is salt water so bring some goggles. If you self drive, be aware hardly any free parking. All in all a great family holiday.

Great place if you dont want to leave site. Plenty on site to do including its very own waterpark. Unfortunatley, lifts were constantly breaking. And at tea/supper there was a wait for plates. But overall the staff have been brilliant. Always pleasant and more than happy to help. Bus station at the top of the park if you want to go to Puerto Rico or Puerto de Morgan (highly recomend). Busses are a bit temperamental on weekends and bank holidays. However, there are plenty of fairly priced Taxi's

The room was quite spacious, with a big balcony. It was perfect for two parents and two children. The food was nothing exceptional but acceptable for a 3-star hotel. Aside from the food, the all-inclusive offering doesn’t add much value—unless, like some inconsiderate, or crazy, people (primarily the British), you claim all the sunbeds at 7 a.m. by placing towels on them and occupy chairs with your 6-year-old children, preventing others from using them. That definitely needs improvement. This was at the smaller pool, which we unfortunately used only once… The hotel owner should simply remove those towels and ensure there is more space for "regular" guests to at least enjoy a drink a day at the café next to the small pool. Taking such measures would make the experience fairer and more enjoyable for everyone. Our children really enjoyed the water park. Overall, considering the price and what we received, it was fine, and I recommend it. But not for British people from Manchester and Liverpool….;)

Rooms basic but comfortable, restaurant more like a canteen and so long as you are not a picky eater you will find something to eat. Maids are lovely and clean every day but don't expect a kettle unless you don't mind paying. Pool very busy would benefit from a 2nd one. There is also a lifeguard everyday. Hotel bar had no entertainment but the Arena Plaza outside does have some and your all inclusive drinks you can get there too. All inc drinks are OK, beer, 4 spirits a couple of cocktails, fizz and your fizzy pop from a machine. Don't expect too much as Taurito is only a small resort but the waterpark (free entry) and amusements are great for kids. Beach is lovely and views from the balcony are gorgeous. Mini Golf is great too but it does have an extra charge.

I stayed here with my partner absolutely holiday from hell. No aircon and karaoke playing non stop from 10pm to 5am. Addressed these concerns to reception team and they were so arrogant and rude towards me. They said they had rooms available but were not changing us. I suggested to pay additional cost for the difference and they told me no and that if I'm not happy to go somewhere else. I was so annoyed as I lost my brother to suicide in March and also my partner lost her dad to cancer in may and I was saving all Yr to make it special for her. Absolutely disgusted by the attitude customer service and the hospitality. I'm not looking for sympathy I'm just expressing how this place disrupted our holiday. Please if you can at all stay away spend an extra €150-200 to get exceptional customer service and a fulfilling holiday with enjoyment in other places. PLS DO NOT STAY HERE. Basic apartment. 25 min to Yumbo. I came one night at 12 and waited 30 min to collect my Keys. The reception should be manned but wasnt that time; not even an apology only an attitude and aggression. Find your self another hotel; not worth dealing with such umpleasant staff. Very noisy at night and mornings. You have to buy all house hold stuff like dish liquid, sponge, hand wash and things to clean kitchen and bathroom. Wifi costs extra. No fan or AC.

Found these apartments to b perfect for my latest stay in GC, not overly big but ideal for me, cooking facilities & enough pots & plates. Cleaned every day. Watched Pool being cleaned every morning. Loads of sunbeds, staff very nice & v helpful. Girl in pool bar extremely loud when chatting on the fone for hours was the only negative, made it impossible to relax - no matter how far away from the bar area u sat. But she was a nice girl 😊

I stayed four nights at Club Cala Blanca during March 2025; I had a lovely stay. The location, with its views (see my photographs) are spectacular, though with very little car parking at the resort/nearby, I had to rely on taxis and walking up the longish, steepish hill. There is to be free parking on a plot next to the roundabout at the bottom of the hill. Town and the local beach is walkable. There is a water park, mini golf, and other attractions there too. My room was on the first floor. A nice junior suite, but its views marred by the railings. I’d recommend a higher floor if you can. Nice bar, restaurant, and shop - all located by the pleasant pool.

I do not recommend. We have stayed few times in this hotel and never again. Despite our kind requests to be accomodated on a high floor after arrival we always got a street level room, which is horrible. You are promised a nice view but instead get 2 sets of metal fence and a street with many buses passing in front of your nose, since the morning. For this price you can find much better options around and be sure that they will not accomodate you 2m from the main street. Do not risk, just chose a hotel without such a practices ... selling illusions online.

Fantastic location. Easy drive to all the islands best beaches and quick access to the mountains by car or bicycle. Excellent service and amenities like the very clean pool, nice sundeck and some games like ping pong. Best part for a family was the fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you need to cook meals. Only small complaints. Our room on the bottom was close to the road, and it can be a little annnoying hearing the occasional car until about 10pm and starting again around 7am, but not a big deal. Also parking is free which is great, but access varies and at times requires like a 10-15 minute walk up a hill. Not ideal at the end of a long day on the beach with kids, but manageable. Also, AC was initially set up to only work when it sensed movement, which made for an annoying first night until we changed these settings. Furnishings a little worn but still fine and quite clean. Overall highly recommend, great price for value.

Our second time staying at Babalu and must say it wasn't as good as the first time we stayed. Rooms are adequate enough but very tired looking. Bed and bedding was uncomfortable, pillows just felt like a pillow case stuffed with socks! No pool bar anymore so no snacks and drinks available. Plenty of music provided by other guests regardless of whether you wanted to hear it or not, we especially liked the drunk shouting along to songs provided by guests on a higher level and the 2 am door slamming and chair sliding provided by guests below us. But that's holiday budget hotels for you! Staff were lovely here very friendly and helpful and the domestic staff keep the rooms clean with fresh towels each day and beds made daily. Pool area is spotless and pools lovely. They don't open till about 10.30 most days but do stay open till gone 7. All in all we did enjoy out stay here I just think I'm getting less tolerant of other people's noise and lack of sleep in my old age!! 😆😆

My husband and I stayed there in May for 10 days. The description and photos were a complete misleading. Total lies. The room was shabby and the electric wires and sockets were very dangerous and coming off the walls. Thank god we didn't take our grandchild along. It was very dangerous. The food left alot to be desired Breakfast was fine but the evening meals were more or less the same everyday. You had to pay for drinks including water. The corridors were very dated. The pool was nice but I would never go back again as the room we stayed in was obviously not updated. Basic cutlery, not fit for self catering.

The reception staff are incredibly rude & make you jump through hoops just to get back into the hotel past midnight, one night we were told to get out because we didn’t have ID after returning from the club. I’ve never seen this before. The room was a nice size but many things didn’t work. The TV didn’t work at all, the shower was broken and fell on me. The aircon was also blowing freezing air throughout the room for the entire week, even when we put it on a hotter setting or tried turning it off. Not the worst place in the world but don’t book if you’re looking for somewhere to feel welcome, it almost felt as if they hated tourists

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed.The booking process took over an hour! The old receptionist was so unbelievably rude and dismissive and needs to be replaced as soon as possible.The hotel it's self is impressive in 1960 the rooms are old run down and needs a complete refurb. Also no plug socket in the bed room none in lounge apart for the one for the TV and 1 in the kitchen. So forget changing your phone and table at the same time. This hotel was so bad I had to book into another hotel, please safe your hard earned money and book another hotel.

The supposed upgraded rooms are not upgraded at all except a reasonably new bathroom. Very dated hallways with uneven flooring. Big banners advertising late check outs which you have to request on the morning of check out (so what's the point?) and even then it wasn't offered. The room was clean but nothing to clean dishes with etc. The balcony looked on to the exhaust fans for the restaurant downstairs.

I am disappointed and would never go back to this hotel. The problem started with the fact that we booked through Booking.com. It was impossible to contact/get anything from the hotel management. Our plane was expected to arrive earlier than the allowed check-in time, so I tried to contact the hotel several times and all in vain. Finally after about 8 hours on the road and plane we arrived at 3pm to the reception where we were told our room was not ready. Ok, we left our luggage and waited another hour. When we got our room I was honestly upset. It's not what I saw in the photos when i was booking. It looks more like an emergency room, to be honest. There is no microwave, there is not even a kettle, I had to make tea in a coffee machine. The appearance of the kitchen, the cabinets are hanging, the refrigerator is old, the look of the room is as if I came to my grandmother in the village, and not on vacation. The room is dark, scary. At night I could hear a beeping electrical sound from the lamp. I do not think the air conditioner works for heat, I tried to make it warm but I was cold at night. When I went to the reception and wanted to know what the problem was, I was told that there are renovated and non-renovated rooms, I have exactly that. I tried to find out from them how I could know renovated or not if their photos are all the same? There will be no such photos on their website either. The corridors are terrible, it's all old and I think it's an emergency condition (Lobby is beautiful but far from lobby …) . When we had a plane at 7 pm and asked to stay a couple of hours after 12pm, we were refused. This is really the worst hotel I have ever been to, I don't think they are interested in customers . The location of the hotel is great, you have many buses nearby, shops, the sea is not far away and also the Dunes.

My husband and I have just had a lovely holiday in Gran Canaria staying at the Dona Luisa Hotel. The staff at this hotel are totally amazing - particularly Irene and Angie. Two very smart, pleasant, professional young ladies who were at reception. Their knowledge of places of interest in Gran Canaria was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The hotel may only have 3 stars but the quality of their staff is definitely 5 star . I miss coming downstairs in the morning to their smiling faces!! Gracias ladies!!

Very good hotel! Great location, off the side of the promenade, about 3 min walk. You won't get a great view from the room but you can walk to the sea in no time. The room itself was great and had a kettle and a cool light up ceiling over the bed. All the rooms have a name, which I thought was nice. The staff were really excellent! Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, they really contributed to the good experience. Breakfast is quite basic in variety but has everything you'd need (eggs, meats, cereal, fruit, pastries etc) and I really enjoyed it.

They should get 4 stars hotel because the service is outstanding. Very nice and always available for anything, nice and kind with the guests. They give you great recommendations and if you need parking they have agreement with a parking lot near by, we saved €80 in parking as day rate was €15 and thanks to the hotel's agreement it ended up being €10 per day. Other amenities given as per request such as kettle, iron and more.

The manager is rude and narcissistic. No floats or balls allowed. Was put on the 4th floor after requesting a ground floor due to having a child with additional needs weeks in advance. Lady in reception and lifeguard was okay other than that i would never come back. Very anti-english staff and general collection of guests.

A Hidden Gem in Playa del Ingles: Jardin Del Atlantico Exceeds Expectations Don't let the initial exterior resemblance to a multi-storey car park fool you – the Jardin Del Atlantico is a colossal hotel that truly surprised us in the best way possible. For a budget option, it far exceeded expectations, offering spacious, bright, and modern apartments with good views. The hotel is situated in a vibrant tourist area, surrounded by numerous other hotels, bars, restaurants, and shops, all aimed at holidaymakers. The X-shaped layout houses well-appointed apartments featuring a balcony, a comfortable living and kitchen area, a walk-in shower and toilet bathroom, and a separate bedroom with ample storage. While we opted for the fantastic half-board option, the kitchen comes equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, and hob, perfect for self-caterers. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, with daily room service and spotless accommodation. The modern power shower with plenty of warm water was a welcome touch. Rooms also have a TV with a selection of international channels. Location-wise, the hotel is a convenient 5-minute walk down a straight, safe road to the enormous Playa del Ingles beach. While accessing the beach from the promenade involves a relatively long set of stairs (other access options may exist), the proximity is a major plus. The half-board dining experience was a highlight, boasting a "humongous" buffet selection for both breakfast and dinner. The variety and quality were so impressive that overeating was a real temptation, although plenty of healthy options were available for those with self-control. Our only minor gripe was the lack of free water with dinner for half-board guests. Beyond the comfortable apartments and excellent dining, the hotel offers a range of facilities, including four uniquely charming pools, a gym, and a beauty salon. Evening entertainment is also provided, typically from 8 to 10 pm. A safety deposit box in the room can be rented for €1.50 per night, and a €50 deposit is payable on arrival. Atmosphere and Value Despite its size, the hotel often maintained a calm atmosphere, though it could get busier during peak times. The clientele appeared to be mainly older couples and some families, with a diverse international crowd alongside many Spanish guests. The Jardin Del Atlantico offers excellent value for money, and we would certainly consider staying again. Top Tip for Your Stay A crucial tip for future guests: Be sure to keep your door swipe card away from your phone! The magnetic strip in phone cases can demagnetize the card, requiring a trip to reception for reprogramming. A previous 1-star review seemed unfairly focused on this issue, as this 3-star hotel truly deserves a 5-star experience rating.

Really bad hotel. We paid for a room for 3 but only got 2 beds. The beds are hard as rocks and with dirty bed sheets. There is black mold in the showers and in their washing machines that you can pay to use. You have to ask for everything including toilet paper because they won’t fix nothing in time. Many of the rooms are close to the karaoke bar so it sounds like you are sleeping in a chicken’s house. They are probably cooking the food with their feet or something because 2/3 of us got food poisoning, and one so bad they had to go to the hospital. And last but not least 90% of the people working there are really rude and bad people, feels like they hate everyone on the hotel and hate their life.

We had 3 people booked the description for a one bedroom apartment was a sofa bed,that is a complete fantasy it can hardly be described as a sofa so first night and next day spent speaking to our companies representative to sort out a proper bed in it's place,if there are more two don't book a one bedroom apartment as sofa bed is not what it says.the pool at hotel was it's best feature by a country mile I have stayed at higher rated hotels with by far not as nice as a pool and there were many pools.we went self catering paid for breakfast once and that was enough.not best have had.another thing is you like a sleep before 3am this is not the best as the noise from the irish centre is very loud.

Really nice hotel complex! Clean and tidy in the apartments and pool area. Very good food in the restaurant throughout the stay, but above all the staff is fantastic, helpful and always nice! The fact that the hotel is located a bit deserted, a bit away from other restaurants and entertainment doesn't matter, as it is easy to take the bus outside the hotel. On the contrary, it gives peace and quiet to the stay. Rarely have you experienced a pool area with such peace!

➕Location of the hotel is very good. Close to everything (shop, beach, restaurant). Room with a sea view is great. In general room has everything you would need and is specious. Staff was polite and pleasant. At low season (December) it was easy to park the car right next to hotel or maybe 100-200 meters from it. ➖Many things feel really dated and is really asking for renovation. I mean it is not broken, but you feel many surfaces or items have been used past its prime.

A really fabulous hotel, built high in the resort. Spotlessly clean throughout, and very peaceful. The rooms are great, with bedroom, bathroom, lounge/kitchenette and balcony. The reason for 4* is the beds are not the comfiest, and the bottom sheet isn't fitted, so it can unravel easily during the night. You have a filter coffee maker, kettle and microwave, but no cloth or liquid for washing up (you can leave for housekeeping, but they don't work on a Thursday and Sunday). The pool is absolutely stunning, with fabulous views over Tauro and Cura beaches. The pool bar opens from 12pm daily, and the music played whilst open is quiet and gentle. Unfortunately, every day at 11am, you will hear the aqua aerobics class at the hotel across the bay for an hour (the sound carries and bounces off the rocks behind the hotel). Other than that it's the most tranquil place I've been in years. We opted for half board. The restaurant is lovely, with sea and sunset views. Excellent table service for drinks. Meals are buffet style. Breakfast had everything you could ask for. Bacon, eggs, cheeses and ham, fruits, bread etc Evening meals are variations on a theme. So you can find paella one night, meat in sauce another. Fresh fish fillets every night (different types of fish). Lots of salad. Either chips, or fried potatoes. Several dessert choices. Not sure how they'd cope with vegan, but very accommodating with gluten free. The restaurant houses the only bar in the hotel. The hotel is situated up a hill, but has a lift that goes down to the beach, and you can walk along from there to the only restaurants and shop in the resort if you have mobility problems. There's also a taxi rank at the bottom of the hill, opposite the shop/restaurants if needed. The Spar shop is in the basement of the building housing the restaurants. It's well stocked with lovely fresh salad, olives, ham and cheeses for lunch on the balcony! There is only 1 restaurant open in the daytime (not sure if it's because it's low season). It's run by a lovely Italian family, serving a wide range of meals, desserts and drinks. In the evenings you have a choice of Spanish, Moroccan, Steakhouse, take away, Irish bar and cocktail bar, which sometimes had a singer. This is not a party resort, it's very relaxed, and generally you can sit back and listen to the waves without interruption. You will need to take a bus or taxi to leave the resort. Please don't risk walking across the rocks to Tauro, as there was a very nasty accident whilst we were there, involving an air ambulance. Tauro beach is beautiful, and has a lovely little cafe. You can walk from this beach around the coast to the next resort and on to Puerto Rico if you fancy it. Buses are fantastic! Regular services around the island.

Positive: -Nice, clean pool area -more than enough sun beds -very polite personnel -very close to a couple of bars and restaurants Negative: -tapwater was smelling intensely moldy/stinky, like you'd image a public bathroom to smell -the breakfast was (with very little exceptions) always the same. We stayed for a week, so it was endurable, but imagine staying for longer... It was always English breakfast and standards like bread and jam etc. The exceptions were the sausages (switched between two kinds every day) and fried vegetables (switched between fried mushrooms and paprika). -the elevator to the beach was broken the whole week, which was a downer cause it was one of the reasons we chose that hotel.

I have stayed there once. The Cleaning Staff was nice, the Room after they cleaned was really great. At the Beach the Waves can get pretty high but that is rare. The Breakfast was good because you could get bacon, salad, smoothy or other juices. At the Dinner we had to pay for the Drinks but that is totally normal in Halfpension. Overall it is a nice Hotel and if you want you can even go in the Spar wich is 5 minutes with foot, there are even some Restaurants wich are nice.

**Had to drop a star since last visit. Room had no sink to clean dishes, had to wash in the bathroom sink. Asked for a slightly later checkout wasn't entertained at all despite the hotel seeming only half full, was willing to pay extra charge however as I said was dismissed, slightly disappointing. Hidden gem. Great location, views, pool and staff. Lift straight to the beach. Rooms cleaned daily. Bus stop on the door step. Nice little gym that's well maintained.

The location is so good, right next to the Yumbo centre. Staff are lovely and the rooms are a good size. Spotlessly clean and housekeeping come in every day, nothing is too much trouble. Pool area is great with a bar and restaurant. Lots of sun loungers, never a problem getting one. This is my second visit and it didn't disappoint. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel 2nd time staying here all staff are lovely especially the breakfast lady very cheerful lovely seen her on breakfast. Rooms are very clean and are cleaned every day and towels are changed everyday the only down side i have is that you have to pay for air conditioning this must be new as when stayed here before all room had air conditioning free of charge. The other downside was breakfast wasn't the best this is the first time I had breakfast here there was a good selection of breakfast but the hot breakfast was cold every morning I went for breakfast even at 8 in the morning and eggs were under cooked and bacon swimming in loads of oil apart from those the hotel is a lovely clean hotel even have some where to store your cases when check out if transfer aint until late like ours we was even offered to have a shower later if wanted which I thought was a lovely i will definitely be returning but don't think I'll be having breakfast there.

Pedro the Reception Manager was very efficient, professional and most helpful. All other receptionists were very professional and most helpful too. The room attendants worked hard to ensure my room was well serviced. The kitchen area very handy with kettle, coffee machine and toaster plus an electric hob with two ceramic burners. A nice balcony with the morning sun in apartment 219. A very pleasant stay indeed.

Simple but clean rooms, nice beds, unfortunately only single beds. The pool area is very nice and clean. More or less sun everywhere from 9.30 until 17-18.00. There's also a nice pool bar that serves ice cold beer! Never did try the restaurants, but heard they're were nice. I read some reviews that the traffic outside was disturbing. I slept like log. It's also really close to the Yumba shopping center and only about 10 min walk to the beach.

Hotel in great location with friendly staff had a good vibe in evenings with lots of local people there. The hotel rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable just like all of the other facilities in the hotel was very clean as well. There was cleaners and maids working every morning probably up to lunchtime and very helpful with none Spanish speaking visitors

It start with the fact this place is brilliantly located for the Mogan Mall. They provide a gate from the property direct to Mogan Mall. Another positive is the beds were comfortable as hell. But there wasn't a way of attaching them to stop them moving about. I was with my wife so this was a bit annoying. Storage is fantastic in the apartment. We stayed on the bottom floor as this was was with a jacuzzi/hottub........ it isn't a jacuzzi or a hottub. It was a normal bath outside. The bath had jets. ( We paid extra for this ) Misleading, it was in quite a bad state too. Taps having out of the wall and not that clean. I thought I'd try and use it anyway. So turned tap on and because the hot water is in a storage boiler the hot waters runs out quickly. By the time hot water is available the very little you dropped already is cold. Waste of time. Didn't bother to use it in the end. I didn't fancy a cold bath. There is air-conditioning in the bedroom it stays on constantly but is stuck on 19 degrees. It done a job to a certain point but at times we needed it to be cooler. There wasn't anyway to adjust it. My wife would have a shower then we'd have to wait a while for hot water to top up again for me to have a shower. (Very annoying.) The rooms are spacious and so is the outdoor area. It had a table two reclining chairs and two sunbeds. Comfortable enough. The apartment overall were just ok. Shabby and not in great repair. But functional. There is a handy gate on ground floor to access the local Mogal Mall. This was very useful. Pool areas are large but very dated. Pool bar and staff were good. Very helpful happy to serve. Breakfast was on the top floor. We was on the bottom floor. But of a pain you have to get 3 lifts up to get there. The lifts were very sensitive at times. ( I'm not a fan of lifts at the best of times ) Breakfast was ok catered for all. Don't expect a high standard of food. Views from the complex wasn't great. Good if you like buildings. Lack of a decent sea view. Overall I wouldn't stay here again. You can get alot better quality for your money.

We never stay anywhere but the terezamar when we come to Puerto Rico, it’s really clean, friendly with everything you need. It’s also in a great location. The staff are very friendly and also a special mention to the kids entertainment team chico( not sure if that is spelt correctly) but he was amazing doing lots of activities with the kids and they loved it.

Just returned from a weeks holiday at servatur terrezamar. Check in was so easy with a lovely gentleman on reception. Very pleasant & helpful. We were on terrezamar 6th floor (high floor on booking) which is same level as reception & pool. Facing out over the commercial centre & mogan mall. Great size balcony with table & 3 recliner chairs & 2 sunbeds. Everything was perfect, clean & really comfy beds. The pool has a great bar/snack bar with full meal menu. Again, lovely bar staff. Happy hour twice a day for drinks. 🤪 We visited the pool at all different times & plenty of beds. Definitely no sunbed wars here. You could use the pools at sunsuites & royal too, although we just used terrezamar. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We used the restaurant over the road at sunsuites. There are lifts which take you all the way down to the back of the commercial centre where there is a gate you use your room key to get back in. It's so handy, so no long walks around the road. We had complimentary bottles of wine left in our room, which was a lovely touch. All in all, we all had a fantastic stay & will definitely return. Such a lovely, well run & friendly atmosphere. Thankyou Terrezamar, we had a lovely time.

Mixed Experience – Great Day Trips but Disappointing Hotel and Local Area. 7-night holiday over Easter, travelling as a family of four with two children (ages 10 and 13). We recently stayed here and wanted to share some honest reflections to help future visitors: Accommodation and Hotel Car Hire: We hired a car for flexibility, and it turned out to be essential given the location. However, parking information wasn't mentioned at booking, and we were surprised by how difficult parking was on arrival. Clearer guidance around parking and car hire needs would be very helpful for guests. Location: The property is situated at the top of a very steep hill/mountain, which should really be highlighted in the booking information. It's not ideal for those with mobility issues or families with young children without a car. Food: We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. The food was fine, but healthier options were quite limited. Rooms: The rooms were a good size, clean, and the adult beds were very comfortable. However, the children's beds were uncomfortable, and the sofa bed we pulled out was very dirty underneath. We also had to request extra sheets, as it got chilly in the evenings. Local Area: We were disappointed by the nearby precinct of shops and bars. We felt quite uncomfortable due to the aggressive tactics from some shop and restaurant owners, and there was a visible presence of groups of young men at corners, which didn't feel safe — particularly with small children. As a result, we used the car most evenings to visit more family-friendly, upmarket areas in nearby towns. Cleanliness: Litter and unpleasant smells were a real issue in the surrounding area, with dog mess unfortunately quite common on pavements. Hotel Sunbeds: The hotel pool area was frustrating — by 9am, all sunbeds were already reserved with towels, making it very difficult to find anywhere to sit unless you were up extremely early. It would be good if the hotel enforced a fairer system. Pool Area: There’s no real view from the pool; most sunbeds faced a large white wall and a visible air-conditioning unit. No inflatables are allowed in the pool. Facilities: The pool table was broken during our stay, which was disappointing for our boys — money kept getting stuck, and several balls were missing. Service: Reception staff were polite but casual. We enquired about upgrading from B&B to all-inclusive, as we didn’t feel comfortable eating locally, but staff were unhelpful. They took our room number and promised to follow up, but never did. Smoking: One of our biggest issues was the amount of smoking — it was unavoidable across the hotel grounds. As non-smokers, it really impacted our experience. We couldn’t leave our patio doors open due to guests in neighbouring apartments chain-smoking for hours, which also meant we couldn't dry towels or clothes outside without them picking up the smell. Supermarket: Attached to the hotel and open until 10pm. Had excellent variety and reasonably priced.

This is the 2nd time we have been here and everything is excellent as always. The food has been a bit samey this time round though. 2yrs ago they did themed evenings. Staff are friendly and rooms/apartments are well kept. Location wise the views are incredible but it is a tad out of the way from the main area. Can easily get a taxi though and this time round they had a bus to and from the beach. There is a shop next to the entrance and there is also a small shopping centre round the back of the hotel.

Been here a week since 3rd March 2025. Great staff, polite, helpful. Very clean throughout. Reasonably good for those with mobility issues. Good bar and decent drinks available. Supermarket on site ( Hyper Dino ). Have to say this punches above its 3* rating. Not brilliant for kids, not enough going on. Although the few children here have all been well behaved and are under the age of 10. There is a free bus down to the beach ( 3 down and 3 back ) last return at 17:00. Small commercial centre with bars about 6 or 7 minutes walk. A food holiday and very happy with the price from TUi. It dies have an international clientele which gives it a nice feel. A really relaxing hotel. Lastly food is excellent and plenty of choice ALL DAY! Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch, Snacks & Evening Meal! Bar does shit at 23:00 sharp. Not an issue for me personally. My only tiny complaint is, please put some cushions on the bar chairs for the evening. Apart from that we'll done EDEN!

The buffet was okay, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The drinks were not great, and you have to pay extra for mojitos and other cocktails. The hotel is not very child-friendly, as there is no playground for kids, and both the children's pool and the adult pool were really cold. The restaurant was not clean and felt cramped. The rooms were not cleaned properly every day. The evening activities were boring.

We stayed at Apartamentos LIVVO Puerto de Mogán from December 25th to 28th, 2024 – it was our second time there, and once again, we had a lovely experience overall. The location is perfect, right in the heart of beautiful Puerto de Mogán, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the marina. A special thank you to Gemma – she was wonderful both times we visited. Thank you, Gemma, we love you! The apartments are nicely furnished and have a veranda facing a peaceful garden. Everything was clean, and the cleaning staff came by every morning, which we really appreciated. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the harbor, where you’ll find lots of restaurants and shops, and the beach is about five minutes away. One of the best things is waking up early and seeing the beautiful sunrise — and later in the day, the sunsets are just as stunning. Every Friday, there’s also a local market in town, which is definitely worth checking out if you enjoy browsing handmade items, souvenirs, and local goods. Keep in mind that it’s a very touristy area, so not all the food is great – some places are really nice, but others can feel overpriced or average in quality. The apartments themselves could really use an upgrade – the furniture is a bit dated, and the beds are not the most comfortable. That’s something we noticed both times we stayed. Unfortunately, we also had one unpleasant experience during our second visit. One night, a couple on an electric scooter almost hit us while we were walking back from dinner. My husband rushed ahead to the room, and I went to buy some drinks and water. On the way, I realized a man was following me. It was dark near the parking lot, so I changed direction a few times, but he kept showing up nearby. I eventually got to the shop and then hurried back to the hotel. When I got to reception, I started filming the man with my phone. He passed by with a younger woman and noticed I was recording. We reported it to the receptionist, but unfortunately, they didn’t take it seriously. Later, the man came back near our veranda, and when I called reception again, they still didn’t act. My husband had to step in and make it clear he would take action if the man came any closer. Luckily, a few minutes later, three police officers arrived. I showed them the video, and they recognized the man right away and went after the couple. The police were quick and professional – thank you so much to them! It’s such a beautiful area, and we still love Puerto de Mogán, but the way the hotel reception handled the situation was disappointing. Safety should always be a priority, especially in a family-friendly, tourist-heavy place. Also, one of our room keys didn’t work during the stay, which was a small issue but still worth mentioning. Overall, a lovely place with a fantastic location, relaxing vibes, and helpful staff like Gemma. With some updates to the apartments and better attention to guest safety, it could be truly perfect.

Excellent area & lovely apartment, it is a little dated but really clean & well planned out. The cleaners came in 5 days out of 7 to clean, change towels & make beds, even washed a few dishes, very friendly. Reception area is within the main hotel, excellent service throughout. The one problem for us was the beds, they are very hard & impossible to sleep on if you don't like hard mattresses, however the reception chap sent over memory foam toppers straight away & after that it was a good nights sleep. Would recommend for a relaxing & safe holidays, all sorts of ages in & around the resort, plenty of food & drink but no bars with loud music. Thanks Livvo Hotel

My wife and i stayed at the apartments from July 4th to 14th. We were in room 175. The apartments themselves are ideally situated around the picturesque harbour. They should be a gem of a holiday property, but unfortunately, they are very tired and dated. Each block had rooftop sunbathing area's. However, the sun beds are very worn and dated, and there aren't any umbrellas to shade from the sun. Tranquil from the bust pool, but not practical due to there being no shaded areas. The beds were very comfortable, and the air-conditioning was the best we've had anywhere. The rooms could do with some coat hooks, though, to hang beach towels or wet clothing etc. The bathrooms look the most dated, and I'm sure it's time to remove the baths for shower cubicles. I heard that 1 elderly gentleman fell stepping out of the bath and required hospital treatment. The issue is that there are NO handrails to hold onto. For health and safety reasons, Bin the bath and bidet and instal walk-in showers. Try and issue plugs for kitchen sinks and instal more sockets. Cracking full-length mirror in the bedroom, but not an electrical point in sight. Same issue in kitchen, could only plug in the toaster or the kettle. Would I stay again, Yes

Just returned home from the cordial mogan playa apartments. On arrival your greeted with a smile offered a welcome drink and nothing is too much trouble. There's 9 floors and a lot of lifts but when you get to your apartment you are amazed at the size of the balcony the interior the views there's nothing to complain about . I went with my 4 grandchildren and my elderly father. Breakfast you could not ask for anything more . A cookery station provides fresh omelettes pancakes fried eggs . I could go on forever . lunch time there is a varied menu all cooked fresh to order. Evening meals are also very good value with so much choice. my grandchildren love the splash pool the soft play area the mini disco too. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket that sells everything the beach is a 10 minute stroll. Finally I have got to mention the staff they are all fantastic. I cannot wait to return.

We spent 10 days at this hotel with our family / 6 adults and 3 kids . We loved the hotel! The location was excellent about 15 min walk to the beach and town. The cleaners did a great job daily in our units, and the restaurant was also good. Waiters and waitresses nonstop clearing plates and making sure people were satisfied. The food was a great variety from healthy to hearty dishes. There are some negative comments...the only thing I have to say is that this is not a 5* luxury hotel. If people have those expectations, they have to look somewhere else. It was my birthday while we were there and the hotel gifted me a spa voucher and a bottle of prosecco. What a beautiful and unexpected gesture. Thank you. There are several pools Inc: quiet pool and splash pad etc. Everyone can be satisfied from babies to elders. Our grandkids tried the kids centre a few times and they really liked it. We tried the spa and one of us the massage and we all were fully happy with the service. Overall we had a great time and we are planning to return. Thank you!!

We've stayed here a couple of times now and the kids love it. I think it's rated as 3 stars by BA but really it should be a 4. There's a splash park for toddlers and the south pool has a toddler pool and a larger pool. The north pool is the same as the south large pool except hardly anyone seems to go there.

The hotel completely met our expectations. The spacious apartments with large terraces were perfect for families. The four large pools on the property ensured that the guests were evenly distributed, so there was no overcrowding. A big advantage was the animation team, which provided interesting entertainment for both young and adult guests – our children especially loved Linda, she was fantastic. Breakfast could be more varied. The selection was mainly focused on meat, with very limited options for vegetarians and vegans. Every breakfast felt the same. We had dinner at the restaurant once, and the options for non-meat eaters were also very limited. Additionally, the food offered was rather unhealthy, both at breakfast and dinner. The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved – our terrace and the pool area had pigeon droppings in several places.

We spent 9 days in this hotel in March and could only give a top rating. The infrastructure is well taken care, the staff is super super friendly (from the pool staff to the cleaning or restaurant), the many pools are warmed to 27° in winter and spotless clean, the gardens are beautiful and well maintained, it was never too crowded and the buffet was good, specially considering the price. I read some critics about the quality of the food and honestly it is ridiculous to complaint about this buffet for the price they charge, completely out of touch. You will not eat a delicatessen but they try to make it varied and tasty e.g. every day you have 2 types of fresh fish and 2 types of meat to be cooked "a la plancha" on the spot, and they change the assortment from day to day (Cabillaud, Shrimps, Octopuss. Tilapia, etc). They also offer kids friendly food but good: for example the chicken fingers are actual chicken breast sticks breaded (not the crap frozen chicken-paste you find in other places). Some things are obviously not awesome, e.g. they offer sushi from time to time and it is very basic, or the desserts are in general quite sugary / artificial (with the exception of the brownie that was really good!). In summary: amazing value for the money if you are looking for a kids-friendly place to spend your holidays.

I must give a special mention to Fran at the bar, who went above and beyond by helping us when our car broke down. His assistance truly saved our day! Just returned from Vistaflor, Maspalomas. 4th time I’ve been here as I love the location and atmosphere in the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the accommodation, pool and pool area is kept spotlessly clean. The entertainment and animation team were excellent this year. Thank you Jonathan and team for the hard work you put in. I thoroughly enjoyed the aqua fit and stretch yoga. The food is varied and plentiful (we went all inclusive) though I agree that the hot food could be warmer. My husband microwaved his. The staff in bar and restaurant are excellent. I’m looking forward to returning in October.

My Best vacation A great destination to enjoy good service and vacation. 5 star staff, will do everything to make you comfortable. This hotel is wonderfully managed and it feels like the staff is one big family! During the 6-week vacation, I got to experience the ease of the location, all the services are next to it, and surprisingly, the hotel has a very versatile little market with comprehensive daily necessary products. Excellent breakfast and the standard of the restaurant is good. The restaurant staff does everything to make you feel like you're the only customer, even though the restaurant is full of professionals! The food is good and not overpriced, but in principle there is something for everyone. The pool area is large and clean. There are plenty of sunbeds, and there was no problem with having enough during the vacation. In front of the apartments, it is possible to enjoy the sun on your own terrace with your own sun lounger. The pool has a program for everyone and water aerobics. Perky Marina and absolutely brilliant Ayoze make everyone feel good and move. Not really a bad thing to say. The rooms are, according to their time, on two levels and a bit old, but clean and comfortable. I warmly recommend.

Stayed at Vistaflor for a week beginning 20th March room number 650. From the very first moment checking in the entire experience was fabulous 👌. Claudia who cleaned my room every day was so so lovely with absolute positive mental attitude and had my room absolutely spotless with fresh flowers 💐 and bottle water. Claudia is an asset to Vistaflor. Food selection on half board was great and the fresh pastries from the shop were outstanding. Reception staff were absolutely brilliant 👏. Viktor recommended most amazing Italian restraunt with food to die for. I will be highly recommending Vistaflor and will be enquiring about returning myself same time next year. The accommodation was quite OK. We visited in January so we didn’t need AC for the room which you have to pay extra. The main complaint would be that the towels smelled bad and it felt like it was not properly washed. Most or all of the hotels we were staying in when we travel, towels were always smelling good. It felt a bit weird taking a shower and drying yourself with a towel that smelled like someone else’s body odor. Otherwise, staff were quite nice, pool was a nice place to chill, our room on the second floor which was facing the inner part of the building was relatively quiet. I would wish to have a king size bed for couples like us. Would I recommend it, YES for the place and location, not for the towels 🤭

Stayed for one night and these happened: 1. The toilet was brocken. Water kept running and making noises nonstop. It was especially disturbing at night. 2. No hot water after showing for approx. 10 minutes. This seems to be mentioned multiple times in the comment section and it's never fixed. 3. Towels were slightly smelly but it's tolerable. 4. No elevator inside the building. If you are disabled or traveling with a huge suitcase and you are assigned to room beyond ground floor? Good luck with that. 5. Passcode for the elevator (at the entrance not inside the apartment building) didn't match the passcode for the entrance. So we could not use the elevator but had to carry our huge suitcase up and down. Sorry. It wasn't really a pleasant stay and I am seriously questioning the 3-star standard.

Location is perfect. Very quiet, walking distance to the beach, 5m to Citá, 15m to Yumbo, and plenty of shops and restaurants around, Staff is simply 5*. The apartments are well appointed, with a Moroccan inspired decor, comfy and cosy. The swimming pool area, although small. Is very cosy, relaxing with plenty of shade provided by palm and coconut trees, and the beach sand in the floor is a great touch. Impeccably clean inside and out. This is an experience to repeat.

Such a beautiful apartment resort. So clean, beautiful pool and rooftop with jacuzzi and great views, definitely recommend this apartment complex as it is set right next to the beach and centre so the location is ideal. We loved our stay !

We really enjoyed our stay here for our first family holiday. The hotel was spotless and the staff couldn't have been more friendly/helpful. The food was good with lots of variety, I would say however that your child may get bored of pizza, Bolognese and chips (in the main restaurant)by the end of the week if they are picky. But we all had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to book again

We've had a fantastic stay here at Abora Buenaventura. Our room has been cleaned daily to a high standard, with the housekeeping staff being incredibly respectful and helpful. Every staff member we have come across has been polite, welcoming and friendly and always respectful, my children have absolutely adored interacting with everyone - especially the wonderful hospitality team in the restaurant! The food in offer has been delicious and a good range for all inclusive, as well as the options in the snack bar! We've ventured out of the hotel a few times using both the excellent free bus to the beach and public transport- both easily accessible and running regularly. Would highly recommend going for the AI+ the difference in drink quality was very noticeable. Although if you don't get AI+ and don't taste the higher quality drinks, you may not notice so much. Beds are quite uncomfortable, it was a pleasure to get back to my own bed. Air con didn't work - perhaps it only gets turned on at certain times of the year. The room itself was fantastic. Very nicely decorated and very spacious. Food was OK, not what I'd call quality, but it was edible. Staff were generally great, some are clearly more experienced than others. Everyone I came across was trying their best though. A quick word to the bar staff that stronger doesn't always mean better in terms of mixers and cocktails. Entertainment during the day was great. Evening entertainment was hit and miss. For example, the band were great. Would I return to this hotel? Yes, if I was staying in the same area. But I can't see us returning to GC any time soon.

Nice, well maintained, pool areas and grounds. Convenient location for the visiting market and other amenities and transport links to get out and about. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Our stay was disappointing in many respects! On arrival, we faced an unreasonably long check-in process, and with only one luggage trolley in the entire hotel, no assistance was offered with our suitcases, even after we asked for help, despite having young children and multiple bags. The room air conditioning made a constant water like noise throughout the night, disturbing sleep. Shower pressure was extremely weak in the yellow accommodation block. There was no light on the balcony, and no water bottles provided in the room. Iron rental was €5 (non-refundable), with no ironing board available. Facilities were lacking: the massage chair was inoperable, many arcade games were constantly needing resetting, the kids' club consisted of a single hut with disengaged staff, and the huge hotel had just one small playground. The pools were restrictive—no balls or floats allowed. Dining was another letdown for us vegetarias. Food was warm at best, vegetarian options were minimal, and labelling was unclear with vegetarian dishes often mixed in with meat. The snack bar had a wide variety of meat burgers and sandwiches but not a single vegetarian option. Only one drink station in the main restaurant caused long queues at each meal time, especially frustrating with young kids. Pool towels came at a cost, with a €1 fee just to change them. The beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk away or there is an option to use the free shuttle bus which runs frequently each day. It's a lovely sandy beach with reasonably clear water. Sun lounge hire was about €7 for the day. The only praise I have is for the cleaning, serving and entertainment staff. Sadly and despite the fantastic entertainment staff on site it was evident that they were working with a low or non existing budget! Overall, the hospitality was poor and not family-friendly versus alternatives. I would not recommend for families or those seeking a relaxing, well-serviced all inclusive holiday.

We had a brilliant holiday last week. Place is really clean, staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful. Food was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds and definitely worth paying a bit extra for the Balinese beds if you fancy it. Not too far to walk to the beach if you want but we stayed round the pool most of the time. Peaceful and quiet, but only a short taxi ride towards Yumbo centre if you want more of a party scene. Highly recommend if you want a quiet stay and be well looked after. Loved it.

Absolutely amazing! Enjoyed every moment here. The staff is very friendly and thoughtful, the accommodation and common areas are very very clean! We haven't seen any cockroaches or other insects, very clean and nice. Would very much recommend this to everyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation!

Comfortable small bungalows. Air con really efficient. Wet room shower, safe, clean and well maintained. Towels could be changed daily and maid visits daily. Loved the free shuttle bus to the beach and back. Our room had one double bed and one single bed in the bedroom. TV even has complimentary Netflix which is a nice addition.

This was our second visit. We liked it so much last year, that this time we brought another family. They also loved their visit. We were all sad to leave. Staff were so friendly and always happy to help. They make the hotel run seamlessly. We had the family suit again , this time with a sea view. It was definitely worth the upgrade. Such a beautiful view to wake up to. Food and drink are get! The animation team are amazing! They work so hard around the clock to keep everyone entertained. Thank you for yet another great holiday. :)

Just came back from Week stay. Fantastic hotel with amazing location. The views are incredible either side of the hotel. Food is great. We are quite picky and was surprised how good and variety or it. Only downside was the design of it get you lost for first day or two. Very hard to find your room. Also two out of three elevators were broken 😡 which I think should fixed asap same day where 90% of rooms needs them. Still 5 stars as it was a great stay.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Super clean, visually stunning, lots of amenities and great food. Lots of sun loungers so no need to worry about space. Always saw workers clearing empty plates and cups. Beds were very comfy, only downside was that they were twin beds pushed together. Glad they had the adults only pool as an option. Little bit of a walk to our room and quite the trek back up the stairs due to how high the hotel is, but we didn’t mind. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel is great, nice rooms, great facilities, very clean for the amount of people that are there. Hadn't realised just how big the hotel was and how busy it may be. The food is fantastic. Hill top location makes venturing out quite hard walking for the kids but loads of taxi around that are reasonably priced so wasn't really an issue.

The pool area is lovely and so relaxing, lots of beds available, music and 2 wonderful pools. Entertainment every night by the pool. Would 100% recommend, thanks for a wonderful relaxing week!

Excellent hotel. Very well situated right next to a beach. Two hotel pools are also nice and the area around them is never too busy. Rooms are very clean and well furnished. Staff is excellent and extremely professional. We loved the food in the buffet restaurant, with many different options, lots of vegetables, salads, fish and seafood. We rented a car and there's a free parking right next to the hotel (confusingly marked as paid blue zone, but it's actually free), which is also a plus. I can't imagine what should be improved - this was a 10/10 experience for us.

This was our first stay at the Corallium Beach and it couldn't have been better. The entire staff were very friendly and professional, and the hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. Dining was a pleasure with an amazing choice that included fish, meat, an ever-changing selection of salads and specialty dishes. Outside there's two swimming pools as well at jet pools with sun terraces amongst well maintained gardens. In all the vibe was excellent and this hotel is well worth a stay. Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, lots of daytime activities and evening singers. Service was great but sometimes slow, all inclusive premium was a limited set drinks menu and the wristbands are taken off you at 12pm on your last day no matter what time your flight is (We left at 7pm meaning we paid for our food and drink from 12-7). Great location with shops a 5 minute walk or shopping mall 15 minute drive. Our favourite bartender Iran always made sure our drinks were the best quality and made great effort to engage in conversations with us! He really takes pride in his job , Thank you Iran!

POOLS The rooftop jacuzzi with a sea view is simply stunning. There’s also a large main pool, a small children’s pool, and an additional jacuzzi by the kids’ area. Clean, well-maintained, and perfect for all ages. WELLNESS & SPA We saved the best for last. This was truly a standout experience. The wellness area includes a Priesnatz sauna, jacuzzi, relaxing massages, mud treatments, a warm water massage pool, and even a Dead Sea pool—unbelievably calming. Every element was top-tier. We’ve stayed in 5-star hotels that didn’t come close to this level of quality and service. Huge kudos to the staff for their dedication and warmth. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The location is fantastic with all essential amenities nearby. The bus stops directly outside the hotel and the beach is between a 5-10 min walk. Rooms are nice and cleaned daily. I thought not having a towel change daily would be an issue but it's more eco friendly getting then changed every other day which is fair. Solarium is nice, thought it would be bigger but most people sit by the pool anyway so it's not a bad size at all. Food is wack and I've put this on the feedback form. They serve the same food daily with perhaps the odd dish that may be different. I stayed half board so not sure what lunch is like but I can imagine it's the same. This is a nice hotel with good views, clean rooms and a very friendly staff! We enjoyed staying here. The food was delicious and a big big plus for SPA! Also the location is good, as the hotel is close to Playa de Ingles and you can have a nice walk to Maspalomas Dunas as well.

Stayed at this hotel recently having already stayed at the Bull Victoria up the road. Amazing spa areas with all the usual sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pools plus the very relaxing Dead Sea Pool. Buffet food was excellent and always had different options every night. We are vegetarian and found plenty to fill out plates! Would definitely go back.

This is better than the three stars as advertised but maybe not quite four stars. The decor is excellent, good atmosphere when the act is on each night and the staff are excellent. Some minor issues like rubbish toilet paper but on the whole we really enjoyed it.

Avoid this hotel I was staying on my own. I was at the pool. I was chatting to my mom. The lifeguard is giving me hand signals to be quieter. I was so upset. I should be able to have one phone call at the pool. I asked to speak to a manager at receptionist no manager there until Sunday. I was there on Friday. If you want a relaxing holiday. Avoid this place!!! Never had any issue when I was on holidays before this hotel. Food is okay. Drinks are great since I got inclusive.

I honestly do not recommend it, this was my first time there, the food at the restaurant is always the same and not good, there are smokers everywhere, even in the dining area, it is impossible to breathe clean air. I have no problem with older people, but if you are looking for a young crowd, this is not the place, they are all old people over 40 years old. The hotel service is all kind, the cleaning is very good. But I realized that this is not for me. Maybe at another time in my life I will come back here, but it will not be part of my future plans.

Great location to the beach and restaurants. The all inclusive is good, especially the breakfast. We ate out sometimes for lunch/dinner just to change it up a little. Entertainment every night. Room very comfortable and clean. Taxi to anywhere seem to be about €5 which was great! I would say get a taxi from the airport, took over 90 mins to get to the hotel, we were nearly the last to be dropped off and we were not dropped at the hotel.

Absolutely Amazing location near to the beach, However, we got the Apartment which was cold during the evening and had no sun during the day. It was a bit disappointing not to have the sun in the balcony. Breakfast and Lunch was not very fancy. Vegetable soup was served for consecutively 3 days in the lunch. As compared to other 4 stars hotels, this hotel breakfast was not really appealing. Omelette was served without any veggies. I can praise only for the dinner which had a chinese menu where you can eat noodles and as well as the spring rolls. Towels were replaced daily and the corridor light during the night disturbed us in the bedroom. Please write near to the dishes, if these dishes are vegetarian or not. Being a vegetarian, it was sometime harder to judge which was veg and non veg.

This is a tough one... When we visited this hotel, all was included. This means breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also drinks at the adjacent bar which really is very nice. It does not, however, mean Internet in the room, but you can go to the reception, and use for free there. It feels like the focus generally is on the food, and not so much on everything else. It's a rundown place, and it showed in our room. The food - is generally decent. They have a large buffet and they vary it from day to day. The rooms... Oh, the rooms. We had two issues that we made the staff aware of. One was that lying on one of the mattresses in double bed, you were lying directly on the springs, which went "sproing" every time you moved. This was fixed by adding a top mattress to that side of the bed, leaving a large height difference to the other side. You would still hear the occasional "sproing", but it was a lot nicer to lie on. The other issue was that we found bugs at large in the bathroom - from the looks of it small cockroaches, but judge for yourself. Nothing was done to fix this, or at least the infestation persisted throughout the visit. The hotel boasts three pools, one of them heated. Each pool is tiny, the heated pool is intermittently so, and the pool by the bar is apparently indefinitely out of service. The location is to die for though, right next to the beach!

Very modern apartments and kept immaculately clean. Taxi rank opposite and free bus service down to Amadores beach from reception which is essential due to the distance and gradient! Parking spaces available on request I believe if you wish to hire a car. Europa centre commercial conveniently placed just over the road for a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be booking again. Thank you also to the warm and kind welcome to both the director and receptionist on our arrival 🥰

Stayed for a week in mid june. Nice , quiet adults only apartments. Rooms are modern and clean. Staff are super friendly. Lovely pool area. No hassle getting a sun lounger. There is a supermarket on the complex and another directly across the road.Puerto rico is a 20 to 25 min stroll downhill. Taxi back up is only 7 euros. Will definitely return at some point

Firstly we would definitely stay here again,just hopefully a different room,Adult only,complex and rooms kept very clean,Aircon in living room area,swimming pool,small onsite Bar,plenty of sunbeds(most usually towell reserved early morning)use of Eden complex next door with bigger pool etc...free wifi was ok,tv,hairdryer,fridge,location great for us,up top near Europa center,taxi rank right opposite. We had a few gripes with the onsite location of our room unfortunately,we had a room right next to the side access gate which people,rather than closing it kept leaving it to slam at all hours,perhaps a sign to close it quietly at night? Same as the stairs to the upper level which are attached to the outside wall of the room,some of us are in bed before 3am! and this particular room didnt get any sun until it came around late afternoon. Late stay room not available on this occasion but Eden have luggage room,showers etc to use until you leave,check out was 12pm. Overall a great place,if we where situated in one of the sunny balcony rooms away from the gate and stairs id have definitely scored more,we had a good holiday overall.

Beautiful. Friendly staff, always ready to help. The only thing that upset me was other people leaving so much rubbish around by the pool when they had finished sunbathing for the day, especially when bins are around the area. There are young children about who could trip and fall over this mess. It's everyone's responsibility to keep things clean, not just staff!
