i stayed at this resort for a week with my mum and sister for a well overdue girls holiday. We went all inclusive. This was honestly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The cleanliness, the staff, the food, the facilities, the service, everything was perfect. As soon as we stepped out the taxi we were greeted by the most friendly gentlemen who made us feel at ease straight away. We came to this resort wanting a relaxing week and we got that and so much more. The selection of food was amazing, there is something for everyone and it is all so fresh. Our room was beautiful and there was so much space. We could have easily spent all day in the room! we booked a sea view suite and wow! the beds were so comfortable we all slept so well every night. The staff can’t do enough for you at this hotel. We don’t have any complaints. This hotel is guaranteed to give you a 5 star experience that is pure luxury. We can’t wait to come back. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in—truly a 5-star experience from start to finish! The resort delivers on every level, with top-notch amenities, elegant surroundings, and outstanding service. The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety and quality in every meal. The spa was a real highlight—so relaxing and beautifully designed. And the views? Simply breathtaking. Being right on the water gave us picture-perfect scenery every day. If you're looking for luxury, relaxation, and a truly memorable stay, this is the place. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Hotel very clean food delicious, great service in the spa and restaurants as well as in the beach bar these are the pros of the cons unfortunately no access to the beach. absolutely zero attractions and a very boring resort I have never encountered such unpleasant service in the main bar which is the only place to spend the evening, waiters very unpleasant including the bartender, the service behaved there as if they were working as a punishment, zero smile and commitment to work despite the fact that we left tips every evening you could not count on nice service. when leaving the resort we were waiting for the bus with friends and a friend suggested that we could have another coffee because we had an hour until departure, after which the friend went to order four coffees for me with my wife and for him with his partner, unfortunately he was refused to make coffee for us because our hotel day ended an hour earlier, I have never encountered such humiliation in any resort especially a five-star one, I highly do not recommend this hotel and I will definitely not visit it again

I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels but this hotel was the best ever. A beautifully designed building run by very polite attentive staff. Everybody from cleaners to pool staff, waiters/waitresses and front of house staff every request was greeted with a smile. Even the staffs interaction between themselves indicated they were happy in their work. It’s a place I would definitely return to. Outside the resort hotel the town centre is slightly less 5 star and in places a bit Benidorm the hotel makes up for it. The gardens were beautifully kept and the view from our room amazing.

We had a great holiday once again at the Secrets Bahia Real. We've been coming here for 20 years so it must be pretty good! There are a few things that if changed would make our stay even better, and warrant 5* across all the categories.....Heated outdoor pools (only one small pool is heated of the 3 available). 1. The bath has been upgraded but is now quite small/tight and difficult to get in and out of. 2. I always started the day off with sugar puffs for breakfastbu on the last 2 visits to the hotel these seem to have been removed from the cereal offerings - a small thing but you did ask! 3. On leaving the main restaurant there are several chairs for smokers right outside the door, so having just eaten you have to go through a cloud of smoke on exiting. The smell also drifts into the restaurant when the door is opened. Not very nice, I think the smoking area should be moved elsewhere. Other than that, everything is marvellous! The staff were brilliant and the service was outstanding.

We had an absolutely fantastic time in Fuerteventura staying at Iberostar and can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome – everyone was incredibly friendly and genuinely keen to go the extra mile to ensure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. The food was excellent with a great variety that kept the whole family happy, and the facilities were spot on – clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. Whether we were lounging by the pool or exploring the island, everything felt so relaxed and easy. As a family, we loved every minute of it. It was the perfect mix of fun, comfort, and sunshine. We’re already thinking about booking our next visit. Thank you for such a memorable holiday!

Well what can I say, we stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and we were impressed then and this time was just as good. From the time we walked into the hotel it was amazing. The staff were are so welcoming and polite, the rooms are clean and well maintained. The food and drink you cannot fault there is something for everyone. It was my birthday when we were there I didn’t mention this to anyone but on the day I was sat on the balcony when I heard my wife talking to someone, she call me and said look at this. There was a bottle of Champagne in an ice bucket and 2 glasses and a card from the hotel. What a surprise. We had such a great time so relaxing we have booked already for next year can’t wait.

It is the perfect location to completely switch off and recharge the batteries. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has absolutely everything you need. All of the staff are just amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always on hand to help, advise and make your holiday special. Even assist with Spanish phrases!! It is our second visit and we would definitely come back again.

Hotel I highly recommend. Beautiful facility located on the first coastline. Rooms, beautiful and the restaurant perfectly clean and beautifully arranged. Hotel service very nice and friendly, all meals at a very high standard. Huge selection of dishes, everyone will find something delicious for themselves. Meals are not monotonous, every day some other delicacies are served from steaks, seafood in full and without restrictions. I have not been this pleased with a vacation for a long time.

I recently stayed at Iberostar Fuerteventura Palace with my mom for a special holiday to celebrate her birthday on April 15th. I chose this resort based on the glowing online reviews—and I can now say they were absolutely right! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. The staff were incredibly attentive and hardworking, always ready with a smile and eager to help. The entire resort has a calm, elegant vibe that made our stay even more enjoyable. The most touching moment came on my mom’s birthday. After spending the day out exploring, we returned to our room to find a lovely surprise waiting for us: a thoughtful message, a chilled bottle of champagne, and two glasses set out to celebrate. It was such a warm gesture that made the day even more special for my mom—and for me. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and created beautiful memories together. I’d highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a touch of thoughtfulness and excellent service.
