Just back from a week here. Beautiful hotel, lovely location but most of all, wonderful staff. All inclusive in an ocean view room (definitely worth the small rise in cost to get this, view of Lobos and Lanzarote and lovely balcony). Room service was exemplary, spa lovely and lounge relaxing with great view of the ocean. Only advice I would give is to vegans; let them know you are coming if all inclusive, and book the A la carte resteraunts in the evening to ensure choice. The Japanese resteraunt, even for vegans was AMAZING! Will definitely be back.

Good resort in excellent location. Do not expect a truly luxury stay there - it is one of Hyatt’s „luxury factories”. The service is good. Food was great, drinks ok - rather basic selection. There are many restaurants but only 1 or 2 of them are opened every day on top of regular buffet and require reservation, which at this price point is unacceptable. Bar was very crowded in the evening as there is only one open. So overall good stay at corporate-style resort. Nothing special, luxurious or unique - just solid.

My wife and I have just got back from a 4 night stay here. Its exceeded our expectations. The service from all of the staff was first class. We hardly even stepped out of our taxi and were greeting by David who had 2 glasses of sparkling wine waiting for us on arrival. We were even checked in to our room hours earlier than we should have been which was a big bonus. We had a small issue with noise in our room due to some kind of fan that backed on to the wall. The second I brought the issue up with the staff we were quickly moved rooms. The staff here honestly cannot do enough for you. Regarding getting around, I wouldn't really class this as being "out of the way" like some of the reviews point out. Its literally less than 5 minutes in a taxt to the local town and shipping mall. I noticed 1 review claiming the hotel is tired and in need of updating, which i honestly couldn't disagree with any more. The hotel is spotless and in my opinion luxurious. The entertainment in the evening is excellent. We particularly likes the Spanish band as did all the other guests who were scalping along to the music. We would 100% stay in this hotel again and would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel stay.

We booked a room with terrace facing the ocean, and got just what we requested. Very relaxing waking up to that view every morning. The breakfast buffet was excellent, so many choices, especially the fresh fruit juices. Huge dining hall, where they also serve the dinner buffet. What we loved most were the evenings in the lobby. Every night, live bands played acoustic sets that created the perfect laid‑back vibe. We ended each day there, sipping a couple of drinks while being serenaded by beautiful music. It was the perfect way to unwind together. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anything more relaxing.

Great adults-only hotel with friendly staff and good location. The hotel is quite old in my opinion, but it has been refurbished and looks really good. It has swimming pools and also own beach, which could be better looking. You won't be able to swim there, as there are rocks and cliffs. It's been very windy during our stay in January. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had to ask for a heater, as it was too chilly in our room. You'll get a bottle of water every day. Cleaning is also done daily. Breakfast with wide variety of foods was great. If you come by car, you can use their underground parking for free. If you plan to stay in the hotel your entire holiday, this is probably the best hotel on the island, as it has many restaurants, spa and live music every evening.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days in order to relax and enjoy the calm atmosphere. The venue itself is peaceful, modern, chic, and absolutely sublime with its direct access to the beach. Our room was always clean and tidy, with housekeeping twice a day. The hotel offers many interesting activities, and I would especially like to mention the activity instructors! They are absolutely amazing—very professional, kind, and a real ray of sunshine. We had the pleasure of meeting Alberto and Nicola; they made our stay even more welcoming and are doing an incredible job. Seeing them every day made us so happy and was truly the cherry on top of the cake. Regarding the food, however, as a vegetarian I was quite disappointed. Of course, there was a large buffet, but many of the fruits and vegetables seemed to be frozen. For a 5-star hotel, I was hoping for much more freshness and more creativity when it comes to vegetarian alternatives. One small note about the spa: the pool felt a bit too cold at 29°C—maybe consider warming it up slightly! 😂 All in all, we enjoyed our stay, appreciated the friendly service, and would definitely recommend the hotel to our family and friends. And one last note: the activity instructors, housekeeping staff, and restaurant service team deserve a raise—they truly do their absolute best every day.

5-star hotel not meeting expectations – set your expectations at 3-star and you will be fine 😊 Stayed here for one week (Februay -25) with my three daughters, occupying two double rooms on a half-board basis. First impressions are good. The reception area is nicely decorated and gives a proper 5-star feeling when you arrive. The surroundings are also beautiful, with a truly stunning beach just outside the hotel. Just outside the hotel area there is a small shopping area, but unfortunately it feels a bit depressing and offers very little of interest or value. The rooms are clean and functional but somewhat run down. They include a minibar and TV, and while the furnishing is fairly basic for a hotel claiming five stars, the beds are comfortable and the rooms serve their purpose well. The buffet is of medium quality with limited variation. After a few days it becomes quite repetitive, and eating more than half board here would likely make you quite tired of the food quickly. The restaurant space itself is also not particularly pleasant. Outdoor seating is limited, and the indoor dining room is noisy and somewhat stressful — it reminded us more of a school canteen than a relaxed 5-star dining experience. There are two alternative à la carte restaurants. The food there is actually quite decent, especially the teppanyaki experience, which we enjoyed. Unfortunately, they run the same menu all week, meaning you realistically can only visit once during a one-week stay. The staff are generally friendly and positive. However, many seem relatively inexperienced. Small mistakes and mishaps are fairly common, often due to language barriers, but they are usually handled with a smile. On the last night of our stay we experienced a leak through the ceiling caused by a faulty AC system. The dripping woke us up at around 5 a.m., and we spent the early morning hours cleaning the floor using towels provided by reception. Compensation? None whatsoever. We were instead offered extra attention if we ever decided to stay again. In fairness, most hotels would likely have offered some form of compensation for an incident like this. This hotel has some positive aspects: the beach is fantastic, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. However, the overall experience does not really live up to what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Come here, but adjust your expectations. If you expect a 3-star experience in a nice location, you will likely have a pleasant stay. Just make sure you’re not paying a 5-star price, and you’ll probably be happy with your choice.

Gorgeous hotel with a wonderful location right by the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel very at home. There were a couple of tiny issues with the room but these were quickly fixed for us. The food was excellent. Overall would definitely recommend.

A lovely hotel. service excellent. Beautiful view of beach. Food/drinks good quality. We would definitely return. Loved the beach bag in the rooms for towels, a really clever idea. All staff are very friendly and hardworking.

Beautiful hotel, great food, clean rooms and very nice staff - especially Nadia from reception and the girl who goes around the rooms in the late afternoon/early evening adding finishing touches before bedtime. The staff here have a hard job because we found that most of the other guests weren't very friendly by nature. They weren't aggressive or rude but they were very reserved. The only thing that let the hotel down for us was the lack of facilities for children. There was a children's pool but there wasn't anything in it - no slide or anything like that.

Had a fabulous break here with some warm February sunshine The hotel is in quite a remote area which means it is nice and quiet. You need a car if you want to explore. BUT the accommodation, facilities, service and food here are absolutely fantastic. We have been to all inclusives before where the quality of food and drinks was mixed to say the least and vowed never again but the standard of quality here is in a totally different league. They catered really well for coeliacs (and other allergies) and always spun up plenty of gluten free options. The staff were all friendly, helpful and engaged. The lobby area in arrival is modern, light airy and immediately relaxed us. It’s clear that the hotel was only built recently and has a lovely clean, modern feel. Also has a great gym, spa options and lovely large (warm) pool. Great job guys.

A totally relaxing holiday. The garden and pool areas were beautiful and well maintained, and the heated pools and jacuzzis were especially welcome in cooler weather. The interior of the hotel is tastefully decorated, though it does not quite feel truly luxurious. The room was comfortable and well soundproofed, with a lovely balcony and views, although storage space was limited, making it difficult to unpack properly. The staff were fantastic and attentive, doing everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The Reserve pool and dining areas were highlights, and the hotel also offers a well-equipped gym. The thematic restaurants were enjoyable, and the Gastro Hall offered a wide variety of food. Overall, the cuisine was good, with a strong selection of healthy options. The beach is stunning, but due to the frequent wind it is better suited to water sports than to spending a long, relaxed day by the sea. Evening entertainment was good, but not intrusive if you chose not to attend. Overall, the experience was great, but for a hotel positioning itself as a luxury property, it felt somewhat overpriced relative to what was offered.

What can I say! If you are looking for a place to relax and DO NOTHING! This is a spectacular option! The beach is so long that you never get tired of walking around and jumping into the sea! The view to the lagoon is magical and the room from the rooms are also perfect!! Rooms are comfy and spacious!! The shower is exactly what you need 🚿 Food was outstanding!!! Specially MAHOS and the Reserve breakfast! OMG! Service is insuperable they are all great from beginning to end! But shoutout for ADRIANA from receptions she is 5 ⭐ same as the girl from the Reserve Bar (sorry can’t remember her name but she was also excellent!) Just as a suggestion to improve, maybe check on your cocktails because there are not always good, and don’t really taste as they usually do, piña colada and espresso martine are fine, but the rest needs some work, specially whiskey sour and margaritas… You can see some empty spaces around the hotel that looked unfinished or a bit unattended but, nothing to worry about. Was definitely an excellent experience and we will be trying anther by Meliá for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent beds that made our stay extremely restful. The hotel grounds are lovely and well maintained, with great pools and a beautiful beach nearby. Everything was very clean and clearly well cared for. The restaurants offer very good food, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. The staff is clearly well trained and attentive. We stayed in early December 2025, when the hotel was still relatively quiet and not fully booked. This made the whole experience very relaxed and enjoyable. We cannot judge how busy the pools, restaurants, and bars are when the hotel is at full capacity, but during our stay everything felt calm and spacious. We would happily return and can highly recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel through Jet2 and secured a fantastic deal during the February half term. Although the hotel is fairly remote, it’s set in a truly stunning location right on the beach, with breathtaking views from the balconies. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Staff greeted us at the bus, took our luggage to our room, and offered us drinks while we checked in — a lovely start to the holiday. The main pool is huge and absolutely beautiful. I was a little less impressed with the children’s pools, as the slides felt quite small, but our daughter still really enjoyed them. There wasn’t much daytime entertainment around the pool — just water spinning and yoga once a day — which actually suited us perfectly and made for a very relaxing atmosphere. I know some guests may prefer all-day activities, but we appreciated the calm. The pools were also warm enough to swim in comfortably in February. There’s a great pool bar and restaurant nearby, and we hired cabanas on a few days, which was a nice treat. That said, it was generally easy to find a sunbed without any trouble. We tried all of the restaurants and thought the food was good overall. However, reservations can be difficult to secure, which was surprising given that the restaurants often appeared half empty. On a very positive note, the cocktails throughout the hotel were excellent — freshly made each time and consistently high quality. My only real complaint was the service at the Ginger Bar, which could be quite slow in the evenings. There were also a few occasions in the morning when no one was available to serve. Our daughter absolutely loved the kids’ club and the children’s disco. The team running the club are outstanding — they genuinely care, put in tremendous effort, and go above and beyond to keep the children happy. They are a real asset to the hotel. The evening entertainment was fairly underwhelming overall, with the exception of the circus group on Monday, who were fantastic. This is definitely an area that could be improved. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend the hotel.
