Lovely accommodation. My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, especially the buffet, which offered a great variety of food. The staff were helpful and professional. Everything was very clean and well organised. It was a perfect week’s holiday. My daughter is already asking when we are going back. By far the best experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. The staff really made the difference — everyone was so friendly and always willing to help.
You could really see that they went the extra mile to make things work in your favour and make guests feel comfortable.
The hotel was absolutely spotless. Even the outdoor areas were cleaned several times a day. Shared toilets were always clean, bins were always empty, and the whole hotel was impressively well maintained.
The pool was amazing and the food was incredible. I have a 5-year-old daughter who can be quite picky with food, but every single day she was able to find something she enjoyed eating — and honestly, that says a lot!
We came with low expectations and left genuinely impressed. Thank you for such a lovely stay 💛

Overall I would recommend the hotel and it looks like the owners invested to renew it and make it good.
For the price it's good! Don't bet on the Spa ( the steam bath was not working properly and I would add at least a sauna). The food is good quality for all inclusive! First night hot water was missing, but probably it was because was start of season and hotel full at the same day. People were polite, there is also good free bar at the lobby. I would recommend the animation programme to be a little bit quieter for people that want to rest at the same time.

I loved this hotel, the room was big enough and beautiful, the food was delicious and diverse, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They had different shows and activities. Despite me not having children of my own, I noticed that they had a park, a room for activities and the animation team was very kind and patient with them kids. I have no complaints!

This hotel claims to be a 4-star property, but in reality, it doesn’t even come close. I seriously question how this rating was obtained.
There is no heating in the rooms. We had to sleep under two duvets and wear socks just to get through the night. It was extremely cold, especially at night — completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a 4-star one.
The staff is unhelpful and uninformed. No one provides clear answers, and most simply shrug when asked about issues.
The food is very poor — low quality, poorly prepared, and lacking variety.
The jacuzzi doesn’t work, and no one bothered to inform us about it. There is zero communication about facilities, including whether certain things require extra payment. Charging extra for something like a jacuzzi in a spa hotel is already questionable, but not even explaining it is worse.
On top of that, you have to pay extra even for basic activities like renting tennis rackets, which should normally be included for guests.
The hotel is overcrowded, and the restaurant cannot handle the number of guests. At any meal — breakfast, lunch, or dinner — finding a table is a challenge. Most of the time, you either wait standing or are forced to sit outside on the terrace. In cold weather, we had to sit outside with a child under 5 years old, which is simply unacceptable.
The indoor pool water is cold, despite being advertised as heated. The only warm area comes from a hose connected to a hot shower, which is honestly shocking.
Additionally, no bathrobes or slippers are provided for the spa/pool area, which is something you would absolutely expect from a hotel of this level. We had to walk back to our room from the pool wrapped in wet towels because we were soaking wet. On top of that, only small towels are provided, and they barely absorb any water.
There is only one steam sauna, and overall, very little to do. Basically, your only options are eating, staying in the pool, or walking around the property.
The only positive aspect is the housekeeping staff, who actually do their job well and keep things clean.
There is a playground for children, which is decent, but activities are held late in the evening (around 8 PM), which is not suitable for younger kids.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. We will definitely not return.
The only star this hotel deserves goes to the cleaning staff.
