I had the privilege of staying at the 5-star hotel in Minorca for work, and I must say it was an immersive experience that I will never forget.
Obviously, every aspect of the hotel, from the location to the service, to the staff, was impeccable and worthy of five stars. However, what really impressed me was the staff's attention to every single guest.
From the moment I stepped through the hotel's doors, I felt pampered and welcomed exceptionally. Every staff member showed a genuine interest in my well-being and made sure that every need of mine was met to the fullest.
The hospitality and courtesy I received exceeded all expectations, turning my stay into a true paradise on earth. It's rare to find a place where you feel so special and well-cared for, and I am grateful for having the opportunity to live this unique experience.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a place to immerse yourself in luxury and personalized attention, the Villa LE Blanc is the perfect choice. An oasis of beauty and tranquility that will make you feel like in heaven.

Honestly this would just be a perfect hotel if it wasn’t for one main thing. The service. Let’s start with the good part. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. All the amenities and the facilities are just jaw dropping. The spa is very nice the pools are very good as well. The room was gorgeous and clean.
The big minus is the service. Honestly it was very bad. The staff is either not trained properly or due to the fact that the hotel is very new they hired people with no experience. It was right from the checkin straight to the check out. The waiters and the people working are just unfriendly and basically don’t even know what to do or say. I wish they get trained properly so nothing can put this hotel to question since it’s absolutely gorgeous in everything.

We've had the most relaxing break at Villa le Blanc, one of the nicest places we've stayed. The hotel is obviously new and they've done a beautiful job with the decor and atmosphere, it's gorgeous. One of the highlights for us was the rooftop pool (adult only), with panoramic sea views and drinks service...we stayed a whole day there, just relaxing and enjoying the view.
Rooms are tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed ( best sleep I've had in a long time). We got upgraded to a room with a sea view terrace, perfect for sunset drinks. Loved the huge bathtub too. The room was spotlessly clean and the daily cleaning staff did an amazing job making us feel at home.
We also tried the spa and massage services, provided by native Thai ladies, very relaxing. We had the spa to ourselves.
Breakfast was fantastic with a large selection of savory and sweet options, local products, vegan/gluten free options etc. Served on the Nivi terrace overlooking the sea, it was the perfect way to start your day.
Location was great, just a few steps from the beautiful Santo Tomas beach and in between Ciutadella and Mao (car is required if you want to discover the island.) We also took advantage of the Audi Experience for the day and my husband had so much fun driving the Etron on the little country roads.
Staff was so welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with any questions we had. I appreciate that we visited in October, with the hotel being much quieter than normal, I imagine the summer months might look very different.
My only suggestions would be :
- maybe provide a SUP/kayak rental service ( I would have happily paid to do this every morning)
- Different juice options at breakfast
- Drinks and minibar are a tad pricey
- If like me you need a completely blacked out room, the curtains let a lot of light through so I woke very early
We loved our stay and will definitely be back in the future

Beautifully designed hotel, priced at the top end of the market but unfortunately the service lacked. We generally found the quality of the cleaning to approach cheap 3 star hotels, we enjoyed half board for 11 nights and Nivi the in-house restaurant had in general excellent food (dishes like the mushrooms were amazing) and we found a few beautiful staff members in the restaurant there that made our stay a delight, Oliver, Jorge, Hasna and Ruben.
The hotel could benefit with better staff training, ensuring rooms have the same housekeepers to maintain quality control and inspections to ensure the rooms and common areas are up to standard. But please housekeeping give them a vacuum cleaner to get other people’s hair up before mopping and ensure they have sufficient time to clean to the standard expected by guests in this price bracket. Guests should be delighted and it’s something the hotel seemed to miss.

Extraordinary reception, excellent reception. We even got a few chocolates and premium water as a welcome. Splendid breakfast. All the staff looked very happy (and half of them looking like models) that they worked there and could accommodate your needs. Great views. Pool with a bit chilly water☺️ the toiletries smelled as if they were perfumes. We had an amazing stay.
