Actually there should be a zero 0 star option. Our holiday was ruined by the complete incompetence of the management at this apartment complex ! We arrived very late at night, the key had been left in the apartment. When we walked in we found a huge flood all over the bedroom floor. There was no one on site to report this to so we ended up moving a bed into the lounge area! Three mornings I trapped up to reception to ask what was being done, firstly about the broken air con and secondly about the fact that no one was remotely interested in our discomfort. Unfortunately we quickly realised after a very aggressive and rude discussion with the hotel manager why perhaps there was always a queue of disgruntled complaining guests in reception. We left straight after the conversation, shocked and stunned at his attitude. We lasted three days , and found sanctuary in another of the many wonderful hotels on the island. The managers only interest was in the selling of his rooms not the satisfaction of anyone staying at the apartments. I would suggest that you avoid staying here at all costs! If your after a relaxing holiday you won’t find it at these apartments so long as this manager works here!

Lovely apartments, with communal pool. Very much a family orientated resort, with the beach just a few minutes down the road, where there also restaurants, cafes and shops. Supermarket right by the apartments so is perfect for the making sandwiches for by the pool. The rooms don't have any air con but you can hire a fan we paided, 1 euro a day which we used mainly at night when we were in the room. Overall, it was a very relaxing holiday.

Fantastic holiday with only a few minutes walk to the beach. Their are enough amenities to shop for food and gifts along the promenade.
The beach is stunning with plenty of space to relax, go for a walk or even canoe out to a few small caves.
Best holiday we've had in a long while.
We would definitely go again.

The food and the stuff are the highlight of this place. Stuff speaks several languages and are extremely polite and friendly. Pool is nice. Rooms are cozy and clean. Very quite and relaxed place with loads of free parking around. Few minutes walking distance from the best beach. Highly recommended!!!

Everything was perfect. Rooms are big enough and apartment has a good equipment. Breakfast were the best that I’ve ever had. Location is very good, just 5 minutes to Prima Punta beach and restaurants.

Have just got back from a week here, the hotel is lovely, clean, and very friendly and helpful staff.
Lovely area if you are looking for a quiet week away.
The all inclusive food, is your standard all inclusive, something for everyone, even the fussiest of eaters. The only downside was that it wasn’t kept very hot.
If you want a lounger by the pool, these get full very quickly and people did tend to leave their towels there all day and disappear, which shouldn’t be allowed ( there was a lot of French people who did this). There is a grass area just down a couple of steps that has plenty of loungers though. There is also a lifeguard on duty all the time the pool is open.
Shame the water park across the road wasn’t open, I think that would have eased the pool situation.
Air con is included, only thing extra we had to pay for was the tourist tax and the safe.

Staff amazing. Special shout out to Claudia on reception and Ibrahim one of the chefs. Above and above and beyond. Quiet location but bus stop directly outside.
Food amazing only bettered by the service.
Drinks choice for an all inclusive was surprisingly good.
Hotel courtesy bus an added bonus too.
Pool area well maintained and clean. Housekeeping staff are second to none. Always busy and standard incredibly high. Thank you.
Would highly recommend and love to return.

Lovely and clean. Service is excellent. Great for families or couples. Can't criticise the hotel. Its not beach fron but has a free shuttle bus to two local beaches of which Binebeca is spectacular. Food is amazing in both terms of quality and choice.

Our modern, fresh and very comfortable hotel room was cleaned and tidied every day by a friendly and patient member of staff.
The half board arrangement was fantastic! A great range of good quality food and drink on offer at breakfast and dinner (unlimited sangria and beer on tap alongside the usual fizzy drinks!). We had the option of swapping dinner and lunch but stayed out appreciating the local area until the evening.
Well kept pool area and a mini bus to take you to the two local beaches, which my son and I preferred to walk to after eating so well!
Beautiful, clean beaches and an easy and cheap bus trip to Mao harbour where we caught a catamaran to learn about the harbours history. A bustling town if you like to shop, with plenty of cafes to sit in and watch the world go by.
Staff at the desk happy to advise on further travel around the island.
Our favourite member of staff was the lady who greeted us at the restaurant every morning and evening.
Friendly people everywhere we went, making us feel very welcome and well looked after.
Definitely a place to return to.
Thank you Minura sur Menorca.

From arrival to departure our experience was amazing. So much so we are already planning a return journey.
The food and selection was fantastic and the way cleanliness was attended to was second to none.
Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, big smiles and positive attitudes were aplenty.
Daytime activities were varied and engaging, credit where credit is due, the entire entertainment team were engaging and fun. Especially the Fram rep, Bideau, who was so friendly and funny creating a relaxed and fun environment. I do believe if it wasn’t for him me and my wife wouldn’t have got involved in any of the activities. To add more joy the team organised a fun certificate for me when I won a shooting activity and announced it on the stage, a memory that was funny and will always stick with me.
The pool was perfect and clean, never smelt overpowered with chlorine and was nearly laid out, lifeguards were fun and also got involved with pool activities which made them so much more approachable.
The room was so clean and well laid out. The fridge was a brilliant addition along with the widescreen tv that added an unexpected but very welcome finish to an already exceptional room.
Overall, an amazing experience and perfect holiday, we will definitely be coming again.
If I was to give any critiques it would be the beds were too firm and this caused some discomfort now and again, however this did not impede on our overall experience.
