Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in (and I’ve stayed at a lot of places). The location is BEYOND perfect to the cove and all the shops/restaurants in the area. The Housekeeping - flawless. They are a well oiled machine and always went above and beyond. We got a room that also had “The Level” access which I HIGHLY recommend. Not only can you check in early, but you get access to an open bar and snacks DAILY and the staff are so proactive at giving you the best stay possible. Breaky buffet? DELICIOUS. The views? BREATHTAKING. I honestly had the most amazing time here and highly recommend for couples/singles/families - the lot. The indoor and outdoor gym are awesome too, the restaurants at the hotel are good (the Italian one is awesome, the Beach restaurant is the best. You can skip Cape Nao that one was average. Dinner buffet also average but there’s something for everyone and a HUGE range of food)

Last week I came back from one of the most wonderful holidays at Melia Cala Galdana. From the moment I stepped in, the experience in the resort was above and beyond perfect. All hotel staff and services are outstandingly professional and courteous in the most elegant and non-imposing ways. Particular thanks to Josemi for making it extra special and comfortable upon my arrrival and departure 🩷 and Francesco, Jota, Danny, Jose, the superb cleaning staff of 1023, and the pool Supervisor. I cannot thank you all enough 🩷
The resort is luxurious and peaceful, and has all bonuses of indoor/ outdoor workout facilities, amazing sandy beach with private access, a large outdoor pool, several restaurants on site and nearby, a bus stop and supermarkets within 5 mins walk. I couldn’t ask for more especially as a solo traveller. A remarkable feature for me was the soundproofing of walls, and room doors which don’t slam but shut quietly. If I tried to be picky, a very slow lift is perhaps one small downside of the hotel but then I am claustrophobic and don’t like fully enclosed lifts anyway. Took the stairs to 10th floor instead which was good for me 😄
Overall, a sophisticated place with 7star amenities and staff, delicious versatile & hygienically presented food, spotless rooms and a strong shower pressure (bonus too!), lush surroundings, wonderful turquoise seafront, cheap bus fares and the nicest friendly people. Muchas gracias Melia Cala Galdana, I will not forget this trip and would come back in a heartbeat 🫶🏽

We had an excellent stay at Meliá Cala Galdana, a hotel that combines comfort, cleanliness, and a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. Everything was well maintained, creating a relaxing environment from start to finish.
Micaela at reception deserves a special mention for her outstanding professionalism and warm approach. She was consistently attentive, very helpful, and her excellent English made communication effortless and even more reassuring throughout our stay.
Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and kept in impeccable condition, which contributed greatly to a restful and enjoyable stay.
At the bar, Fernando and Rony provided exceptional service, always friendly, efficient, and attentive to detail, helping create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere each time we visited.
Overall, a highly satisfying experience, made memorable by a team that clearly takes great pride in delivering excellent service.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel !second time coming back - this time with our 11 month old for a babymoon as I’m pregnant with my second ! Not only did we have a wonderful stay but the biggest suprise was there was a kids club for 8+ months! And the team Ava and Marta were exceptionnel ! Especially Marta who took such good care of our son , my husband and I actually got some time to ourselves at beach and pool ! It was so nice and relaxing especially since I’m five months pregnant! It also gave our son a break from the sun! ☀️

The view is wonderful but the services are far from 5 stars. Every day at breakfast the same food and not enough variety, I wanted to book a massage and it wasn't available until 5 days later, they have the massage and spa option but you don't have access because there is no availability. I had to go to the hotel next door for the massage. Also, for the transfer from the airport to the hotel, I sent them a message 4-5 days in advance and I received a message that they couldn't organize the transfer because we had to write 3 days in advance. And we did, we wrote Saturday and the Time of arrival was Thursday afternoon😅. Not at all 5 stars service, I’d give them 3 stars but just for the view. I appreciated the man at the reception who was smiling and offered an alternative for the massage and recommended where to go, it's important to bring a solution and be smiling.
