El Arenal
For a trip that promises sun, sea and smiles, a holiday to El Arenal is the perfect destination. Situated on the south western coastline of the island of Mallorca, El Arenal is the perfect place for families, couples and older people. The terrain is fairly flat, and boasts lots of swimming pools and white sandy beaches to soak up the glorious Spanish sunshine.
The evenings can be spent in one of many bars, clubs and restaurants which give El Arenal its reputation for a vibrant nightlife. If you’re bringing your family, there are many resorts in the area, which are perfect for young children. Lifeguards man the water slides and pools, there are plenty of places to get a bite to eat and there are quiet areas around the hotels at nighttime.

The food in the hotel is tasteless. The only things that are edible are fruits like kiwi, melon, and pineapple. The coffee from the machine tastes like instant coffee and is undrinkable. The all-inclusive package is very poor value for money.
The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms look like they are about 20 years old, and the furniture is outdated. Outside, it is very noisy, and it is hard to fall asleep at night.
I’m sorry, but I do not recommend this hotel.

Great budget hotel. Noisey unfortunately some buildings just carry sound badly also other guests were very noisey, long waits for the lifts and apear to have a massive staff shortage did raise complaints with reception noise did not stop but maintenance did temporarily fix the leak in our room beds were ok could deal with upgrades rarther clean but furniture all seems agaged & dammaged food was great fresh and tasty dosent really meet the star requirements anymore need some investment in rooms furniture and sound proofing you will need paitents to stay here great location for the beach and public transport walking distance to night life too

Hotel was absolutely immaculate and outstandingly clean, staff were friendly enough, location was fab. Food was disgusting if I'm been honest, all inclusive you only get 3 drinks at meal times and that is literally just lager or wine. Understand we came in the down season as hardly anything open, but the break away done us the world of good. Wasn't child friendly either

I just finished my stay at this hotel.
I have mixed feelings about this one. I really loved that beach and sea is just minute walk from hotel. Bars, restaurants and shops are close too so that’s a big plus.
Elevators are terrible. You have to wait long time for it.
Food is simple but tasty. I really enjoyed some desserts. Coffee is not the best and I was disappointed in that as I’m coffee lover. I personally dont like wine or beer and it was the only drink that was included for all inclusive drinks. I had to pay for cocktail.
Cafeteria is busy and really really loud.
Guests are way to loud and you can’t enjoy your meals in peace.
Rooms are mostly clean but a little bit old fashioned.
Bathroom was clean but hand soap dispenser is far from sink which is weird and not comfortable to use. I think there also should be hair conditioner and shampoo, not body and hair wash 2 in 1. I had to buy my own stuff.
Balcony is fine but there should be line with pegs to dry clothes and towels form beach.
I think there also should be iron for clothes.
Photos of dirty bed frame.

We booked two rooms with breakfast and dinner for four days. The location is very good, close to S’Arenal beach, with many bus stops and supermarkets nearby. For the price, the rooms and service were quite nice. Breakfast was okay, but dinner was bad. Although the food looked good, it didn’t taste good, and some items were actually stale. Additionally, the food items were not labelled with ingredients, which made it quite a hassle for vegetarians or vegans.

⭐ 1/5 – Definitely Not All Inclusive and Very Disappointing
This hotel was completely mis-sold as all inclusive when it definitely isn’t. Drinks — including beer and soft drinks — are not free, and we had to pay for everything. The food was absolutely rancid, nothing like what you’d expect from an all-inclusive stay, and we ended up spending extra money just to eat elsewhere.
The pool area gets no sun at all during the day, so you’re left sitting in the shade unless you go up nine flights of stairs or take a lift to a rooftop pool area. The bar is downstairs, which makes it really inconvenient if you want to relax in the sun with a drink.
Our room was tired and poorly maintained, and I even cut my foot on the bath because a chunk of enamel was missing. The balcony was tiny and the so-called “sea view” was actually a direct view of a block of flats. When we complained, staff said there was nothing else available and offered no refund or alternative.
Overall, this hotel is not worth the money. Misleading advertising, unsafe fixtures, and terrible food — easily one of the worst holidays I’ve had. I’ll be reporting this to the ombudsman and ATOL for mis-selling. Avoid until serious improvements are made.

Where to start....
This hotel has to be the worst in Spain.
Staff are rude and unhelpful.
Room was average, beds were two singles pushed together and they came apart easily so good luck if you're a couple.
We were all inclusive, DO NOT DO IT.
The bars were always shut, there were no drinks on offer at all.
Food was awful at best. Watery carbonara sauce over warm ish pasta.
We've gone out every day because we simple can't bring ourselves to eat their muck.
Staff have a bad attitude, they demand a euro deposit for a cup that's about the size of a half pint and won't even give you soft drinks.
Alcohol is 3 drinks max per meal which again is in half pint glasses which can't leave the restaurant and the bar by the pool is closed at all times. Rip off holiday, terrible facilities, awful food and staff that should never be in a customer service job.
Like I said, worst hotel I've ever experienced. Run down dump and if there was option for less than one star, this war zone would get it. AVOID.

Just left after staying nearly 2 weeks here. Staff at this hotel are amazing and so friendly! Nothing is too much for them.
Rooms were cleaned when we needed them, with fresh towels. Even on days when we didn't require a clean, the lovely ladies would ask if we needed anything for our rooms.
The reception staff were so helpful and friendly.
The buffet food was always hot, although a little repetitive.
The only thing I found annoying was needing a €1 coin deposit for a glass to have a drink by the pool. Paper cups were for hot drinks only.
Our room was spacious with a beautiful sea view, comfy beds, bathroom could do with a little makeover.
Location was perfect for exploring and going to the beach.
Stephen Wood
Was well looked after with the staff, very friendly people and helpful, if you haven't sat-nav, a bit difficult to find that's the only thing, I would potentially go back to the hotel, and food was well presented..
Elaine Healy
Positives - the staff at the pool and buffet were lovely. The downstairs pool was lovely but they are missing a trick with the upstairs pool. It has Beautiful panoramic views but no amenities.
shower was strong, reception was clean and their staff helpful. That's where it ends.
Negatives - absolutely in need of a remodel. Bathrooms in every room were tiny. You had to straddle the toilet to close the door. Enamel missing off bath, rooms small, cleaning service very poor, bed clothes not changed in 8 days. No towels in room on first day. Bed made but top sheets taken and not replaced. Toilet roll not replaced, floors not cleaned during stay.
I appreciate the rule about drinks in all inclusive but giving tiny glasses is really cheating people.
One lady who was not all inclusive got some cold water out of the drinks machine and was told this was not permitted. Water is a basic human right - very disappointing behaviour.
No fridge in room - some people had medication with them to be refridgerated

Not as bad as comments say. For the price was impressed. room was clean lovely lighting powerful shower and balcony. The chambermaid was amazing and works so hard. Grounds were clean and big pool areas with bar. As room only can't comment on the food but some staff did need addressing and manager was polite and advised would deal with it. Elevators need refurbishing. 15 min walk to beach and start of pomonard. Can get busses (25) straight to palma.

I stayed at to Luna Park hotel for a week in Early October. I found the check in quick and efficient and I was very happy with the room that I was allocated. I chose to upgrade to a pool view room and I was not disappointed.
I stayed on a half board bases and the hotels breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. The evening meal was good and I enjoyed the large choice of fruit available.
I found the pool area clean and tidy and was always able to get a sunbed. I will say that they are poor sunbeds as they do not have a adjustable back
The hotel has good free WiFi and the bar has a good choice of drinks and ok prices.
The hotel is located in a quiet area of a busy resort. There are buses close by to Palma city centre and the airport.
Overall I havd a great time and would happily return again.
Julia Roeding
The hotel is a tragedy. Everything is loud. It's like the walls are made of cardboard.
You get the impression the staff are doing you a favor. They roll their eyes when they clear plates .The towels are regularly changed so that's a plus. The drinks at the bar are disgusting, just 100% artificial. It's probably just powdered water mixed together.
The food, well, it's not the worst, but it leaves a lot to be desired. As for the buffet, there's a large selection, but no local cuisine. If you're hoping for paella, you'll be disappointed because you won't find a single shrimp in it, even after an hour. The tomatoes and oranges are tasteless, worse than the ones we can buy in rainy Belgium.
I think these are products that should simply taste better because they're grown in the Majorcan sun.
And the food they serve at the pool bar is simply TRAGIC. I'm stressing that with big letters—it's just unthinkable that you pay for all-inclusive and get two completely artificial hamburger buns full of preservatives, with a cold slice of cheese inside.
Everything I was given at that pool bar was just cold and inedible.
The drinks at the pool bar were also just disgusting.
I understand it's not a five-star hotel, but seriously, you shouldn't have to cut corners like this.. I think anyone who eats a normal, average diet wouldn't be able to swallow any of this, or it's simply very unpleasant to eat and drink what they're serving.
The pools are really a two or three-star at most.Visually, they are not pleasant.
The pools aren't big either.
AND -The biggest problem at the pool is the lack of sun loungers for more than half of the hotel's guests.
The beach is quite a distance away, so you have to struggle to get to it.
Yes, on the plus side—although it depends on who you ask—there are many bars and restaurants nearby.
And of course, there are plenty of nearby souvenir shops.

Rooms were nice , it said 1 double but 2 singles . Bathroom door didn’t close but part from that it was nice and clean
Service and employees were good , everyone helped where was needed and couldn’t fault them.
Location was class, about 5,6 shops outside which helped a lot , and a lovely 10,15 walk to the beach front which was a nice walk through the city so could t complain.
The pools was clean and kind of warm , but it’s a pool and couldn’t complain.
Altogether was a really nice place to stay and would deffo come back

For price v impressed.
Cold Aircon. Clean room. Lovely clean pools.
Recommend half board. Breakfast buffet really good. Dinner buffet excellent, huge choices.
Staff lovely.
Yes can be tiny bit noisy from other rooms but nothing too bad.
Stroll down to local pubs off the main strip and support the locals.
Bar el lager is friendly, cheap.
Thanks to all staff.

It is a really nice place to stay. All inclusive is only 3 drinks lunch and 3 at dinner due to laws in the city. BUT the customer service is so good. Activities everyday with Coco (an absolute legend) and the pool is a nice place to chill. Recommend eating out a couple times as the food is repetitive but it’s an all inclusive so you expect that. The food was very good though and the people who work here are very kind. Is exactly what you pay for. A nice break with comfy beds and a nice atmosphere. Karaoke on saturday nights is where it’s at too!!!

Just come back from here, upon arrival we were a little early for check in but the friendly man on reception changed our room to one that was ready to be able to get checked in. Once we checked in we realised that ‘all inclusive’ didn’t mean all inclusive you were allowed 3 beers or wine during lunch 1-2.30pm and 3 beers or wine during dinner 7.30-9.30 this was to do with the law in the area, we didn’t know this upon booking or would have considered somewhere else.
With it being near the end of season we expected places to be shutting etc but hotel entertainment was dead nothing started until around 9pm not even music playing, nothing to keep kids in the hotel entertained. We were all just sat in a room with our drinks pretty boring to be honest. There were families of 4/5 that would have paid a lot more than us in the same situation and if I was them I’d have been really annoyed I chose this hotel. This hotel is ideal if your a couple that want to venture out most days and just use the place to sleep but all inclusive wise it’s just not even worth it, food weren’t the best we ended up eating out mostly. Same stuff staff were helpful and can’t be blamed for the food etc, but not impressed worst holiday we’ve been on
Daisychain
Lovely friendly staff that will help you anytime when needed. The food had lots off choice and the dining area always clean and tidy the whole hotel was clean and tidy the pool was clean lots off areas to sit in the shade or sun rooms where good beds comfy big balcony overall great experience thank you

Booked 3rd party so not surprised to be given a room with a balcony facing another building. At least we 'enjoyed' the man having a shower directly opposite with semi opaque glass. Rooms basic but clean, pool nice. Food very poor, nothing vegetarian except salad and plain pasta with sauce that tasted like tomato ketchup. The all inclusive white wine is quite nice but the orange juice is disgustingly chemical.
Evening entertainment is laughable, inc bingo. Ok for over 80 year olds.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were rude and unhelpful, acting as if guests were a burden rather than customers. The food in the restaurant was terrible — it was cold, tasteless, and the same every day. The walls seemed to be made of paper, because I could hear everything from the rooms next door, including people talking and televisions late at night.
What’s worse, the hotel is definitely not suitable for young people. There was nothing to do in the evenings, no social areas or entertainment, and the staff seemed annoyed whenever we tried to have fun or play music quietly. Overall, my stay was frustrating and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for young travelers.
Arkadiusz Maj
We visited this place as part of a school trip, and it was a complete disaster from the very beginning. The hotel wasn’t even ready for our arrival — rooms were unprepared, food was cold, stale, and simply unpleasant to eat. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and acted as if guests were an inconvenience rather than people to serve.
The atmosphere was completely inappropriate for students. The walls are so thin that we could clearly hear everything happening in other rooms, including extremely private noises. Despite multiple complaints, the reception staff ignored the issue and did absolutely nothing to improve the situation.
Later, we were unexpectedly asked to check out early because, as we were told, the hotel was suddenly “for adults only,” even though they had knowingly accepted a group of underage students. This behaviour was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
There are no attractions or pleasant places nearby, and the overall experience left us shocked by the lack of organization, hospitality, and basic decency. This is definitely not a hotel suitable for school groups or anyone expecting minimum comfort and respect. There are far better and safer places in the area — avoid this one at all costs.
Olivia Tobin
The hotel is very basic, but fine and very clean. There is no hairdryer (even if you ask), fridge or kettle in the rooms. The lift, travelling down, is also temperamental. The reviews are correct in saying the hotel is very loud, you can hear everything. If you want to be near the beach, in a cheaper hotel, it's great, but the location isn't that good. There aren't very many nice places to eat nearby and the food at the hotel is pretty poor. Staff are really nice and accommodating and it's a good hotel if you plan to be out and about for the majority of your time here.
Nikola Michalak
Definitely not recommended. The walls are so thin you can hear absolutely everything from the neighboring rooms – even quiet conversations or noises from the hallway. There’s no privacy at all. The food is awful – tasteless, cold, and looks like it’s been reheated several times. You have to wait forever for the elevators. The staff are rude, especially at the reception, and make you feel like guests are just bothering them. On top of that, the rooms are poorly equipped. For the price they charge, you can easily find something much better.
Beata
Cleaning ladies start cleaning rooms at 8 am, and if you forget to put the label on the doorknob, they will knock until they wake you up just to ask if you need a room cleaning... Also, they do it very loud - moving the beds around, mopping the floor loudly to the corners etc, and the hotel has almost no soundproof, so you can hear room cleaning noises every morning and they wake you up. Also, you can hear people talking in the next room, which is not nice too... but mostly we were bothered by the cleaning staff working super loud so early, it would be way better if they start doing it at 10 am instead of 8 am. Also, there was a policy, that if you want your towels to be changed, leave them on the floor. Since we wanted to be more environment friendly, we kept it up for the first day, but the towels were still wet at night, so we had no choice later to make them change it every day. It would be better if bathrooms had those electrical drying racks to keep the towels dry.
Other than that, the experience was nice, the food was pretty good, a lot of choices and it varied every day.

This is a budget hotel, we enjoyed our stay.
Room. Dated but clean.
Food. No complaints, plenty of variety to make a meal.
Pool area was good, 15mins walk to the beach, also a free mini bus is put on to take you down and back from the beach.
If you want to relax and unwind you can do that here, be realistic though it's budget but fine.
I wouldn't say book it, I also wouldn't say don't book it.
I would stay again for another 4/5 night stay though, because it's 15mins from airport, and had everything we needed.

HOTEL SAFF RECORDED AND SHARED VIDEO OF OUR ROOM. I filled a complain and no one asnwered. It's been over a month now. mail Official Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior and Lack of Basic Services
Very disappointing stay.
• The room was not cleaned properly for days, even when we requested it.
• We did not receive clean bed sheets or toilet paper without having to beg at the reception.
• Worst of all, staff members recorded a video of our private hotel room without our consent and shared it on WhatsApp, even commenting on our personal belongings in a disrespectful way. There were even our underwear in the video.
This is a shocking violation of privacy and completely unacceptable. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in any hotel before.

I was very happy with my stay at Azuline Hotel Bahamas. The food was tasty and varied, especially the dinners. The rooms were clean and well maintained. There were great animations for kids, and my daughter loved them. The staff was very kind and helpful. The pool was nice, especially the children’s pool. Another big plus is the short walk to the beach. I definitely recommend this hotel for families with children and beyond! 🌴✨

Just finished a short all inclusive holiday here and loved it!
Perfect location! Staff were amazing!
Some of the hotel is a bit dated but everywhere was very clean.
Myself and my daughter need a gluten free diet and the restaurant team were AMAZING!! Went round with us every meal and were really knowledgeable. We are quite sensitive and had no problems whatsoever!! So much choice!
Only downside was the pool doesn’t really get much sun till midday and they need a few more sun loungers but other than that we would definitely return!!
All in all a fantastic couple of days away and we all said how we would have liked to stay longer 👏👏
mari anna
The rooms are nice and clean.
The foods not so good. The meats are usually raw, they should fry more time because inedible.
Cocks are crowing all day, you cannot sleep well at night if the window open.
The mirrors in the elevator are dirty.
Cocktails are not good quality. You can choose in the list but you will get a low quality drink instead of the real one.
There is no ash tray in the balcony.

The hotel is clean & tidy. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Food was well presented but very poor, . Overall I'd say cheap and cheerful but wouldn't return to the area due to the place being absolutely over run by Germans. DO NOT book all inclusive, it's not worth it. Better off going to the onsite supernarket or the one just outside the hotel for drinks & snacks. We were told the snack bar had a variety of choices like pizza chips etc but there was cold meats and fruit that's it.

Review of Hotel MLL Palma Bay Resort, Mallorca, Spain
Unfortunately, what completely ruined our stay was a serious incident involving hotel security. A complaint was made by another guest two rooms down from us. Instead of properly checking details, the security guard — without any advance notice — came to our room at night and even brought two police officers with him. This was extremely intimidating. We were given a caution and a warning without anyone listening to our side of the story. Later, even the original complainant explained to the reception and the management that it was a misunderstanding. Yet, no one from the hotel ever came to apologize or clarify.
This incident turned our holiday into a nightmare. We felt so uncomfortable and intimidated that we decided to leave the hotel early, cutting our stay by two entire days and nights. The behavior of the security guard was unprofessional and felt more like showing off power rather than resolving an issue. While the reception staff listened to our concerns, the lack of any follow-up or apology from management was very disappointing.
We had originally booked 6 days and 6 nights at the MLL Palma Bay Resort. In general, the place is not bad — the facilities are decent, and it has potential for a good stay. However, there are also some shortcomings and small issues that turn into major headaches for guests.
One of the biggest disappointments is that none of the hotel rooms have a fridge. This may seem like a small thing, but it makes a big difference: you can never keep a drink cold, store water, or preserve anything in the room. For a resort in Mallorca, where it gets very hot, this is a basic amenity that should be standard.
In summary:
• The hotel itself is not bad in terms of facilities and location.
• However, the lack of fridges in all rooms is a big problem.
• Worst of all, the mishandled security incident and police involvement completely ruined our stay.
We truly hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously, because this could be a much better place if handled properly

I loved the location, just steps from the beach. I had a spacious room in the Copacabana building with a massive terrace and beautiful sea view. Breakfast was excellent, the rest of the food was okay and overall I was satisfied. I stayed for one week in September, and the place was very quiet and relaxing. Great value for money, I highly recommend this place!

For being a 3* it's not bad, food was ok, customer service was good, the manager (gentleman) very kind, Juan Ramón from the restaurant very kind as well, we travelled with an 8 months baby and they prepared special food for the baby every day lunch and dinner, we really appreciate it.
El personal muy amable y acogedor!
Gracias a todo el personal MLL!! ❤️

Just returned from this hotel. For what you pay for it is OK value for money. The entertainment staff work hard and are friendly. If want a drink or biscuit from the bar don't expect all the staff to crack a smile as some are a little rude and you wonder why they are in that job. The 3 drinks rule with lunch and dinner is an issue and I feel one that needs to be worked on not everyone likes wine or beer and of you don't drink 3 drinks with you meal don't expect to get one of these outside as its not on offer. I go to All inclusive holidays expecting to order local spirits of my choice even the odd cocktail or two, you can have any of these if you pay for them. To me that doesn't cover my idea of all inclusive, you could just do what everyone else seems to do and by them cheap at the local spar, no one seems to monitor of be bothered if you brought in your own alcoholic drinks. I booked this hotel as a all inclusive holiday but feel the service resembles full board. You can have unlimited soft drinks in very small plastic cups. Plus side hotel room was clean and towels changed and beds made daily. Enterment in the evening is questionable, depending on your taste. Food I found to be good be quite a lot of the same sort of thing. Like I said for what we payed it was good value. Not to busy, always sunbeds. Close to the beach.

The hotel is nice, I would say its on the lower end of 4 star. The location is great, 30mins on bus from the airport, you can walk to the sea/beach from the hotel. Its good distance from the pubs, bar again you can walk to the main bit so you go out but not be disturbed by the noise.
My room was small, but fine for 1 person, it would be a squeeze for two people. It had a great sunset views on the 6th floor, sea facing, however being on the 6th floor you are just below the sky bar which can be noisy due to events.
The service was good, with staff know multiple languages or enough english to help you find something in the hotel. On my last day a cleaner did enter my room despite being 1hr before checkout and do not disturb on my door.
The all inclusive is okay, the meals are good with lots of variety each day, however for me everything was very, rich, oily, buttery, so didnt always agree with me after. The drink selection is basic and limited to 3 as per local law.
I would visit again solo for cheap week away
Bogdana Drobyazko
The personal, especially the cleaning staff, were great. Administrator Diana was very kind and always tried to help us in every situation.
The rooms, however, were a bit strange: the toilet and shower cabin were separated, which was inconvenient for us — that’s why I rated the rooms only 2 stars.
Food was quite mediocre and repetitive. Dinners were nice, especially the fish dishes, but breakfasts were poor and the same every day.
The hotel itself looks old, though there have been some renovations. I didn’t try the pools or other activities, but I really enjoyed the bar — it has a beautiful view, friendly bartenders, and tasty cocktails.
The district where the hotel is located is a bit crowded, not very clean, and sometimes has an unpleasant smell. But the sea is close, and if you go straight down and turn left, you’ll find a beautiful area with villas and a beach without too many people.
There’s also a supermarket nearby where you can buy good water and other essentials — much better than the small corner shops, which have limited choice and much higher prices. On the beach, sunbeds are not free: two loungers with an umbrella cost €18.

Not usually one to complain but our experience here was pretty bad. When we arrived we at reception we were informed that this hotel was shutting on the 19th and we were required to move hotels on the last day of our visit, we asked if we could move to this other hotel for the duration of our stay to save messing around on our last full day and staff said that wasnt possible. We booked this place for the rooftop bar and pool which is all over the photos when booking to be told this was shut. The room was clean but not great, the toilet was about 1ft away from the bed with no real door so you have no privacy. We had food 1 night and then ate out for the remainder of our stay as the selection wasn't good and the food was only lukewarm and pretty bad. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone and if you do book do not go all inclusive.

the stuff was very, very friendly (!!!) the room was very clean (!!!) but for a 4 star hotel my room was an insult. The toilet flush is malfunctioning and extremely loud. In general, it is very noisy in this adults-only hotel. The guests are very loud. My "balcony" was tiny and more reminiscent of a basement. When I stood outside, I could see the feet of the other guests. The hotel would be fine for 3 stars, but it doesn't deserve 4. There is only a liquid soap dispenser in the shower instead of shower gel and shampoo. And the beds are on wheels.
The breakfast buffet was also very good and offered a wide selection. Fresh fruit and vegetables were available every day.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The photos made it seem much closer to the sea than it actually is — in reality, it’s a short walk away. Parking around the area was also a bit challenging, as it was often hard to find a spot nearby.
Our room was comfortable overall, but unfortunately, the bed was missing blankets, and when we asked, we were told none were available. That was a bit disappointing.
On the positive side, the food was really good — delicious and with plenty of variety every day. It was definitely the highlight of our stay.
Overall, it was an okay experience, but there’s room for improvement in terms of comfort and amenities.

Hotel with many flaws. However, the price is good. The WLAN and the safe cost extra. The balconies are only separated by a glass pane and you can look into the rooms of the others. Everything very loud. The room door had very large gap dimensions. In the bathroom, the water ran into the hallway while showering. Cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. The surfaces were all dusty. There was black hair in the bathroom. Positive is the very favourable price and the central location. For a short party holiday completely sufficient, for a relaxing holiday there are much better three star hotels.

Great location. Nice pool and lovely hotel lobby area. Rooms were just what you needed with good air con and comfy beds. Wish the balcony could’ve been more private and wish the door wasn’t awful to open.
Would recommend, no issues at all.
Food wasn’t anything crazy good but was good and fair options.
Pool and bar area was nice enough, nothing fancy but it was well maintained and enjoyable.

The worst hotel! I don't even know where to start. First of all, the pictures on the website are not in accordance with reality. The furniture is extremely old, it smells very bad. I travel a lot and it has never happened to me not to have a mini-fridge in the room, there is no free wifi. I asked the cleaning lady to give me another towel to put in the shower on the floor and she said she would make an exception because they don't have enough for everyone. The last day I had something to put in the fridge and they didn't want it, they said we had to rent it for 8 euros per day. The balconies are separated by a transparent glass. The wardrobes are broken, there are no sockets in the room, only the one for the TV and one in the bathroom for the hairdryer. We had to charge our phone in the bathroom. I'm not the type to give negative reviews and I really try to enjoy my vacation and leave the minor things aside, but this hotel was too much, they do absolutely nothing for the customers, they are not kind at all.

Overall not so bad. The door that lead to the balcony was with the lock broken! it simply didn't lock no matter what. We had to ask someone to help and they fixed the balcony door. Not only that but the cleaners come into your room without asking.. I was naked changing myself and one of the cleaners opened the door without knocking. There's no fridge on the room, i had to drink hot water because i didn't have any fridge.
Service isn't good, took 30 minutes for one check-in. And you need to pay for EVERYTHING! Why are you charging 28€ for 14 days of wifi? And to lock the safe also, 3€ per day. Just ridiculous. And at the night the cleaners keep moving objects. You can't sleep with someone doing that all the night. The first time i went on the pool i saw a dead butterfly (just on the first day, the second day it was more clean) The blonde woman at the reception also didn't help on nothing. All she did was ask if i wanted something like wifi or rent a car, the only nice person there is a man with glasses. He's lovely. Same for some of the people working at the kitchen.
The buffet i felt like some foods there were reused! The toppings on the chocolate mousse were the same toppings from the ice cream from last day.
Not that bad tho, i haven't seen any ants like the other reviews. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for quality.

So it's literally right by the beach and has a lovely big reception. The breakfast room is massive with a wide range of food for breakfast (their curiosity are amazing!). However, you'll be lucky to get a table, and there are 2 instant coffee machines for the whole breakfast room, normally resulting in a queue for coffee as least 6 or 7 people deep. Rooms are fine, bit basic but I only used it to sleep and have a shower so... overall the rooms are a bit basic and could do with a freshen up, but ive been to worse and for the money I cant argue with it..

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. One of the highlights was definitely the food — delicious, beautifully prepared, and with plenty of themed options to enjoy something new each day. We checked out today and truly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, service, and great dining

It's a three star hotel. We had half board during our stay. The food is average to good. I had to skip one evening meal as I'd rather eat out. Nothing seemed appetising to me on that evening. Breakfast was okay.

You get what you pay for! The rooms were clean but felt very dormitory like. It is a loud hotel due to the location: a very “party” sort of town, lots of drinking and late night noises. There is no parking, so realistically you will have to park 5-10 blocks away on the street. The staff was very pleasant and had lots of good information.

Nice hotel with plenty pools on the top roof to chill out. We were lucky to book a one bedroom apartment with the massive private terrace (it was boiling hot to stay there) and well efficient aircon.
What to do on an El Arenal holiday:
While holidays to El Arenal can be happily spent playing in pools and lounging in the sun, there is also plenty to do for children and adults alike. Choose from a range of activities, which include the waterpark at Aqualand, flamenco bars, and a great selection of beer houses.
El Arenal is central to many locations, which are brilliant for day trips. Palma, Santa Posa and Can Pastilla are great for exploring.
