The reception is modern and clean, the swimming pool area is also very pleasant and clean. The bar personal is very friendly, great cocktails though wouldn't recommend their food besides french fries. But the rooms are quite old and full of ants. The sliding door to the room balcony is really difficult to open.

All Day Big

The room had really weak air-conditioning. The cleaning service starting too early, and multiple days we were waking up to it. We had an indication on the door that we do not want cleaning. The other days when we needed cleaning, but the cleaners only did the beds and left everything untouched! Sand left on the floor and wet towels left without changing. The hotel receptionists are teenagers and don't even know how to say hi to people entering the hotel. Also no parking possibility, which I understand as it's on a busy street, but the receptionist was extremely rude with me not believing that they don't have parking. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options, but the staff constantly bothered us and did not leave us to have a quiet moment. Overall extremely poorly organized staff. We were not able to rest, we needed to sleep with earplugs to be able to have the proper amount of sleep.

The hotel is very central, which is nice. Gloseto the bus and beach. However, when booking this hotel you might think it’s a cheap option, but you end up having to pay a service fee per person when you arrive, also you have to pay to have wifi in your room. The breakfeast included is not that great. The rooms are not equipped with a fridge, so it was difficult with the heat and not having cold water. Our room also had an issue with ants. I’d recommend spending a little extra for a hotel, and get a better experince.

Only didn't give better review because I was staying in hotel across the road but this is where we ate dinner. Food was great and plentiful. Staff worked had and was continously bringing out more food. The pool area looked great and what I saw of the hotel was clean and modern.

It was the worst experience I ever had with a 3 star hotel. It is not worthing spending your money here. The bath was full of mould, and the room smelled like that. The air condition was defect, so it was always on when you had the room card in. It is actually not a normal air condition but a ventilation with cold air. As it was too cold for me in the night, and I asked how I could switch it off, they gave me some blankets. The last straw came, as at the third day I had ants attack in the room , so ants were everywhere, still on the bedroom. I kindly ask for an other room, but obviously they were overbooked. The reception man brought a spray from an other hotel on the other side of the road, and with that he thought the problem was solved. The room smelled like that spray and still I found ants on the bedroom, so I asked again for an other room or for a refund. After an intense discussion , he found somehow an other room, even though it supposed to be full. In the new room all hinges were so old, that you heard every movement. Horrible!!!

**Review: Seramar Hotel Luna Park* I had a very disappointing experience at Seramar Hotel Luna Park. From the moment we arrived, things started going wrong. The air conditioning in our room didn't work, which made our stay very uncomfortable, especially during the hot summer days. Despite reporting this issue multiple times, the hotel staff did nothing to resolve it and showed no willingness to accommodate us in any way. The overall attitude of the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which only added to our frustration. Basic customer service was severely lacking, and we felt like our concerns were completely ignored. This level of disregard for guests is unacceptable, and it made our stay far from enjoyable. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re looking for a pleasant stay with decent service, look elsewhere. This place does not meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. Save your money and book somewhere else!

The room was okay but not that clean with ants in the bathroom and dirty bed sheets and towels even though they changed them daily with not 100% clean ones. I never saw a hotel room that doesnt have a fridge in it and you must pay extra to rent one 😂. The food was okay but we found a molded bread that we almost ate in our plate, thanks god my girlfriend wanted to check the inside otherwise we wouldve ate mold. Last day before check out they throw you a paper from under your door that you gotta leave the room the day after, i mean i know i have to check out but you dont have to kick me 😂. About location we drove with a bus to a different side of mallorca and it was like we stayed in hell in this hotel and other hotels are paradise. I dont recommend

Best priced hotel we could find for a cheap & cheerful Gaycation with my bestie! Beds comfy, clean hotel and friendly staff. Great pool and about 5 minutes walk from the seafront. Breakfast was ok- the tea is awful and coffee not much better- bring your own t bags if you’re a tea Jenny like me! Use the coffee sachets or a triple shot expresso from the machine.

Great early season stay! Room standards were much better than expected, especially when paying only aprox €35 per night for 3 nights early May. Hotel stinks of marijuana so be ready (similar to the whole area). Lovely quiet pool area, clean and good standard rooms. Horrible noise insulation. Heard the lucky lad upstairs, thankfully it was only for 1.5 minutes, but still heard the headboard being given a good shake! Shower pressure for hot water doesn't exist, so be prepared for a cold one, or a drizzle of hot water. Great value hotel for money, make sure to book direct and join their discount program for 5% more off! Massive savings to be had!! Hands down would recommend and would be back!

I regret to say that my stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The door of the shower broke and fell on my girlfriend’s back when closing it, causing multiple wounds that were so severe we had to call an ambulance. Despite the seriousness of the situation, we had to request a new room ourselves, and since then, the management has been completely unresponsive. We haven’t received any compensation, let alone an apology. The lack of concern and responsibility from the management is shocking. But that’s not all. The hotel itself is filthy. Even after the incident, they would not change the blood-stained bedsheets. The walls are paper-thin, and the place seems to be filled with people with drinking problems. It’s not unusual to find someone taking a piss in the corridors or throwing up randomly. This hotel is not just poorly managed—it's downright unsafe. Avoid at all costs.

The only good thing here is the location. When I came back today in the evening this woman with curly blonde hair and black glasses shouted at me and my girlfriend. The reason was that we didn't wear our hotel wristband (way too tight and painful). When we showed the wristbands she was still angry and shouting at us why we wouldn't wear it. That's not how you treat a customer, it was humiliating. Besides that the soap wasn't refilled in our bathroom so we had to use our own. Walls are too thin, there is noise at 4 am. That's when the reception should intervene and doesn't. No e-scooters available here, very disappointing. All in all a very overpriced hotel with rude staff and a lot of deficits.

We came here in August 2024 as a couple and wanted to have a week of relaxation. The rooms are cozy and clean as the service team is cleaning them every day due to the sand and water from the beach. The location is extraordinary very close to a turqoise beach and the hotel has 3 tiny pools if you want to relax close to your room. The food is great as it is very various and you can choose what you like. And also the prices are not as high as expected. The only thing which was not the best was the clients of this hotel. The island is 70% German people and the hotel was full with Germans who came for the night life. Very very noisy and laud and the music was playing almost every night from their rooms and it was disturbing as you cannot rest well. So as a mention the hotel is super nice and we liked it 98%. The 2% are the people who are screaming and fighting to each other and are very laud and don't respect the other clients of the hotel.

An all round shambolic hotel. Arrived at the check in, staff were very rude and unhelpful, the location was very rough. Key would not work which staff eventually fixed, reluctantly. AC did not work in 30c heat. Bathroom had no hand soap. There was a lot of noice from other rooms and from the street until the early hours of the morning. At 9am we were woken by the cleaning staff pushing us to leave the room despite having a 11am check out time. I would advice people to seek alternative accommodation.

Whala! beach is one of my favorite. The rooms are quite spacious and match exactly like the photos shared online. 24hr reception makes this hotel very nice. The team is very friendly and always available for any need. It also has amenities like rooftop bar with a nice view of the ocean, swimming pool as well as leisure time activities. Only thing I would like to comment that the crew entered our room in our absence, maybe for cleaning purpose but I would not recommend to do so in the future.

Unfortunately I won't be back. The hotel itself is ok and most of the staff are nice but the noise is absolutely terrible. Walls are paper thin and got woken up at 6am every morning. The balcony door also isn't sound proof and my last night I was kept awake until 3.30am from the apartment opposite partying on the roof. I came away to relax and rest but I'm leaving more exhausted than when I arrived. Food was ok and pool area nice but you really need to do something about soundproofing. Also the air conditioning was barely functioning. 😭

Me and my boyfriend stayed here in mid July. The hotel is absolutely fine it was a very smooth check in and check out. The food was good, however we both found the breakfast challenging as it was very german orientated food which was fine! just something we weren’t used to. And the Evening food we found to be very salty. We also didn’t have air con in our room at 35 degree temperatures so it was a bit challenging there too. The location was the best though, so close to bus stops to airport and bus stops to Palma, 5 min walk to beach and bars. It was very ideal and we had a great stay. thank you :)

The staff were very friendly. When we came, Spain had won the finals 2-1, if you didn't watch it please do, and there was a river of people all chanting and banging drums and there were fireworks. It was like a show for us but it was impossible to park. Eventually, I found a spot for parking. I couldn't sleep until they stopped. There is such a wide variety of choice in food and drinks. Wow! Excellent. The location is perfect as there is a beach nearby. Bellisimo. Rooms are not to large or too small. Everything is clean. There is a bath which is quite unusual as usually there isn't when I go on holiday. Perfecto!!!

Roosters was a disaster.. couldn't sleep.  10 min away from the sea but feels like longer. I didn't like the food at all, neither at breakfast nor at dinner. Juices was terrible as well as coffee.  The pool was great, but there were too many people since the opening. The gym is so small that you can barely do anything. The room wasn't very clean even after the visit of housekeeping.  I wouldn't stay there again.

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, I had a rather disappointing experience. The staff lacked basic service skills and seemed uninterested in providing a welcoming or helpful environment. From check-in to check-out, I felt that customer service was not a priority. Simple requests were met with indifference, and at times, the staff were outright rude. There was no sense of hospitality or willingness to accommodate guests. I expect a certain level of service when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, this was far below acceptable standards. The cleaning is not even worth called cleaning. This experience has left a negative impression, and I hope the hotel management takes steps to improve the service quality, especially the attitude of the staff towards guests. We spent 5 days at the AzuLine hotel, we had wonderful impressions, a clean and comfortable room with a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, the hotel is beautiful, friendly staff greet you with a smile, the pool has clean, cool water, ideal with children, entertainment, games in the water. The restaurant has a huge selection of delicious food, the service is perfect, the employees are kind and nice) we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends! close to the sea, about 15 minutes walk through beautiful streets!

Don't waste your money! Spring matress that will give you the worst back pain in the morning, balcony door which will test your strength if you choose to go outside and try breathe a bit of fresh air, shower that has a mood of its own with changing water temp as it pleases (from super cold to burning hot), ants in the room even tough you are on the 4th floor, towels with stains left as new in your room, A/C which leaks overnight on the tiled floor so you slip on the water while trying to reach toilet in the middle of a night, handyman grinding a ceiling in the hall in front of your bedroom in 9am (not stoping for the next 4 hours), breakfast average at best. Even though we booked this hotel for 7 days, we left after two as this was anything but a relaxing holiday.

I'm here just a first day . I made the biggest mistake coming here. I am very disappointed with the behavior of the staff. you can hear music from the hotels next door and in our hotel there is complete silence. I decided to turn on the small speaker and then the gentleman from the pool guard come and he started threatening me with the police, that I should turn it off. There are about 20 people at the pool and everyone said they wanted music and he wouldn't let them play it. all videos will be sent to Instagram where we do live coverage.

I use to stay here many times during 2017/2018/2019 when it used to be be nice and friendly and the food was amazing. Having stayed this week, I have to say it’s really disappointing, rooms need massively renovated, and our shower was dreadful. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The food was like slop and I won’t be staying here again. Which is a shame as it use to be a nice hotel. Location is nice and it’s about 10/15 mins walk to the beach.

As soon as we walked into the hotel we were welcomed by friendly staff, Maria who helped us change our room to one with a balcony, so as Kamile and Ines who were very friendly and helpful at the reception. Our room was very clean when we arrived and Sofia who cleaned our room also up kept the cleanliness every day. There was a variety of food every day and it was very tasty. The dining place was also kept up to a very high and clean standard. We can’t say anything bad about the hotel or the staff, everything was perfect.

For a 3 star hotel I am satisfied. Maria from the reception very nice person very helpful and always positive. The food is good and the eating time is well planned. Definitely change the beds, the mattresses were uncomfortable and it was bad to sleep. Bathroom clean staff cleaned day by day. Clean in the hotel. All inclusive not all inclusive so this is a big mistake. I understand that there are limits to make people control themselves with alcohol but the designated times to drink is weak. Everyone should have a choice when they want to have 6 drinks because it's their time. So the all inclusive is greatly exaggerated. This should be changed so that everyone has a choice of when they drink their 6 drinks for the day.

I'm currently at this hotel and I've been here for the last 5 days. I'd avoid this hotel like the plague—it's more of a hostel than a hotel. The check-in process with the lady at reception was the only thing that went smoothly. Upon arrival, they claimed to offer sandwiches, but when I went to check, it turned out you had to make your own. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for hours—completely unappetising. The rooms are tiny, reek of something awful, and are in dire need of renovation. Everything feels dirty and outdated. The mattress? A thin, flat piece of foam that's impossible to sleep on comfortably. The reception staff was another disaster—cold, unfriendly, and didn’t bother to greet or smile at customers. The only saving grace was the cleaning staff, who were friendly and approachable. As for the food, it was barely edible—repetitive and mostly served cold. To top it off, the hotel provides misleading information. Their website states check-out is at 12 PM, but in reality, it's 11 AM. I would've raised this issue, but the hotel's so inadequate that I just couldn't be bothered. And don’t expect any peace and quiet—thin walls mean you can hear everything from the other rooms. The pool for another hotel practically spills onto the balcony, making it impossible to enjoy any privacy or relaxation. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. I'm a frequent traveler, and this place was so below standard that I didn't even bother taking a single picture of my hotel room! One good thing, karaoke on Tuesday was really good!

So I don't normally write a review...after seeing others reviews on this hotel before I arrived I was little worried to what I was walking into.....my room was small but clean...I'm a solo traveller so didn't need much...air con was great, shower was good. I've been places and the water literally trickles out.....staff have been friendly...I don't speak Spanish but had no issues checking in, going to the bar and checking out...can't comment on the food as went down once for a meal but the wee sandwiches and pastries at the bar were enough for me...pool was clean it was busy at times buy only 1 day I didn't get a sun lounger but I didn't go down till late afternoon so thats my fault...anyway I've had a good stay and would stay here again 😊

Staff are lovely and accommodating (we managed to lose our room card twice!) and the pastries and snacks as part of the all-inclusive are great! The meal buffet was as standard but tasty with the addition of some local fare. Had a room facing the main pool and even when it was most lively, the noise was blocked out with the balcony doors closed (air conditioning also only comes on when the balcony door is locked). Lovely time!

hello! The exterior of the hotel is very beautiful. However, the interior is not! The room we stayed in was small, had a broken wall, dirty pillows, dirty towels with stains and finally, a cockroach on our balcony. As you can see.. incredible! For a 4* Hotel the quality should be better. We have been to 3* hotels with much higher quality. We asked for our room to be cleaned. When we arrived, we had no towels and the sink was full of water. In the restaurant, there is little variety in the food. And I must inform you that I saw a cockroach in the restaurant, coming out from under the counter where the food was. An employee saw her walking and killed her. However, this situation is very serious. Regarding the staff, Mrs Carolina was arrogant towards us, and always had a bad face towards us until the end of our stay. However, we love Carlota. An excellent employee, always smiling and very attentive to customers. This was an experience that we will not repeat and as such, we do not recommend it! To get to the hotel, you have to climb a ramp, for those with reduced mobility, this is not possible! For the price you pay at this hotel, we are going to a 3* hotel with better conditions for two weeks. I don't recommend the stay.

Lovely stay, very friendly staff and everything clean and tidy. Unfortunately due to drinking laws all inclusive wasn't quite as we expected. We ended up spending quite a bit purchasing extra drinks throughout our stay. 3 drinks available with lunch and dinner but only options are wine and beer. I would return but don't think all inclusive is beneficial at all. Few minutes walk from the beach front so plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

The hotel wasn’t as described on loveholidays, upon arrival staff were rude and hard to work with. The quality of the food isn’t great and many of the meals repeated, although we payed for an all inclusive many things were not included with where not made known on the app. The original room we were given was not up to par and we had to pay a lot more to upgrade. We were also greeted with a long list of rules of what we can and can’t do and to top it all off the hotel is at the top of a large hill which we were not told off making it harder to access with luggage. I do not recommend.

Very nice hotel, only thing that I would recommend is renovating the rooms (or at least painting the walls) and probably the outside pools. But these are small details, 300 meters from the beach very nice and kind staff, excellent service in the dining room and food was also delicious. Understand that this is in Palma. If you go during the summer there will be a lot of drunk people shouting on the streets, loud music playing etc. It didn’t bother us that much. If you rent a car be prepared to “hunt” for parking spaces - it is doable, we had a car for the whole week.

This hotel is really great. I’d stay there again maybe but there are also some disappointing points which do not fit with the rest of the great service. Pool was always dirty with oil layers every single day. I love pools but l could not use it for this reason. Drinking water was also a disappointment. Sometimes no cold drinking water and the water doesnt taste good + smells like sea water.

The woman pictured below was AMAZING. As for the rest of our experience. Check-in was super inconvenient, booked through a third party and when we arrived, the staff said there was no reservation and "recommended" we wait an hour for their system to update. It was 1130pm, wait an hour??!! Instead of offering us some water or trying to be accommodating in any way, they rudely told us to leave the counter so they could help other people. The rooms were good. However, the beds had little to no support, they needed to be replaced. The all-inclusive was nice. The food was similar to cruiseship quality. The 3 alcohol drinks at lunch and dinner was also nice. Overall, it was very convenient. At check out, I asked for a final bill, and the same lady who was no help when we checked in said that there was no final bill... the women next to her overheard and had to show her how to print it out. The only saving grace for the staff was the women pictured below. She also overheard us asking for a late check out of 1 hour (which was denied) and offered us a room for our luggage and invited us for lunch while we waited for our taxi. If I were the owner, I would absolutely promote this woman to manager if she is not already one. I saw her smiling to every guest and very helpful! This was completely different from the rest of the staff, and it showed. I am sure one day soon she will be rewarded for her hard work, whether at this hotel or somewhere else.

We arrived at 11:30 pm. Our flight got canceled, and we booked this hotel online.When we arrived, the receptionist said they didn't have our reservation and started to ignore us. We asked to check again, and they said the same thing but also asked us to go somewhere... how rude is it!! We were tired and didn't get any help until the third party customer service called the hotel, and then we finally got to check in. The whole check-in experience was awful. Hotel reception is unkind and also very rude. We dont feel welcome...will never come back to this hotel again. The room is old and definitely not a 4-star hotel. BTW, the reception said it's not all-inclusive ( no included alcohol drinks). Spend your money wise... definitely not this hotel.

I quite enjoyed the RIU in other locations but because of this one I'm not sure I would book the RIU again. The staff are not polite, on the contrary they are blunt and rude at times. When they help with something they treat you like they are doing you a big favor. Apart from the Capitan in the main restaurant(who was excellent btw) and a couple of other members of the staff in that restaurant and the pool bars, most of the personnel were not kind at all. Not sure what's happening in this hotel with the management, I'm disappointed. I have no good comments at all for the staff at the reception. The pools don't seem that clean. The food was ok for me, actually better than in other RIUs except for the Palace ones.

Had an amazing stay at Indico Rock! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Rooms: The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. Location: The location is perfect, close to key attractions and more importantly the beach, but we still got aquiet for a restful night. Food: Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. For us dinner was optional but still much cheaper then nearby restaurants I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

Budget designer hotel. Good place to lay your head at the end of the night but it’s catered to a certain crowd. We knew coming in that it’s for a rock/music centric demographic and that was good with us. But the some of the other guests in our stay was a bit eccentric. Yes everyone was pretty much German and the part of s’arenal that seems to outnumber the rest including locals. We had a night where we had to step over a passed out lady in the hall to reach our room. But I can’t fault the hotel on that. What I am not very happy with is that on check in, the gentleman man at the front wasn’t able to process my card (even though it worked all through the day) and I ended up cashing out the cost of the room with the ATM in the front so I was hit with a 13% exchange + my banks rate for the cash forward and I got 1 sorry, I’m not sure if the staff could have done anymore but it was pretty underwhelming service and I was left feeling under appreciated but oh well. Room was small but cleaned, I didn’t like the 2 single beds pushed to 1 deal but it’s was okay, the balcony was very NOT private and the walls separating the other rooms were waist level so we can have odd encounters with other patrons (we had people smoking on either side of us when we stayed) Rooms are fairly loud also hearing other guests and had 1 person moving their bed(?) or something for an hour at least I hope that was what’s happening. In the end I would probably recommend this for a budget option but nothing else, I didn’t have the food offerings as we spent our time out eating and exploring so I can’t comment on that.

Stayed for 6 nights with half board. Breakfast and dinner were ok with a lot of choices. Hotel staff from reception, restaurant, bar and housekeeping were all very friendly. Special thanks to that guy from Senegal at the Reception and also Kristine from Congo. Also the bar man on the 7th floor who together with the man in the Reception provided us with hot water for my wife's evening tee. The only negative is the sound proofing of the rooms. You hear everything in the hallway and the rooms beside you. Location is also very good near the beach and bus stop. Just 4 star because of the noise

Never have I had an experience like this. Manipulating behavior of staff towards any of the requests, constantly lying, all have the same excuse to any of the request you have Please, consider your cancellation policy. If you book directly via their website, they will just ignore you or offer a dinner or a drink as compensation. The best idea is to make a reservation via boking.com, where you can conquer your right as a guest. Very dirty and unhygienic. I personally had an experience of being relocated to 3 different rooms, the second one has never been even cleaned, only towels and bed linens changed. After my complaints they put an immense amount of strong smelly chemicals in the bathroom, though even these can not remove mold in every corner there. In case cleanliness is a priority, you must avoid this place Parties every Friday/Saturday/Sunday on the rooftop. It means, strangers can easily come there, run across the halls, shout and knock on the doors till morning. These nights you can barely sleep if you of course do not party together. Then in the dining area you can of course meet half drunk participants when you want to enjoy your morning coffee. At reception you are welcomed by, most likely, owners of this weird place. They behave like you have come to their home and destroy their privacy.

We had an incredible holiday. We stayed at the hotel for a week. The rooms are beautiful, they clean your towels and sheets every day, everything is very clean. The staff is very nice. At reception they explained everything to us from the first moment. The pool is open almost all day and, surprisingly, there were two pools, one of them quieter and the other with a DJ and music all day. We had breakfast and dinner, everything was very tasty with a lot of variety. We had a lot of sun and we loved that. I have to highlight the special treatment from Rocío, Rosana, Maria, Diop and the cooks at the Show cooking, very friendly and always attentive to everything. Thank you very much

We chose the Amazonas Hotel for our last night in Majorca because it was close to the Airport. It is close to the beachfront with many bars and restaurants. During the night is very noisy with people shouting outside and pushing/pulling things above, so it is difficult to have a deep sleep. Also very difficult to find a place to park a car, hopefully, the receptionist recommend a place to park at the end of the road 5-minute walk. I will not stay there another time. Also, they provided a torn towel.

The hotel is okay, the staff that we did come across were friendly enough and helped us with what we needed. Check-in/out is simple enough and the whole place is very clean throughout. The rooms are basic though, the mattresses are very hard and you only get 1 flat pillow. No tea/coffee making facilities and a very small TV. The balcony upgrade is worth it if you want to spend a bit of time around the hotel. Be warned that this hotel is in a very populated area, if you are looking for peace and quiet then this is not the place for you. The S’ARENAL area is heavily populated with German tourists who party all day and night. So again overall stay was okay but if you are looking for a relaxing stay I would consider other areas.

Lovely hotel and good location, variety of breakfasts. One thing was very disappointed: there was no wifi connection in room number 521. I told reception, but nothing had happened.

Decent budget place situated at the far end of the beach stretch and with good communication into town and the airport. Had a basic single room with no facilities such as fridge, kettle, kitchenette but there are plenty of straightforward eateries nearby as well as many mini markets and other larger established main markets. Rooms are very nicely air-conditioned and with a small shower room. Swimming pool is nice and you can leave your luggage in the hotel if your flight is in the afternoon but you have to leave your room and check out by 11 a.m. checking in is after 2 p.m. Always found the staff helpfull, pleasant and smiling (2023/06)

Awful stay! The hotel is horribly located in an extremely noisy street and the rooms have no sound insulation. Also, the walls are very thin, so you can also hear all your neighbors, which turns out to be very loud people. And then, when you share your concerns with the staff they simply don't care how many nights you are unable to sleep... Moreover, the breakfast is very limited, and there is no coffee (instant coffee is not coffee...). And more.. there is no WiFi (you have to pay 3EUR/day/device). Very rude staff overall, worst hotel stay. Avoid is at all cost.

I booked a holiday of 7 days for me and my family. When we first arrived, the staff was welcoming and it seemed like it would be an enjoyable experience. Before booking here, I checked other reviews saying its not family friendly due to the noise at night ; I can confirm that it is true, if you have kids with you they will be woken up abruptly. As an adult, it was hard for me to also sleep through the noise at night however if you are looking for more of a party vibe then the noise shouldn’t be much of an issue. The location is good it’s very close to the beach and shops. I had high expectations for the all inclusive food, however I was quite disappointed as there wasn’t much of a range of food and also it was the same thing being served every single day. In addition, if you are with children it will be very hard to find food for them. The room was okay, the staff comes and cleans for you everyday if you wish so, however I noticed some bugs crawling around on the floor which was very peculiar. The hotel also provides wifi which is always pleasant. However, I wouldn’t come here again.

Cannot fault the location as it literally 5 minutes from the beach. The view from our room was a dirty brick wall, not the photo i provided as that was from another room. The food is reasonable, the room is ok but basic, beds are comfortable. There is no entertainment in this hotel and there is nothing for children. The all inclusive part isn't very good if you like to drink as they are very restricted. 3 glasses of either one lager or one wine. Soft drinks and tea/coffee are unlimited though. Alcohol isn't served after 9.30 which I personally do not mind but I felt like a child, this is supposed to be a holiday but if I want a drink after this time i have to leave the hotel? Despite British people wanting to come here to holiday it seems the Spanish government are doing as much as they can to deter holiday makers, they will destroy the tourism and people will go elsewhere. The desperation on some of the shop owners faces is enough to say this isn't working. Majorca will slowly start to resemble other run down tourist hot spots...like Blackpool except you have the nicer weather. Would we come back to El Arenal? Not a chance.

Worst hotel ever!!! Do not stay here!!! All inclusive us a lie!!! Hair was everywjere in the room. You get 3 beers or winę for lunch and dinner but we were told if not used, we can use it at the bar. Next day I was told I cant have 6 small beers at supper cause its their ław but I can purchase however many I want!!! Do not stay here!!!

Room tatty bath cracked and shower head leaked all over and shower head holder falling off. All inclusive package is very poor only allowed 3 very small alcoholic drinks for dinner and evening meal. Then only available in basement restaurant. Food was ok, not the best though. No towels available for pool beds. Just a very poor all inclusive deal. Staff friendly though

Booked single room as solo traveler. Cleaning very superficial, dust in corners, toilet smell in bathroom (bought air fresher to cover it). Tiny room, with balcony the size of the room itself, I don't understand what architect projected this, because making the room 1 meter longer would provide much more comfort and let furniture be placed more wisely. Non-functioning phone in the room, power socket fslling out from the wall. Desk blocking access to the window and half of the closet. Noisy students in next room, banging walls, smashing doors and fighting half of the nights, drinking alcohol in balcony (although hotel has policy of no bringing own alcohol). Although I complained the second night, complaint went unnoticed. Balcony door didn't lock properly, with the only small fences separating balconies of other rooms it didn't provide feeling of much safety. Wifi quality was good. Breakfast - storebought cookies and waffers, some mixed eggs, croissants, some cheese, ham, salami, yoghurts. Nothing special but edible. Coffee tasted like instant one. Four elevators, of which one didn't work at all, one couldn't be called to 9th floor, so only 2 remaining elevators available, taking ages to arrive at busy hours. Staff was friendly. Two pools are nice touch but don't compensate for otherwise poor experience. Nice view from the rooftop pool on the bay area.

Overpriced at £280+ per night. Just avoid at all costs. Room was full of dust, bathroom full of mould, aircon was not working properly, We booked with my wife sea view we didnt even get to have a view. No parking space around the area, parking is impossible so dont rent a car if you are visiting this area. We were stuck in the lift for 15 minutes and the hotel was not even picked up the phone, being a clistophobic you dont want to be stuck in a lift with no aircon at 40 degrees. Hotel had limited aircon in August witg temperatures over 37. Sadly they didnt even offer a refund. Do not book holidays through LoveHolidays over priced I would not recommend.

Booked this hotel through LoveHolidays. On arrival, they said they were over capacity and we would have to stay in their sister hotel, Palma Bay Hotel. When we arrived there, we were put in the Rio Bay Hotel which is absolutely disgusting. Filthy place, people coming and going all night. No on-site facilities, the pool and restaurant are down the street. I would recommend avoiding

My experience was generally positive, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The hotel itself is well-located, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. However, the room cleanliness left something to be desired. I noticed that the cleaning service was not as thorough as expected, which slightly detracted from the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, there were issues with the air conditioning unit. Not only was it leaking water, but the sensor that was supposed to turn it off when the window was opened didn't always function properly. Despite these setbacks, the rest of the hotel experience was satisfactory. The common areas were well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was both tasty and varied. With some improvements in room maintenance, this hotel could offer a much better experience for its guests.

After reading the recent reviews we were a little worried about our trip here due to them being so bad … most are due to all inclusive rules. The reviews on here I feel are very harsh, we had a fantastic stay. Just do your research on the all inclusive rules and then you won’t have a surprise when you get there. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, plenty of pool areas and sun loungers. Rooms are small and dated but that didn’t bother us at all, beds were very comfy. Walls are thin so you can hear doors when they open and close. Food there was plenty of choice, dining area was very quickly cleaned and tables re played for next use. Alcohol served with lunch and dinner, and recorded against your room number which was fine as after you had eaten we wasn’t too bothered about a drink. Pool bars great selection of soft drinks, served promptly. Pay €1 for cup which gets returned and you get your €1 back. Alcoholic drinks are very reasonably priced much cheaper than drinking in town. €2 for the glass but again you get that back when you return it. Beach is 10 minute walk at max. Stunning beach too. All in all had a great holiday and would happily return again.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES...We arrived at the resort late night. There was no one in the reception area to greet us and had to wait 25 minutes to get our room keys...Supposed to be manned 24 hours a day! Tried to phone the number but no one answered. After a long wait a man out of breath handed us the rooms keys and was helpful with showing us where our block was located and how to get to the restaurant. Once we arrived at the building block, there wasn't a working lift. We had to walk our suitcases up 6 flights of stairs which was a bit of an effort every time we left or arrived back from a day out. This was an inconvenience especially when other guests were passing you on the narrow stairs. Once we got to our room and opened the door, we were met with a horrible stench which was vile. Had to vent the room for a good half hour to get rid of the smell and had to do this daily. Would have been nice to have some soap options in the bathroom. Placed a DO NOT DISTURB door sign on the exterior door handle and daily we were getting woken up by cleaners entering the room. Makes you wonder what those signs are really for 🤔 The pool staff were rude. Clicking their fingers and whistling at the guests trying to get our attention to vacate the pool area often closing the pools 20 minutes early. The guest entertainment was nonexistent. The food was subpar, only two meat dishes per meal times. Every afternoon and night was one chose of fish and pork which was the same daily. Half of the restaurant's dinning area was closed off. We had to wait several minutes for a table and often having to sit at a dirty table which hasn't been cleared yet. The lift in the restaurant block was faulty and it kept taking us to the wrong floor. Ended up getting out 2 floors up and walking back down. I wish I paid a little more for a better hotel. Only allowed to serve 3 small glasses or alcohol per meal times(lunch and dinner), the equivalent to one pint per meal. If you are wishing to visit Mallorca, I wouldn't stay here and would recommend you venture out to an area where you can benefit from the all inclusive. You are only allowed to consume 6 small glasses (2 pints) of alcohol at meal times daily (3 lunch and 3 dinner) which is included with the all inclusive option. However you have to pay extra at the pool side bars. Happy for you to drink as much as you like at your own expense. If you want a cheap hotel with very little expectations, then this is the place for you. Personally I would avoid it and get a hotel outside of their area where you can use the pool bars at no extra cost.

Not all inclusive, 3 alcohol drinks with lunch and dinner. 3 glasses probably doesn't equal a pint. 2 pints a day is not all inclusive. Pool 10_6pm. Rubbish. No ice cream offered at pool. Drink 4.50 euro a pint!.

The rooms were barely tolerable. They smelled like mold, and the couches were very smelly and stained as well. As a cherry on top, in the morning we woke up to two big cockroaches in the room while we kept doors and windows closed the entire time.

Very good hotel for a basic stay. Ideal for solo travellers like myself. Conveniently located next to bus routes and a short walk to the beach, away from the hustle and bustle. It had everything I needed, except a fridge. However, the air conditioning, balcony, and lovely breakfast made it a perfect stay.

The hotel location is closer to airport which is really convenient. Public transport connection is very good from Mallorca airport to the hotel. Room was spacious for two people. Breakfast was really good and cheap. Buffet breakfast per person 6 euro is worthy. Hotel location is little bit far from beach. Room service, drinks service ( water, soft drinks,ice cream) are available on the ground floor of the hotel. Recommended for vacation.

This hotel was a lot nicer than expected. The rooms were very clean and apart from some things not working such as door handles😅 it was very good. Most of the guest were German and all of the staff spoke English or German. The bar was reasonably priced. The location is not ideal for a long stay unless you are to party but otherwise some nice walks nearby. The pool is in the shade most of the day which isn't ideal. Also there was not as much noise disturbance as some reviews point out. The buffet was a big surprise, for only 6 euros there is the choice of everything from warm to cold, fruits and vegetables, at least 4 pastries. On the two days I went the breakfast was slightly different and the food very good except the bacon which is my main critic of the breakfast 😂 otherwise really good. The view from the balcony is not great but for the price that is expected. We paid 44 euros for a night in a twin room

Firstly the booking advertised photographs were not true with the accommodation the hotel provided to me. The top floor attached rooms were more like an annex the hotel remodeled to make more profit over guests without having the same level of finishes, size and quality. Secondly, hotel owner was totally rude and senseless with me and my wife stating we were trying to be smart over the hotel manager asking for refund due to mislead advertisement and the bedroom left to us. Plus he didn’t say his name nor respected my enquiry, in addition to that, he made bad signs and sounds requesting me to get out from his reception and stated verbally “you are a guest not welcome here step aside so I can help the other waiting” Thirdly, my review on Booking was replied with the worst answer that a business owner could give being impolite and stupid if not worse than this handling his customers, better saying hotel hirers considering “customer service” as a complete lack of respect. Finally, fortunately the hotel crew members were nice in the reception and during the breakfast, nice as humans, looking after us but unfortunately this isn’t a common sense within the heads. My experience was a complete stress in my first vacation day and I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO GO to this hotel, instead choose others around, there are tons of options.
