Llaut Boutique Hotel has the aesthetics of a boutique stay, but it feels unfinished and needs improvements to match the experience it promises.
• The room had a comfy bed, the AC worked well, and the shower had great pressure with the perfect temperature. However, the bathroom really needs a proper door for privacy and smell. Toiletries are very limited, so it is best to bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
• The staff was kind and helpful, and when we lost our key they assisted us quickly through WhatsApp. Even so, since there is no receptionist on-site full time, the hotel often felt like a ghost town and lacked the warmth that comes from having personnel present.
• Breakfast was a highlight, offering fresh, clean, and delicious food that felt wholesome and real.
• The pool was very disappointing compared to the pictures online. In reality, it is more of a kiddie pool, there are only a handful of lounge chairs to tan, and the bar area did not feel inviting. This felt misleading based on the photos.
• The location was not ideal for us since the most beautiful calas are at least an hour away. Can Picafort itself has plenty of restaurants, but the overall atmosphere felt more family-friendly than couple-oriented.
• The side entrance door opens randomly which could allow outsiders to enter. I personally still felt safe, but a receptionist full time and better door control would create more peace of mind.
Overall, this hotel has potential with its boutique charm and great breakfast, but it needs finishing touches, more attentive service, and honesty in presentation to make the experience truly special.

The area is great. The rooms are nice i got a balcony and one double and a single for three people. Staff are lovely and willing. One thing was weird was no kettle or iron in the room it's shared to everyone. The pool is so strange only 0.7m deep I can't dip my full body it so shallow they also only have 4 daybeds and that's it. I went In September and it's very quiet, there was no one at the bars, best to go out , breakfast isn't great. But overall not bad , rooms cleaned every morning, fresh towels. The hotel closes very early.

We arrived very late and everything was setup for us to be able to access the hotel and our room despite there being no receptionist at that time. We had a double deluxe room with the hottub and sunbed on our balcony and it did not dissapoint. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast while not vast was tasty and allowed us a great start to the day. The location was absolutely perfect too, just a 5-7 walk from the beach and the main strip. We will definitely be staying again.

Overall it’s a good hotel choice for can Picafort, reception staff although very hard to get a hold of, are very nice and helpful! Views are absolutely stunning and although the pool is shallow it is actually very pleasant it’s the perfect child free pool to cool off in, great for those who can’t swim potentially.. only faults is value for money, the rooms boast amazing views (we were upgraded free of choice- thank you) but even so doors where hanging of frames black mold in bathroom shower leaks and room lacks many basic amenities. With this aside; the bed was huge and comfy! Same with pillows. Overall great hotel but definetly needs some TLC most of it is run down and staff are almost non existent , with This comes a positive of non crowdidrd areas so is relaxing.
I put 4 stars and not 3 due to how amazing our Holliday was - thank you Llaut. I hope this feedback finds you well

Rooms were clean enough, although they have weird bathroom shower windows, and some of them don't have doors or ventilation, so the smell fills the entire room. There's a nice central courtyard that is only accessible to a couple of the rooms. The pool looks much bigger on the photos. In actuality, it's more of a large bathtub than a pool, max depth 70cm. There's no real place to chill at night, but the location makes up for that.

The basics are good

Rooms are perfectly clean and modern, and there is plenty of space. The hotel is clean and spacious. Having two pools is an added bonus, the better pool being the one with the BQ lounge, great service and amazing pool, always plenty of sun loungers around the pool. I just wish staff sat around the pool were provided umbrellas to sit under and a meal and drinks as I was informed this wasn't offered. Service needs improving at meal times, at reception there should always be two staff not one as it gets quite busy and you can spend time waiting a while especially if people have arrived to check in and only one staff at the desk. Most of the staff were friendly and polite, Arthur on entertainment and karaoke was a delight, a real bonus and credit to the hotel. Meal options could be a little better. Breakfast was plenty for choices, but main meals in the evening are sometimes lacking. I also found the food at times to be warm or cold, not hot. I did eat out at times, and food options on the seafront are plenty. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, mostly due to cleanliness and location, the pools, and most of the staff.

Rooms are very small with huge beds. I booked a double room for soul occupancy and it is nothing like the picture on the website. There is a television on the wall facing the bed and it is very difficult to get passed it as there is so little room. The room does overlook the pool which is nice and very quiet. The breakfast choice is very good but I feel that the evening meals do not cater for British tastes hence eating salad every night as I find it difficult to find anything else. The hotel I feel mainly caters for German clients. There is entertainment which is very poor. The hotel is clean and the cleaners very polite but I find some of the waiters to be quite brusque. I would not return to this hotel and would definitely not call it 4 star.

Hi i went into BQ Picafort for a holiday we stayed for 5 nights the staff was evry sweet and helpful. The rooms were good but a little bit small, there was almost no space where to walk inside the rooms. The food was excellent, fresh and good food every day for breakfast and dinner

Rooms clean, friendly staff. Food is delicious. Situated in bussy area.

It was a very nice hotel except that the room was small. The staff are always friendly, kind and helpful. The location is nice. The breakfast was good, varied and the churros we had were really crispy. The pineapples were always delicious.

The room was clean and tidy, I really liked it. We had bathrobes on the bed and a wonderful surprise of free cocktails. Incredible. The sea view is better on the top floor. The food is great but it's bad that they don't serve drinks with dinner, you have to buy them.

My boyfriend and I booked a long weekend here, and it was amazing. Everything you want from a relaxing break. The staff were incredible and so accommodating. We couldn't fault the service. Each member of staff went above and beyond. So friendly. The hotel is immaculate and positioned in a quiet but central location. I was surprised but delighted to see many solo travellers mixed with older and younger couples. If you are looking for a party spot, this area is not for you. Come for good food, clean, quiet pool area, and well made drinks served by the pool with a smile.
We will be coming back soon.

I stayed here 4 nights for a solo summer getaway and it was absolutely perfect. My room was lovely, I had a private balcony, and the swimming pool was lovely. I was surprised by how good the buffet breakfast was too, with lots of choice and good quality products. When I next come back to Mallorca, I know where to come.
Ioanna Kyr
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! All the staff were exceptionally polite and always willing to help.
The buffet offered a great variety of options, catering to different tastes, and everything was well-stocked, and clearly prepared with care. The dining area itself was always very clean and well-organized, with a calm and civilised atmosphere that made every meal enjoyable.
Our room was cleaned daily, and towels were refreshed every 2–3 days, which we appreciated. The location is also a big plus—just a 10-minute walk (at most) to the bus station with direct connections to Alcudia and Palma. There are plenty of souvenir shops and grocery stores nearby, yet the area remains quiet and peaceful—nothing like the chaos we dealt with last year in S'Arenal.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to couples or groups of friends looking for a relaxing, quality getaway. We’d happily return!
Alexandra Grumezescu
Rooms are a bit small but for a couple they will do. I loved how clean the hotel was, always had a nice smell when passing the front doors and the location. Being on the central street I expected noise but we slept like a baby, very good isolated. Staff are amazing and so nice and helpful, only thing I disliked was the check in as it took ages I understand is the new Spanish law , but after a long flight you just want to sleep. Otherwise I recommend

I had a very good stay at Globales Janeiro. The gym is excellent compared to many other hotels in this category — really well equipped and great for regular training. The spa was an amazing surprise: it has many different water massage options, saunas, and relaxation areas. Honestly, I have never seen such a good spa in a hotel of this class before. There is also a proper sports swimming pool, which is perfect for athletes and active guests.
Another big plus was the animation team, who organized very good sports classes such as fitness dance, Pilates, yoga, and more. The movements were simple, but exactly what is needed so that everyone can follow, enjoy the classes, and stay active. I would really recommend joining these activities.
The food was good, and the staff both in the restaurant and at the reception were always very nice and friendly.
The only downside was that vegetarian and vegan dishes were not clearly labeled, so you often have to ask the staff. However, I have only seen this done really well in one other hotel so far.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for people who enjoy sports, wellness, and relaxation.
Tinta wang
Horrible experience. The air conditioning was leaking water. I reported it to reception immediately, but since it was high season, they said they could only change my room the next day. It also seemed that hotel staff don’t communicate with each other — I had to explain the situation repeatedly.
The next morning, when I followed up, a female staff member had an extremely bad attitude. I don’t understand why she was so rude when the issue was clearly caused by the hotel. She offered me a room without a balcony and refused to refund any difference, even though I had to downgrade because of the hotel’s maintenance problem.”
Sarah Troman
Absolutely loved my visit with my two friends! We were in an apartment across the road from the main hotel which had everything we needed and we could use the facilities in Janeiro for bar, restaurant, pools and spa, as well as in Concord slightly further down for their bar, restaurant, pool and gym! We went All Inclusive Gold, which was fabulous!
The beach is at the bottom of the road, just past the stop for the land train to Ca’n Picafort and the taxi rank. There are a few shops and other bars and restaurants in Son Baulo so it feels like a little village square, with very little traffic but always people around. Felt very safe and relaxing!
We will come back!

I have spent 6 days here. The hotel is nice. Rooms are very clean(they cleaned the room every day). Food here is good. We had breakfast and dinner and every time we had a lot of options to eat. Location is in a quiet neighborhood. Room is decent and you had fridge sadly without beverages and no slippers.
Hotel had every evening mini disco for the children and shows for the adults.
The small negative side:
1. Location is in a quiet neighborhood which is good but the beach is not that great. We had to take the bus every time to go to a nice beach.
2. The window on the bathroom. Basically you can see inside the bathroom from the room. You can see if somebody is taking a shower or when is on the tour. I don’t like this. The entire hotel was like that. If they put a darker sticker on the window will be better.
Oliwia S
We spent a lovely 7 days in this hotel with fabulous service. The food was amazing, a very wide range of freshly prepared food. The hotel staff were always so welcoming, the hotel was very well kept. Our apartament was bigger than we had expected, with the very useful ac and coffee machine. The staff in reception were always helpful, and the animation team always made the evenings the best part of the day with a different range of activities. I personally highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

We stayed here in June 2025 as a family of 3 (4 year old son).
We had an amazing time, loved it!
Rooms were clean and spacious. We had a one bedroom suite, which was ideal for us.
Pool was amazing, our son could touch the bottom of the majority of the pool which was great, he loved the bubble! The kids area was great too! Lifeguards always around in various locations of the pool.
Food was great, lots of variation. They have a childrens food section too, with childrens plates, cups etc. We did have one occasion where some of the food wasn't labeled, but the staff were helpful.
Staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Kids entertainers were great.
All in all a great holiday and we are booking to go back again this year!
Beach is around a 10 minute walk away.

We had an amazing stay with Zafiro Mallorca, the staff bent over backwards to make sure we had a great family holiday. They always had a smile on their faces, some remembered your name, some your favourite drink and would come over to have a chat when they had spare time. Rooms were serviced regularly and we always managed to get a bed by the pool. Great stay and would highly recommend.
MFA
We had a pleasant stay overall. The resort is a bit outdated but has a lovely layout, lots of greenery, and a charming style. Everything was very clean, and the staff — from cleaning ladies to waiters — were friendly. The bracelets that work as both room keys and payment were very convenient, and the early 6 a.m. breakfast option before departure was a thoughtful touch.
Areas to improve: the food selection was decent, but the quality was poor — the coffee was the worst I’ve ever had, sausages were bad, and many warm dishes like beans tasted like they came straight from a can. Drinks were also really bad; for example, gin tonics and Aperol seemed watered down. The playground floor was coming off, and kids were playing with the loose pieces. Entertainment from the resort team was nice but repetitive, especially with the same songs, dances, and formulas. There were some spectacular performances, like acrobats brought in from outside, which were impressive.
We didn’t pay a lot for the stay, so our expectations weren’t very high — probably also because of the time, mid-October. Overall, a pleasant stay, but not one we’d choose to repeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Zafiro Mallorca as a family with 2 young children. We got a lovely surprise when we were informed on arrival that we were being upgraded to penthouse as it was available. This was a lovely gesture and a true reflection of the treatment that would follow during our stay. Our room was lovely and clean with a great pool view. We stayed half board and found the food choices to be varied and there always something even for fussy eaters to enjoy. This hotel is so well set up for families with a very relaxed feel. Shout out to Moha and Marga from the reception team. But really all of the staff were polite and helpful and could not do enough for us. We are already thinking about returning next year.
Fiona Stone
Third time at the Zafiro Majorca with my parents and two sons and it did not disappoint. Same fantastic service, food and facilities. I cannot fault anything about our stay. This time we went all inclusive (the past two times we went half board). My children thoroughly enjoyed going to get ice cream and drinks. Lunches at the pool bar were great. I'm sure we'll be back.

I can't praise the hotel enough. We stayed for a week in May 2026. The rooms were good, food was very good, we are in the buffet restaurant most days and it was definitely better than most other places I have stayed. The Animation team were excellent and never seemed to stop, I was there with my Grandkids and there was always something going on for them to do. Hotel staff were also fantastic, always happy to help. I don't often want to go back to places I have been before but I would definitely go back here.

We had such a lovely family holiday here.
The staff made the stay so memorable. They are very friendly and go out if their way to make your stay enjoyable.
Our children didn’t want to leave and were so sad to come home! The kids club was very entertaining and it was nice that there were activities on almost all day for them.
It was a nice idea to incentivise 6 or more kids club visits with a certificate and medal.
My daughter was so proud to receive hers and took it in to ‘show & tell’ at her school today.
Kids are asking to go back again next year.
Food was great and kitchen, waiter staff very good again.
Barman came over to use every evening to get us drinks.
We upgraded to a pool side suite and it was much bigger than we expected and newly refurbished so we were really surprised how good the room was.
Our son was obsessed with the inflatable bubble in the main pool providing hours of entertainment.
Both our children also made friends which was lovely.
Thoroughly recommend this and would definitely go back again .
Thank you!

We’ve just had the best family holiday at Zafiro Can Picafort. The hotel was spotless, the staff were lovely, and the kids absolutely loved the pools and activities. The food was great with loads of choice, and the whole place had such a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.
Everything was so easy and stress-free from start to finish — exactly what we wanted. We made some amazing memories and would definitely come back!

It was a great stay at this hotel. The service and the staff were very friendly and nice to children, the wide range between bars, pools and restaurants was amazing. The food in the buffet area was nice and the pool bar+ a la carte restaurants were fabulous. There are little activites around the hotel like table tennis, a little arcade wth pool and airhockey (WORKING CLAW MACHINES NOT RIGGED😆), mini golf and a kids club. There is entertainment on every night in the lounge bar later in the evening and a kids entertainment early. I would definitely stay here again and love it. Great stay. Great hotel. Great place to go for a holiday.
Matthew Swales
9 nights 2 adults 1 3 yo girl.
Staff make this place, outstanding service. Federico and Marta in particular stood out for us and the entertainment / kids club staff were also a highlight. Food was delicious and wide variety, chefs do a great job. Blackwells was the best a la carte in our opinion. Drinks were a good variety again, both alcoholic and non, however lounge bar could be slow service at times.
Rooms only slight disappointment. Could be improved (toilet paper holder loose, couch not the comfiest) but that wouldn't stop us from returning. I would strongly recommend considering an upgrade for room to pool view or garden / swim up room. We would certainly do this if we returned.
Location is fine, beach is close enough. Grounds of hotel mostly immaculate.
Download the app to check menus and entertainment schedule, really useful and a must have.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for us as a couple. Adults only, very calm and quiet.
Plenty of space and loungers around the pool. We were in a Junior Suite, very clean and lots of space - we didn't have the plunge pool but they looked really good too. All the staff were great, and very patient when I tried to practice my Spanish. Really good hotel we would very happily visit again

We had a fantastic stay for 5 days in October this year. The hotel was immaculate and very quiet. We loved the location of the hotel as bus stop close by and a walk into town only minutes away. The food was really nice and tasty. Going all inclusive helped! Lots of options and cocktails in the bar too. But the main focus has to be on the staff. Incredibly helpful even though they were coming to the end of their season. They were always happy to see us, friendly, professional and made our holiday so much more enjoyable. The rooms were lovely. Well equipped and comfortable. A fabulous hotel which is well worth a visit.
Suzanne Mitchell
Spent 10 days here with my best friend for a girls break. On arrival we were given a very warm welcome, a short explanation of the rooms, hotel layout and all inclusive bars/restaurant details. Got up to our room and it was beautiful, well laid out, and a stunning view over the pool and resort.
Each day breakfast, lunch and dinner was lovely, buffet style with lots of options.
Pool bar and main bar open every day, with good service from some staff, especially Nadia and Caesar. Lots of sub beds to choose from and pool towels provided. Entertainment like live singers every other night, which was nice. Top notch drinks and cocktails. All in all we would return, and recommend to others seeking a relaxing holiday.
Ella Gibbins
The room was clean and exactly like the pictures. The food was varied (buffet for breakfast and dinner, à la carte for lunch) and everything we tried was delicious. Every staff member we encountered was super kind and helpful. There isn’t a huge amount to do in the area, but there is a bus stop right outside with buses to the airport, Palma, and Alcudia, and the beach is a short walk away. I cannot recommend this hotel enough

1st visit here 23rd - 30th October. Lovely hotel, clean, polite staff. Food plentiful and tasty. Very comfortable bed. Only issue we did not like was lunch a la carte. Starters and mains were all brought out same time. My starter was larger than main. I really would not have taken that amount on a self serve, so food was wwasted. Would have preferred buffet and only select the amount we wanted.
