We checked in to this hotel the first night it was reopened after renovation by Hyatt, so it was quiet and the service was quite attentive, though I’m sure that will continue as it becomes busier. The rooms are very nice as is the pool area and the public beach just outside has warm fairly shallow water (visited in July). Included buffet breakfast is great. There are 2 electric vehicle chargers but they are slow and in general I would not recommend renting an EV in Mallorca. Note that it is driving distance into town, not quite walkable. Overall, this is a very worthwhile redemption value if booking with Hyatt points as we did.

Sarena de Muro Resort Mallorca ✨, absolutely stunning 🤩 beach front resort, daily entertainment i.e. during sunset and sometimes during the day 😎, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, they have recommended fun/ memorable activities to do in Mallorca. Breakfast was served at Biniterra; buffet style also dinner was served at Biniterra. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food 😋 we had lunch and dinner at Ópalo; my compliments to the chef ☺️ each dish was different from the other, you can see art in the making 👌; The Pool Club offered light meals, snacks and refreshing drinks. It’s always a great idea to pass by the Spa and checkout the facilities and book a massage 💆‍♀️ Thank you for making our stay memorable, until we meet again 🇪🇸

Relaxing Poolside vibes. Favorite was the Delicious burger with hand cut fries enjoyed on the beach. Cocktails and local gourmet icecream also. Photos over several days of Mallorca bliss. Details are thoughtful. The team are very helpful and friendly.

We are staying here right now in their second week. I wanted to share the review for those who are considering booking. This hotel was acquired by Hyatt and fully renovated. It was scheduled to be opened on 6/1/25 but was delayed until 7/1/25. Here is my honest review as a big traveler. The design of the hotel looks better than in pictures. It’s so stylish and beautiful. Very modern Mediterranean. Perfect. The rooms are new and comfortable. Get the sea side room. It’s worth it. It has a fully private bedroom. The food is truly excellent. The buffet is all fresh and air conditioned and only available in the morning. Which is perfect because the food is fresh. The restaurant is really a high end experience. Rivals ones in big cities. Very unique dishes. The pool cafe also has a full menu and really special. The cocktails are all well done. The food and drinks are just high quality. The service is as world class. Amazing on the second week. Major kudos for who ran the hiring and training. Everyone is so pleasant and quick. The beach was really nice. Rivals Caribbean beaches. We came first week in July and it’s warm. You can stay in for hours. But it’s not bathtub warm. But warm. We never had any struggle to get an umbrella or chairs. They have abundance. They have live music in the center every day. It’s really nice that it’s all new. The ACs are quiet. You can’t even hear them. The TV tech is modern. WiFi is crisp all over. It smells new. The resort is the perfect size for us. Everything is 2-3 minute walk from your room. Beach is 5 minute door to water. The Alcudia town is really awesome. Hard to explain all in a review. So many excursions to take on the island. Just wanted to share incase anyone was curious about booking the new resort. They did a good job. Put lots of thought in it and the resort is really a wonderful experience. Hope this helps someone.

Not clear why this is a resort as there are barely any activities and there is no private beach and just one relatively small pool. The beach is a few meters away and can stay at the pool. Rooms are nicely decorated; beds are not that comfortable. Food is ok, not great not terrible, same with service at restaurant. Pool bar service and cocktails quality are sub par. For almost an entire day internet stopped working; smart TV doesn’t have working Netflix or cast.

This hotel is not a perfect 5 star but it does MANY things very well. Great staff, clean all through, absolutely wonderful food - i looked forward to dinner each night, clean and comfy sun loungers. Loved the rooftop area - nice and chill. I felt like a valued customer. What I can't rate so highly was the aircon in the room which was adequate but could have been more powerful. Also, the vicinity of the hotel could improve by providing more litter bins and places for men to urinate. It felt a little seedy for this reason. I discovered it is the party place for Germans.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. We had a studio apartment. Very spacious and clean. Big balcony. All equipment you need provided. Really good breakfast selection. Dinners were a bit hit and missed for my liking. Amazing spa, sauna, gym and pool facilities. Like 5 of them. 3 on the roof tops. Pool opening times are a bit short. 10:00-19:00 But I get security and cleaning reasons. Definitely coming back if we visit Mallorca again.

Extremely Disappointed with Service We stayed at Hotel HM Ayron Park for one week in June and were very disappointed with several aspects of the service. We expected something entirely different from a self-proclaimed 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of that standard. Compared to other hotels in the area, HM Ayron Park is priced at the higher end, but the service does not reflect this at all. What we received was far from what you would expect in this price range. The waitress at the restaurant treated us rudely just because we brought drinks from the hotel’s own vending machine instead of ordering from the restaurant. This is completely unacceptable – the drinks come from the same hotel, and this attitude was petty and unprofessional. Restaurant staff were blatantly disrespectful – they removed our plates without asking, even while we were still eating. This happened repeatedly and showed a complete lack of basic manners and proper training. As paying guests, we expected at least a minimum level of hospitality, which was absolutely not delivered. The pool was supposed to be open until 19:00, but signs were already up at 18:00 saying it was closed. This is misleading and unfair, and it seemed like an intentional way to restrict guest access without explanation. Hotel staff kept closing the sun umbrellas without asking nor considering that guests are still lying there and enjoying the sun. This happened multiple times and created a sense of urgency which led us to believe they wanted to close up early. We would highly advise management to address above points as fast as possible as they pose a significant deficiency in quality, service and hospitality.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were exceptionally cozy. The location was excellent, and the price absolutely fair. The food was great, and the breakfast buffet was rich and varied. The staff were all very friendly. A special shout-out to Maite – her lovely smile and charming personality truly make it feel like the sun rises twice in the morning. Greetings from room 2106! ⌯⌲

Sea view rooms have a large balcony with spacious rooms , very clean . Service around pools is very good with lovely food served from trucks on either side of the main pool . Food and drink is reasonably priced. Location is ideal for those seeking a lively nightlife ( 1 street from beachfront)and for peaceful days . The rooftop pool is great for those seeking a vibrant atmosphere through the day.

Absolutely fantastic resort, little bit smaller than the ones around the area but that makes it so much nicer. More german speaking tourists but that makes for a more quite atmosphere. Great adults only and no screaming children. The service was great and the food was also amazing. Always willing to help with booking excursions as well. The aircon could have been a bit cooler in the rooms but overall clean and tidy and smelt amazing. Always activities and events on! About 5min walk from the beach but the pool complex was fantastic with a little bar attached

I recently stayed at Mallorca Palace and had very mixed feelings about my experience. I booked Mallorca Palace only because they confirmed that late-night check-in was possible. I contacted them through their website before booking, and they clearly told me that I could arrive late as long as I mentioned it in the booking. I followed their instructions and wrote in German that I would arrive during the night of July 2nd. When I arrived, exhausted and alone, they looked at me like I didn’t belong there. My room was not ready, and they said they thought I was coming the next night. Their only “solution” was to offer me the presidential suite for over 300 euros—just for a few hours of sleep. No refund, no help, no responsibility, no backup accommodation. I was left without a proper place to sleep, in a 5-star hotel that I had booked in good faith based on their own confirmation. I asked if I could sleep on a pool lounger, just to get some rest, and they said it wouldn’t look good for other guests. In the end, I was allowed to sleep on a sofa. They gave me a bottle of water and told me I could shower in the spa. At 7:00 am they woke me up so I could eat breakfast, and I didn’t get my actual room until after 9:00 am. My first day of vacation was ruined, all I wanted to do was sleep. Later I rented an e-bike from the hotel. The first one was in terrible condition—old and unreliable. I asked them to change it, and thankfully they did – the second one was much better. The rest of the stay was fine: the food was good, the room clean, the staff friendly—but none of that changes how terrible the first impression was. I booked this hotel only because they said late-night check-in was possible. Instead, I was treated like a burden and left to sleep on a sofa. This was humiliating and completely unacceptable for a so-called 5-star hotel.

Best hotel we have ever stayed at! Had an amazing holiday at this hotel last week! The food, the staff, the rooms were all excellent! The food selection was incredible and all delicious! As mentioned before, the desserts are definitely to die for! Lovely, welcoming staff who couldn't do enough for us and where nothing was too much trouble! We don't want to miss anyone out as everyone was so kind and helpful, but a special mention goes too Antonio, Andrea and Maricella in the restaurant, Sergi and Sharon in reception, and not forgetting Antonio the lifeguard who helped me regain my confidence in the water. The chef who cooked the hot and delicious food was also a lovely lady! Thank you to all and hopefully will be back very soon!

Loved this hotel The staff are so nice and a big shout out to Miguel and his team and the front office team just couldn’t help us enough and always happy to chat We took the breakfast and Dinner option and we were pleasantly surprised at how fresh and tasty the food was - they had a chef making any meat or fish you liked fresh each night and the breakfast had many options It’s about 5 mins from the beach and lots of free parking in the street right beside if you want to save the 10 euros per night The rooms are a bit dated but your not here for the rooms and they are big with good AC and they kindly gave us a free upgrade Having never been to an adult only hotel we were not sure what to expect but what we did enjoy was the quiet at the pool and a meal times when other Mallorca hotels we stayed out were out of control over the summer We will be back

The Mallorca Palace is a first class hotel. We found the staff to be friendly, polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant is amazing and especially the desserts! The hotel is smaller than others nearby and with that comes a more relaxed vibe and a more personal approach to your comfort and enjoyment. Will definitely want to return

Stayed for 9 days and had a great time. The service and cleaning team were friendly, attentive and very hospital! We had a room in the 3rd floor with view to the pool. The buffet is standard, the Spa is good and already open at 8am. The major selling point is clearly the closeness to Son Moll beach, only crossing the street needed. With taxi for 8€ you can get quickly to the beaches Cala Gat and Cala Agulla. The biggest disappointment is the very weak Wi-Fi, you lose a lot the connection or get a very weak signal. Very often you have to wait a minute or two to lead Insta Reels or surfing. The Wi-Fi is almost all the time overloaded. This is for a 5* not sufficient. The room badge is also a outdated as you get a chip with a card. The chip to open the door and the card for electricity in the room. Overall, I can recommend the Hotel.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but had to go in for a couple of times over a couple of years to get some assistance. Both the times the staff was extremely helpful and went extra mile by booking us a cab late night and making a booking at a different restaurant as there restaurant was closed. Will definitely stay at the hotel in future.

Overall very good experience; very notably thanks to the genuine friendliness of the staff and management (this deserves 5 stars). However, the hotel currently does not hold its promises as a 5 stars hotel and would need an update. We've noted: - Stressed out and drained staff, its a management/cost optimisation problem, not a staff problem. - The lack of facilitation to tip the staff. - The amenities are clearly not 5 stars and need refurbishing. - Some days, food variety was really missing. Everything has to be payed on top, roof pool, exterior beds, pillows. It feels like the corporate culture is based on a model from the 90s, draining the staff i.e. lowering costs and pushing on add-ons; this won't bring long-term value.

Our stay at Gran Hotel Sóller had a bit of a bumpy start, but thankfully it turned into a really enjoyable experience.When we first arrived, the hotel looked beautiful, full of character and charm, and we were excited to check in. Unfortunately, our room had two single beds instead of the double we had booked. The twin beds were rock-hard, closer in comfort to a mortician's slab than anything fit for sleep. The beds were not only hard, but on wheels, sliding around unpredictably with every movement; turning sleep into an uncomfortable roller disco. To the hotel’s credit on addressing this things improved quickly. The manager had the beds changed to a double the next day with mattress toppers, which made a world of difference. After that, we could relax and start enjoying the hotel properly. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and served in a peaceful space that made mornings feel like a treat. The English breakfast was more of a Spanglish breakfast, though they have many alternatives including a great range of omelette's. One of our favorite spots was the rooftop pool. It’s a beautiful, quiet area to unwind, take in the views of the mountains, and cool off after a day of exploring. It added a really special touch to our stay. Currently staying here and feeling relaxed and well taken care of, we would definitely consider coming back.

Staff and service were amazing and very helpful. The location was very good. Breakfast was very nice. However the rooms were a bit run down and what would be expected of a five star hotel. For example the furniture was chipped and dirty, and one of the rooms really smelled bad. Also one would expect a coffee machine in the room at this day and age and for the price.

Wow, what an amazing experience! The staff at Gran Hotel Soller were absolutely exceptional. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The facilities are great: two pools, a gym, a sauna, a steamroom, and two parking lots. A highlight was the included morning breakfast, which had an incredible selection of pastries, fresh fruit, meats, and made to order eggs, crepes, and pancakes. I would definitely return to the hotel again.

The hotel is central to Soller and close to the famous tram lines. The welcome and departure from reception was incredibly helpful and friendly. They explained the hotel on our arrival (including the virtual assistant service via WhatsApp). They also arranged for a taxi on our departure and I believe they have a luggage storage service. The rooms are bright and modern. The breakfast had a good range of options, including a freshly cooked option ordered via the waiters (Omelette, pancake, crepe, full English, eggs to order). Barbara was exceptionally wonderful, explaining how the breakfast worked and always making an effort to say hello and good morning. We ate in the hotel restaurant once (menu del dia) which was excellent. Bar service was efficient but the main bar (not rooftop) was often quiet without much atmosphere. Overall, if we were to come back to Soller we wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

Had an amazing stay here. Staff are so friendly and willing to help with any and everything. Great location, right next to the beach with lots to do in the surrounding area. Room always clean, however I did find them to be a bit small. Food was lovely. Lots of options for breakfast and dinner. Pool areas were nice and the drinks at the bar were lovely.

The hotel's location is simply excellent! It is located on an amazing beach and right in the center of youth entertainment. The dining room is nice, there is a variety of food. Most of the rooms have a view of the bay, an amazing view. The rooms themselves are very small. The toilet and shower are connected to the room, including the sink, the toilet and shower doors are glass and not sealed... Smell and noise come from there while using... unpleasant.

Booked a last minute get away for the wife's Birthday. Staff were all great. They surprised us with a lovely gift for my wife on her Birthday. I hadn't mentioned anything to them, so it shows great attention to detail. The location is great, close to some lovely restaurants and bars. The beach is 2 mins away. The rooftop bar is great, but book in advance if you can.

Stayed here for vacation and it was exactly what I needed! Marriott’s Club Son Antem is such a beautiful and peaceful property. The breakfast spread had a great selection fresh, tasty, and plenty of options. I also got to join a free yoga session, which was such a relaxing bonus. The whole place has a chill vibe, and the staff were super friendly. Would definitely come back for another getaway!

This is not a 5 star hotel! Even 4 start would be overrated. 2 out of the 3 nights I was not able to have hot water, even after complaining for 2 days at reception, nothing was done. I believe the hotel cannot provide enough hot water for all rooms so you are luck if you get hot water. Our room also smelled like sewage every time we got back from a day out (116). Would not recommend this place, it’s a rip off using a name and a history. The staff at the restaurant is great. Staff at reception and management is useless, they have done nothing to fix our issue.

This is a newly acquired Hyatt property and while the general staff is friendly and attentive, the management there does little to make a globalist member feel special. Despite the availability of numerous upgraded suites to our ocean view junior club, no upgrades were offered and when asked we were told “we did not pay for such”. Pointing out the obvious did not address the question of “why not” as this is not our experience at other Hyatt properties.

My sister an I stayed here june 13-18th, last minute booking. It was extremely expensive, but we did upgrade to a preferred suite. The room was clean, on arrival but was really one large unsuite room, as the 2 chairs were in the bedroom. Lights went out automatically on the balcony at 11pm, so we had to sit in the dark some nights. The cleaners often forgot to empty certain bins, nor did they stock the minimum bar daily ( as advertised). It took a complaint to reception to rectify. Food was very good during the day in all the facilities and 99% of staff were very friendly and polite. One or 2 were just rude, we were in the world dining room, and one female waitress cleared away all spoons for desserts so no one could have any ( there were some diners left eating after the 9.30pm deadline) she gave me the dirtiest of looks and reluctantly passed me a dirty server out of a bucket! ( she had shaved hair on one side and a bad attitude). We booked 1 evening meal at the sea grill, ( included) we sat at 8.30pm and at 10pm we walked out, in that time we had a starter at 9.15pm and fed on bread, no meal and the waiter who said he " was just doing drinks" failed to serve drinks, we were told by reception we were not the only ones who walked out. Room service never got the order correct even when ordered in Spanish. No snacks as advertised only found them as we waited for our taxi to leave. Poor service at times, only held together by some fabulous staff who try, the demographic was mostly German retirees aged about 65. We went out most evenings to escape. If you are booking we recomend just get a regular room or SC apartment as the extra you pay, there is no difference between that and preffered, its an excuse to charge extra. Location cannot be faulted.

I have to update my review to 1 star (leaving previous comments below) I am giving this hotel a 1 star because they haven’t registered themselves as a Hyatt hotel so when they charge you for the stay, you don’t get any bonus points when using your Hyatt credit card with chase. They use a third party vendor to process their payments which is probably why this happens. Both World of Hyatt and Chase are absolutely useless in resolving this issue, but at the end of the day it’s the hotel’s fault because they are the ones who caused this issue and are refusing to resolve it. (Old comments) Excellent hotel! Even better if you have World of Hyatt status, but still a great choice if you don’t. Laura at the front desk was very nice and every other member of staff we encountered was rather pleasant. It is a bit more expensive than some others nearby, but you absolutely cannot beat the value, especially during the shoulder season. For parking, you can find some free public parking between a 5-15 minute walk away rather than paying for parking here (which I think is 40€ per day)

A great place overall and a place we'd come back to, but it's missing some details. Service at lunch is really slow. It took us nearly 2 and a half hours to get lunch and on one day our main got forgotten about. The staff were all trying their best but they could do with some more pairs of hands to spread the load would go a long way here. The food itself was great majority of the time. The drinks were great all the of time. For a 5 star hotel, there was some attention to details that were missed. For example the spa pool area had jets and useable things not working or very hard to get working. But it was very clean throughout. The rooms was great and no complains there. The location is stunning, you won't be disappointed, taking a slow stroll around the site and finding and exploring the points of interest was a great afternoon evening activity.

An Unforgettable Stay at Zoëtry Mallorca – Truly Exceptional in Every Way This was our first trip to Mallorca, and Zoëtry was chosen by our daughter, who had stayed here before and left with wonderful memories. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the hotel’s unique architecture that blends harmoniously with the surrounding nature. You immediately feel like you’ve arrived somewhere truly special. For those arriving by car, there is ample parking available. We were warmly welcomed at reception with friendly smiles and a refreshing welcome drink. To our delight, our rooms were also upgraded at no extra cost—such a lovely surprise! Our upgraded room was spacious and airy, with a large bathroom and a patio in front, where we relaxed comfortably throughout our stay. The hotel has two pools: one more suited for families with children, and the other, called the “relaxing pool,” offers a peaceful atmosphere ideal for sunbathing and unwinding. For tennis enthusiasts, there are two separate grass courts surrounded by greenery. Rackets and balls are available from reception, and if you don’t have a partner to play with, the staff can even arrange a tennis instructor for you (EUR 75/hour). Breakfasts were excellent, with quick service and attentive, polite staff. In fact, throughout the entire resort, the staff were genuinely kind and always made us feel valued and well cared for. The management deserves real praise for running the property so well. Although the usual checkout time is noon, our flight on the last day was late in the evening. We asked for a late checkout and were very kindly accommodated. For a small fee of EUR 20 per hour, we were able to keep our room until 6 PM, which made a big difference in our comfort on departure day. If we return to Mallorca, we would absolutely choose to stay at Zoëtry again. It’s a wonderful, exceptionally well-run resort that we recommend without hesitation.

We were staying at El Castillo Hotel Son Vida, we heard good things about this hotel from a friend from Palma. We decided to have a look and a drink for potential future visits. We walked in the reception area and a bit of the gardens in front we barely saw any clients and couldn't find a bar or café. Beautiful building and surroundings. We decided to go have a look at the terrace next to the car parking, to which there were also no clients only a couple of staff. One of these staff members "Raul" look at what seemed lost people "us" and approached one of us. We expected some nice service and suggestions but no quite the opposite. Extremely rude and cold, telling us we do not have the right to be there if we are not guests and that it is a private property. (ok, but normally outside guests can consume other hotels restaurants and bars) even still if no outside guests were allowed we could have said it in a nice and proper way. Anyways if this is the kind of staff and service we should expected we will not be staying here for sure. We also left quite after this as we did not feel welcomed or respected. For those looking for a peace and quite similar to this "5* star hotel" I suggest you look at Castillo Hotel Son Vida. You will see what true 5* service and staff it is.

A very beautiful hotel with kind and welcoming staff. Unfortunately, the most important thing in a hotel is to be able to sleep well at night. At 1:00 a.m., 1:15 a.m., and 1:30 a.m., kitchen staff were putting away food trolleys into a storage room, making huge noise on the paved floor. It felt like a train was passing through my room — a complete lack of common sense. For €300 a night, I didn’t expect to be woken up like that. We decided to treat ourselves to a breakfast and spa day. Considering the hotel is 5 stars, we was expecting 5 stars. Not trying to be pushy, but the indoor pool was uncomfortably cold and some facilities weren’t working. The turkish bath had no hose to clean after other users. The breakfast was very good, but considering it has a Michelin, the benedict eggs have been served vetter in lower rated hotels. I think the manager needs to be a bit more on top of the ball to make it really what they are selling you.

I went with my son to have dinner at the buffet restaurant of this wonderful five-star hotel, and everything was absolutely perfect. There was an impressive variety of food — it was an international night with dishes from different countries. The service was impeccable; the waiter came to our table several times to attend to us with great kindness. Dinner was originally scheduled to end at 9:30 p.m., but a waiter went to each table to let everyone know it would be extended by 15 more minutes, which was a lovely gesture. The hotel is surrounded by nature, and you can also see the sea from there. It was a very pleasant experience — I totally recommend it.

Best vacation hotel for relaxing! The hotel is built as a compound with 14 buildings and an ocean view. The hotel is very new and offers multiple pools and an okay gym as well as a spa. In addition, there are five different restaurants in the hotel with the best one definitely being the steakhouse. The location is a little bit far from palma but only 10 minutes to Andratx. Beautiful rooms with room service twice a day. Amazing hotel best for a relaxing time with friends or family with most time being spent at the hotel.

A beautiful hotel with touches of luxury throughout. The most helpful friendly staff I've ever encountered. I love everything about this hotel and wish I could stay longer. The breakfast buffet was excellent with everything you could possibly want available. It's spotlessly clean and just a wonderful place to base on the beautiful island. Thoroughly deserving of its 5 stars. Absolutely one of the best hotels ever stayed in. From the top amenities ( 5 restaurants, multiple swimming pools) to the excellent food and top service. The hotel is immaculate and an army of staff keep it that way. Service at meals very friendly and efficient. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff. Add that the Camp de Mar beach is five minute stroll away the Zafiro Palace perfectly placed.

Great hotel, fabulous food and service. Staff are all incredibly helpful, especially concierge, Laura and sommelier, Abril Fantastic massage as part of the club package, thank-you Evelyn. Beautiful food in all of the restaurants, the view is fabulous and the addition of musicians some evenings at the restaurants has been really good. Don’t come here if you want rocking nightlife but if your batteries need recharging and you appreciate lovely facilities, excellent food and great service then don’t hesitate. We are already talking about coming back next year.

An exceptional hotel with amazing views. We booked the ocean side suite and from arrival our expectations were surpassed. It is truly a beautiful property and has staff that make every effort to make you feel welcome. The morning breakfast was AMAZING. Coming from America where the hotels are overpacked and super sized, staying at this hotel that seemed untouched by time was refreshing. The history of the hotel is also interesting and reminds you that things remain excellent if cared for properly. 10/10 will be staying again.

I stayed one night, booked through Amex Travel for £800. While the hotel is beautiful and well-located, the experience didn’t live up to the premium price tag. The reception and management team, especially Nora, were kind and welcoming — which I appreciated. However, the overall service fell short of what I would expect from a property in this category. I checked in around 8pm and wasn’t offered any complimentary services — no breakfast, no free parking — which is often standard at this level, especially when booking through a premium travel program. The most disappointing part came at checkout. I was rushed out right at 12pm, with no courtesy late checkout — not even a 30-minute extension. When I called to politely request just a short delay, the front desk staff responded rudely, stating they were fully booked and I “had to come out immediately.” For a supposed luxury hotel, this kind of rigidity and tone is surprising. A 12:30 checkout is a small gesture that many similar hotels offer without question. When I brought up my concern at checkout, I asked the management team whether a small gesture, like a complimentary breakfast or parking, could be offered given how short and pressured the experience was. While they were polite, nothing was done. The words were nice — but unfortunately, words feel empty when there’s no action behind them. I was genuinely planning to return with friends in the future, but after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering. This hotel has potential, but the service culture and flexibility need to rise to the level of the price tag it commands.

Fantastic experience here. The room was very comfortable and nice. Beautiful views and outdoor patio. Everything smells good throughout the hotel. Nice beach club, great pool, and relatively easy access into the sea, and the water is perfect. The beach club restaurant was phenomenal, some of the best Paella I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal, one of the best I’ve had at a luxury hotel. Staff were all very friendly , excellent service all around. Location is perfect, feels like a nice quaint beach town, like Santa Monica in LA. But not too much in the heart of the touristy areas. Main town center is a short walk away with great restaurants bars and gelato spots, and a short easy cheap bus ride into center of Palma. All around great bang for your buck, my only regret was we didn’t stay more nights! Would come back in a heart beat. RUN, don’t walk to spend your next vacation here.

I was visiting the hotel last year during summer time and we booked a super expensive suite with extra concierge service. 1) When leaving and packing my suitcase, my 900€ dress which I was wearing two times during my stay was gone. I spoke to the reception, called them three times after my trip - but no effort was made whatsoever. My dress was simply gone and nothing was offered from the hotel side. 2) The situation around the beachbeds was horrible. Like in a cheap Ballermann hotel, people felt the need to throw there towels on the beds at 7am so that you simply couldn’t enjoy your stay as you had to worry about such a simple thing in a 5 STAR hotel where we paid more than enough money for to have a sunbed every day. Never ever will we come back.

Could be incredible but we had dirty towels in the room and other issues. Wouldn’t say it’s 5 stars and the local town is run down so you can’t really walk anywhere. Food is very expensive and can’t eat around the pool. Service and simple touches do let the hotel down

stayed at this hotel in July 2025 and overall had a fantastic experience, especially with the all-inclusive option. The food was excellent, with a wide selection that included plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, meats, and fish. There was something for everyone, and we never felt bored with the choices. One tip: bring your own takeout cup if you want to enjoy drinks by the pool. Otherwise, you’ll need to buy a special token (1€) to get a reusable plastic cup. It’s a minor inconvenience but good to know in advance. Similarly, if you plan to use the beach or pool, consider bringing your own beach towel. The hotel does provide them, but there’s a 20€ deposit per towel. This place is especially great for families with kids. There are plenty of activities and spaces for children, including arcades, playgrounds, slides, and water games. Our kids were never bored! The hotel also offers easy access to a beautiful beach, which was a major highlight of our stay. Crystal-clear water, soft sand—it’s perfect for relaxing or swimming. For souvenirs, you’re covered as well. There’s a souvenir shop right in the hotel, and another just a short 5-minute walk outside, offering even more options. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a fun and convenient summer getaway. P.S Yes, absolutely — I should have mentioned that the €1 for the reusable cup is just a deposit. Initially, we were a bit critical, but we later realized it’s actually a great idea. It helps keep the pool area and surrounding spaces clean from discarded glasses and contributes to sustainability. We appreciate this thoughtful approach!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is well-maintained with a beautiful territory. The food was good, with a nice variety. The rooms are a bit dated, but overall comfortable. The location is great, with convenient parking and stunning beaches nearby. There are kids’ programs and evening shows, which our children really enjoyed. Overall, a good experience for a family vacation.

good hotel but the worst service ive ever seen.Mostly the staff at the bar and the souvenir shop (the owner very rude and yells at children) are extremely rude and lack basic politness. They roll their eyes raise their voices and talk bad about you to the coworkers in spanish, very belittling and horrible. Exept the staff, hotel was good but room service is bad as well. They only leave you one fresh towel, dont take the dirty ones, dont clean anything including the sandy floor. they only give you one new towel and call it a day. But the location is great and food choice as well. They have good pools but they towels cost money wich is understandable but an important detail. The beach is amazing, bluest water ive seen. Edit: I think we may have had a bad cleaner but to say its much better now, hotel room cleaner and they left much more towels. Food is also very good and many variations of fresh products. The gym is very nice to.

Been here a few days and really impressed. The animation team have kept everyone involved throughout the day. Both adults and children. There's multiple swimming pools to choose from, plus waterslides. Our children 6 and 9 absolutely love it here, as do we. There's always something to do. We will definitely return.

This place is absolutely fantastic, great for families. There is so much fun and plenty of activities for the kids. There's also a quiet infinity pool for the adults. There are 2 beautiful beaches within 7 minutes walk. There's a bus every 20 minutes most of the day to one of the beaches. There's a great selection of food to cater for all. I would highly recommend 👌
