We had a wonderful holiday at Els Pins Hotel! We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis in a room with a lateral sea view, and the view was absolutely amazing. The room itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable — I especially loved having a duvet and a spacious balcony to relax on. Breakfasts were delicious with a great variety of food each morning. The hotel also has a lovely spa, which we used on a day when the weather wasn’t great — it was amazing! The price for hotel guests (€12.50 per person) was very reasonable. There are two swimming pools — a large one at the front and a smaller one at the back — both clean and well-maintained. The whole hotel was spotless, and we couldn’t find anything to complain about. Thank you, Els Pins Hotel, for such a lovely stay. It was a really relaxing holiday, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! 🌴✨

My husband and I stayed here last week for our honeymoon and we have no faults for this place. The hotel is close enough to the main part of San Antonio for the night life and o beach but far enough away you to still relax if that is what you wanted. The rooms and common areas of the hotel were immaculate, one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. The food options were a bit limited but we didn’t struggle to find something we liked on our visit to the beach front restaurant. The two pool areas had music playing during the day, I found the beach side pool had more of a chill vibe and the larger pool had a more up beat feel to it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Ibiza that want a little piece of both party and relaxation.

Stayed at the hotel three times now and would highly recommend. The staff are extremely personable and helpful. The cleaning staff are excellent at their job, the room and the hotel are always immaculate. The food is decent and exactly what is required post an Ibiza night out! The location is perfect, close enough to San Antonio but yet removed enough to allow for some need relaxation. One bonus is the spa, the sauna and steam room is a very undersold gem within the hotel!

Just got back from Els Pins and really enjoyed our stay. Lovely breakfast and the restaurant does good food for lunch and dinner too. We upgraded to the sea view and we're glad we did because it was beautiful. The location is a little bit out of the way so we had to get taxis everywhere, which was our only down point. The rooms are nice although our twin beds were very close together. 2 queens beds for two friends sharing would be ideal.

Amazing hotel and location itself. We were upgraded to sea view room and I could be more than happy to wake up with such a view. Wow! The room was cleaned every day! Pools are clean, breakfast is tasty and offers a variety of food. Bed is very comfy and thanks a lot for providing a normal duvet not just a sheet. We’ve requested a baby crib and I even didn’t have to remind at the reception. Everything was already set in the room. Staff at the reception, bars, restaurants are very friendly. Thanks for all your work. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Atlantic was really enjoyable. We had a self-catering room on the 3rd floor, with a sea view. Rooms are basic but more than adequate. Maid service daily, the ladies were always polite and accommodating. It was slightly noisy if the doors were banging or neighbours were loud. The pool area was clean, uncrowded, and with plenty of loungers available. The snack bar had a decent range of food. Es Canar exceeded our expectations, having read that there wasn't much in the area. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Hippy market on a Weds. Ibiza is so much more than clubs and bars. Es Canar is the perfect base to explore the islands beauty.

Luis was our receptionist when we arrived, four hours later than expected, due to delayed flights. He was helpful and helped us plan our week and suggested many restaurants and beaches. The room was clean, had a kitchenette, and the balcony views were awesome. The room service was professional as they kept checking on us for towels or cleaning when requested.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were cleaned daily by friendly maids. The hotel wasn't too crowded so there was never a wait for anything. We only breakfast at the hotel as we chose to go out every night for our dinner. Good selection of drinks at the bar and snack bar was fab. Would definitely return in the future.

Had a lovely stay at the Atlantic Hotel. Our room was lovely and clean, comfy beds. Pool side didn’t seem that busy but couldn’t get a sun bed as the same people had the same sun beds each day, so they must have got up at 6am. The only downside of the hotel was in the restaurant, there wasn’t enough staff to set the tables and clear away the food. You had to set your own table with cutlery when you arrived in the restaurant otherwise you would never get any. Pizza was lovely at the snack bar until they ran out of cheese and put Parmesan on instead for our last few days which was awful. The animation team are awful, music too loud. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice clean hotel. Very welcoming staff. Unfortunately, the safe in our room cost €30 for ten nights use. And the tourist tax was €30 each too. So as soon as we arrived we had spent the best part of €100 at the reception which I found expensive indeed. The food was OK if mostly the same on most days we stayed there. The pool was great, along with the patio.

Absolutely loved our stay. Our room was lovely, comfortable, clean. House keeping team were excellent, always pleasant. Restaurant, good, varied menu, even a fussy eater could find something. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Bar staff pleasant. Pools a bit chilly ! Animation team good only one critisism, itinery wasnt well displayed....didnt know what entertainment was on each evening. Overall though, excellant holiday.

We stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Ibiza as a family, and overall it was a good experience. The hotel is family-friendly, with activities and pools for children, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. That being said, there are a few areas that could be improved. On the website, it states that the hotel provides a pool towel service, but in reality each guest is only given one towel for the entire stay, and towel exchanges are charged at €2 per towel. Regarding the buffet, breakfast was great with plenty of options, but lunch and dinner lacked variety, especially in terms of protein choices. Another point worth noting is that not all rooms and apartments are located in the same building. The hotel doesn’t provide a porter service to help with luggage, which made it a bit challenging for us to carry suitcases, a stroller, and kids to our apartment located in a separate building. They did provide a trolley (similar to those at airports), which was helpful. The hotel also has a private beach, but it’s in an area with many seaweeds, which isn’t ideal for children. However, if you walk a little further along, you can find spots with clearer water. Given that the hotel is away from the busier party areas, I also think it would be nice if they offered more evening entertainment for guests. One of the biggest downsides for us was the parking situation. The parking lot is not at the hotel itself but a few minutes away, completely uncovered, and located in an open field. Charging €15 per night under these conditions felt unreasonable. If the parking had been on-site, closed, and with proper security, the price would have made more sense. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and with a few adjustments this hotel could easily be excellent.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred on the evening of [date]. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:45 pm for our dinner, only to be informed that it had already closed, despite the fact that dinner is included in the package we have paid for. We fully acknowledged that we were late and explained that we understood it was our mistake. However, we politely asked if it would be possible to receive something from the cold buffet, especially for our children. Our request was initially refused without any willingness to assist. After a lot of effort, a manager named Carlos eventually provided us with only two cold plates for the children, clearly stating that we would receive nothing for ourselves. To make matters worse, an employee named Adrian stood over us and monitored the situation to ensure that we only took food for the children. He was watching us the entire time, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable, unwelcome, and treated with suspicion — as if we might attempt to take something we were not allowed. This behaviour was humiliating and completely unacceptable for a hospitality environment. The overall attitude and approach were deeply disappointing, and we genuinely felt offended by the way we were treated. We even offered to pay extra in order to have something to eat, yet we were told that we should simply look for a restaurant outside the hotel. This suggestion, at nearly 10:00 pm — and considering that we had already paid for our dinner — was unprofessional and entirely inappropriate. We sincerely hope that you will review this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that no other guests experience such treatment in the future. A more understanding, flexible, and courteous approach from your staff would have resolved this situation easily and respectfully.

Hotel rooms are very small and not enough space to move around the room. Staff generally friendly and helpful, house keeping is great, our room was cleaned very nicely. Restaurant buffet food has so many cheap deep fried unhealthy food. Fresh fish available but when grilled the fish in oil, fish became soggy and all you can taste is awful quality cooking oil. Cheap ingredients creates tasteless food, even pasta sauces are so boring, they should cook pasta front of the guests with nice beef bolognaise or different pesto sauces and fresh ingredients. All inclusive bar offers are limited and even for a cup cappuccino from espresso machine, they are asking money which is very short sighted to ask this to all inclusive hotel quests. Snack bar is again with lots of heart attack food choices. Spain has blessed with beautiful vegetable growing options and nothing in this buffet represent nice salads with meat or fish, vegetarian options. How about putting a wood fired pizza oven to offer nice pizza options. Breakfast again lacking good presentation of breakfast items and options are not good. Very unappetising. Reception area sofas are also so old and dreadful looking, they are very old and uncomfortable to sit on. All above points can be dealt by management easily. Hotels winning factor is friendly staff and the location.

This was our second stay, the first being in 2023. We enjoyed our stay and love the location. The view from our room was amazing, we did pay for a sea view but it was partial. The food was good but I agree with another comment stating more protein is required, I love fish and was absolutely loved the choice but my husband don't and was struggling with the choice. The snack shack is fantastic.The down side for me is the brewing facilities in the room are never replaced throughout your stay and this includes clean cups and glasses. You state you provide toiletries but infact it's liquid soap/shower gel, I had to go out and buy toiletries. negatives, the level of the music round the pool from 10:30am ... there is no chilling when that starts it's very loud and lastly the quality of the drinks for AI has significantly reduced, coffee in a plastic glass, which is harsh, and the alcohol and soft drinks for AI guests are not quality at all.

Mixed bag. Hotel is perfectly located in the resort, although the beach opposite it isn't nice at all. The hotel needs an upgrade as the pictures they sell do not show the maintenance issues. Reception staff are very friendly, but we did have issues with the male lifeguard who is rude / hostile and the girl who serves food from the van is very sour faced / not approachable, similar to the chefs. The top area of sunbeds reserved for those with a superior room - im glad we got to use them as the white sunbeds are filthy and the bali beds are very uncomfortable. Food is typical buffet style, some things hot and others which are meant to be hot are cold. The only vegetable we saw all week was broccoli with cheese on, which I thought was odd for an adult only hotel. There is always a good selection of salad. Do not bother with the al a carte restaurant, more weirdness happens there with below average food and a strange atmosphere. The massages are lovely and the girl is very friendly, so I went twice. Entertainment is weird. There is nothing in the day, a random person playing a piano at tea time and the evening we went to the evening entertainment there was two girls who mimed all night, although everyone else appeared to enjoy it, i dont know why! The demographic of people is much older here, there are plenty of couples etc but the vibe jsut isn't there. The room was lovely, but the shower and toilet are again weird, with no privacy at all, thanks for the balcony 🤣

We had a great stay at AluaSol Ibiza in early September. We booked an upgraded sea view room and the views are the best that we have ever experienced - with complete sea views! The bed was oriented within the room so that when we drew back the curtains all that we could see was the beach, sea and blue sky - an absolutely perfect start to every day. The breakfast was excellent - a huge selection. The evening meal was good but there was a limited selection for myself as a vegetarian. The staff were 5* and so helpful. The pool was well situated although I think in the peak months getting a lounger may have been an issue - we had the upgraded separate sunbathing terrace so no issues with getting seating there and it had it's own pool which was a nice touch. The area was perfect - not too busy but enough to do in the evening - walking around the bay was lovely at sunset. We will definite return. My only slight niggles were that the floor in the room needed to be replaced and there was a glass door on the toilet which didn't reach either the floor or the ceiling. The room cleanliness was better than five star hotels that we have stayed in - the sheets were changed twice even though we had only booked a five night stay!

We visited for a week end of September into October for my birthday & our wedding anniversary. The hotel is lovely. The staff were very friendly & helpful & gave us excellent service. Our room was cleaned every day. The food in the buffet restaurant was delicious & we had a meal at the ala carte restaurant which again was lovely. We will definitely return to this hotel x

My partner and I have just spent 8 nights at the hotel. What a fabulous place to stay. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.. Jasmine and Fatima in the restaurant are fantastic. If you have dietary requirements they were so helpful. Gluten free foods they take you round and show you everything that is safe to eat. Thanks to Jasmine for the gluten free cake and explaining what they can offer. Entertainment was brilliant and something for everyone.. Food was very varied and perfectly cooked . The pool area plenty of spaces and is very clean. Good sized pools. The beach is just outside of the hotel and the sunrises are breathtaking. Overall a lovely hotel in a lovely resort we will definitely be going back .

I travelled with my 3 adult children 20,23 & 26, Amazing Hotel, with great staff in every department. great location and good food and bar service. Adults only! was great, no messing about reserving beds as their were plenty for everybody. The animation team was really active and friendly. The holiday makers were really considerate, which made to a great holiday. The food had plenty of variation and the drinks if you wanted them kept flowing with lovely coffee at the pool bar.

Beautiful hotel, well located close by to the San Antonio center. It has a beach access. Staff is polite and accommodating. Rooftop with the sunset was great. Stayed in the loft sea view room, cozy and comfortable, we love the bathrobes they leave in this room. Overall excellent experience. We stayed here recently and while there were some positives, the overall experience didn’t fully meet expectations given the high nightly rates. Negatives: ⛔️ The hotel was fully booked, and the capacity of sunbeds around the pools was far from sufficient. ⛔️ “Better” sunbeds are available only for an extra charge, which feels unreasonable considering the already high room rates. ⛔️ Breakfast buffet is €25 per person, but the quality and variety were not up to that price. ⛔️ Pool staff were not attentive enough, and it’s not allowed to bring your own drinks to the pool – again, surprising for such a high-end price point. ⛔️The evening buffet is no longer available, and the on-site restaurants are expensive with a rather limited food selection. ⛔️ Check-in was delayed, and the “direct sea view” we booked was not quite what we had imagined. Positives: ✅ Lovely rooftop with a beautiful view. However, the infinity pool is small and there are not enough loungers when the hotel is busy. ✅ Clean towels, good housekeeping, and general service in terms of cleaning and maintenance. ✅ Direct access to the beach, although the beach itself is quite small. Overall, this hotel has some great features and an excellent location, but the management needs to address capacity issues, pricing policy, and service consistency to match the premium rates they charge.

My wife and I had lovely stay here, we find the hotel such a good relaxing place with real good modern vibe. Our second stay here and not disappointed. We were well looked after from checking in from Paula , who sorted a welcome bottle of Cava and strawberries for our anniversary. The breakfast choice was fantastic and plentyful . Will definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed. The staff were pleasant, which made a big difference. The room was modern, clean, and tidy – exactly what you want after a long day out. Breakfast was great too, with loads of variety to choose from. There was something for everyone. The only small downside was the air con – it worked fine for me, but my partner found it a bit warm at times and wished it was cooler. Overall though, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again

Disappointing Experience – Far Below Meliá Standards We were very disappointed by our stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Ibiza, especially considering our previous positive experiences with Meliá hotels. Arrival & Check-In Our disappointment began upon arrival. The first contact at reception was already problematic due to the staff member’s very limited English skills. Communication was frustrating and ineffective. We were assigned a room where the noise from a malfunctioning air conditioning unit (or a similar system) made it absolutely impossible to sleep. We immediately reported the issue and were promised that someone would be sent to help. We waited in the room for over three hours—unpacked and ready to go out for dinner with friends—only to receive a phone call saying, “If it’s really that bad, you can just change rooms,” with no assistance offered whatsoever. We were left to figure it out on our own. Housekeeping & Room Service The next day, our room wasn’t cleaned and no fresh towels were provided. Only after persistent requests did we finally receive some towels. There was no complimentary drinking water in the room, which we find to be a basic minimum standard. A QR code was provided for food and drink orders, which we tried to use, but nothing happened. When we called reception to ask how it worked, we were laughed at and told that there is no room service. Pool & Breakfast Poolside service was also a letdown. We asked for sunbeds but were told there were none available. After searching ourselves, we found two dirty, waterlogged loungers—again, with no help or initiative from staff. Breakfast on the first day was chaotic. There was no guidance or assistance from the staff, and getting a table felt more like a fight than a relaxing start to the day. We gave up after that and didn’t return for breakfast again. Staff To be fair, a few individuals at the reception desk were very kind and tried their best. Unfortunately, they were the exception rather than the rule. ⸻ We expected a far better experience from a Meliá property. While the location might be attractive, the service, communication, and overall hospitality were sorely lacking. We would not return to this hotel.

I got married at the Ibiza Twiins Hotel on September 27, 2025, and our experience was truly amazing! The hotel provided a very well-organized wedding package with great value. Special thanks to Neus and the gentleman with glasses who helped us coordinate everything — the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The food, atmosphere, and overall vibes were fantastic. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive - so many options and great quality, definitely worth it! If you’re planning to get married in Ibiza, this is absolutely a great place to consider. We stayed in the Suites, and it was the perfect choice for our wedding preparation. The view was incredible, the stay was comfortable, and it made the whole experience even more special. Truly worth it!

We have just enjoyed an excellent all-inclusive week at this hotel as part of a TUI package. The whole experience was very enjoyable and I cannot compliment the staff highly enough for their willingness to assist with any of our needs. It makes a refreshing change to see staff with a smile on their face - Fran at the pool bar was our personal favourite. The food was an extensive buffet style with variations on every night. The 'loud music' entertainment that some other reviews mention was between 10-11pm, which we enjoyed with an alcoholic beverage most nights before going to bed. The South facing sea view from the pool area is spectacular and boat trips, car hire and other excursions are available within walking distance of the location. The only minor negative we had is that when you stay at a hotel in Ibiza, some other guests will return from a night out in the early hours and be a little noisy. This isn't a fault of the hotel and we were only disturbed briefly on 1 night out of the 7 night stay.

The food is excellent, with a wide variety of options, including breakfast. The cleaning staff always carry out their work with a smile, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. However, if you are seeking peace and quiet, this may not be the ideal place. In the evenings, the music is extremely loud and can be heard in the rooms, even with the balcony door closed. The restaurant host, Rafa, came across as unfriendly and not very welcoming. On the other hand, Eva from the service team truly stands out. She is consistently friendly, cheerful, and speaks fluent English. She would certainly deserve a promotion to hostess or even a higher position within the hotel.

I stayed at Ibiza Twins for five days in July (a long weekend) and was impressed from day one. The hotel itself has an appealing design, and both the rooms and facilities are modern and well thought out. The staff deserves special mention – very friendly, highly service-oriented, and always ready to help with a smile. I felt well taken care of in every situation. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of space and sunbeds for everyone. Service by the pool was excellent as well, and everything was kept very clean. There is also a small beach directly in front of the hotel, which is quite charming. I particularly recommend the little beach bar there – great atmosphere and food. Sunbeds need to be rented separately (around €6 each), but that’s fair. The location is ideal if you plan to visit Ibiza’s famous clubs – it’s lively and has a strong party vibe. The hotel’s own evening entertainment wasn’t really my taste, but it’s good quality for those who enjoy that kind of program. From the hotel, it’s about a 30-minute walk to Ibiza Old Town in one direction and about the same to Hï Ibiza on the other side – very manageable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Ibiza Twins, especially for those combining relaxation with the Ibiza nightlife experience.

The hotel area was very nice, not too crowded and almost no children. We had a suite, the room was good, but the extra bed felt like a hospital bed and made a lot of noise with every movement. The food was extremely tasty, the view was great, and the staff very friendly. I also really liked the Starbucks point! The only real downside: the music. It was terrible – with strange monkey sounds and nothing modern or enjoyable. Luckily, we had our own headphones.

Location is great. Service in all restaurants is extremely slow, breakfast is no good and most of all a significant amount of plates and cups were dirty, what a great way to start the day. Food is very average in general. No parking was available as they reserved it for a special event, sending me to park in a municipal spot. Wouldn’t have rented if I had known. Had to walk all the way over to the sister hotel to check out, last thing you need when heading to the airport on a schedule. Room is basic but OK. Paper thin walls, but since even the bars close pretty early it wasn’t a big problem. Cleanliness was average, didn’t feel like anyone vacuums the place, empty bottles etc were forgotten on tables, etc.

Bring shower shoes. First, you can’t beat the location. Looking out over the water, just a few meters away, as you’re eating breakfast, is simply amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff; they were wonderful at answering questions and supplying recommendations. Walkability is great. You’re ten minutes away from restaurants and an even shorter trip away from groceries. The property itself is gorgeous. The gym is spacious and well equipped. However, I’m really surprised at the state of the shower in the room. Not only had the grout severely mildewed, but there was black-looking mold growing in the corner. To their credit, when I mentioned it to reception, they sent maintenance staff down as soon as they arrived in the morning. They re-caulked around the shower. At the price point of this hotel, I feel that it’s something that should have been addressed long before a guest notices black mold. I’m thankful for the quick fix, but I still can’t say that I enjoyed using the shower.

Big disappointment 😔 We stayed for a 7 nights business trip. They don't change bed linens until you explicitly ask for it, it's been 4 days without them changed until we asked. Overall cleaning quality is barely "acceptable". We even noticed some mold. The breakfast is below avegare quality for the price range they ask. I don't recommend.

The Kraken

We stayed in the room for €250, and for this price we got none of the accessories (toothbrushes, sleepers or bath robe). Our room had very weak WiFi. The cleaning is weak too. They don't change bed sheets, only after 4 nights after our request they changed them. They don't refill soaps and tea, you have to ask for this. The breakfast was OK but nothing special, meat dishes aren't tasty at all. Balcony door has no mosquito net, so we had noizy nights. Tea basket has mold inside.

Unacceptable customer service during heavy rains I had a confirmed booking at Meliá Ibiza, but a tropical storm hit the island — flights were canceled, the city was flooded, and reaching Ibiza was literally impossible. Despite sending documentation from the airline and news reports about the storm, the hotel refused to refund or even offer a credit. It’s extremely disappointing that a so-called 4-star hotel would prioritize profit over basic fairness and safety during a natural disaster. I expected empathy and flexibility, not rigid policies that punish guests for events completely outside their control. If you value integrity and good customer service, look elsewhere.

Great hotel in a great location. We stayed here early Sept 2025. Staff were all excellent and helpful. Located next to a small beach in a cove with stunning sunsets. Shout out to the amazing Guy who runs the beach beds and bar. Brilliant cocktails served to your bed. Restaurant on the waterside serves amazing fish dishes and low price. Hotel has lots and lots of steps so not recommended for anyone who is not a lover of steps!! Bit strange but the safes in the rooms are screwed go the floor so lots of kneeling down to get stuff out. We were only B&B so only can comment on breakfast which was good. It’s about a ten minute walk into the main resort but it’s a much better location. All in all great holiday in Portinatx.

Had a fantastic week end of September to beginning of October. Everything from the staff, the food, facilities & x2 pools were brilliant. Stunning location, chilled vibe, so pretty. The hotel is right by a small picturesque cove, where you can rent sunbeds, umbrella's & sip cocktails made by the very charismatic Carlos. The sea is safe & easily accessible, with watersport equipment to hire & plenty of lovely restaurants overlooking the cove. Didn't want to leave, we'll be back again!!

When we arrived, service staff was very polite and courteous. There was some issues when we first arrived but the stay overall was good. On the first night we arrived the room was very hot because the air-con was not on for our arrival. We needed help to work it however the staff was very helpful with this. Our Hot tub was broken when we arrived and couldn’t use it the first day due to it was not filling up with water however the local site manager did fix the issue as quick as he could which am thankful for. Our room wasn’t cleaned well when we first arrived. Clear dirt on the floor. Our room service food was still in the room from the night before which showed us the room wasn’t even cleaned in the day when we was out chilling by the pool However again the staff was fantastic when I made them aware of the issue but on the other hand I shouldn’t need to make them aware, as the room should have been cleaned in the day which was problematic. Other issue that was problematic was the extra toilet roll I requested. It was left on the toilet brush stick which I thought was unhygienic, rendered us from not being able to use it. The manager gave us a bottle of cava to say sorry which I totally respect and very happy with. This for me was good customer service. The songs on the radio around the pool kept repeating thought-out the day so I would recommend some variety with the playlist. The Lana del rey summer time saddest kept playing which got boring, more songs of different types the better. The buffet was ok, breakfast buffet was fantastic, sausages and eggs was the highlight of the meal. The dinner buffet needed more variety for people who do not like seafood, more cooked meat would be better. Restaurant staff was very good and the buffet was clean and the drinks were fantastic. Food was average overall with the exemption of the pool bar restaurant which had a fantastic for menu choice and the food tasted great and to mention the staff were excellent by the pool. Drinks were also a highlight of the trip. Cocktails were very good, bar staff were very polite and helpful. The swimming pool was also very clean. Overall the pool area was the best bit about the hotel. Overall our stay was probably 4/5. The staff was lovely and fantastic. Very polite and very helpful. Facilities were good overall. Lost one star due to the issues we had when we arrived but improved as the week progressed. Wish this establishment all the best in the future because the staff were great and the hotel has a lot of potential moving forwards !

A great holiday at this hotel at the quieter end of Portinatx, but also not far from bars and beaches. Excellent, friendly service from the staff at Reception and the Pool Bar (including a complimentary drink on arrival), and even a complimentary drink offered while we were waiting for our taxi to leave! The room was spacious with a view over the bay and the 2 swimming pools were clean and relaxed. Good food, good entertainment. Definitely considering returning.

Completely fell in love with this place 🥰 Although it is run by the Barcelo group, with the standard you expect, it has the really special feel of a family run hotel. All the staff are friendly and hard working and go the extra mile, but the stars of the show are the pool bar team, I need to eat gluten free and Eduardo and his team all made sure I had amazing and varied food by adjusting the menu wherever possible. The rooms were spacious and beds were super comfy, amazing view of the sea, peaceful at night, loved listening to the cicadas in this amazing location. We will definitely return to this hotel 🤗
