Our stay at the Atlantic was really enjoyable. We had a self-catering room on the 3rd floor, with a sea view. Rooms are basic but more than adequate. Maid service daily, the ladies were always polite and accommodating. It was slightly noisy if the doors were banging or neighbours were loud. The pool area was clean, uncrowded, and with plenty of loungers available. The snack bar had a decent range of food. Es Canar exceeded our expectations, having read that there wasn't much in the area. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Hippy market on a Weds. Ibiza is so much more than clubs and bars. Es Canar is the perfect base to explore the islands beauty.

Luis was our receptionist when we arrived, four hours later than expected, due to delayed flights. He was helpful and helped us plan our week and suggested many restaurants and beaches. The room was clean, had a kitchenette, and the balcony views were awesome. The room service was professional as they kept checking on us for towels or cleaning when requested.

Had a lovely stay at the Atlantic Hotel. Our room was lovely and clean, comfy beds. Pool side didn’t seem that busy but couldn’t get a sun bed as the same people had the same sun beds each day, so they must have got up at 6am. The only downside of the hotel was in the restaurant, there wasn’t enough staff to set the tables and clear away the food. You had to set your own table with cutlery when you arrived in the restaurant otherwise you would never get any. Pizza was lovely at the snack bar until they ran out of cheese and put Parmesan on instead for our last few days which was awful. The animation team are awful, music too loud. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice clean hotel. Very welcoming staff. Unfortunately, the safe in our room cost €30 for ten nights use. And the tourist tax was €30 each too. So as soon as we arrived we had spent the best part of €100 at the reception which I found expensive indeed. The food was OK if mostly the same on most days we stayed there. The pool was great, along with the patio.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were cleaned daily by friendly maids. The hotel wasn't too crowded so there was never a wait for anything. We only breakfast at the hotel as we chose to go out every night for our dinner. Good selection of drinks at the bar and snack bar was fab. Would definitely return in the future.

Just got back from a weeks stay. What a fantastic time we had. Staff were amazing, the animation team in particular were brilliant. The hotel was lovely, great facilities and slap bang on the beach. Food was excellent, really fresh with a good variety. Family room was perfect, children had their own room and bathroom and the lovely cleaning ladies came most days. Highly recommend for a family holiday.

Arrived around 14:00 and checked in, room was ready so we were able to check in earlier that the 15:00 that was stated which was a bonus. Room was lovely and clean, was expecting a bit more of a view from the room we had booked (showed us on our booking) however not really that important as we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. Rooms were kept lovely and clean and towels changed regularly and on request by the housekeeping. All areas of the hotel were very well kept. The pools were great and the splash park too. The life guards are on site and keep a very close eye on all the pools. Location is amazing! Lovely beach and calm waters, lots of family friendly bars and restaurants and a quick (and cheap) bus ride to Santa Eulalia too Only really have positives about the hotel...The only downside was the dreaded reserving the sun loungers with towels! The pools open at 10 (also when the life guards arrive for the entire day) we stayed for a week as a family of 3 and unfortunately we were unable to secure sun loungers. We went down at 9 am ready to swim and all the loungers were taken with towels with only a handful of people actually at the pool the rest were I assume having breakfast. We eventually managed to drag 1 sun lounger for the 3 of us and then could get another one later in the afternoon as people left. We went earlier the next day and same situation. By 7am all loungers were taken and nobody on them. Some people were little towels down and the going to the beach!! only to return later in the day anf jump back in their spot at one stage there were over 50 unoccupied loungers with towels on (frustrated at this point hence the count) and we again were left with 1 between the three of us. We were not the only family to encounter this and ended up heading over to the suites to use the pool there...I know this happens at lots of hotels but it really was a let down. Even with the lounger situation we had a wonderful time in Ibiza!, we would stay again and would highly recommend the hotel to other families.

The animation team was simply amazing! Always full of energy, creativity, and good vibes, they made each day fun and unique. The activities were very well organized and catered to all ages, from games and sports to incredible evening shows. You could truly see the effort and passion they put into their work. Thanks to them, our stay was unforgettable. Definitely one of the best animation teams we've ever experienced

Got there late Sunday night due to a flight delay to be put into a small room even though booked the suites. Was told Monday morning the power had knocked the power out in the lifts in the suites but we could still have them if wanted. Found out the lifts are actually under renovation and that other people had been informed by the hotel and travel rep 3-4 weeks prior. The suites had a lovely pool area but if I wanted to get any drinks or food with the all inclusive then you had to go all the way back over to the main hotel, needs a little bar area for food and snacks. No tea or coffee in the suites either like there was in the hotel rooms. Food in the buffet was lovely. Kids enjoyed the puddings the most. The snack bar was also good. Hot dogs were lovely. Staff were all so very friendly. The entertainment team in the rose bar at a night were good too.

Leo, Oscar, Chris and the Animation Team were very welcoming for our kids and family. Kids club is ace! The way they make our kids and all the kids around the resort feel is a joy to watch. Quiz nights, games around the pool , evening entertainment is 10/10! The BEST animation team EVER!

Lovely hotel stay. Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was good, lots of variety and quantity. Pool, there was never an issue getting a sun lounger, as the sun moved there was always free beds to move to. Good pool, just deep enough, seemed cold when you first get in, but this was just how it was, you get use to it. Nice room, air-con working well. Lost a star as the main bar was closed, and you had to go to restaurant for drinks in the evening, this meant it lacked atmosphere etc. But overall good hotel.

Great hotel with amazing customer service. Perfect location and lots of space for everyone to relax on the hotel grounds. The Rooms are good but the only thing that needs fixing are the curtains. They're not blackout curtains so the sun will wake you up very early. Some people love that but I would like to have the choice to sleep in longer without light.

A certificate of excellence from my family would not be enough! We are staying in room no 405 and this is by far the best ever! First and next impressions are nothing short of perfect: beautiful design, stylish interior and common areas, cleanliness, overly friendly staff at reception and elsewhere!, spectacular views, wonderful location at the beach (pine trees!). There is no one thing I could find fault with, and my husband happens to be very difficult to please. This place is perfect from A to Z. I am so grateful to all who make it so unique (housekeeping deserve a separate thank you note!) The food is so exquisite! A genuine 5 star experience. The hotel exceeds all our expectations. The pictures don't do it justice- it is even better!

A very well run hotel. Good location with left and right 5 minute walks to beaches. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Breakfast very good, a great selection. A spa should you need it. If you go for a sea view you get morning sun. Would thoroughly recommend. Bed and Breakfast great value and hotel prices for food and drinks not unreasonable by Ibiza standards.

I read numerous reviews before booking this hotel and not a single review mentioned anything about their deposit. I had two rooms due to easy jet booking two rooms. On arrival I was asked for 500 euro deposit otherwise we couldn’t check in. 250 euro per room. This is not listed anywhere!!! As we spent a lot of money on the deposit we billed back to the room, on check they wouldn’t deduct it from the deposit we had to pay for this on top, you check out and are told once house keeping check you may or may not get the deposit back.

Lovely hotel but a few disappointments. Our hotel stay was lovely, we had a lovely time with the pool and the room was nice enough. However i will say that there were a few concerns with our stay. We paid extra for an ocean view room and we’re not provided with one, i made the hotel aware but they didn’t do anything. Our shower drain was blocked and there were smeared hand prints all over the glass doors in our room. Please be aware that the doors for the shower and toilet are glass which you can see and hear through, there is not a lot of privacy. The beds were lovely and comfy though! We paid for half board so we had breakfast and dinner included. the food was lovely but the service could’ve used a bit of work. I was unaware that being half board meant that you weren’t provided with water. That did not stop a member of staff having a go at me in front of everyone for helping myself to a glass of water. She could have been nice and polite regarding the matter but she was far from it, only all inclusive guests get the luxury of water. Instead they told me to sit back down and pay for a bottle of water. At one point we brought down a bottle of water from the hotel room that was provided by the hotel, they had a go at us regarding this as-well even though the hotel themselves had provided it. Most of the staff were nice enough but this really wasn’t a good experience. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome at a hotel that during dinner at this hotel. I had paid a lot to stay here for an entire week but it felt like i was being treated as someone who was not welcome.

What a lovely find! The hotel is right by the beach which makes it feel extra luxurious, the staff is amazing, very friendly and extremely helpful (big up for Carlos, Ivan, and good luck Pablo on your first week there! You're doing amazing! And Valentina is great doing all the entertainment ✨) We went all inclusive and the option of drinks is vast, lots of delicious cocktails and fruit juices. The food was a pleasant surprise considering one of us is vegan and we didn't have high expectations, but actually we really enjoyed it, there was a big selection of all sorts of food, including vegetables, lots of bread, a salad bar with all sorts, including a make-your-own salad (loved it) and a lot of fresh fruit. The spa is a very nice touch for extra relaxation. We absolutely loved it and we couldn't recommend it more! 10/10 ✨

I booked a short break and this place was on offer at a good price. On arrival we was welcomed in offered a drink and nothing was a problem. The reception staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. Bar staff and also dinner staff was very welcoming. In all just a great place in a great location.

It was the first time I have stayed at this hotel and Ibiza. The service was second to none. A glass of Prosecco on arrival went down very well served by the lovely Jasmine. The front desk staff, the bar staff by the pool, the servers in the restaurant all gave excellent customer service at all times. The staff in the restaurant always very busy but not too busy to smile and make guests feel welcome. House keeping staff friendly and attentive, clean rooms. Exercise and activities were fantastic filled with enthusiasm and gusto. I feel this is a real gem of place and would happily return again. What really blew me away was the staff were always attentive, happy, kind and I genuinely felt the staff really had the guests best interest at heart and would do all they could to ensure a very pleasant experience. I stayed at the resort 7 nights AI Long enough to get a feel of the place. The food was varied with many different options every day. It Wouid have been nice to have freshly squeezed fruit juices ( my only negative) The other small negative were certain aspects of the hotel needing a refresh but it was obvious that this was taking place as there were workmen on the property. Thank you so much for an enjoyable holiday 😊

Amazing hotel! We had the best time of our lives. The staff was super sweet and the food was really good. We were only here for 4 days so the location was okay for us but most of the ‘fun’ things to do are in the north or west of the island so you had to buy a really expensive cap to get there so that was unfortunate. We also didn’t have amazing weather but that is obviously not the hotels fault. They definitely made sure you still had an amazing time even with a little less good weather!!

We had a wonderful stay at the INNSiDE by Meliá Ibiza. The experience was even better than expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures— modern and cozy. We enjoyed the breakfast selection, which offered a wide variety each morning and added a special touch to the stay. A special thanks to Alexandra at the front desk—she was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm welcome and assistance made a great impression and truly elevated the whole experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ibiza and would love to return!

Great hotel and location, staff excellent and great choice of food at breakfast. Only slight down point is kids aren’t allowed on rooftop bar before 8pm but didn’t affect holiday as was out and about. Drinks and food a little pricey.

This hotel was the perfect location for me and my friend. The hotel is modern with spacious bedrooms that are calming and have a reasonable size balcony. The reception and pool staff are kind and caring and always there to help with everything! Victor on the rooftop restaurant was a gem, very attentive and kind to us. Make sure you book a dinner table for the rooftop highly recommended to watch the sunset. The down-the-stairs pool gets shadowed by the hotel after 2 pm, so make sure you grab a sunbed on the rooftop! The food was delicious and wish we got half board - you can pay £20 a day for dinner buffet and was not disappointed when we did. Perfect location to get to San Antino and other party spots if needed, taxi comes straight to the hotel door.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Our room on the 5th floor was clean and well-appointed, offering a comfortable experience. The rooftop bar and pool were particularly impressive, providing a great place to relax with stunning views. The hotel’s location is excellent, being close to all the main attractions and just a short walk from the beach. While the food was decent, there is some room for improvement. The air conditioning in our room could have been cooler. Despite these minor issues, we highly recommend this hotel for its overall value and amenities.

A lovely hotel in a great location, the welcome drink upon arrival is a nice touch. The breakfast selection is great and the pools are clean and quiet. Ordering taxis via Reception is very easy and reliable. We also rented a car for 3 days from a local company which was great to drive around and find lovely coves and restaurants along the coast. A taxi into old town is about 40 mins and cost us approx €45. The staff were lovely and attentive, breakfast can feel at times a little chaotic with not enough people working so waiting to order fresh eggs or acquiring missing cutlery can be challenging. A few missing touches throughout the hotel which would truly make it a 4 star experience. For example, giving bottled water in the room each day would be helpful. We asked for two bottles at the bar and was charged €9. There is fruit-water in Reception you can fill your bottles with, but would be a nice touch in the rooms. The option to order a proper coffee at breakfast (flat white etc), the machine coffee is pretty dreadful if you want a good coffee in the morning. Requesting pool towels is an overly difficult process. It seems there is no trust between the hotel and its guests, it would be preferable (and easier) to take and return a towel independently rather than being questioned how many people are in the room and then checking via a piece of paper that we weren’t lying(!) Overall, a lovely and relaxing week away. Many thanks to everyone at Barcelo Hotel.

The room was clean, cool and all we needed. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The peaceful pace of life was fabulous, from very busy working weeks in London to this hotel was exactly what we wanted. No noise, no happy excited children, no craziness associated to Ibiza. Quiet area, great food, fantastic staff, perfect if you want peace and to relax. The staff at the pool bar were excellent, often busy but manged the food service brilliantly, the chef at the pool bar,while we were there was top class, I've been a chef previously, and it was clear he took pride in the appearance of what he prepared, you first eat with your eyes when food is served, it look amazing and tasted great just as good. Chef clearly cared about he was serving. All bar staff were on top of their game and manged guests brilliantly. And if things couldnt get better, we were offered an ice bucket, bottle of cava and 2 glasses to sit on the balcony watching the sunset, we laughed at how great it was. Our first time there and we will certainly be booking to go back there next year once we return home.

We stayed at the Barcelo hotel chain for the first time when we visited Portinatx in Ibiza. Very impressive hotel. Lovely breakfast, and the location was close to beaches and the small town of Portinatx. The hotel has a large indoor and outdoor reception areas and two outdoor pools. The only minor negative was that we had to ask for more toilet roll, however, the housekeeping staff sorted that immediately. We would certainly stay here again.

What an amazing hotel. ❤️ The staff was super friendly! Breakfast was one of the best ones I ever seen. Plenty of options and different things available every day. Nice touch was the Cava at the breakfast and fresh orange juice. I was excited to wake up every day and go for the brekkie. Room was super nice and had a amazing view.. Unfortunately we struggled with drain smell from the bathroom pretty much every day - each time we asked for it to be cleaned they sorted it immediately I must say. We had Junior Suite with Sea view which also had little kitchen area with 2 hobs, microwave, sink and little fridge but unfortunately no equipment to use like simple pans, cutlery, plates or basic ingredients and the fridge was very hot even on maximum so it was kind of pointless. The hotel cat Felipe was super nice surprise and we loved him so much! 😻 I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to have nice relaxed holidays.. And as gay couple we felt so welcomed at all times so definitely LGBT friendly. 😊

The staff are 100% customer focused. The manager David has managed to put one the top teams in the industry around him. Nico , Maria, many more deserve mentions. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in my many travels around the world 🌎. I always say I will never return to a place that I have already visited, but this is truly the exception!

Great hotel! The breakfast buffet is fine. Lunch we ate at the outdoor snack area and was always fantastic. Dinner buffet food was a bit of aletdown, and getting a drink with dinner is pretty much not going to happen. Service was good all servers wher happy to help and always had a smile, especially Israel that works at the snack bar she was the best! The hotel and the pool areas were always clean and tidy. We stayed in the suites the veiws are fantastic and the rooms wher clean. The location is good depending on what you're looking for, halfway between the big clubs and the old town. It's also a very short taxi to the airport. Even had a little supermarket next door. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. The upper level area of the pool is fantastic. Just use your wristband to gain access and not your room key card like we did, hahaha

Our stay was PERFECT 🤩. We got free upgrade from half pension to all inclusive because we were on honeymoon trip. Miryam is a very nice lady, and also Denisse was very helpful when my husband lost his wedding ring in the public toilet in the hotel, although we cannot find the ring anymore but we saw that they were doing everything they could to find the ring. The staffs were very nice and friendly. The food was amazing, the entertainment was nice. The room was super clean. Nothing to complain.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. My friend booked this and it did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and welcoming with a smile. Our rooms were clean and spacious with sea views. Breakfast did not disappoint too with plenty of options. There were enough sunbeds around the pools most of time. To top it off, there were free live entertainment every night! (although we only stayed in one night, it was surprisingly good). Will consider coming back again.

The hotel is beautiful, with a great view, in a quiet location. Rooms are well designed, very clean and I appreciated the comfort of the beds. However, the food was disappointing and for this reason I wouldn't recommend the half board. Breakfast was good, but most of plates/cutleries were dirty. The gym is spacious and well equipped. I would suggest to add havier weight dumbbells as the heaviest is 14 kg. Overall more attention from the staff to the guests would make the experience better.

This is such a lovely hotel - I have been coming for a number of years and it has always been great, but the recent upgrade has made it even better. My boyfriend and I stayed in the Level - gorgeous room with an amazing sea view. There is also free wine, beer and soft drinks available all day, as well as a tapas hour each evening. The staff are all very friendly and attentive and the whole hotel has a relaxed feel.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. The service, amenities, breathtaking views of the water completely exceeded my expectations. My girlfriend and I stayed at the Levels resort and we really enjoyed the breakfast and ongoing food/drink options offered throughout the day. The hotel is located right on the cliffs looking out onto the ocean and we loved being able to sit out on our deck in the morning to watch the sun rise or sip our coffee. We also loved being able to walk the path along the cliffs to see the beautiful surroundings at ground level. Levels offers a separate rooftop pool which was quiet and nice to relax. We also enjoyed visiting the main pool which was busier but the pool itself was gorgeous. The service was amazing across the board. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - all of the front desk staff and servers greeted us with a smile and always helped us with any queries we had. I want to give a special thank you to the team who helped organize a surprise for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday. They went out of their way to decorate the room while we were away and surrounded our room with special balloons, champagne and chocolates. It really made our trip and will forever be a memorable experience for us. Thank you for an incredible stay, we already can’t wait to return!

Everything is extra. You want a pool bed it’s €120 per person, you want to go to the roof? Yeah that €120 a person. It’s an old hotel dressed up be be nice but lacks the basics being nice. The bed is more comfortable in prison than these beds, the room can hold one case. The food is more expensive than Dubai. THE ONLY good things are the pool and the hotel layout and the spa. The rest is far from being a good hotel

Fabulous stay at this lovely hotel. Small rooms but lovely view from the junior sea view room. Gorgeous shower room. Steam room and sauna were ooo so my spa experience wasn't fab. Had to pay 5 euros to use the Nespresso machine which I thought was cheeky. Overall good experience.
