Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were attentive, helpful and always friendly. The rooms were lovely - only thing was there was no coffee and the fridge was not very cold but this was minor. The hotel was in a great location and the breakfast and dinner was amazing!! So much choice and variety and great for vegetarians. Really loved this hotel and 100% will stay again

We visit ibiza twice a year and it was our first time at this hotel. I wasn't very happy that the rooms aren't available until 3pm as this wasn't stated by Tui when booking, it's such a long wait when you're on the 6am flight never had this at any other hotel. The reception area smells beautiful. We had the inspire twin pool view room and the room was immaculate. Mini fridge, kettle, hairdryer and safe all provided in the rooms. Beds are so comfortable and room was cleaned every day. The restaurant was lovely and clean and plenty of choice for breakfast.....loved the sweetie corner! Choice of 2 pools, we opted for the front pool which is the quiet one. Excellent location, Lidl over the road, Bus station is a 5 minute walk and the west end is only a 10 minute walk. I will be returning but please look at the option of the rooms being accessible on arrival, when you have guests checking out at 07.30am there is simply no excuse!

Enjoyed my time at this hotel. Didn't seem to busy in the pool areas so could relax during the day fine. Hotel rooms were clean and shower was good. The location to the bars and strip is ideal too. The only downside to the hotel is the deposit for the cups rule. I get while hotels do it, but for me just find it annoying. Would come back again

Overall the hotel was very nice. Two clean pools which were not too busy so it was easy to get a sunbed. The rooms were really nice too with a balcony. The room also had a small fridge and kettle. The shower pressure was amazing. The only problem was the Aircon was hard to figure out. Sometimes it was on, sometimes not on. There was no way to change it. The lobby had a really strong cleaning smell which was not pleasant and £20 euros towel deposit is a bit steep. Also the breakfast was not the best. A wide selection but the bread and the pastries were rock solid. Location of the hotel was very good, a two minute walk to the main part and two minutes from Lidl. I liked the fact it wasn't too rowdy.

Stayed in a group of 6 split between 2 rooms. We studied the reviews closely before going and we anxious due to some of the negative reviews but went into it optimistically due to a lot of the positive ones. I genuinely think some people just cannot be pleased, unless they have paid significantly more than us I cannot fathom what some of the complaints are about. Yes some of the food is a bit “samey” but you can tell they make an effort to mix up meals especially during the evening meals. The setting for meals lovely with plenty of seating outside right on the coast with the sunset coming down, bar right next to you. Never waited more than a few minutes for a drink, it would be nice if the pool bar was open a couple of hours longer (seems to only be open between 12-5, whereas pool hours are 10-7) Rooms are very standard but very clean, I don’t know how much time people spend in their rooms to need more amenities than given, you are on holiday go out and enjoy the hotel or the area. It is very convenient to travel to the main area of San Antonio with a taxi rank outside the hotel and the water taxi also facing the other side of the hotel. You have a choice of the larger pool area at the older hotel, we never really had too much trouble eventually getting hold of 6 beds no matter the time we turned up to the pool area. The smaller pool I cannot comment on as we did not spend any time there although did get to see it every day during meals and can see why people would prefer to relax there and as is a bit of a calmer area and is facing the sea. Takes 2-3 minutes to walk to the beach and the water was lovely, I normally do not like swimming in the sea however the water was not overly salty and the sand it great compared to other holiday destinations I’ve been to. I wish I had taken photos of the food to show you and taken a note of the staff so the commendations goes out to all of you as you were all fantastic. If I am ever back in Ibiza I would definitely suggest this hotel.

nice hotel, but you had to queue for everything at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not for me. The staff on the bar are lazy and seem to be can't be bothered even when there's a queue of 10 or more people waiting to be served. Sometimes there's just one person serving, sometimes two and sometimes three, still very slow. We ended up eating and drinking out even though we had paid all inclusive. Will not be back to this hotel and would not recommend. Rooms were alright, but we had been allocated our room on arrival and went up to our room to change and another couple opened the door while we were in a state of undress. We had both been given the same room keys each having the same room number. We had a receptionist come and check it out after the other couple went downstairs to sort out. No apology, no nothing, a bottle of prosecco wouldn't have gone adrift. The resort is lovely but the hotel is at the best a 2 star. No fridge in room had to hire, never got told at check in. Safety deposit box that you had to ask for a key, never got told at check in. Food was basic, same old salads every day. nothing different. It's really catering for the young kids who party all night, drink, drugs and then come to eat about 2.00pm. Not good

I stayed at this hotel for one night before my flight back and had a comfortable experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful enough throughout my short stay. The all-inclusive food and drinks were a nice touch, though the food itself was pretty standard, nothing fancy, but decent enough for a short visit. The morning before my flight, Taxi can be found just outside the hotel and no need of bookings. Overall, it’s a good spot for a brief stay with the essentials covered: cleanliness, service, and convenience. Would consider it again 🤍

Fantastic experience. Should be at least a 4 star on Love Holidays. We booked the all inclusive with Love Holidays. We were blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff in our hotel. The food served in the bar and restaurant was 10/10 every meal, every day. Great selection that differed each day and food was all cooked properly and very tasty! Rooms were clean, well kept and refreshed by wondering cleaning team each day. Aircon worked and we had a lovely balcony! We was even able to check in an hour early and use the pool facilities and complimentary downstairs shower AFTER check out. Highly recommend.

Great hotel with fantastic view. Cozy rooms. Daily cleaning. Unfortunately there was no refrigerator in our room, but there will always be cold drinks in the bar. Delicious and varied cuisine for any preference. Friendly staff always ready to help. A great place for a family holiday. Thank you for your hospitality. There will be warm memories. Absolutely NOT suitable for families, strollers, or elderly guests – avoid at all costs! We just arrived and were completely shocked. This hotel is absolutely not equipped for families with children or anyone with mobility needs. First of all, the entrance is a steep hill – dangerously steep – and there are no bottom rails or supports. If you’re alone with a stroller, you risk slipping and falling. It’s extremely unsafe. Then there are stairs everywhere. Stairs above the reception. Stairs to reach the rooms. Stairs to access the dining area for breakfast and dinner. And guess what? No elevators. Not a single one. Carrying a stroller up and down repeatedly is exhausting and unsafe. To make matters worse, we asked the night before for breakfast-to-go packages, as we were leaving early and couldn’t attend breakfast. We were traveling with two small children, and despite confirming this at reception, nothing was prepared for us in the morning. Not even a simple snack or sandwich. The hotel is also in desperate need of renovation. The facilities are old, worn out, and poorly maintained. In short, this is a disaster. Do NOT come here if you have kids, a stroller, if you’re elderly, or if you have any physical limitations. The lack of basic accessibility, organization, and service is unacceptable. Never again.

We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this one was unfortunately the worst. There were a couple pros such as a 24 hour small market in the lobby of the hotel and the women staff at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. Besides that, not good at all. The place is extremely dirty. There are stains all over the couch and beds, there was a bug infestation and we found mounds of ants in the kitchen/living area. Housekeeping came twice over our 5 day stay and it was nice that they provided fresh towels, but nothing was straightened up or cleaned otherwise. Also note that they don’t provide irons in the rooms. You have to go to the lobby and pick one up (they also don’t have ironing boards) and immediately return the iron upon use. Additionally, the male staff are EXTREMELY RUDE so I’m not sure why they are working in hospitality. I saw another review about their attitude and can confirm it’s true. I don’t like to leave bad reviews and usually don’t but these are things I wish I knew before I booked this place.

I had a wonderful stay! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcome. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. Everything was well-organized, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The shows were absolutely amazing – a real highlight of the trip! A special thanks to Oscar, who put a smile on everyone’s face every single time. I would definitely come back – highly recommended!

Wow great holiday with some funny moments. Special mention to Letizia at reception she was funny and good. However the chopped ref who organised the volleyball tried to wake me up to help him put a rope away. It was funny though so no hard feelings. Pool is decent. Food is meh. Great location. Thanks

Stayed here with 2 older sons and my husband. Pleasant place to stay but you get what you pay for In Regards to the room. Apartments look bigger in pictures but comfortable enough. Couch was comfortable beds were a bit hard but slept well enough. Rooms clean but the sink stunk the room out fair enough it was the drains and I didn't say anything to the hotel. Plenty of plates and utensils within the room for cooking. House keepers came round every morning with fresh towels, although no cleaning but I was happy enough to clean after ourselves. WiFi really good in rooms. Pool was clean and good size. Games around the pool and plenty of activities during the day for all ages including adults. Entertainment at night was Ok. Staff were lovely especially one woman in the reception and the life guard was brilliant with the kids and chatty with adults. We only had breakfast and it wasn't much to write home about we ate out every morning. Bar had decent prices for drinks and cheaper than most pubs around. Location was amazing beach, shops and bars 2 mins away and magaluf about 10 min walk. Apartments all have stairs so anyone that struggles this would not be of benefit however the hotel has plans for renovation in 2026 including easier access for wheelchairs and scooters. I would stay again in the future.

When the sun shines, go to the mountain!! Now dormant I had the pleasure many years ago to see the lava field! Still a great visit. Sunday there is no charge for visiting the national park where there are well marked trails

Arenal Volcano is a definite must-see while visiting Costa Rica. A very different landscape to the lush tropical forests and gorgeous beaches that Costa Rica are known for, but equally rich in diverse vegetation and wildlife nonetheless. We enjoyed hiking the various trails and learning about the history of the volcano, as well as the ecological importance of this area.

Impressive and majestic—even if we never saw the tip because of the constant cloud cover. Still worth visiting for the surrounding scenery and hikes. The volcano adds such a dramatic backdrop to the area, even when it’s playing shy!

The only banner this hotel fails on are the rooms’ paper thin walls and glass - ear plugs are definitely needed. Everything else was superb for the cost and location. The staff are lovely. My suggestion to the hotel management is to fix those doors that slam so loudly it can be heard throughout the floor’s rooms. Also, if possible, try to soundproof the rooms and/or implement quiet hours made known on arrival (e.g. 2300-0730hrs).

Loved our week here! Absolutely wonderful staff, especially on the bar at the restaurant! They were unbelievably helpful, always smiling and even had some singing and dancing on during mealtimes 😃 I would definitely recommend coming here, perfectly close to so much with the bus stop around the corner for the party bus to several of the big clubs on the island. The food was always plentiful and tasty and we were hooked on the strawberry daiquiris! Only small suggestion would be mini fridges in the rooms, other than that we’ve had a superb week!

Amazing Stay – Best Value in Ibiza! We recently checked out of this hotel and honestly, for the price they charge, you won't find better. I've been to Ibiza several times, and this has to be my favourite hotel so far. We stayed on a half board basis and the food was excellent – very tasty with a great variety to choose from every day. You’ll never get bored of the options. The location is also spot on – close to everything you need, whether it's the beach, shops, or nightlife. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back!
