Our first time in Turkey and we weren't sure what to expect but we would 100% go again to this hotel. We traveled as family of 4 with 2 children.Everything was fantastic from the food, entertainment to the staff. Special mention to shaban who was our hotel rep and burkay, the animation team and yosef from the hotel shop who was such a lovely man. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is the slides and pools weren't open but that's to be expected when not in season. I highly recommend booking the spa package which includes sauna, steam room, Turkish bath and massage. I came out of the place like a new woman 🙂 we found the food to be excellent with plenty of choice. Even myself as a fussy eater never went hungry and plenty of options for children too. The beach is beautiful, no need to fight for sun loungers and there is entertainment and a beach bar with a buffet on most of the day. We booked excursions through our lovely rep which were the pirate ship and buggy safari both of which were well worth the money and the highlights of the holiday. Alcoholic drinks aren't included on the ship so you can take your own on and if you go on the buggies make sure you wear old clothes as you get soaked and very muddy! If you come in march the weather isn't always hot especially on a night so warmer clothes is a good idea. All in all one of the best holidays we have had and we would definitely do it again

We stayed at Beach Club Doganay Hotel from 1st April 2025 for 5 nights, and overall, it was a good experience with a few areas for improvement. Room & Housekeeping: The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Daily cleaning was provided, and bed covers were changed regularly. A 24-hour phone service was also available, which made things convenient. Beach & Pool Area: Both the beach and pool areas were well-kept and enjoyable. However, I did face an issue with one of the pool cleaners whose attitude was sometimes unprofessional. I hope the management addresses this to ensure a fully welcoming environment. Food & Drinks: The food offered a good variety, especially the desserts and cakes, which were excellent if you're on an all-inclusive plan. However, I would suggest the hotel consider adding a few spicy food options, as not all guests prefer mild tastes. Some variety in spice levels would enhance the experience. Staff & Service: Most of the staff were cooperative, and the service was generally good, though there's still room for improvement in responsiveness and attitude in certain areas. Entertainment & Activities: The hotel had a kids' club, a kids' pool area, and nightly shows for children, which were great. Information about daily activities was clearly displayed on notice boards. Wi-Fi & Facilities: Free Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, and the indoor pool area was a nice bonus. The beach area was also a highlight. Concerns: The outdoor beach was closed for the first two days of our stay and opened afterward. I strongly suggest the hotel prioritise maintenance and make all key facilities available from day one to avoid disappointment, especially for guests visiting for a short holiday. Tips for Visitors: If you're planning to go shopping, I highly recommend using the local bus service to visit the nearby bazaar. It's very convenient — the bus stop is just across the road, and it takes only 5 minutes to get there. Final Thoughts: Yes, I would recommend Beach Club Doganay Hotel. Everyone has different preferences, and while this review reflects my honest experience, others may have different expectations. Overall, it's a pleasant place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

We returned from vacation yesterday. I was in this hotel for the fourth time but it's already the last. I understand that it may not be the season yet but assessment is a maximum of one point. The room is still bearable but the carpets in the elevator stink, dirt everywhere (old block). I took a photo of the carpet near the elevator. In the dining room there is a bad smell in places, similar to cat urine, the food is poor but I understand that this hotel does not meet 5 stars so I'm not even talking about it. The only big plus is their spa. The girls from Thailand are super. This time I was only there for 4 days so it didn't ruin my vacation but I definitely don't recommend it to anyone who pays a lot of money!

I enjoyed 9 nights in early March 2025. There is a regular city bus that can take you into town. The wifi internet was good. I could hear neighbors sometimes but some of that is to be expected. I stayed in the main building. Food was good and plenty of options for vegetarians and people who eat meat. Beautiful sunsets on the beach. I was impressed with the very fast laundry service. Pleased with the price and my experience. Thanks to all the nice people at the hotel.

I visited the hotel for one week with the family. The events for the kids are amazing. The animators are top professionals. I recommend however taking some ear plugs for the children disco. It is definitely loud even for adults. I personally enjoyed the Dart tournaments twice a day. A great trainer there, had a lot of fun.

The hotel itself looks lovely on the surface, we had My Favourite Club access so had a bigger room with slightly better facilities, would hate to have seen a normal room as there was nothing amazing about our room. Water pressure in the shower was terrible and there was a burn mark on the balcony table. The view was lovely but not enough privacy when sitting out on the balcony, everyone else across the way can see you. We were provided with robes to use in the room, mine was stained and my partner's was ripped. The staff were extremely unfriendly and any questions we had for them just seemed like an annoyance. We had to borrow an iron, no board included for a couple of hours at the hotels say so with a deposit required. Towels for the pool were given on a deposit but were not able to be changed every day, meaning the hotel expects you to use the same towel at the pool for more than 1 day. The pool area isn't the cleanest, there is no rules about food being allowed there, something I've never seen before so there were children and adults with abandoned sweets and food strewn all over the place inviting insects, we spotted the odd cockroach but nobody else seemed to be bothered. The tiles around the main pool are very slippy, witnessed 1 guest slip and fall and require first aid for a cut to her knee. The food quality was poor although there was plenty of choice, the breakfast in particular was atrocious, everything is lying around for so long going cold and stale, my partner had such a bad stomach from the food, we stopped eating at the hotel and eventually flew home earlier than planned. The drink selection wasn't great either, it's standard AI non brands but having to keep returning the shabby little plastic cups every time does become tedious as the main pool bar is quite far away from the club area and the quieter side of the pool. There is a children's pool but the amount of kids around the main pool suggested the adults wanted to be as close to the food and drink as possible. The amount of kids in general was extremely off putting as we were there towards the end of May and didn't expect so many kids. As I mentioned we had club access so it was a little room we could go and pour our own drinks, the room smelled very musty and it had windows looking onto the main corridor leading to the toilets and reception so anyone that passed looked in and made us feel like zoo animals. The private area to sit was not nice and so far away from everything, it was the perfect place for some ladies to go topless as there were no staff to intervene, we hardly sat there as that was so off putting. All in all I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on our experience. We booked it for the close proximity to the airport and the fact it is part of the Hyatt family but there are no similarities past the fact they belong to the same group.

If Carlsberg did hotels . . . Excellent in every respect. The staff throughout the complex were so friendly and helpful, (special mention to Julia in the Spa and all the reception staff especially Carmel/Carmen and a very tall gentleman who spent the holiday writing directions for me on maps!) The food was delicious, fresh and varied, and for those, like my husband who likes his mouth burnt off, there are microwaves. We didn’t book the speciality restaurants because we were only staying for a short time and they were booked, but we could have if there had been a free slot, for €15 per head, which is still incredible value. (They are free in the inclusive package if you are staying for at least a week). Everywhere, inside and out, was scrupulously clean and the cleaning staff were very courteous and friendly. We had access to a lovely quiet lounge where there were nibbles, drinks, tea, coffee, and a lovely calm atmosphere, which we really appreciated. I’ve no idea why we qualified for this treat, but we appreciated it! An absolute gem of a find, and hopefully we’ll return soon. We frequently stay in Tenerife and have never had a bad experience but this hotel was a definite 5* and ten minutes from the airport.

Two-Star Review for Alua Hotel I’m giving the Alua Hotel two stars, and that’s being generous. One star is for the decent location, which was convenient. The second star is for the pools, which were a highlight, though the surrounding areas were dirty, with visible ant nests between the small pool and the restaurant. However, the overall experience was appalling. The rooms were filthy—despite daily housekeeping and tips, the floors weren’t mopped once in a week, and dust coated the TV, under beds, ventilation grilles, and every lamp. Maintenance was a nightmare: the main door was sagging, scraping, and required shoulder force to open. In the bathroom, a loose cable box hung dangerously under the sink. The balcony doors had broken locks, leaving them impossible to secure, which felt unsafe. The lack of basic cleanliness and functional upkeep made this stay deeply disappointing. The hotel needs serious improvements to meet even basic standards. Would not recommend until these issues are fixed.

Paid for sea view, was given pool view underneath the very loud "entertainment ". Customer service is a zero. The man that checked us in wouldn't accept that my partner had recently had an amputation and couldnt walk far. That first room couldn't have been further away from the main building and amenities. We had to wait til 3pm next day for another room, still not what I'd booked but better than the first. Not one smile from a staff member throughout our stay, no friendliness, no helpfulness. Food was so bad we ate out most days. For an all inclusive holiday I've never felt so excluded. Whole experience was dismal. Save the apologies, this is another hand that feeds you that has been bitten by you all. I'll never set foot on Spanish soil again. Well done Alua Atlantico. I'll go elsewhere with my money.

Very clean room, cleaned every day. The hotel is clean and well kept. More than enough sun beds to go around. There’s enough choice of food, so you can find something for everyone, tea, coffee, snacks and drinks available all day. We were there for 11 days and enjoyed our stay, we spent a lot of it at the adult pool, as we went without kids. It was quieter, for us.

Great hotel, slightly away from resort centre and about a five minute walk to beach. Rooms.s were very clean and spacious, only one fault there was not a door between sitting area and bedroom. Very friendly and hardworking staff. Good variety of food always found something to eat that I liked. Big shout out to Georgetta behind the lobby bar. Amazing lady who was always smiling and calm but also would remember what drinks people drank.

High standard of cleanliness. Towels changed every day. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, I honestly could not say there was anything missing. Show cooking for omelettes, pancakes, french toast etc. Same standard at evening meal, varied every night with a different theme. Even beer sodas, wine and mineral water for us who were not all inclusive. Room was clean, spacious and airy.

Just returned from Flamingo Beach Resort, food, staff and rooms all excellent.spotlessly clean. In a quiet location, but not too far from amenities, maybe a little far removed for anyone with walking difficulties. If I have one criticism, it would be the pool, slightly deep at 160cm, so not so good for less confident (or short!) swimmers.

It was our first ever visit to Benidorm so was a bit unsure what to expect. We arrived and our room was not ready but we had a quick drink and went into lunch and returned shortly after. The room was very spacious was very clean but was very tired there were very few old stains on the furnishings and a few bits that needed attention eg plaster damage and furniture.but on the whole acceptable.the room was serviced daily with the exception of tea and coffee which we got from the bar area without a problem for our cuppa in the morning All the meals were generally very good with a selection to suit most preferences you certainly didn't go away hungry.the staff worked exceptionally hard and were very professional carrying out meal/bar service. The evening entertainment was hit and miss on the balance of probability and the daytime program unfortunately showed very little imagination. Out and about you feel very safe the hotel is around 15mins to the old town and Altea is stunning a short journey on the number 10 local bus.both Benidorm beaches are beautiful. We really had a restful holiday benidorm has something for everyone

Hi People, we have just spent a great week in the flamingo beach resort adult only Hotel, and I have to say I have found this hotel really hard to review. On arrival, I was apprehensive but excited at the same time we stayed originally in premium suite room 308, but the air con with the card did not work. The shower had mould in the corner, and then, after unpacking and going for food, we came back to a leak all over the bathroom floor, so I had to go to reception to complain and after been up since 4 in morning not a great start to a holiday. Our next room, 209 premium suite, which was really clean spacious and balcony, was huge, no complaint there. The all inclusive for drinks were excellent. You could have cocktails, larger soft drinks, and even processco. The food in all-inclusive was limited, but overall, it was a really good breakfast included full English option bacon,sauage,hashbrown,blackpudding,fried eggs,scrambled eggs beans fried toast etc.I had porridge which was nice there was ommoltte if you asked chef . Other healthy options included yoghurts, lots of fruit ,muesli, pate, etc Snacks were mainly fresh fruit, bread, and pastry options. Good healthy choices. Evening selection was good. There are plenty of fish options, rice chips most nights, and curry choices, also. The entertainment on a night was good ,plenty of acts singing dancing karaoke bingo, etc, but the area they placed the entertainment in, let it down for me right a corner of room views were limited for most guests unfortunately. There are 3 good-sized pools in this hotel, which is really impressive ! Top tip pool by premium suite gets the sun all afternoon for sun worshipping. The staff at this hotel never stop special mentions to toni niomi, and goigi they are excellent. Overall, it's a good hotel it just needs a little tweak to improve experience. The location is a little away from the main action, but that was never an issue, so on a night, it is a little quieter . There is a great bar round the corner called bar titanic, which serves the best full English breakfast, I would definitely recommend a visit there if staying at this hotel.

The pools and facilities are decent, though the outdoor pools were far too cold to use in April (unlike other places like Antalya where pools are heated). Food was repetitive—mostly chicken dishes every day, though the sushi on the final day was a nice touch. Evening entertainment was held in a tiny room with limited seating—you’d have to skip dessert to get a spot. The biggest issue: unauthorized agents operating in the hotel lobby. One man named “Sasha” offered us a “free taxi” to a place called Mr. Cheap—which turned out to be a single, overpriced store. We also got tricked into booking an expensive boat trip through him that we later found was much cheaper if booked directly at the pier. Bottom line: Don’t trust random agents in the hotel lobby. Avoid “free transport” offers—they’re usually tourist traps. Use GBP/USD for better rates and book tours through verified operators. The hotel itself was fine, but these scams seriously hurt our overall experience. Be cautious if you’re planning a stay.

We booked this holiday through Jet2 and stayed at Green Nature Resort & Spa, and I feel compelled to warn others—this was an incredibly poor experience, especially for a family traveling with a young baby. From the moment we arrived, things were wrong. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and with a 3-month-old baby, this was a serious issue. We spent an uncomfortable first night in the heat before it was finally repaired the next afternoon. There was no urgency or real care shown by staff. Housekeeping ignored "Do Not Disturb" signs and entered our room early in the morning without knocking. This happened multiple times and felt extremely intrusive. The food was repetitive, offering quantity but not quality. Every day, the same options were served, which quickly became tiresome. The biggest issue was accessibility. Only one lift was working in the main building for almost the entire week. This made navigating the hotel with a stroller frustrating and exhausting. No support or alternatives were provided. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful, always pushing us to guest services, who were only available during limited hours. We had to queue for long periods just to speak to someone, and most issues went unresolved. But the most frightening moment came on our last day, when we got stuck in the lift with our baby. We pressed the emergency button for over 10 minutes—no response. I tried to call the reception from my mobile and was transferred with no answer. We were stuck, overheated, and panicked. The lift eventually moved again on its own, but we received no follow-up, apology, or explanation from the hotel. This was a terrifying and unacceptable failure in guest safety The tiles around the pool were dangerously slippery, and we witnessed a guest suffer a bad fall. On top of that, we saw drunken behavior and two fights break out during our one-week stay—completely unsuitable for families. There are no bathtubs in the rooms, and when we asked for an alternative to bathe our baby, staff were indifferent and unhelpful. We had to buy a paddling pool ourselves to manage a basic need. This hotel is marketed as family-friendly, but it is anything but. It does not meet the standards expected of a Jet2 property. Unsafe, unfriendly, and unfit for purpose—this was a deeply stressful experience we will not forget. I strongly advise families to avoid this hotel. At best, it’s a 3-star property, and Jet2 should seriously reconsider their association with it.

Clean Facilities: The hotel grounds and public areas were kept tidy and pleasant. 😕 The Not-So-Great: Pool Temperature: The outdoor pools were far too cold for kids to enjoy in April. We've stayed in Antalya before where the pools were heated, so this was disappointing. Repetitive Food: While food was generally decent, the buffet was very chicken-heavy with similar dishes day after day. Sushi on the last day was a pleasant surprise. Entertainment Space: Evening shows were held in a small room that could only seat about 50 people. You’d have to rush through dinner just to grab a spot. ⚠️ Major Warning: Tourist Traps The biggest let-down wasn’t the hotel itself—it was the unauthorized agents lurking in the hotel lobby who pose as tour operators. A man who went by “Sasha” (possibly not his real name) approached us offering a “free” taxi to a shopping hub called Mr. Cheap. Spoiler alert: it was not a shopping centre, but a single overpriced store. We later realized we’d paid way more than normal prices after visiting the real city shopping area. We also got roped into an overpriced family boat trip through the same agent. It was sold as a deal, but in reality, we could’ve gotten a much better package (with alcohol included) by booking directly at the pier. ✅ Tips to Avoid What We Faced: Use Uber or ask your hotel to call a taxi for you—avoid unsolicited offers. Avoid shops that come with “free transport” offers. These often lead to tourist traps. Use GBP or USD for better bargains—rates are more favourable than Euros or Lira in many places. Great hotel! Complained to reception the safe and air con wasn’t working they came straight up to the room to help very quickly too! Our room was very spacious and we had a lovely view. The restaurant had lots of choice every night and very fresh! Lots of entertainment at the hotel and music around the pool, great location also about 7 minute walk to the strip. Will definitely visit again

Only day 2 of our holiday, but good up to now. Food hot and lots of choice. Our room is a decent size but has an extra bed which we don't need. It makes it cramped and no room for a bedside table. Asked them to take it out, not an option apparently. Tattoo artist is busy and the hairdressers next to them.

I stayed at SBH Royal Monica for two weeks and overall had a very enjoyable and peaceful experience. The location is fantastic—right by the ocean with direct access to a rocky beach and stunning views of the sea and nearby islands. I even spotted dolphins and other marine life, which added a special touch to my stay. The pool area is well-maintained and inviting, perfect for relaxing during sunny hours. The resort has a calm and laid-back atmosphere that suited me perfectly. The dining options are varied with generous buffets available for all meals. There’s also a casual pool bar that serves lighter fare during the day. The food quality was consistent, and I appreciated the range of choices throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, multilingual, and welcoming. Even though the hotel primarily hosted French and German guests, I felt comfortable as a solo English-speaking traveler. The team was patient and accommodating, which made communicating easy and pleasant. My room was clean, simple, and functional—offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. While the resort isn’t luxury-level, it provides great value, especially for a longer visit like mine. Overall, SBH Royal Monica is a great option if you want a relaxed and peaceful holiday in Lanzarote. Not everything was perfect, but I had a good time and would consider returning. Edit: With all that being said, there was one particular employee who was unprofessional and rude. He was a fairly young man with curly hair. He had a sneery and passive-aggressive attitude. Because of him I am detracting one star from service, which was otherwise fine. The best barman was also Adrian.

Lovely hotel, very good selection of food. Great staff always friendly and helpful. Good entertainment for young and older, only slight issue was the lack of sandy beach close by, mostly rocky. But thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend.

You get what you pay for. The hotel is like stepping back in time its very dated. It is clean but the whole place needs some love. Swimming pool is freezing and if you look closely its missing a lot of tiles . The tiles are on the bottom of the pool. Sunbeds are old and some are broken. The Drinks are okay, the cocktails are not so good. Best part of the food is lunch , we only ate once in the evening as it was not great at all. Breakfast not great either, Beans placed onto the hot plate cold in the hope they will cook /warm up so if your first in you get cold food. Got left a note in the room asking for us not to take drinks back to the room - Was only water ! Most of the staff are very friendly and work hard. The older lady on reception with the ponytail - Just plain rude. Great location for peace & quiet 40 min walk along coastal path to playa blanca, very scenic and enjoyable easy walk. This place could be really really good with some money spent on it , defiantly the sick man of the SBH hotel chain .

Brilliant place rooms clean and fresh bedding every other day food is good and with a good selection fresh fruit daily. Staff are friendly and very helpful short walk too the pool and club house..WICKED back again in September..

Honestly don’t even bother going if you have booked it. We went and booked a “garden view” it was a view of a building site! The food was awful we did not eat in the restaurant at all. There are a few spots near it which are nice, but obviously you don’t want to do this when you have booked a hotel which “supplies” food. The eggs are green, nothing had flavour, the chicken was beyond questionable. The staff are rude, there are some who are friendly ones such as the lifeguard. They do want tips for doing the most simple favours. They serve you smoothies which they then make you pay for….. the rooms are very outdated. The cleaner doesn’t clean the room, we had to go down reception 4 times to get clean towels and some bottles water. If I could give it a 0 I would. Oh and all the plates and classes are chipped.

Mixed experience. Food and drinks a let down massively and not great value. Poor selection and quality Better to eat out. Can get some great offers out in town and taste far better. Staff friendly enough but nothing special. Rooms are tired and other comments I agree with. Pool has cracked and missing tiles. Saving grace is being on beach and Amazing views of the beach. Pity as it could really be a 4 star hotel, but in current state it's barely a 2 star.

Rooms were very outdated. TV didn't work and shower was cold. We had a standard room and our view was of the road and a building site. Food was lovely. There were a few complaints from other guests but it seemed to me they were just missing the British food as the food served for all three meals across the day was lovely. Salad bar was delicious and everyday for dinner there was someone carving some sort of meat. The duck was my favourite! Fruit selection wasn't great but only thing I works complain about at meal times. Drinks weren't amazing either sickly sweet and I wanted ice for my drink one day and they were really funny about serving me more than one cube! Pool was lovely although we didn't use it as we are beach people... unfortunately the beach was the biggest disappointment. Very small, and not sand but more like little stones. You couldn't swim in it and when walking in there you had to wear beach shoes. Only good thing was we got to use the sister beach next door which was a little better. Snorkeling there was nice but I've seen better in Egypt Animation team are very good and work very hard. Had a hamman spa was was definitely recommended. About a 15 minute walk was a shopping centre which was nice to go mooch around in the evening. And about 20 minutes in a uber (think we paid £1.20) you could go to the marina which was beautiful and had lovely restaurants. From there you could walk to the famous Sheraton street. (Think Oxford Street seeling souvenirs and fake stuff for tourists) Wouldn't go back bit as usual the beautiful weather made up for it all.

After 4th day I was covered in over 100 bedbug bites. I had an anti reaction infusion at a cost of €400. Manager refused to acknowledge the fact they were bedbug bites even though confirmed by UK GP. I was offered 2 a la carte meals and a late checkout as compensation. Housekeeping came and sprayed the mattress with bug spray but I refused to stay there. I moved rooms to an “upgrade”. I was offered another hotel with only 2 days remaining. See below the upgrade view and bites to legs. This is not a 4star hotel. It would struggle at 3. Stay clear!

Honest Review – Mixed Experience The hotel had a welcoming staff and a beautiful beach view from our room, which we really appreciated. However, the hotel itself felt quite basic and didn’t really live up to a 4-star rating. It was fine for the price we paid, especially since we spent most of our time exploring rather than at the hotel. One disappointing experience was on our last day when we were unexpectedly charged for two cheap, tasteless drinks. A friendly staff member initially assured us it wouldn’t be an issue, but when the receptionist changed, suddenly there was a problem. Given that we barely used the bar during our stay, this felt unnecessary. We ended up going to the nice café next door instead, where the drinks were much better anyway. Overall, an okay stay with a nice view, but some aspects of service and quality could definitely be improved.

I stayed at the Titanic Palace and I have excellent memories of this experience. It is a hotel that perfectly combines relaxation, entertainment and quality service. Upon arrival, I was very well received. The staff is smiling, respectful and always ready to help. Whether at the reception, at the restaurant, or in the different bars, everyone is attentive. We feel really welcome. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Cleaning is done regularly and correctly. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works well, and the terrace offers a nice view, especially if you are near the pools. The buffet is varied and well stocked. There is something for everyone: Egyptian, international dishes, snacks, desserts... Several themed restaurants also allow you to change a little. Special mention for the grilled meats and pasta made on site! The animation team is great! Always smiling, dynamic, but never too insistent. There are activities all day (games, aquagym, dance, etc.) and shows every night. The atmosphere is pleasant, whether you are with family, couple or friends.

I had a fantastic stay at Titanic Palace! The resort is beautifully designed with stunning pools and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making sure we felt welcome. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was a great variety of delicious food at the restaurants, and the beach was perfect for relaxing. Entertainment in the evenings was fun and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return someday!

Rooms functional but dated, they are making improvements in the buffet areas but rooms are due an upgrade. The swimming pool areas are great and we had a pool room meaning we had direct access from our balcony. The fella who cleaned our room did a fab job. Staff in other areas could be more welcoming when you first arrive as they get to recognise you the service improves, this should happen from the beginning also not just when you give them tips, some holiday makers tip at the end of their holiday. Managers could make more of an effort with the guests also. There was no interaction with guests at all from managers, shame. Overall we had a good holiday there's lots to do with an aqua park on site a nice beach kids club and plenty of entertainment. I was impressed the hotel went all out for the Easter celebrations

Perfectly adequate but do not expect a 5* if you've not paid 5* prices. Incredibly beautiful surroundings and amazing views from the rooms. Nice staff. Tons of food selection and all fresh/tasty. Delicious desserts which makes a change for an all-inclusive. Good selection of drinks. Rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds, but it's not the 5* experience you'd hope for. Location: stunning but a car is highly recommended. Bali is very quiet and the beach very average. Entertainment was mostly terrible so be prepared to get out and about.

As a group of 5 friends we stayed at the green villa, and we absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. Mostly everybody try their best to make your stay comfortable. Maybe the food is not the best but you get more than what you pay for. I would recommend renting a car to be able to visit the wonders of this breathtaking island.

My stay with Filion hotel was one of my best vacations ever. The place is beautiful, every meal is great and the hotel's service is perfect. All the staff members are friendly except one person at reception, who I won't mention here, I believe everyone should be nice. Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel if you want a peaceful and chill vacation.

An absolutely fantastic holiday staying here. The rooms were clean and spacious. There was a bath and shower in the bathroom which was unexpected. The food was incredible and a variety to choose from. The staff were also welcoming and friendly. A nice spacious balcony too and we had a nest in the corner which was lovely to watch as the parents were feeding 3 babies. There’s a lot of birds around which was nice. There’s mountains surrounding the resort so we were able to see bird of prey in the distance There were 3 pools to choose from, each had sun beds around that were clean and comfy to lie on. Towels were given for €5 deposit. Drinks and snacks were available from the pool bar and again, the staff were very friendly and served with a smile. There was entertainment on and some was great, the Magician, The Professional, was phenomenal and a great show! There were 2 dancers which wasn’t a great hit, it looked like they argued a couple of times during the set and the show didn’t flow - they kept stopping for a minute or two after their dance. As soon as they got the audience involved in dancing, the evening was okay but their show was embarrassing. There was a shuttle bus that fit 8 people and took you to the beach and back for free. We did this a couple of times and it was really nice but sometimes going back to the hotel was a wait due to the number of people wanting to go back. Not a problem though as there was a cafe/ bar right next to the drop off point I cannot fault the staff but a big thank you to Regina who made us feel welcomed. She was always ready to help us out with booking a car for us or sorting out a late check out Really happy with our stay and would really recommend to everyone

We had a lovely time , the staff were amazing ! The room was cleaned every day , and the food was all inclusive as it should be. My 4 year old loved the kids club and mini disco the entertainment staff were fun! Yes, the building is a little tired, and it's probably not a 4* hotel, but the price for 7 nights in a beautiful setting was fantastic 👌. I hired a car as it was a little remote, but the views from the room were spectacular! Very friendly place ! I'm looking forward to trying Costa calma next year !

After reading the reviews that were mixed, I thought I'd judge for myself and booked in Feb 2025. According to my 9 year old- it's the best holiday ever and wants to go back. the hotel is in a remote area and 10 mins drive each way to the shops. the transfer from the airport was just over an hour. the beach was so close and lovely. (Quite a few steps from the hotel to the beach) which may be a problem if mobility is an issue. I was told it was a lovely walk to the shops, instead of catching a taxi or bus. we did wait for the bus which wasn't on time but to windy to wait, so caught a taxi but didn't know about walking a long the beach at the time. it was hot in Feb at least 24 degrees but slightly cold wind. it is a windy island and got chilly on an evening, so jacket needed. There were 2 large pools, both shallow on 1 side for children. There is a play area and kids club but never used these facilities. The daytime entertainment was often and really good fun for both adults and children. The staff were so nice and very good with children and always made us welcome. my child is very fussy when it comes to food and by far the all-inclusive food was so delicious. very tasty dishes and the puddings were so morish. we never went hungry. there was food on 2 floors, one near the pool then the large restaurant. We were located on the 3rd floor and the room was very spacious with a large balcony. a traditional Spanish design which I don't mind but others stated it was dated. the gym needs updating, some equipment was rusty and not fit for use. i could hear water running on an evening, not sure if this was the water for the plants outside the room but soon got used to it. The beds were comfortable. The sea view would be 3rd floor and above, over the pool side. Overall we had a lovely holiday. we only left the hotel once because we enjoyed the entertainment day and evening. my daughter did not want to leave because she loved it so much.

First of all, it is a budget holiday so our expectations were not high. Still, with that in mind, we were disappointed on our arrival. The hotel is really tired and dated, to the point where it is dangerous- floor tiles sticking out, loose plugs etc. The children pool and the lower pool areas were not cleaned, there was a dirty nappy on the floor for over 5 days! There were dirty wet towels laying around, rubbish, glasses left behind. All it takes is a member of staff to give it a daily sweep- would look and feel so much better! The hotel location is beautiful, we could see the ocean from our room. That was the highlight of the holiday. Food was typical all inclusive, we had a car ( a must if you like seeing different places as there’s nothing in the area!), we went out for dinner a couple of times. Entertainment was really good on some nights! The singer on Wednesday was amazing! So were the acrobats on Monday. Kids mini disco every night was good and the team were lovely. There’s also kids club our youngest visited on a cloudy day, they did some arts and crafts. Most staff are polite and friendly, everyone works really hard! Unfortunately, we would not go back based mainly on the condition of the hotel. If you can ignore the scruffy inside, you will be ok. We still had a lovely family time and made the most of what the island has to offer.

Please be aware when you choose to book this hotel for your holiday. IT IS NOT SAFE! The hotel is very old fashioned. The locks on the doors are poor for use, and keep an eye on the balcony doors, as nobody will tell you that you can actually lock them. If you do want to stay there, lock the balcony doors before you leave the room, and keep your passport and important personal belongings with you. The territory is very huge, however, there is no CCTV or Security in there. It has lots of exits, which means somebody can easily access the area from the outside. We meant to spend 5 nights with them, but unfortunately, we left after the first night as an actual nightmare happened to us. After diner we went to our room to plan the next day. We left the curtains half way open so we could see the balcony. We heard a knock at our doors, of course, we asked who is there, nobody answered, so we did not open. After 5 minutes we saw the black dressed man jumping on our balcony wanting to come in. We screamed as loud as we could and it luckily to us scared him away. Nobody came to us to help, which means in case something happens - you will not be heard! We went and reported to the reception, but they thought we were joking, and they said just to lock the balcony doors. We went back to the room, booked our tickets for the next day to fly home, and went to the reception to get done check-out. They were helpless to us in this situation. We spent until 4 am in the reception waiting for the airport to open so we can go. Of course, we straightaway contacted our holiday agency, and they asked to provide the reception to us confirmation letter for the nights we did not spend there. They said they cannot do it, which means we can't get our refund back. The travel insurance does not make anything work in this situation. Please, be aware that there are gang of thief's particular nationality robbing hotels around the Canary Islands. This is real and some hotels refuse to change something to keep people safe. Before that, two months back two families were robbed in their rooms as well. THIS HOTEL IS NOT SAFE!

The only problem we had was with the shower, where the water was either too hot or too cold (thus the 4 stars), we didn’t inform the reception though because we were staying for a short period of time.

Great holiday, fantastic staff, and room service. Entertainment in the evening was as expected for a 3* hotel. Hats off to the chefs. The food has been exceptional 100%, the best all-inclusive food we've ever had, with on the balcony BBQ experience as well. Would definitely return. If you are hard of walking, would not recommend it as even though there is a lift, it was temporarily out of order at times. Good access to taxis to get around, €5-€20 depending on which beach or shopping centre you wanted to visit. Overall, we've had a great holiday.

The bar staff totally let this place down! If your all inclusive it's fine as you help yourself but if your not then it's poor. During happy hour instead of giving you another drink for free they make one and pour it into 2 smaller cups and charge the same price as normal! Have been here twice now and won't be back. Go next door, Ocean Hill is much better!

We’ve just returned from our 8-day holiday. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel itself does deserve its three stars. The rooms are quite spacious, regularly cleaned, beds comfy (could have been joined permanently to avoid sliding apart). The portable air-conditioning unit requires leaving the balcony door open and is quite noisy. With all the noisy entertainment on the stage by the pool one just wants to keep the windows shut to enjoy some silence. We were provided with the All inclusive option: the food was quite tasty but of average quality ingredients. Luckily, there were many options to choose from so everyone should find something to please their palate. We have only tried breakfast and dinner meals as at the time of lunch menu or pool bar snacks we were away sightseeing or enjoying the beach. The location is okay, exactly as described on the website. The free beach bus could run more frequently though. It’d be great if the pool and jacuzzi areas were available until 9p.m. We didn’t get the chance to use them more than 3 times throughout our whole stay because of such short opening hours. The lifts need more attention and the room doors that are far from soundproof. On the whole, it was a very pleasant stay.

No other words but excellent! Nice clean hotel with very friendly and always helpful staff. We don't do all-inclusive very often, but it's a lot easier with 2 young children, but it was by far the best all-inclusive food we have had! Endless choice and always something different every day. Also, lovely fresh, thin based pizza is available all day from the snack bar along with salad and other snacks. The bottom pool is always lovely and warm, and a great little kids pool and kids club to the rear of the hotel. Had a great room that always had the sun on the balcony and nice views over the pool. Great entertainment on a night and a good mixture of music playing through the day. Little kids' arcade area was handy for nighttime. Only 1 negative was that the gym was very basic, which could do with a bigger room and some more weight lifting equipment. Will definitely visit again!

We can't fault the hotel in general. If your idea of heaven is lying by the pool in the sun all day then this is a great place to stay but for us the negatives were the location and our room location. We enjoy walking to the lighthouse daily but the hotel was too far for a comfortable walk, there was a free bus and the local bus and taxis but we enjoy the exercise, also we like to stay on the patio/terrace and don't go near the pool but our room was in blockD and the patio was is shade all day we did ask to be moved and the hotel did move us to a sunnier room. The positives hugely outweighed the negatives. The rooms were very nice and comfy, the food was full of choice and tasty, every meal there was always chefs cooking fresh as well as the preprepared food. There was always good daily and evening entertainment and the staff were great. We would not come back but only because of the location if we didn't want our daily walk we would be back in a flash.

This is our second time at this hotel. We came back as we loved it so much. The animation team are all so lovely and easy to get along with - not forceful for you to get involved in activities either! We first came in 2023 and would say there was probably more for smaller children the first time around, but never the less, it has been really lovely again this time around. The food is very good for an all inclusive, there’s so much to choose from!! Eli & Beyoncé’s twin (😏) have been so so good with my daughter!

Personally wouldn’t recommend this as a 5 star luxury hotel. Pools, sun loungers, beach were fab staff were friendly. But the food wasn’t great at all. The first night we got there the restaurants were fully booked up and there was no further information about them. As a couple we were given uncomfortable two single beds. Take the reviews with a pinch of salt and read them before you stay.

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel!! (Rated 4* in 2012 btw). Positives: most of the staff are really friendly and do their best to make you feel welcome, this is despite all the odds up against them! The location is great and is really close to the beach. Their al la carte restaurant Mamma Mia was the one good meal we had at the hotel. Negatives: the food was really poor, the quality isn’t there with the food being bland, only fatty cuts of meat and there being a limited choice of food, within a couple of days you’ve seen everything at the buffet which gets boring fast. The rooms are outdated, our bathroom flooded after every shower and the shower was no longer bolted to the wall. The air con was also broken in our room. The beds were like laying on an ironing board with a pillow for each of us which felt like you were laying straight on the mattress. Unlikely to be the best bed for somebody who has back pain. Also will note not all the arcade machines work and will take your money but the hotel are not able to access these so just take your money! In summary: staff are friendly and do their best but the hotel needs a lot of work and the food seems to be very cheap and needs work!

Hi everyone, I can't recommend this hotel. We were initially put in Block 4, on the top floor. The elevator was broken, so we had to carry our luggage upstairs ourselves. The beds were worn out, and the TV didn't work either. After we requested bed toppers, which weren't brought, we changed rooms. In the new room, the beds were also worn out, and the TV and hairdryer didn't work, so we had to go back to reception. The bed toppers were brought, the hairdryer was repaired, and suddenly, that same night, there was a cockroach in the room. The towels are replaced, but they're still dirty. You pay climate taxes, but the air conditioning doesn't work until June. The food is always the same and almost inedible. The soft drinks and "cocktails" are sugary sweet and therefore undrinkable. The supposedly sandy beach was created by the hotel itself, and most of it consists of huge rocks, making it difficult to reach the sea even with swimming shoes. The refrigerator in the room hums so loudly that you feel like you're in a spaceship. The room cleaning is superficial: they sweep, empty the trash cans, and make the beds. There's no mention of cleaning here; we still have the tomato stains from the previous guest on our room floor for a week. It's advertised as a four-star hotel, but these four stars are nowhere to be found at the entrance. I cannot recommend the hotel and appeal to people's common sense not to support this either!

The staff are incompetent. Left us 3 hours in the reception, trying to locate our booking for 10 people. They took our room tax before giving us keys. The rooms have bed bugs, run down , not maintained. The hotel towels were grey instead of brilliant white. I had dead insects on the bathroom wall, blood stains on bed sheets, rust and mould in the bathroom. Constantly long ques for a drink at the pool bar, sometimes they run out of drinks. The food was bland, not much variety. The best restaurant was the Italian restaurant. It suggests a 4* hotel, I would say it appears to be a 2-3 * Was very disappointed with the reception staff. And our overall stay. On the last day the manager was chasing us by the sun beds for hotel tax we already paid. What a shambles

Avoid this place - to be honest you shouldn’t stay here more than 3 nights if your here. The food is terrible, not many options. Like really bad terrible meals. The place looks abandoned. The staff are rude, only good thing id stay is the beach. I had high expectations for this place based on some of the reviews I’d seen but hands down the worst place to stay in Rhodes I’m sure theres better Phones do not work in the room Sauna is out of order U have to pay to keep ur luggage in a locker when u check out

I stayed at the Sunshine Hotel in Rhodes on an all-inclusive basis, and while there were some positives, the experience overall was quite mixed. Check-In & Staff: Check-in was quick and fairly straightforward. However, we were hit with a €100 hotel tax which felt steep, even if not technically hidden. Most of the staff were friendly – especially George, who was consistently helpful, cheerful, and a real standout. Unfortunately, others like Iris came across as quite rude and unhelpful. Room & Cleanliness: The room was spacious with a decent-sized bed but very bare and lacking in décor. The bathroom was a let-down – the shower leaked everywhere, there was black mould, and even a rusty nail was being used to hold up the sink plug. We had intermittent electricity issues and housekeeping was poor – they mainly made the bed and barely cleaned. Requests like new pillows took over a day and multiple asks. Facilities: The main pool area is lovely – clean and great for lounging. The kids’ pool area was okay. There’s a games room, but it’s hit or miss – some arcade machines like Guitar Hero just eat your money. The facilities online seemed a little overhyped, but the pool is a highlight. Food & Drink: Food was mediocre at best – very repetitive, often cold or overcooked, and extremely oily. Dietary restrictions don’t seem to be considered at all. The à la carte restaurant was especially poor – inedible food and very dismissive staff. On the upside, cocktails were nice (if overly sweet), but spirits often ran out and took ages to restock. Entertainment: There’s a solid range of activities like darts, water polo, and evening shows. Bingo on Fridays was fun. Billy, who runs most of the entertainment, really puts his heart into it and brings a lot of energy to the place. I appreciated that. Location: The hotel is in a great spot – right on a pebbly beach with beautiful views and some excellent restaurants just across the road. The area felt safe and convenient. Value for Money: You get what you pay for – it’s a decent option for a cheap, all-inclusive beach getaway. But you’ll likely notice the lower cost in the quality of food and service. That €100 tax at check-in still stings a bit. Final Thoughts: There were fun moments – sunbathing by the pool, playing air hockey with my boyfriend, and a few laughs at bingo. But the hotel has serious issues, especially with cleanliness and food. I’m not sure I’d return unless I was looking for a budget-friendly stay and had low expectations. For a bit more money, I’d try a better-rated option next time.

We are just home from a 10 night stay at blue bay. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment staff were amazing with the children. The evening shows were great fun. The food was tasty with plenty of options. You're right on the beach front with clear blue sea. My boys loved the water park! It's cold!!! None of the pools were heated but you soon adjust. I'd highly recommend this place. Very beautiful place we'll definitely visit again.

Also lots of room and different areas to sit and watch the world go by. There are several pool areas and the beach. We can highly recommend and next time we come to Rhodes we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here last week. We had a fantastic family holiday. The food was excellent, plenty of choice everyday. The staff and animation team are helpful and friendly and there were plenty of activities for the whole family to join in with. The room we stayed in was a large family room with a sea view, it was a little dated but comfortable, cleaned everyday and you could see that efforts were being made to improve the hotel. There were plenty of options to visit Rhodes old town and Lindos. I would definitely bring the family back to Blue Bay for a holiday.

Been here a Week and leaving tomorrow, yes it's a budget hotel so give it 4 stars rather than 3, overall it's OK however the room's are small and not brilliantly maintained, hit and miss if tea and coffee is replenished same for toilet paper. The hotel is in need of a spruce up in places and it's location is a taxi ride to anything. Its a family hotel and now that it's school holidays it's a primary school! However good points again because all inclusive the food is good especially as mass production. Staff are very friendly and helpful, I think that is a Greek thing as well as the locals are also friendly. Overall good but just like my old school reports, could do better with a bit of a spruce up of the room's.

I’ll start with the positives: the animation team was just amazing! I also liked the service — the staff were friendly and always smiling. The beach is located right on the hotel grounds, which is very convenient. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included in the price. There’s also a café on the beach where you can grab a snack or a drink while relaxing. The hotel area is well-maintained, and a nice waterpark is being built. We were there in May, so it wasn’t open yet. Now for the downside — at least for me: the breakfasts were bad. There was honestly nothing to eat in the mornings, and the food didn’t change at all from day to day. Room cleaning could have been better — in reality, only the floor was cleaned. When we checked into the room, the bathroom and surfaces were a bit dirty, not well cleaned. It wasn’t a huge deal for us, but still not very pleasant. Another small minus for us was the lack of a heated pool. At least the children’s pool could have been heated, since in May the weather was cold and it was almost impossible for the kids to swim. Also, the food at the hotel was a bit disappointing — surprisingly, there were hardly any seafood dishes. There was just one kind of fish, which was almost always dry, and once they served shrimp — the worst I’ve ever had: dry and hard to chew. Very strange, especially for Greece, where seafood should be everywhere 🤷🏼‍♀️ Overall, the hotel is not bad, but it definitely doesn’t live up to 5 stars.

We absolutely loved our stay at Princess Andriana! The resort itself is beautiful, the food was fantastic with plenty of variety, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. However, we were very disappointed that the water park wasn’t completed in time for the season. It was a big reason we chose this resort, so it was tough for the kids to see it every day but not be able to use it. Unfortunately, there was nothing arranged or offered as compensation for this, which made it a bit harder to keep the little ones entertained at times. That said, we would definitely love to come back and experience the resort again once the water park is fully up and running — it looks amazing and would really complete the holiday experience for families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Although we went during a festival so we could not visit the old town of Corfu liked we wanted it was still a lovely get away. The rooms were beautifully decorated with lovely balcony’s. The whole hotel was decorated and stunning. The food everyday throughout the breakfast, snacks and dinner were delicious. The all inclusive only option was amazing as we had as many cocktails as we wanted. We got to enjoy the pot smashing and also the fireworks on one night. The whole atmosphere at Cooks Club was fantastic. Location wise not that great but a bus stop is right outside the hotel so you can travel.

We have just returned from a beautiful 3 night stay at the hotel on the all inclusive package. I had initial reservations regarding the hotel after looking through reviews but was glad that they didn't reflect our experience. - The room was gorgeous and well set up, lovely balcony and view of the pool. - food was enjoyable but nothing special. The buffet in the morning has a great selection and lunch + dinner you order from the app at your table, with salad options by buffet. The a-la-carte restaurant was fully booked which was a real disappointment. Avoid the bar snacks in the day though, dry and inedible. - The drinks were awesome, great selection and delicious cocktails. - Staff were warm and welcoming, always happy to support. We really enjoyed the service from Chris at the pool bar. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable escape from life. It's not the "foodie experience" promised on the website, but I'd return :)

Hotel looks GREAT, but reality is, it’s instagrammable but not great. Food is poor / average. Menus sound great, but reality is most things either in the snack bar or main restaurant were pretty poor. Sun loungers super uncomfortable. No AC in the hotel rooms. Walls super thin so can hear your neighbour speaking / watching TV. Service and staff nice. Pool was nice. Gym was ok, but again no AC. Electricity would fail and turn off cardio kit. Wasn’t ideal. Overall, the pictures were great and sold it To us but I wouldn’t go back to the hotel in Corfu. Overall 4/10

We recently visited cooks club in Corfu. The hotel is immaculate and outstanding. The staff are great and very helpful. The food was out of this world, would go as far as saying the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive. The pool area is fantastic, I can’t fault the hotel or its service. The entertainment is brilliant and there’s something for everyone. The hotel is near the port by car and also the old town. But it seems to be in the middle of nowhere so you definitely need a taxi everywhere you go. The rooms were great, good size. However my only complaint is that the hotel is very very very noisy. The walls are paper thin. We had people moving furniture at 2:30am, people shouting banging you could hear everything from your hotel room. We were on floor 1 so maybe the floors above are a bit quieter but we struggled to sleep. We did complain about the noise to reception and they immediately took action and done something about it so again I can’t fault the hotels service. Just a shame we had people wanting to move their beds round at 2:30am. The hotels little shop is a great little gem. And the hotel also have a courtesy room so that you can have a shower and get changed before your flight. Overall fantastic stay just a shame about the noisy neighbours.

Just got back yesterday from this lovely hotel. We had a huge room, we did book a junior suite as we had a toddler, so we needed the room with the pushchair etc. Definitely recommend, modern and big. Food was good, plenty of options in the buffet. Lovely friendly staff. Hotel was spotless. Only silly downside and I’m not moaning at all, was we had a room overlooking the main pool, yet with a pushchair there was no access, so we had to go down in the lift, through the shopping mall, then back in another lift to get to the pool. So had to either carry her down steep steps, not sure why they don’t have a small ramp down from the entertainment area? Like I say she could be carried down, but anyone in a wheelchair probably wouldn’t be possible, so maybe something to improve on. Good kids entertainment. Lovely stay. Thanks ☺️

We had a fantastic stay, friendly staff, lovely food (although could do with a bit more vegan/vegetarian options), hotel is a bit dated in places but this didn't affect our fun. Kid and adult entertainment was really good and varied. Got to try lots of new things. The only slight criticism is that the free shuttle bus to the beach and town is only about once every 40 minutes and is very oversubscribed, so if you don't get there at least 30 mins early you'll have to wait for the next one or make your own way in. We did get a taxi and it was only about €8 one way.

A Very Disappointing and Unpleasant Experience When we arrived at the hotel reception, I was with my three children, including an infant. Although the booking clearly stated the number of family members and that it was a family room, the receptionist refused to honor the reservation. She insisted that we modify the booking to include the children’s ages, which we did immediately as requested. Despite updating the reservation, she continued to refuse our stay unless we paid an additional fee on top of the original booking price. She stated that the reservation could only be accepted at the new price, which was very unfair and not what we agreed to online. All of this happened while we had tired children with us, and we had to wait for hours. In the end, we had no choice but to leave the hotel. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and by far the rudest treatment I’ve received from hotel staff. This situation affected my children deeply, especially because the staff’s behavior was harsh, inappropriate, and completely unprofessional for someone working in hospitality—especially in a tourist country like Spain. To make matters worse, when we arrived, other guests were already waiting in line, but the receptionist ignored them and came directly to us, asking in a very impolite and provocative manner, “What do you want?” It felt humiliating and unwelcoming. Honestly, I felt discriminated against at that moment, and I truly regretted choosing this hotel. It was a very upsetting and disappointing experience that left a negative impact on our trip.

lovely hotel, really clean. friendly staff always giving a good service. entertainment was great in the day and evening. The location was a bit of a distance to shops, centre of torromolinos but wasn't an issue for us as the taxis are really cheap €4/5. The only thing I can say negative is the queues for pool.. food was nice, fresh bakery in a morning is a lovely touch and different theme each night. if you want typically english, English options available but not much selection. but all in all I would highly recommended this hotel, great value for money.

Overall, the hotel is ok but very outdated. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. The food is the same every day and not very nice so my wife and I had to eat out a couple of times which defeats the object of an all inclusive holiday. There was no AC in the rooms because, according to a member of the reception staff and I quote "it's not summer" even though it was 31 degrees, so this made sleeping nearly impossible, that's if you can sleep at all with the two single beds pushed together, so if you move ever so slightly you end up falling through the middle and on to the floor. There was no entertainment of an evening, or if you class a group of elder locals dancing as entertainment then this is the place for you. All the outside entertainment areas were still under construction for our visit. Our room also looked onto which can only be described as a builders yard. The answer to all of these questions which I put to staff was "it's out of season". So if that's the case, why have the hotel open for business in said off season. I will not be parting with my money again to stay at this hotel. 4 star is very, very generous for this hotel.

The hotel is stunning, very clean, and all inclusive food is fully stocked, food testers test temperatures and quality of the food is great, accommodation for intolerance is somewhat accommodated but it's not perfect... had to prompt the staff to make sure deserts had no nuts in so we didn't die as they are not labelled. The staff on reception where very attentive Paulo was a fantastic receptionist with a permanent smile and a greeting like he enjoys you coming there, so positive and full of life. Easy to use facilities, spa was terrible half of it not working, don't recommend, pool was good, atmosphere outside was great, plenty of sun loungers, staff made this an exceptional place, kids club have lots of activities throughout the day, making it great for kids, holiday reps where also available most days and they where quick to resolve small issues. Trips where easy to book and a free bus put on by the hotel to and from the beach!!! Amazing...

An amazing hotel. Situated in a lovely part of Portugal. The hotel is clean, tidy, and has friendly staff. The food was very good although the menu was a little repetitive, it was still good quality. A lovely big pool, pool bar with a large seating area. The hotel was quiet at night so no disturbed sleep or noise from other rooms. Regular bis to the beach and back and Uber taxi's for other travel, so no struggling with transport. Lots of coach outings available. We went all inclusive. A very good price, well worth what we paid.

We’re still here while posting this its an amazing resort! The pool is huge so there’s no rushing to get beds of a morning so there’s always a nice relaxed feel every morning, there are enough beds to fit the number of guests twice over! I don’t understand any if the negative review points at all, ‘the beds are hard’?? They’re not hard just not memory foam 🤷‍♂️ ‘the food is the same’?? They have different meats and fish every night - the salad bar is the same but what more can you do with salads!? Entertainment is good and not in your face if you don’t fancy it. All staff are great and look after you. The only negative we’ve experienced are a couple of rude guests (Germans) but not the hotels fault that they’re all cranks!

I stayed at this hotel as part of a yoga retreat and overall had a really enjoyable experience. One of the standout aspects for me was how well they catered to my gluten-free diet. The kitchen staff were clearly knowledgeable and accommodating, offering gluten-free options for lunch and dinner, fresh bread available anytime, and even pizza or pasta made on request. This made me feel truly taken care of and able to enjoy my meals without worry. We stayed in the adults only area, which was a real highlight. It offered a peaceful and relaxing environment with plenty of sunbeds always available by the pool. While the walk to the beach was a bit longer, the calm and quiet more than made up for it. The all inclusive bars had a great variety of drinks, and the staff, whether at the bar, in the restaurant, or at reception, were always smiling, friendly, and eager to help. Managers were approachable and willing to assist with any requests we had during our stay. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved, especially for a hotel that positions itself as a five star experience. Before arrival, we were told that bikes and e-bikes would be available to rent. Unfortunately, once on site, we discovered that the bike offering was very poor, and there were no e-bikes available directly at the hotel. Only two could be arranged through an external rental partner, which was far from enough for our group of five wanting to go on a cycling trip. Another area for improvement is cleanliness and room design. I found large dust bunnies under the bed on the day of arrival, and they were still there when we left. The rooms are smaller than expected, and the furniture layout could be more practical. For example, our wardrobe could not fully open because it was too close to the wall. The bathrooms also had a small step at the exit, which caused a few accidents among our group. It is easy to miss and can be dangerous if you are not paying attention. Despite these drawbacks, we had a lovely time overall. The setting, the adults only area, the food, and the positive attitude of the staff made this a memorable and relaxing stay. With a few improvements, particularly in terms of cleanliness, room design, and activity options, this hotel could deliver a true five star experience.

Family holiday of myself, my wife, my daughter (2 years old) and in laws. The hotel really is very good. Rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner have good options for all people and ages, remembering it’s an all inclusive hotel. My daughter enjoyed the kids club a few times a day (we did stay with her as we felt more comfortable), however when there is 2 members of staff it’s run well, sometimes there is only one person left to look after a number of kids, there is painting arts and crafts and a good playground to play in. We spent most of our time during the day at the animation pool, where the animation team kept people entertained and the pool and kids pools kept my daughter entertained. A huge shout out to Hedi from the team, he was a huge part of our holiday always taking time to speak to us and put a smile on our faces, my little one took a shining to him as he’s just brilliant at what he does, keeping people entertained and happy on their holiday, thanks Hedi!! The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from the local town, Kardamaina. You can spend a while walking the backstreets looking at the shops, plenty of restaurants and places to get a drink too. You can also get a bus to and from Kos old town, which you get right in front of the hotel. A beautiful old town with a lovely harbour and some interesting ruins. I would highly recommend this hotel to couples and families, we had such a good holiday and may even come back again it was that good!!

Bathroom and room lights were not working. AC didn’t work three days out of seven days. And in the bathroom, it was very old and dirty bathtub and you couldn’t even stand in the bathroom, It was that small even after complaining they didn’t listen .so never ever again in this hotel .

We were a little disappointed with our room condition, but as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be moved. We understand that this hotel will be undergoing a refurbishment in the not too distant future, which may have something to do with the condition of it. However, the rest of the hotel was fine. The food was of very good quality and variety, and the service at lunch and dinner was exceptional. The people working there really made this place. Had an amazing time at Hotel Tafoukt in Agadir! The hotel is right on the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the sea. There was a mix up with checkout and the desk staff was very rude he said either pay for another night or get out. I was so shocked! Our room had no aircon they fixed it the day we left. All inclusive refills is non existent they close the shack early and often run out of snacks. There’s roaches in the hotel room and cats come into the rooms from the balcony’s.

The staff came into our room unannounced at 04:00. Didn’t apologise. We both also got severe food poisoning 4 hours after we left the resort. Which we couldn’t have gotten from anywhere else as it was all inclusive and we didn’t eat or drink anything from outside the hotel. We tried several times to get in contact with the hotel after our stay to complain, but no response.

Great location - right next to the beach. Hotel also owns a private beach section with its own chairs and staff. Room service - available everyday without fail. Housekeepers were very nice, one even helped me with my back zipper! Food - variety of food however it will depend on the day but most of the time if you’re a picky eater like me, you’ll find something for you and if you don’t, there are lots of fast food places and/or restaurants nearby. Entertainment- lots of entertainment throughout the day and in fact the entertainment team can be quite persistent for you to join the activities but it’s okay to tell them if you just want to relax Services - there’s actuality 2 bars available, on by the beach and one indoors which I sadly only found about on my last night. There is also an ATM on site if you need to withdraw cash.

The bar staff are fantastic and very kind all you need to do is show them a little love and they give back. The pool entertainment team are super social and aim to include everyone without being too pushy. So the perfect blend. Delighted to be back!

Food is good, nothing special, not nothing wrong. Always very friendly service in the restaurant and the staff have a very good working relationship which shows. Our room was upgraded on arrival but there hadn't been a bed added for our son, this was rectified very quickly. The cleanliness is faultless and we were very well stocked with bottles of water each day. The location is fantastic! Right on the beach and there's a lovely flat and clean promenade which you can walk for about an hour each way down. The only downside are the 'lucky lucky men' which are very persistent. The pool side entertainment is good. Not too pushy if you don't want to join in but good to watch. The biggest downside we've experienced is another family stealing from us (specifically our 3 YO son). Watch your things by the pool! The hotel staff said they 'couldn't do anything about it'. It threatened to ruin our holiday. The best thing we've done out of the hotel so far is the cable Car up the mountain. Cheap and modern. At the top are camel rides which were totally unexpected. The guide took loads of photos and videos for us too.

Good points: 1. Spacious 2. Outdoors is well maintained. 3. Staff are nice but the place is run down in some areas and badly funded so not much they can do. Negatives: 1. They have a serious AC issue (in all the rooms).. it's pretty much a fan level. 2. The food is absolutely tasteless and generally the same with minimal change every day. 3. Windows are not that good at isolating noise, so for the rooms overlooking the night entertainment area, you are guaranteed not to be able to sleep at night unless you can sleep through loud sound.

The hotel was ok, the rooms were dated but were clean. It was confusing that the family room had a kitchen but no glasses or anything in the cupboards, a full sized fridge was there Some staff like the entertainment and outside pool bar and a couple of the chefs were lovely, the rest did serve but less of a smile. There is limited drinks on the all inclusive (plain gin, plain vodka, wines and beer for instance). We tried using the sports bar for the paid premium but there was noone serving, this could be due to the servers watching the football in the cosy bar area (not sure why sports were shown in this room instead of just the sports bar as it was the same game). The bonus of this is we barely spent any money lol. I loved the fact there was no sunbeds being claimed all day, plenty of pools to chose from including an adult only area (no bar in this area tho). Food on offer was ok, evening meals had no chips for instance or what I would consider kid friendly although the fresh pizza option was amazing the queue was long and if you have a picky child this could become tedious as their only option. The food that was there was regularly topped up freshly so happy with the quality. Lunchtimes the food was good, chips, toasted sandwiches etc. Breakfast was ok, eggs cooked to your liking in front of you but no bacon for instance (if that's your thing). Afternoon snacks - this was served at 4pm only, this was sandwiches and cakes or ice cream. Outside of this time there is a shop available to buy snacks. Birds were flying in and out of the open doors (unavoidable) would land on the bread section and eat off the cutting board often with staff walking past not disturbing them. There was alot of flies around the salad and bread etc, not shoo'd away by staff when passing which was disappointing. The hotel was being painted while we were there (it did not intrude on the holiday at all) and with a good amount of investment I would say it is well on the way to being amazing but for us we felt it is more of a 3 star plus not 4 we have experienced elsewhere. The hotel was great for a few days, we enjoyed ourselves but we wouldn't likely return. We were expecting a 4 star and felt a little like it missed that standard just that bit due to evening bar service and food options, nothing was so awful you'd say you felt you overpaid but I would have preferred to pay a bit extra for the luxury we all want on a break. The airport queues were minimal, security is tight but compared to a friend's visit 18month ago it was greatly improved.

I’ll stay here was amazing and would highly recommend if you’re looking for 30° weather in March to get away from England the bar staff were brilliant and always looked after us. The staff were very helpful and always there for a good time, getting in the pool with us and on the slides etc. Had such a laugh. Excursions were super easy to book and always so smooth on the day. Stayed here for 8 days the hotel was exactly how we thought it would be. The service from the staff was absolutely fantastic and the animation team was absolutely brilliant. Everyday the entertainment during the night was different and the animation team always got you involved. We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. There are 3 pools which are brilliant to use and are constantly cleaned. The staff at the main restaurant were brilliant and always made sure your drinks are always topped up. Overall, this hotel is good to come and relax and during the night time entertainment were brilliant and you always had something to do and watch a show.

We are currently staying here with our 14 year old and it's one of the best holidays we've had. The food is amazing, very varied and a wide choice each day. Pools are beautiful but a bit cold for me in April. Rooms are spotless and our housekeeper surprises us each day with the art she makes with the towels! Entertainment team are really friendly and not too pushy, there is something going on all time. Beach is adjacent to the hotel with clear water and white sand. I recently stayed at a hotel in Mahdia, and I can genuinely say it was one of the most memorable holidays I’ve ever had. The location was stunning – right by the turquoise sea, with a peaceful atmosphere and a clean, well-kept beach. The hotel itself was lovely, with comfortable rooms, great food, and friendly service. But what truly made this experience special was the animation team, especially Ramos. He’s an absolute star! From the moment we arrived, Ramos brought such incredible energy, joy, and positivity to everything he did. He’s not just an animator – he’s the heart and soul of the entertainment team. Whether it was pool games, evening shows, or just chatting and making everyone laugh, Ramos made everyone feel included and welcomed. His charisma and ability to connect with people of all ages is rare – my whole family adored him. He remembered guests by name, brought smiles every single day, and made sure no one ever felt bored. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we were all having the best time possible. If you’re planning a trip to Mahdia, I highly recommend this hotel – and if Ramos is still there, you’re in for an unforgettable time!

We arrived on Tuesday and have been absolutely blown away! Everything from the food and service to the facilities and location has been outstanding. The breakfast options are fantastic—there’s something for everyone—and the staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming. A special mention to Aye, who took great care of us every morning at breakfast. She made sure we had everything we needed and always kept our drinks topped up with a smile. Her attentive service truly made our mornings extra special. Highly recommend this place—it’s been a fantastic experience so far!

We checked out a little while ago and I need to make sure the people who take their time to read the reviews about the places that they intend to visit, know that if you select this hotel as your destination, you can rest assured that it will fulfill your expectations and beyond. We came to celebrate my birthday and was very surprised when one of the staff members knocked on our door and handed me a Happy Birthday chocolate mousse cake, not only that, I also noticed that a birthday card had been placed on one of the night tables and decorated the room with some balloons. That's customer service and attention to detail!! This is probably generated by the system once you check-in or probably someone takes the time to check, regardless of how they find out, it's the fact that they want to make you feel welcomed and appreciated as their customer. With respect to the hotel itself, everything about it is great. The minute you walk into the lobby, the upscale atmosphere, the premises in general, the rooms, the food, the staff, the service. Absolutely everything, is well organized and synchronized to make sure customers enjoy their stay. Thank you to everyone who made possible we had a wonderful time. Really enjoyed our stay !!!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Am incredible hotel, all five stars are deserved. The service and staff were impeccable, the entrance hall was absolutely stunning and the rest of the hotel followed. Every staff Member was polite and greeted us with a smile. The beach access was easy and the restaurants and facilities were fantastic. Great food, great cocktails. Krishna was cleaning our room this week, Very smart, professional and attentive. He made sure all of our requirements were met and met our extra requests. We're back at this amazing hotel for another year, and it's exceeded our expectations once again. Antonio, the manager, and Laura Cabellos, the assistant manager, have provided exceptional service and warm welcome. The whole team is incredibly friendly and always willing to lend a hand. The hotel boasts fantastic restaurants, bars, and the highlight is the Sky Bar on the top floor with breathtaking views. We're absolutely smitten with this hotel and give it a 100% recommendation.

I went there on September last year (2024) and the hotel staff was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay there for almost a week. It has incredible views to bay and I would encourage everyone to go for the room with views to sea. I had a small issue with the reservation but Cati, the receptionist, and Laura Cabellos, the Assistant manager, solved it really quickly. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Possibly the prettiest little harbour I've ever visited. Lots of bars and restaurants which make the most of the scenery. The hotel is just around the corner from the cove (walk out and turn right). The hotel is peaceful as there are no children. The entertainment on the rooftop bar is fun. The rooms are generally small but cool (the air conditioning seems to work well). The balcony is tiny but welcome, we have a poolside view on the second floor and it suits us fine. If you enjoy a relaxed pace and love the sea then this is the place for you.

Friendly helpful staff. Room was brilliant! A notice board showing nearest chemist, petrol station, EV charger etc. would have been helpful. For guests leaving before breakfast there is no provision for a packed breakfast to take away. After pleading with an assistant manager, I was allowed to make my own the evening before.

Enjoyed every minute of our recent holiday. All the staff were amazing, very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Jesus and Carmen were very attentive and looked after us very well, as did all the staff in the restaurant. There was a great choice of food. The accommodation we had was a garden suite. Spotlessly clean and had everything you could need, robes, slippers and a lovely plunge pool. Alexa, was amazing. She was always very cheerful and worked tirelessly organising lots of fun activities and evening entertainment. Wish we were booked in for a further week.
