Competition Entry:

These terms and conditions apply to the Win A £1,000 Holiday Voucher competition (“The Competition”) run by Travcorp Holdings Ltd, which includes Destination2, Destination2Cruise and Holiday Gems.

By claiming the prize, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and agree to be bound by them.

The competition is open to any person aged 18 and over, except for employees of Travcorp Holdings Ltd and their families, partners, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

Travcorp Holdings Ltd Terms & Conditions:

Travcorp Holdings Ltd reserves the right to alter or amend the methods of entry or The Competition at any time. To enter The Competition, the described action must be completed between 00.01 26/12/2025 and 23.59 28/02/2026. Entry to the competition may only be made through the applicable method(s) indicated in the competition information. The Competition is open to all Travcorp Holdings Ltd group (Destination2, Destination2Cruise and Holiday Gems) with multiple methods of entry.

The method of entry “Book a holiday” describes the action of booking a holiday with Destination2 and not the date of the holiday itself. This method is worth five entries into the prize draw.

The method of entry “Get Social” describes the action of liking and commenting on our post on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Facebook method is worth a maximum of 3 entries into the prize draw. Instagram method is worth maximum of 3 entries into the prize draw. TikTok method is worth maximum of 3 entries into the prize draw.

The method of entry “Enter Your Email Address”, describes the action of subscribing to our emails by entering your email into one of our competition sign-up forms on the Destination2, website. This method of entry is only available to new subscribers. This method is worth 5 entries into the prize draw.

The method of entry “Email Invitation” is available for people subscribed to email marketing from Destination2. On receiving a launch email for the competition, the action of clicking the email button titled “Enter me into the competition” qualifies for 2 entries into the prize draw. This method of entry can be used once per email address and is only available to the original recipient of the email.

The method of entry “Questionnaire Completion” is available for people who have completed any questionnaire where “Win A £1,000 Holiday Voucher” is offered for entry. This method of entry is only available on completion of the questionnaire and qualifies for 2 entries into the prize draw.

Multiple entries using the same method, by the same person will only be accepted for entries via “Book a holiday”.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Prizes:

1. 1. The Prize: There is only one winner who will receive a £1,000 voucher to use as payment towards any holiday booked with Destination2, Destination2Cruise or Holiday Gems. Any additional costs must be paid by the winner.

2. The Competition opens at 00.01 26/12/2025 and closes at 23.59 28/02/2026.

3. The winner will be selected at random and contacted before 14/03/2026. Winners must claim their prize within 10 working days of notification and have booked by 30/04/2026 or the prize will be void and a new winner selected. The winner, whose prize has been forfeited, is not entitled to payment or compensation of any kind.

4. The winner will be notified by social media channel they entered on and given details of how to claim his/her prize. If you enter via Social Media, you will ONLY be contacted by our official verified account; we will NOT ask for any bank details. Please report and block any fraudulent accounts.

5. By entering the competition via “enter your email address”, you give Destination2.co.uk, Destination2Cruise.co.uk, or HolidayGems.co.uk permission to use your entry for marketing purposes.

6. No alternative prize is available.

7. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or extended.

8. The winner must be one of the persons travelling on the holiday and this prize is non-transferable.

9. Holiday Gems retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

10. Lead traveller must be aged 18 or above. The winner and the winner’s travel companions must travel together and all components of the prize must be taken together.

11. The prize does not include domestic UK transfers, travel insurance, spending monies or incidental costs (such as additional meals, alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, internet, faxes, and personal purchases) other than those stated.

12. The prize does not include any Local Tourist Tax which must be paid locally by the prize winner.

13. The winner is responsible for theirs and his/her travel companions having valid passports/visas/fit to fly certificates/covid documentation prior to travel. We cannot be held responsible for refused admission to the destination. We strongly recommend that you check details in your Entry Permits/Visas/ Covid documentation against your passport and personal information prior to departure.

14. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and they will need access to the internet to enter.

15. The winner will be picked at random.

16. The winner’s name will be available on request.

17. No purchase is necessary to win.

18. Employees of Travcorp Holdings Ltd and associated group companies are excluded from participation in this competition.

19. Travcorp Holding Ltd’s decision on the winner is final.

20. Travcorp Holding Ltd reserves the right to declare The Competition null and void and may stage another competition in its place.

21. Travcorp Holding Ltd will not be held accountable for any costs, losses, damages and expenses (including travel fees) which the winner may incur in relation to The Competition or prize or as a result of any misrepresentation of the prize.

22. Holiday Gems shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, pandemic, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

23. By claiming The Competition prize constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

24. Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England.

Data Protection and Publicity

Travcorp Holdings Ltd (Destination2, Destination2Cruise and Holiday Gems) may exercise its sole discretion to use the winner’s name, email address, image and their comments relating to the prize and competition experience for future promotional marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
