We were sent to this hotel by Wizz Air after a flight disruption. The conditions were unacceptable: dust everywhere, filth on the floor, dirty sheets, and horrible air in the room. It was impossible to stay there. We checked in and checked out less than an hour later and booked another hotel ourselves.
The only positive thing was the staff — they were very kind, especially the lady at the reception. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in terrible condition and I would not recommend it.

There must be some not good deal or bonus for them to become the go to place for flight cancellations….. the male manager on duty when we as a whole group to check in was so rude and aggressive. Yelling to another lady who try to get clarification . The overall coordination between them and airline was also horrible. A lot of person could not leave in two days because the airline was not able to book us on time. We were required by the hotel to call our airline to get confirmation that we could stay for another night. We all tried but being asked out to leaving the room by 2:00pm, if not with fine of $50. When I walk in the room first time, the toilet bowl was used and there is still tissue and urion in it. Disgusting. The breakfast was alright the staff there was good. All the male management were all aggressive and not polite but the female staff were overall nice. I am not sure if it is part of the Morocco. Overall it was the worst hotel experience and never ever come back !

Our flight got delayed to the next day, so we got this to spend the night. The dinner was fine. The room was filthy; there were a lot of hairs in the bathroom, a used glass, and stains on the mirror. Also the bed seemed used. The only thing preventing me from giving a 1-star was the food and no bed bugs.

This hotel is an absolute disaster. Any positive review is a lie. Just the parking lot and lobby feel like a nightmare — dark, dirty, and falling apart. No one helped with our suitcases, the hallway lights barely worked, and plaster was falling off the walls.
The room was horrifying: thick dust everywhere, a rusted bathtub, cracked walls, a stained toilet, torn and nicotine-stained lampshades, dirty mirrors, and a huge spider waiting for us. Everything felt neglected and filthy.
The all-inclusive is a joke: the pool bar was closed, and the indoor bar had five half-empty sodas and one vodka that smelled awful.
This experience was shocking for the price we paid. If you value your time and money, stay far away. The 70+ one-star reviews are telling the truth — this place should be shut down immediately.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Me and my partner came to stay at this 1 star hotel , because that’s what is really should be absolutely dreadful and dirty . as we arrived to the old dusty building , the reception staff was RUDE . Room was dirty blood on sheets , stains on walls dirty cups plates ,flys everywhere !!! all over the food in the food hall and cold . we also had to buy drinks as this was the only way to get any service at times bearing in mind i booked all inclusive. leaving the hotel i was hit with all different charges and even told to pay for drinks i already paid for i chose not to argue and just paid to be told by reception staff that the bar staff were actually charging me double per drink(180MAD)equivalent to about £15 !!. they didn’t want to refund us ! also the toilet and stains all over it they don’t change the sheets . towels were dirty even when we called for new ones still dirty flys in cups it’s just too much to say about my experience at this dirty place also the lights in the hall way it’s like something out of a scary movie , they don’t automatically come on so it’s very dark very dark like someone could be waiting for you in the hallway and you would see . very unsafe please do not stay they need to close the whole Place DOWN !! HEALTH hazard ⚠️
