A very calm and pleasant place to stay. I really enjoyed the architectural concept, clean rooms, efficient air conditioning, very welcoming staff, excellent breakfast, and while the pool is a bit small, it's well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel. It's very quiet, not noisy at all.

Absolutely terrible!
The room is terrible. There is a used bandage in my room. The air conditioning doesn't work, leaving the room freezing cold at night. The heater also didn't function.
And the reception's attitude was extremely poor. They ask for 20 dirhams for a bottle of water, which is absurd.
Please, please, please don’t stay here.

Stayed here over the Christmas break 2023. Lovely hotel. Great location, near to a mall, lots of cafes as well as being only a 5/10 min car journey into the centre (Medina/Jemaa Al Fnaa)
The hotel interior is somewhat dated, but this compliments the overall ambience of Marrakech / the local area.
Rooms were slightly dusty
The hotel itself was set in nice grounds, with the rooms centred around a swimming pool. Although December was not the best time for swimming due to the weather!

As a seasoned holiday critic, I must say this hotel impressed me!
Located a convenient 40 Durham cab ride from Marrakech central, and just a short 5-minute stroll to a small strip housing a supermarket and a cosy sports bar/café, we found ourselves frequenting the area.
Despite the November chill, with the pool being a tad on the cold side, the weather remained delightfully hot, hovering around the 30-degree mark—perfect for soaking up the sun.
While there were a few minor inconveniences, the captivating beauty of this country overshadowed them. The hotel's amenities, including a gym, massage parlour, and a spacious food hall offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, provided a glimpse into the local culture and traditions. Though I found the included breakfast a bit lacking, the dinner and lunch prices seemed steep compared to other vendors in the area and in Marrakech central.
The hotel staff always had welcoming smiles and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you to Hotel Rawabi for embracing and sharing the country's vibrant culture.
Quick tip - When hailing a cab outside the hotel, don't be surprised if drivers initially quote 50/60 dirhams. Negotiating a rate around 30/40 dirhams, depending on the car size, is a more reasonable fare.

A very mediocre hotel. The rooms weren't particularly clean, the bathroom drain was blocked and the room safe wasn't fixed down.
Reception staff were helpful and there was a decent breakfast selection.
