If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would — this place truly deserves it. My experience here has been excellent, and a big reason for that is the incredible team.🥰
The staff are truly wonderful — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They respond quickly to any questions or requests, and you can really see how much effort they put into making guests feel comfortable. Their teamwork and positive attitude create a warm and welcoming atmosphere every day.
The food is also a highlight. Breakfast is fresh and varied, with different side dishes served daily. Lunch and dinner are just as enjoyable — well-prepared, flavorful, and nicely presented, with good variety throughout the menu.
I want to give special recognition to the staff for how hard they work. They are on their feet all day, often in long-sleeved uniform shirts, even in the heat, and still remain professional, kind, and energetic. It’s not easy at all, and they truly deserve extra appreciation — and honestly, a bonus — for such demanding work and dedication.

Wonderful staff and highly recommend the massage. Much cheaper prices than in England and the massage manager is a highly qualified gentleman who also gives advice on exercising to improve your particular problem.
Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are happy to help you with a lovely smile.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks a week ago. I was not expecting much as it was 3* I was very surprised. It's a very pretty hotel bougainvillea an jasmine growing up white walls lots of flowers and lawns. The staff really make this hotel they couldn’t be more helpful. Ridha my house keeping could not do enough sometimes these people who do a lot in the background don't get mentioned also Muhammad the watching the pool and giving out towel and Muhammad on reception all deserved a mention. I liked this hotel so much I'm going back in November for a month

On January 19, 2026, we traveled from Turkey and joined the Egypt Cairo and Sharm El Sheikh tour with Elegance Tour, accompanied by our tour guide Mr. Abdullah Gökalp. We stayed at Falcon Hills Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. The cleanliness of the hotel, the helpfulness of the staff, and their solution-oriented approach in every matter were excellent. The food, beverages, animation activities, and music selection were wonderful.
The friendly and attentive attitude of the hotel staff, always prioritizing guest satisfaction, made us especially pleased. Throughout the tour, thanks to our guide Mr. Abdullah Gökalp’s knowledge, interest, and sincere approach, our trip was both enjoyable and smooth. We would like to thank Elegance Tour, our guide, and everyone who contributed to this wonderful organization.
