Perfect place to stay if you like both the city and the beach. It's in "Centro" of everything you come to Benidorm for.
My full recommendation.
I will add that the breakfast buffet was excellent (but very noisy)

Location superb. Very central.
Room great on the whole, we had a superior triple room, with a lovely view of the sea and bay and town, but is lacking some basic features to reach its 4 star status.
- hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on when used and do not need to have towels changed.
- small ledge in the shower to put shampoo etc.
- hand held shower head should be higher as it is at waist height which is too low.
- light in bedroom not working which should have been spotted by housekeeping before signing the room off as suitable for the next arrivals.
- no mirror in main bedroom (always handy for putting make up on when the bathroom is in use).
- not enough plug sockets or USB sockets on either side of the beds.
- no spy hole on the bedroom door to be able to see outside the room when someone is outside.
Buffet Restaurant
- we had breakfast only. Was very poor standard for a 4 star hotel.
- poor quality food - not fresh bread, croissants, hotdog sausages served not even proper sausages, omelette at the show cooking very watered down and not as thick as should be - why not break the eggs fresh at the time, beat and cook for the customers?
- yoghurt selection very very limited. Only 'sabores' none with fruit pieces.
- 10.30am the lights of the buffet table of the restaurant were turned off. I know breakfast is until 10.30am but this means you can enter the restaurant still at 10.30am, so food should still be available until at least 10.45am. Terrible management of time.
PLANTA 20 bar - highlight of why we booked this particular hotel.
-Tonight (Sunday) 22.20 we went in and told terrace was closed as it had rained this morning so was closed. Had not rained for a long time since so should have been available if customers wanted to go out. It wasn't raining or so cold.
- asked for cocktail but no cocktails. As they had already cleaned the cocktail equipment! Asked please as that was why we came back to the hotel to enjoy a cocktail but told no!
This is a real shame and Terrible service. We understand that the bar closed at 23.00 but there was still time. Not usual practice in a 4 star or even 3 star hotel. Keep to the closing times with a full service please.
We will not recommend the hotel apart for the location and with room only.

Great location close to the old town and tapas area. Fabulous views. Quiet but central.
Hotel clean. Breakfast selection really good.Lots of choices, hot and cold.
Rooftop bar great. Service and cocktails good.
Standard double room with balcony spacious, well equipped, English news channels. Great shower.
Parking under hotel safe and spacious.
Negatives. Long wait for lifts. Surly receptionist. No shower gel.
Got locked out on balcony, had to shout for help outside of hotel to be released. Safety issue here!
Will be staying again. Overall a good experience.

Walls are made of cardboard and unable to sleep due to noise won neighbours. Asked to change rooms but hotel fully booked. Hopefully I’ll get some sleep on my last night
