Where this is applicable, we can normally offer this facility up to 14 days prior to departure. Please note that this policy does not apply to non-refundable/non-changeable rooms and any difference in price for the new accommodation must be paid for at the time of change or alternatively may be added to your balance if applicable. While travel restrictions are slowly lifting, we understand that this is still an unpredictable time. When you obtain a quote (click here), there are three types of cover on offer Bronze, Silver & Gold and each contains key protections for you and your travelling party. Covid protection provides all the confidence you need when travelling in today’s “new normal”. Available on all cover levels as standard with the option to add on Enhanced covid cover for a premium

This includes

  • Cancellation cover in the event that you or anybody named on your policy is diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days of departure
  • Medical cover (including repatriation) if anybody covered by the policy contracts COVID-19 whilst on holiday.
  • Optional Enhanced COVID-19 cover available for travel in Europe providing cover should customers wish to travel against the advice of the Foreign & Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) providing the advice is against all but essential travel and is solely as a result of COVID-19 and no other reason
