FREE ACCOMMODATION CHANGES*
When searching on our website and where you see this offer advertised on the “summary” page of your booking journey, our Free Accommodation Change policy affords you the freedom of changing your accommodation should you have a change of heart and wish to upgrade or change your accommodation to that of the same or higher standard rating and price. Where this is applicable, we can normally offer this facility up to 14 days prior to departure. Your applicable date will be detailed on the summary page for you. Please note that this policy does not apply to non-refundable/non-changeable rooms and any difference in price for the new accommodation must be paid for at the time of change or alternatively may be added to your balance if applicable. COVID-19 INSURANCE COVER*
While travel restrictions are slowly lifting, we understand that this is still an unpredictable time. When you obtain a quote (click here), there are three types of cover on offer Bronze, Silver & Gold and each contains key protections for you and your travelling party with varying amounts of cover. Covid protection provides all the confidence you need when travelling in today’s “new normal”. Covid Cover (see policy wording for what this includes) is available on all cover levels as standard and comes with the added benefit of adding “Enhanced Covid Cover” for a small premium.
This includes
- Cancellation cover if you, your relative, a member of your household or travelling companion contract COVID-19 within 14 days of the booked departure date or if you are denied boarding on pre-booked outward travel due to contracting COVID-19 following a medically approved test or having a confirmed temperature above 38°C
- Medical & Repatriation Expenses cover for medical costs for any treatment and associated expenses required abroad as a result of contracting COVID-19 following a medically approved test.
- You may also purchase an optional Enhanced COVID-19 Protect cover which covers you should you wish to travel against the advice of the FCDO providing the advice is against “all but essential travel” solely as a result of COVID-19 and no other factors. Only applicable for holidays within Europe.
