Honestly one of the most outdated and outrageous places I have ever stayed . As soon as I walked into the hotel, the service staff take £150 of deposit just incase you break anything in the room before you leave. As I got to my room I was greated with no hot water, stinking bedsheets, glasses from the 18th century and the most depressing room ever. The bed n breakfast was well, not a breakfast. One sausage one egg and one piece of bacon with the dirtiest cup of tea ever. Don’t stay here if you have a wide budget.

Literally criminals. Room was piss poor covered in filth, checked in and went straight out for the day. Got back to our room for around 7pm with a woman going through my friends suitcase who then physically attacked us and when security were called WE were threatened with prison? WE were attacked, possessions attempted to be stolen and WE were threatened with prison and to pay a fine. Ridiculous

Dire, place is dated filthy I was convinced I was going to catch something. stained sheets stained towels list goes on. hot water take only 60 L ( that's what the boiler states) only enough for one person to have a quick shower. After that u have to hear clunking boiler while it heats up again not great when your trying to sleep. The noise from the drunk guests comming in shouting until early hours of the morning! it didn't stop till gone 4 am one night ! noone on reception to call as its closed 00.00 till 08.00 !!! I booked the hotel by mistake i was only using as a base to visit family and had only booked four nights I couldn't last three I had to move myself and elderly farther to another hotel.

Shocking Hotel, never in my life have I stayed in such a disgusting pig sty Hotel is not worthy of 1 star! Rooms are badly outdated, the beds filthy, bathrooms / kitchen everything is just pure filth. You would not let a dog stay in this as it would be classed as animal cruelty Our rooms was 'broken into' money STOLEN, aftershave STOLEN, clothes STOLEN. There was no forced entry, the rooms was locked. We arrived on the first day, went to an event then came back to find someone had gone through our things. Blatantly either reception, the manager and the weird handyman was in on this act. When confronted was threatened to be thrown out of the hotel! Absolute animals running it, receptionists are vile, you'd find more respect from a chimpanzee. Hundreds stolen with the hotel staff using a master key 100% It's not the first time it's been reported either. Police are not interested either. Hotel should not be advertised anywhere and should be closed down. You have to pay a deposit of £50 per person, the hotel will find any excuse to not give it back too. Make sure you keep your deposit receipt! No air con, no fans, TV don't work, fridge is like a microwave. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE IN THE ROOMS Pool is saltwater too, you've been warned. Location is rubbish.

Lovely apartments, very clean with a balcony so can sit out in the morning for breakfast. The WiFi works great if you need to use it. The staff are very welcoming and are so helpful. really enjoyed my stay.

Nice rooms, we were on the 3rd floor, so not to high up. Lifts are slow to arrive at your level. Also we were on a corner room in early April and the sun did not really shine on our balcony and a bit windy. Other than that, I would return, even though it's a 10 min walk to the strip.

Great clean, well equipped apartments. We were on floor 8 with a big corner balcony. Staff friendly and helpful. €150 deposit pay cash and get it back when you leave. Towles and bedsheets changed on a rota, you need to go to reception to collect. Would stay here again, about 10 min walk to main strip.

We are into our second week at the moment and have no complaints at all, we have everything we need here and the location is central for everything. For only a 2 star apartment we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, comfort, lovely big balcony and reception staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends and can’t wait to come back as soon as possible. 😎👍

Beds are comfy and balcony is a fair size, can't really complain as its been a cheap hotel to stay , you have kettle and toaster and a 2 ring hob , also they do supply pots and pans and all the other stuff for cooking , just remember to bring your own coffee and tea though

Very basic however it's cheaper and clean. Not too far from the beach. No Aircon. On a hot day it get really hot you will need a fan. Parking available however it's €30 a week. Pool is very small, supermarket just a street away. Helpful staff but don't speak much English. Overall very basic.

We only arrived last night and was a bit apprehensive after reading some poor reviews, well we were very pleased to say that we are very happy so far, we checked in at approx 10pm, got our room tv and WiFi sorted immediately. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, and completely suitable for two even 3 in size, we have a big balcony that wraps around the apartment overlooking the pool which is spotlessly clean too. The kitchen is small but fitted out with a 2 ring cooker, large fridge microwave, electric kettle toaster even a coffee maker and off the kitchen is a little scullery where you can rinse out clothes and dry them on clothes airer provided. We are only about 10 minutes from the beach, close by are KFC, Burger King, McDonald's and various other restaurants, The staff are very nice and friendly and we highly recommend anyone to stay here

We've had a very nice couple of weeks here. The walls between apartments is thin and the bath is short and shallow, but the apartment is very comfortable. Location is good as it's only a minute walk to supermarket and bars. Ten minutes to the beach. We had a sea view from the top floor, nice sun terraces and the chap on reception knew adequate English to avoid problems. We are leaving early tomorrow so he's told us where to drop the room key and we've had the deposit back. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet break close to the action.

Stayed here in September 2019. Had the pool to myself and I was delighted with that. Apartments had plenty space and loved it here. Staff were very helpful when we were asking for directions to places and there was a man at reception who was extremely kind 👍🏻 On our 3rd-4th night our bathroom door had jammed thankfully a handy man came to help out 🤩 Would definitely recommend‼️

Just had 3 nights with my wife and 15-year-old daughter. The room was very modern clean and spacious. 4th floor looking over the pool. Marko and the other barman are very friendly. Had a breakfast nice food. Drinks reasonably priced but not compared to the strip. A lot of hen and stag parties turned up for the weekend, so quite a bit of noise, but its Benidorm. Would I stay again..yes when my daughter is 18 🤣

Outclasses it's 2-star rating, we stayed on the third-floor in a Suite corner room as a couple. Impressed by the modern design and amount of light entering the room gave it that holiday feel, with the solace of a balcony for a breathe of fresh air before bed. We arrived early but were allowed to check into our room, a process completed with no hassle, we were through the door and in our room in 5 minutes flat. Instantly impressed with the standard of the room. Bed was comfy, air conditioning kept us cool & the kitchenette kept our drinks chilled. Only thing that let our stay down was poor policing of the pool area, overly drunken revellers playing their own louder music over the hotels existing poolside music or shouting about their escapades & someone who wasn't staying in the hotel being allowed to loiter asking guests if he could store his belongings in their room.

We had a fantastic stay in these apartments. The maids came everyday with clean towels, made our beds and cleaned. Free safe and once in room you couldn't hear any noise so very peaceful. Just a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach and nightlife. Would definitely recommend

Just left from having 4 nights at Halley and both my husband and I was really happy with the stay. I was going to see if I could upgrade from our double bedroom to balcony when we got there, but the room was lovely and there was no need. very modern, plenty of room and immaculately clean. It was cleaned every day and the hotel, bar area and pool was clean and pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful, definitely would recommend if going to benidorm. 10 minutes to beach, close to indoor Market and loads of shops, takeaways ect around.

Got there and had a double room stayed first night asked to upgrade to balcony room no problem we were helped out no problem staff were very accommodating. For a few extra euros the room we got was excellent. Stayed in room on first floor number 4 can not recommend room enough. Will definitely be back nothing but good things to say about this place.

We stayed 2 wks, it's smack in the middle of the old town, cafes restaurants and bars all around, just a few minutes walk to the beachfront bars. I absolutely loved the area so many good value shops for all tastes and products. Excellent local big supermarket 3 min walk up the road with good prices. The hotel is ok, I would go again, it's basic but clean, bed comfy crisp white sheets. WiFi worked good in our room and is free. TV was no use, so tiny and high on the wall only 10" also no HDMI port to attach the fire stick as the TV was ancient in our room, not sure it's the same in all rooms. Towels small, bring your own. There was no fridge which we find vital to store diabetic medication, I asked and was told they have no fridges in any rooms, but could use the fridges in the bar next door ? No use if you need insulin in the middle of night. Had to use a cool bag to store . We had a small balcony that overlooked street see my pictures. I recommend booking a room with a balcony overlooking the street, if you're staying more than a few days, yes it's tiny but overlooks all the action in the street. I felt very safe, the front desk / reception was always manned. Also had a bar/restaurant (Olympia) serving breakfast and meals... Good clean basic hotel.. lovely helpful friendly staff.

We recently stayed here from Thursday till Tuesday. The room was terrible, room 202…… View was like a prison cell.. Beds were comfy but quilt really thin… Pillows awful…. Shower had no door so floor got wet though…. Wooden floor kept coming apart…. Extractor fans right outside window in a square space….. Had to lean out the window and look up to see what the weather was like..,.,, Had to pay for clean sheets….. Beds were made everyday but sheets not straightened….. Never straightened them on our last night…… Tv was really tiny and all Spanish channels…… Won’t stay here again!! Very disappointed!! Carnt comment on food or bar as never used as couldn’t wait to get out the place !!

Just come back from a 3 day stay. On arrival we found the room filthy with black hair everywhere not been dusted in God knows how long and dirty towels. I complained straight away and all I was offered was a free breakfast. Well I'm not even going to go their €6 of rubbish Dont even bother. After being assured it will be cleaed in the morning I gave them the chance to clean. After room service the next day its was the same. So told reception again. Day 3 still the same but they did remove the dirty towels but left us with no towels so another trip down to reception. This truly is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in I would never go back even if offerd for free. The staff should be ashamed of themselves

We had to pay an extra €70 for a balcony for the week an the balcony felt like it was about to fall off !!!! my partner wouldn't even stand on it. Breakfast was shocking we tried 3 days then had t eat else where. My partner bought me a bottle of wine for valentines an I asked the bar down stairs for a wine glass he said no no not aloud so had to go an buy one never have had that problem in any hotel before . Lift was breaking down every day we was there!! best thing about hotel was its location but we did get lost trying to find it when we got off coach an so it seemed everyone else did when we spoken to them

It's hard to fault the apartments. They are a good size and have everything you need. If you don't mind a short walk to the beach and you want value for money it's a great place to start. The only problem was that the fridge didn't work on the first day, but it was changed for a new one the next day. There's a Chinese restaurant just .2 miles away and you can eat 3 courses and get merry for less than 12 euros per person. The old town is definitely the nicest area but since we paid £250 for a week flying from Bristol we aren't complaining. Benidorm is definitely not what we expected. Yes it has its places to avoid, if getting drunk and being very English isn't your thing. But scratch the service and find the real Benidorm and you'll find something very different. I would definitely come again but probably not in high season, but that's just me..

Our apartment was on the 1st floor, pretty sure there is 25floors. The views weren't the nicest out the windows/balcony but we got the sunshine as we were at the front of the building. €50 euro per adult deposit. Which you get back after they check the rooms. Rooms were cleaned to a great standard. Enough hot water with the shower for about 10mins. So quick wash or everyone get washed at different times that gives the tank enough time to reheat . On the 2nd day the cleaner knocked offering fresh towels and more toilet rolls. Rooms were big enough. Balcony decent sized, we had a safer balcony so put our minds more at ease for our toddler.

Up the hill past the marina Hotel. Not far really. Close to lot,but far enough away from it. Good couple of bars near it,that do food. Lots of supermarket near... Rooms ok. Comfy beds. Kitchen basic but hols-has kettle fridge microwave n toaster

Very clean apartments with friendly staff to greet you on reception. Apartments have a balcony and come with a fully functional kitchen, including crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for 4 people. The beds are single or like us, can be pushed together to make a double. Plenty of wardrobe space with hangers and a safe which was €14 for the week. In the lounge area there is a bed settee with a TV (you can get English channels on) and a dining table, seating 4. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower that isn't just a tinkle. Toilet rolls and towels are provided. There is a bar downstairs but does close early as we are in their winter hours. It has a pool which wasn't heated brrrr! Plenty of sunloungers to catch those rays though around the pool. Your not far from the night life and the beach is just a short walk down. All in all a lovely place to stay and highly recommended.

Everything is clean and tidy. So far, good value for the price. My only complaint, is when I got to the room it was 27°, so I put the 'air conditioning' on. 10 mins later, it was 28°. I was informed that the A/C wasn't active in March. The staff were very kind and friendly!

I totally enjoyed my 2 nights here. The hotel is located next to the main Bus Station of the city (buses that connect to other cities) - so it's exactly what I was looking for. I found the price/night to be good value for what it offers. It's 30 minutes away by foot from the beach (mainly flat) and they have a great coffee at the cafeteria. The room is big, with big windows (nice view), also the bathroom is big, and the hotel is very clean. The furniture could use a renewal any time soon. The bed was comfortable, exactly how I like it. I didn't use the sauna or the pool.

The location is at the entrance of Benidorm from the Highway and 12mins drive from City-centre, rooms are impeccably clean, and the service is commendable for the price. Excellent view. The reception staff is exceptionally helpful, ensuring there's always someone ready to assist you with a warm and welcoming attitude.

We were feeling very hot and wanted to turn on air conditioning to cool the room and it wasn't working. Air conditioner was blowing hot air only. Temperature was around 25 C and its first week of November. I was really disappointed to get a response from service desk stating that air conditioner can only have cold or warm air. Service desk staff stated that manager decided to turn off cold air and it can now only blow warm air. Shocking response from 4 star rated hotel. We then had to open the windows to have some fresh air however we had next door neighbour smoking marijuana through their windows so we were getting all smokes. We then had to inform to service desk and change the room. Even 3 star rated hotels have both cold and hot air conditioner working throughout the year. It is joke to call it 4 star hotel and not have basic facilities like they advertised. This is my first and last time living at this hotel.

Location and service were great, very easy too find with an underground free car park. Bus station and taxi rank 2.mins away. Rooms a bit cold and couldn't get the aircon to work. Sauna had been switched off, plus you need a key from reception to get in, too cold to use outdoor pool.in December, So we were a little disappointed. Buffet was good albeit a little cold. However, Guillermo, at the bar downstairs was a total star who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. We would visit again just for him!!

Wow what a little gem. This hotel is ideally located in the old town within walking distance of the beach and all amenities. Great Tapas Bar and Shopping is on your doorstep. The hotel was very clean and the food choice was amazing with complimentry wine. The staff were courteous and very friendly. Please note that this hotel is mainly occupied by Spanish (I prefer this) but there was no problem with communication. Booked again for later this year. Can't wait.

If staying in the Old Town this is just 2 streets up from Vincent's and a major supermarket - absolutely great for amenities. Refuel was just right at the bottom of the hill so again superb to what we wanted. Food though was extremely repetitive and the dining area was so so noisy with the local guests. If you want a good base but willing to eat out this is a great place to stay

Unable to open our curtains as facing another hotels pool area and on a busy cross section so no privacy. I did ask for a balcony room but none available- I presume because of the price we paid and using a booking agent. A few niggles in the room which should have been reported by previous occupants but maintenance did come up very quickly and resolved one of them. We had very noisy, inconsiderate neighbours and lots of door slamming! They staff in the dining area were very quick to clear the dirty dishes away so it was all kept clean and tidy. The young lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean tidy hotel, good breakfast (8am to 10am), staff brilliant, helpful and most friendly, we found the bar open every time we needed it. Our room (410) was a little on the small side but it suited our needs as a base. Rooms on the North side had balconies but none had a sea view. Air conditioning was hit and miss, it didnt seem to cool very well. Could have used a small fridge too. But I'd most definitely return here.

We are 6 ladies all of different degrees of mobility, what a wonderful stay we had at the hotel Bristol.. staff were very helpful always on hand to open doors and always with a smile.. cleaning staff were lovely.. food was very good always a good choice and fresh .. loved it so much we have booked to go back next Easter.. The location is excellent.. highly recommend.. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable and easy.

Me and my partner have recently came back from a 3 night stay here. The hotel is around a 3 minute walk from the heart of the Old Town . The rooms are lovely,clean and spacious,The food was nice Breakfast had a good selection of continental and also a fry up. Dinner was also good nice selection of different things something for everyone to enjoy. The staff are really friendly,look forward to staying here again in the near future.

My group stayed here 26th Feb 2024 to 1st March 2024. At first, I didn't like the view of the room we had been allocated, but I just went to reception, and they were very helpful and let the whole of our party change rooms for a €40 per room charge. We were very happy with the upgraded room! One of our party is disabled, but the staff were very helpful, and let us use the spare wheelchair when needed. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are very cheerful and always happy to help. The food is your standard hotel type, and although I'm fussy, I managed to find something to eat at both breakfast and dinner. The location of the hotel is great as it's close to the old town. The only downside is where the transfer drop-off point is, so if you are disabled and on your own, then you may need a private taxi transfer. Would definitely recommend and return to The Hotel Bristol in future

We spent 6 nights at the hotel Bristol. The hotel is situated very close to the old town but it is surprisingly quiet. The beach is about 5 minutes walk away. The staff in all areas are really helpful and the food was really good with lots of choice. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will hopefully be coming back at some point.

Great hotel, receptionist was lovely and let us check in 5 hrs earlier. Rooms are lovely, big, clean and modern. We was full board and enjoyed all our meals. Thought it was a little strange the dinner plates weren't always taken away so had to take them to the trolley ourselves but wouldn't put us off booking again. The pool area is nice and clean. The location is excellent for the old town. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great location for going out. Beach 10 minute walk. Bars and restaurants very close. Great pool and sunbathing areas. Sun loungers 3euros each. Don't be put off by the people waiting like dogs to get there sun bed spot. Plenty of areas to lie down. Standard rooms, clean and air conditioning. If you have a two bedroom apartment the smaller room doesn't have air conditioning. Asked for a fan at reception and was given one. Private apartment so no random people can gate crash. Very quiet at night so having a good night sleep isn't a problem. Because it's a residential building there allowed to keep pets, but not near the pool area. Would definitely stay again.

Great location to the many bars and restaurants Benidorm has to offer. One bedroom apartment with a wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers. There is a safe in the wardrobe which is charged at 5€ for our stay- bathroom with shower over the bath- kitchen well equipped with pots & pans utensils, cups, glasses, plates and a microwave- fridge freezer also cooker. Lounge area with table and chairs to seat 4 people which also has a corner sofa and a TV. Balcony with chairs and table and clothes horse. A deposit is payable on your arrival which is returned when you leave apartment. Three large pool areas with plenty of places to catch the sun. Probably would not stay here again as Benidorm has hundreds of hotels to choose from.

Very enjoyable experience and great for the kids with 3 pools 1 kiddies one with play area and to other one being an adult one. You do have to pay for sunbeds every day. It is great as just outside are all shops to cate for everything you need ie: food clothing sweets and tobacco fizzy drink and alcohol. Great all round.

It was great how the pool was huge :D hotels could be a bit more pretty, but I can’t complain considering all the apartments In Benidorm are... hotels are good, pool is always busy but you still have a ton of space. Great place to visit for a family holiday :D

Sirocco Gemelos is a retirement home with a swimming pool !! The pool is beautiful but there are many rules. Inflatable beds, swimming tubes, monofins are all prohibited😡😡 You can't buy food there, but there is a vending machine for canned drinks. No music is played no animation or any fun. In short, a very boring intention, what is due to the residents who live there permanently. If you want a vacation between old people 60 and up you can go to this appartment complex. Boring😴 boring😴 boring😴boring😴

Basic apartment with most things you would need and value for money. We were spoken to like naughty school children by the host when we arrived slightly late (due to flight delay). We had been up since 3.30 and were really tired and I had to walk away so that I didn't retaliate. Once he had aggressively told us off, he then tried to backtrack by being overly jokey and friendly. We didn't speak to him again during our stay . Everyone raves about the little bar/cafe next door, but it was fully enclosed in the evenings as it was cold and people were smoking in there so it smelled disgusting. I can only assume the great reviews are from smokers.

Stayed at Apartamentos Amelia recently and was instantly greated with a lovely hotel manager Jordi was joyful and funny told us all the best places to visit and was very attenative throughout our stay would deffentily stay here again rooms were lovely and clean great location from old town cafe downstairs very lovely aswell with friendly staff.

Had our first holiday booked here, checked in at 2am guy at the desk was nice but told us some wrong information that morning we've come for our breakfast which was 10am and it had closed... It started 7-10am I went to the desk and explained and I'm guessing the manager as she was very rude told me I should have looked at the signs before I went to my room. Bearing in mind my first plane journey/different country I was tired. I then explained this and she just said not my problem. I was shocked I spoke to her again this afternoon about our Aircon as it didn't work and we booked a hotel with Aircon. She told me it doesn't work and ignored anything I had to say. Was really upset about the situation we had no one to actually talk too who cared The next day we ate breakfast but I wasn't sure about the food.. we only ended up having fried eggs with bread and fruit. There was a few alterations with others, trying to bully me out the way and nudging me, we ended up talking to some English families to get some help. The area was lovely... old town is the best. The hotel is ok for a few days but the staff are rude and will not help you. Both the pools are freezing cold too!

Decent budget apartments in a block next to the main hotel,clean with probably the most outstanding views of Benidorm,staff decent polite no issues. Free bus on the hour from the hotel to town and returning on the hour drop off is at Burger King Levanti beach. Two hundred euros deposit separate to cost,in case of damages room checked before given back.

This should be lower than a 1 star. Awful greeting on arrival, wasn’t informed of any information; be it the indoor pool, meal times, THE FREE BUS THEY SAY ON REVIEWS BUT NOT IN PERSON . Breakfast was shocking, luke warm ‘hot’ food, barely any fruit unless you want an orange or a grapefruit. Juices were like watery sugary drinks, not real juices at all. Disliked so much we only had breakfast the once out of a party of six. The lifts were a pain, we were on the 10th floor and it stopped at every level, irritating. On day two we decided to try the outside pool. And was frowned upon by what I presume was the ‘lifeguard’ in a tracksuit walking laps round the pool telling people off. He stormed over and told my partner off for putting an ice cube on my friend’s back. We were being watched like hawks. Uncomfortable feeling all in all. Even told to use the sunbed properly as one of our group wanted to face the sun the opposite way. Super extreme and couldn’t relax. Then to top it all off, on day two, we had hundreds of Spanish children arrive for a football tournament and staying in the hotel. We couldn’t play a single game of pool, darts, anything because we was swamped with the amount of children. All of which were rude, shouting off the balcony’s at 1am. I saw the security guard go up the levels numerous times but this didn’t ease the matter. Some were chanting in there rooms next door with music at night, these were ages up to I believe 16. Wouldn’t return, awful hotel, no air con, rude staff, only saving grace was the little shop downstairs the gentleman was super kind and friendly - gave our friend water for free. Shame for the rest of the stay. Would advise not to stay here!!

Nice double room. I asked for a double bed but got two si gle beds, but no real issue. The reception man was a bit miserable. I'm not sure he liked British people, but luckily, I had my Spanish friends with me. Very slow at booking in. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Lifts very slow. Breakfast was plentiful and well organised. I was there for the Benidorm Palce show, and this is a great location to get there, very nearby.

Given its star rating, this is a surprisingly good budget option. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped with lounge/kitchen area, bathroom, bedroom and patio. It's quite close to everything you need, including the beach, restaurants, bars etc but is still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.

Avoid this hotel at all costs!! Staff working at this hotel are stealing room inventory and then charging customers !!! I have stayed at this hotel for 1 night.2 days after the check in, I have noticed 35£ were deducted from my deposit. Reason for that was that cleaning lady said coffee machine is missing from the room?! Me and my partner who stayed with me don’t drink coffee at all, on top of that, why would anyone steal a coffee machine and take it back on a flight to Uk? I will never stay in this hotel again and I suggest everyone to chose Hotel Magic Cristal Park. PRIMAVERA LOIX STAFF ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Great place to stay Rooms large, big balconies,not far from all the action. Turn left on the roundabout to the Market on Wednesday and Sunday. Go straight ahead down to Uncle Peds. Turn right and turn left (about 50yds) to the strip and all the lively action. There are quite a lot of eateries in any of the directions or try the food at the apartments primavera loix. It’s about 600/700 yds to uncle Peds, to give you an idea of how far everything is. Do a google search from primevera to where you want to go. If your looking for a hearty breakfast, go to Mariano’s it’s near the indoor market. I hope this helps. Cheers. M

Loved our stay here we were there in September and have booked to stay again next year staff are really helpful and friendly rooms are big plenty for room for clothes and the bathroom is superb with hairdryer and the rooms are nice and clean could do with a couple of sunloungers and a parasol on the balcony it's about a 10min walk to the beach can't wait to return next year 😀

Me and the family went here last year. The room was nice and clean although quite a few hazards for the little ones. we had a really nice view of benidorm and Levante beach, and the pool was massive. The only real complaint I had was the immensely steep hill that it is situated on. Overall, I think this is a decent place to stay if you don't mind going up a giant hill.

Apartment was nice and spacious and clean with all amenities in working order. Stunning views from the massive balcony space €200 deposit is understandable and if you pay cash you get it back on checkout. Lifts were always available although some didnt work from time to time. Never visited the pool area so I cannot comment on that. Vending machines very useful saves walking down the steep hill. Location isn't the best as building site across the way but not the hotels fault and the steep hill climb could really do you damage if you are not fit and well but going down hill it's literally a 10 minute walk from the strip. Overall experience was very good 😎👍

Booked by mistake, my fault. When i realised my mistake i tried to change/ speak to hotel/ make the best of it but ended up in another hotel. Arrived first night very late and got dropped at sister hotel, i had emailed and jet2 requested ground floor room or changing to sister hotel. This wasn't acknowledged at all by reception and shrugged shoulders. Positive. Rooms are clean, kitchen looked well equipped but didn't use. Negatives. No check in, only 1 key between 6, lifts dreadful but we have a wheelchair user, however i think i would be in a wheelchair having to walk 26 floors! Not obvious where to go in dark. Very noisy drunk people coming in all hours echos up. Have to clean apartment, take rubbish out etc. Not ideal when flying early. Building works, big drilling going on next door, noisy. Pool area didn't look appealing, although we didn't use. Toilet constantly running, didn't complain because it was 1am and couldn't face the lifts and walk to other reception but i suppose this may have been fixed when known about although it was doing it on arrival! On a very very steep long hill from beach/restaurants. Balcony doors didn't work/ lock. We only stayed the first night. The €200 deposit is crackers, should be an option to pay for cleaning. Would be OK maybe if group of adults on drinking holiday but certainly not relaxing holiday with kids.

We had a family apartment. There where five of us. The apartment was clean on arrival. It had full facilities, kitchen, washing machine. Two bathrooms. Two bedrooms and a sofa bed. We where provided with towels. We stayed half board. The food was fine. But the last two days we ate out for a change. The apartments are close to the beach and bars and restaurants. The staff where friendly and helpful. You check in at th sister hotel next door. It is sign posted. Pay your deposit in cash. We had no problems getting it back within 10 minutes of check out. We had a lovely time.

Used to come to this Hotel a few years ago and loved it. The Hotel appears to have been renovated and the bar area is now much brighter and welcoming than previously. This stay was good but spoiled by noisy neighbours in one room. Lots of lovely Spanish guests who were always cheerful and willing to chat. The food was very nice with a good varied selection available. Staff were excellent. Lovely walk into the old town and if you want to get a bus back the Number 3 bus stops at the hotel.

The hotel overall is brilliant.... Cons. The reason for 3* is because of the noise (general chatting / speaking) from adjoining rooms was ridiculously loud as if the individuals were in your own room and the house keeping leaving open the balcony door which on occasion isn't an issue, but this time it was, my room constantly smelled like stale cigarettes due to both neighbours being smokers and the smell entering my room. Pros. *Every member of staff that I encountered were very welcoming, polite and very friendly. *The breakfast & evening selection of food was fantastic, so much choice, fresh and delicious. *The bar area was great for a drink and a great area to relax during the day. *The pool area was great, just enough sun loungers for a small amount of individuals. *The beach was a 2 minute walk, the bars and restaurants were 3 minutes or more away from the hotel.

Great experience at this hotel during our stay between the 2nd and 4th of April. We had booked full board which means that all meals are included but no drinks. Coffee is only available free during breakfast and outside of that is chargeable. The same goes for water/juice. A great amount of food, including fruits, vegetables, and fish dishes. Plenty of seating for us during the time of our stay however you will most likely struggle to get a seat and have to wait during the summertime season. Superb stay for us for our 2 day stay and definitely recommend it

Friendly and welcoming staff. Restaurant was very clean and food was changed regularly the kitchen staff were constantly topping up and refreshing dishes. Waters were very efficient and at busy times not long to wait for a table they were cleared quickly and no pressure to move on. The wine with the meal was very nice and very reasonably priced. Bar staff friendly too. Bar prices were very reasonable too. On trip advisor there are complaints about it being Spanish. Well, it is in Spain and if you want all English then stay at home. I found the whole experience very pleasant.

The hotel is in good location close to The Strip. It’s also a short walk of several minutes to go to the beach. There are restaurants and bars near the hotel. The rooms are average but clean. We had a balcony in our room. They have a parking building at the back of the hotel and it’s very secured. We booked a triple room (half board). Buffet breakfast is alright and inclusive of warm drinks and juices. However for dinner, drinks are not included, not even water. Drinks can be ordered from the waitress and paid at the cashier upon exit. They don’t offer the best buffet but it’s ok for the price that we paid. A big percentage of the hotel’s guests are retired seniors and there is an nightclub for them within the hotel. But of course anybody at any age is welcome there. The room rate is very affordable and would suit a traveler on a budget. This hotel has a swimming pool. The adjacent sister hotel has a nicer outdoor swimming pool and an indoor pool and guests have access to those facilities as well.

We stayed at the Poseidon Resort for a weekend in March. It’s basically x2 hotels joined together one is more dated than the other. Hotel very clean, rooms clean, bit out dated but we wasn’t there to spend time in the room. X2 swimming pools, pool area clean. Can’t comment on the food as didn’t eat there. Lots of Spanish guests but all very polite. Hotel is 10 minutes walk to the main strip. I think the location is excellent. Between old town and new town. 10 minute walk to beach. Perfect Johnathan the entertainer was so friendly and we enjoyed doing rifle shooting with him! Very nice guy, an asset to the Poseidon hotel. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Benidorm 10/10

Friendly, helpful staff. My only gripe is the food. I only had breakfast, and there was plenty of choice, but the bacon, sausages, beans etc were cold, not even lukewarm. Other than that the location is excellent. The pool looks nice, although I didn't venture into it. Rooms are clean & adequate.

Stayed here for 3 nights, had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Friendly and helpful staff on reception and we were even given a very early check-in which I didn’t expect. Seems we got one of the older rooms but I found the beds really comfortable, along with the pillows. The bathroom was very clean. The walls are and floors are paper thin so you do hear quite a bit noise but we were only in the room to sleep at night. Housekeeping daily. WiFi worked fine also. The outdoor pool looked great but was closed for season; however there is an indoor heated pool available. There is no ironing service at the hotel whatsoever, so be prepared. We paid £40 a night, so no complaints. Had we paid more, then the quality may not have been commensurate with the value. The location is excellent; close to Old Town and Levante beach and restaurants/bars etc.

Rooms very clean, staff very abrupt sometimes rude, entertainment non existent, food aaarg what to say out of 4 full days there, there was 1 meal we managed to eat without having to go out for something else afterwards as the rest of the meals were absolutely horrible. You get what you pay for. I believe that, but as far as all inclusives, this one is at the bottom of the list. Friendliest staff there were the receptionist and the cleaners cannot fault them at all.

Positives: Friendly happy staff especially the restaurant staff. Good location. 2 swimming pools ...1 adult only 😁. Clean hotel. Near to beach. Negative: Food was mostly cold. Slight slope up to hotel so if mobility issues could be a problem. Very limited parking (almost none for visitors, hotel guests etc) so had to pay the £12 a day parking in the hotels small gated carpark at the front of the hotel down a one-way street. Over all a good clean friendly hotel.

Chef grilling food in front of you we had pork one night sword fish steak too many to mention Potatoes. Chips. Pate. Finger foods. Lots of homemade hot puddings. Desserts loads of choice. Chicken. This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Claiming to be a 3 star hotel (Gala Placidia) and the sister hotel claiming to be a 4 star (Hotel Dynastic). After spending an hour after arriving at the hotel trying to sort out the bill and them insisting they wanted to charge me an extra €490 to upgrade to all inclusive, we finally headed to our rooms. I paid £650 for 10 nights all inclusive with a free transfer to the airport, and my friend had paid £505. My friend had booked 4 days earlier. I was originally only intending to stay in Benidorm from the 20th-24th Jan with our other friends (staying in the old town at Grand Bali hotel). My friend was moving from the Bali to Gala Placidia Hotel for the duration of her stay (24th Jan-3rd Feb 2024). I decided to stay on with her and booked online the night before we arrived at the hotel. We eventually got everything sorted and we went up to our rooms to put our luggage away. About the rooms is stated below... We went downstairs and a couple informed us NEVER to get in the left hand lift as it always breaks down and some people were stuck in it the day before for over an hour! In our 10 day stay, we witnessed the lift broken approximately 6 times. The all inclusive selection was branded drinks, unlimited use of the spa in the sister hotel, and 2 free excursions... They informed us after we asked about the excursions that they didn't apply to us as they were for guests staying longer than 6 nights, we did inform them we were staying in this hotel for 10, but more excuses arrived! We went to have a look at the spa in the sister 4 star Hotel and was greeted with a slightly rude receptionist and told to go to the viewing area. We did.... the ceiling is being held up by a sheet... literally 🤨. We bought a swimming cap and thought we would check out the spa anyway on a cloudy day, half of which did not work... one of the ladies in the pool area had to trip the spa 3 times while we were in there to get the Jacuzzis going... the steam room only operates at certain times, and we weren't informed of this... that was the first and last time we used the pool and spa! There were many fights in the hotel rooms on my floor, and my friends and you had to keep ringing or going to reception multiple times for something to be done. 2 couples were warned about the hotel phoning the police. The entertainment was... okay. We didn't really stay for it as we were out of the hotel more than in the hotel. If there were any spanish taking part in the quiz or any interaction entertainment, they always won. All in all, I would NEVER stay at this hotel or the sister hotel ever again. Make sure you look at reviews if you are thinking of staying here and be careful with the facilities! A few days into our stay I did enquire about the free transfer as I couldn't get it to work on my mobile. The receptionist told me I didn't have a free transfer. I showed her my booking information and the T&Cs. She took a picture of my phone and said she would speak to a manager. The next day I saw her and she explained that I was correct and I did have a free transfer, however, I now cannot use it as I should have booked it straight away at the time of checking in. When I stated this is not mentioned in the T&Cs, she then again started to real off other excuses (which i think the staff are trained to do!) I did pay the €9.50 for a transfer back to the airport. It just seemed to me that any issue raised with them they would try and edge their way around it. Honestly this is one of the poorest hotels I have ever stayed in. Whilst we were waiting for our transfer to arrive, we were listening to a lady at the main desk. She had booked for 2 adults and a child. There was her, her son (approx 10) and a baby. She was told that she would have to pay extra for a cot to be placed in the room and she would also have to pay extra for the boys stay as the booking states and adult and he is not one..... Just recently came back from here. The hotel room was clean and I found the staff friendly. They also maintained the pool daily. However, as others have stated, the hotel mainly caters to pensioner aged Spanish guests and the entertainment... aimed at the Spanish guests. I didn't have any issue with the other guests but i was out most days. I went all-inclusive but ate out as the majority of the food was awful. One night they served some rabbit stew thing... The coach didn't drop you to the front of the hotel, it stopped outside a small mini mart. You then had to walk up the steps, so I wouldn't recommend it here if you have problems walking or need wheelchair access. Oddly, the Spanish guest's coach got dropped at the front of the hotel... If you're looking for a quiet base and room only, it would be fine. I wouldn't say it is suitable for children either.

Stayed here for 5 nights, came for a cheap cheerful holiday. But I wouldn’t recommend staying all inclusive as the food isn’t even edible even the dog would eat it, everything’s undercooked and could be very dangerous.The hotels 95% Spanish pensioners hence the reviews (Spanish pensioners club) , which give you dirty looks and make you feel unwanted there. Rooms very outdated but cleaners do a good job on a daily basis. Located out of town but not far of a walk into the old town. Wouldn’t stay here again.

In my experience at the hotel, I noticed that Yuri who is a barman/waiter consistently appeared to be in a bad mood and looked quite miserable. Unfortunately, this negatively impacted the overall atmosphere and made the service feel unwelcoming. Special holiday for Mum turning 70! Beg bugs after getting blanket out of cupboard!! Thank God we only got the blanket out on the last night due to cold weather. However, they offered us another room, pointless as we were leaving that day. Asked for fly spray to spray our room and clothes with. We were offered a free meal as compensation which was ironic as we were catching the bus that morning! Sliding door in our Mums room (216) was broken (couldn't lock it) but was fixed whilst we were there two days later. Food pretty average, had Paella one day, rice under cooked (gross). Bacon and sausages undercooked as mentioned to the chef, twice, did cook my bacon on the hotplate again so it was cooked in the end. The only thing to write home about were the cooked prawns on the hotplate:) Very disappointed that we couldn't have beer with our dinner as only wine and water was offered. waiter did ask for us but we were refused by restaurant staff. Paco and another young man (41) very welcoming which was nice. Another couple had all inclusive but that didn't include the coffee from the piano room so be aware of what is in your all inclusive! Karaoke was good but shut off too early (11:00 piano bar didn't shut until 12:00). The bloke in charge of bar, abrupt, unfriendly. Bloke in charge of karaoke was lovely, would have happily continued. One bar man in lower bar very good at remembering our drink order Dewars and dry ginger ale...he was really good. Reception staff on arrival, lovely lady when we arrived, other staff not quite so pleasant. Would we go back to Dynastic Hotel, no we wouldn't!

What a disgusting hotel. Blood on sheets. Dust under the bed. Yuri the bar member was very rude. He only liked serving young ladies not older ladies. He had a bad attitude and was unfriendly towards some people. Also the food was cold and undesirable. So we ate out most of the time.. We also had a bad experience as there was a group of males drunk and playing a game were all there clothes were removed. I did report this to staff who immediately addressed the situation. But my 13 year old granddaughter. Was most upset seeing naked men on the hotel grounds so we had to go out 95 % of the time. I would highly recommend. Stay clear of this disgusting hotel..

Just home from spending a week here with friends and we had a fantastic time. Food was great, plenty of variety and it was very tasty. They even had Halloween themed desserts. Waiting staff were lovely , friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff kept everything spotless. Bar staff were also friendly and kept busy. Spa is lovely . Hotel was decorated lovely for Halloween and the staff running the kids club made sure the kids had a great time. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Looks lovely from the outside until you meet the staff. There attuide is atrocious when you think your paying for a hotel you except better service. The first night we arrive my son was lying on the bed and it broke and my son nearly got serve injured as he nearly went out the balcony door. Later we found out the leg if the bed was hanging on. This accident could have ended very badly as my son has epilepsy and the first bump to the head could have give him a seizure. We then waited 6 hours for a new bed. A man did come he took the base of bed and left my disabled child on the floor with a mattress for another 2 hours. My family later decided they wanted play a game of pool. Not making any noise condensing there was drunk shouting and screaming. But a security guard decided he discriminate my disabled child for playing a game of pool. He came and took the stick of my child this left him very upset and made this man look like a bully and disgrace to the hotel for his rude language. Out of the drunks shouting and screaming he decided he would attack my child doing no harm. this is a honestly disgrace and our stu was only on Tuesday to Friday and I have seen enough on that short space of time. Dysnatic fix your staff and there attitudes. I will advising everyone not to stay here as it nor family friends and security guards like to victmism special needs children. Security man was talking man with a black beard. With a attitude problem.

How do i start ! the receptionists we dealt with were nice, however, they lack the basic knowledge of English and this is highly unacceptable for anyone working in a hotel. I've never found myself in a situation where as a guest...I have to make the effort to explain myself and repeat things 10 times in order to be understood. The bartenders: it goes without saying...none of them can speak or understand English...and I would like to highlight the rudeness of some of them: the Spanish ones (or at least I believe they were Spanish, were really nice but the others, maybe African, were very rude and incompetent and apparently not willing to do their job at all: one of them didn't know (or at this point I think he pretended not to know) what an expresso is....and a Spanish colleague had to explain it to him....come on...seriously?? If some people don't enjoy working at a bar why don't they look for another job? Acceptable variety of food however of rather poor quality and I was surprised by the absence of beef. As already mentioned, most of the bar staff were really rude and incompetent. Every time my family and I went at the bar we felt in a cold, unwelcoming environment. I believe this is the only hotel n Benidorm were English is not spoken and that's probably why most of the guests are very very low class Spanish people. Outside of the hotel it's a different world, happy and fun, inside the hotel there's just an unfriendly atmosphere caused by both the bar staff and the worst Spanish guests which are for the most part constantly angry or to say it in Spanish "amargados". The rooms were cleaned everyday however it is basic cleaning .. whoever cleaned can’t even make the sheets beds well .. the rooms are old yes but fine it wasn’t a problem for us .. the area of the swimming pool is nice when there are not many people around which is in the morning when they open at 10 .. but then in the afternoon it becomes crowded .. some rude people even play with the ball inside the swimming pool with babies around not being careful that they could hurt them with the ball.. anyway not worth the money The only good thing is the location near the beach but be aware that the beach with rocks .. if you want to enjoy swimming you can’t because it is unpleasant ..

Came to this hotel in 2017 and absolutely loved it so been wanting to come back since I just went this month and will say never again. On This occasion not allowed inflatables in pool when could last time so after wasting euros on buying them I was unhappy. Also says no diving been that was still allowed nothing was said then I had window open what I was sat next time. Some Spanish person came over trying to close it I said no so he went and reported it guess what it got closed. There so much more I could say but written enough

Quite a small pool and there was not alot of tasty selection of food. I am vegetarian and all I could eat was roast potatoes and chips. They have a sign above a food section saying "vegetarian" but was full of meat. The location was the best thing about the hotel

I agree it needs an update we were super happy there. My daughters want to go back all summer they said and be with the activity director Sam who was so sweet with them! I Highly recommend the all included ultra plan since you get a lot of entertainment activities included and other nearby hotel visits. The alcohol included is also top brand! But without a doubt the best was all the children entertainment offered! We have 7 year old twin girls and they were over the top happy with all the activities: Arts and crafts, disco, games, circus etc. They even take them To eat lunch with the entertainers (super recommend) who are super friendly such as Sam and Diana and alejandra !!! and parents can enjoy some down time but more importantly they make friends!! I see a lot of complaints but we were pretty satisfied and will definately come back. Price value is awesome. The food is tasty although i would agree the eating area could be bigger, its a bit tight and can have lines and disorganized maybe they should have another eating area. Also the snacks could be better, need more kid options like nuggets or sandwich options etc.But all in all it has been pretty great! Also very close to beach one block away. Although we barely had time to go to the beach with all the activities the kids wanted to do!

First time to this hotel both my friend and I had a balcony room overlooking the pedestrian walkway The hotel clientele was of a elderly age but that was expected at this time of the year was to be expected,I felt young at 68 though there were few younger people enjoying the sun at the Roof Top Pool. Hopefully coming back in September and I wonder if the age group will change,we will see. We went on B&B but you have other options like Half and Full Board,not sure about All Inclusive you would need to check that out. The breakfast was a buffet style,excellent choices even for myself being a Vegetarian.I did like that you could have your choice of omelette to order. Staff in all areas from Reception, Waiting Staff and The Cleaning Staff were excellent very polite and professional rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.

This was 2nd time I've stayed in this hotel. The rooms and staff fantastic The bars and staff fantastic The restaurant and staff fantastic. The food variation 3 times a day was amazing. The afternoon and evening entertainment was really good. Esperanza really tries hard with the Spanish lessons and the dances & games. Pool and jacuzzi fantastic clean, some of the sunbeds need replacing. Great location for old and new town. Lavante Beach is about 200m away. We came for a month and have both really enjoyed ourselves, totally relaxed, we just want to stay longer. I can honestly say that this hotel and its staff totally deserve the 5 stars, My wife and I have been there several times and absolutely love the place. The hotel is well sited close to the beach front and to the shops in Old town, its also close to the night life in the area which we take advantage of most nights during our stays there. The facilities within the hotel are fantastic and the roof pool area is great as well with a great view of the town and beach front. The staff have always been great and very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are great and vary according to what you pay for meaning a balcony or not and are fully serviced. The entertainment in the evenings is great and we found afterwards we used to venture out to clubs and our Favourite Karaoke bar "Timeless " very close to the hotel. We are going back there in April 2024 and can't wait.

Hidden little gem in the heart of the old town. Rooms are large and very clean. Good is spot on and always hot. The fridge in the room is a bit of a fire hazard as it's in a cupboard and when you open the cupboard door the heat coming from the fridge is worrying. Drinks were cheap we only had sangria which was only 8.50€ and it was very cold which was nice. Staff in restaurant and bar very friendly.

Great location of the hotel close to the beach and sites of Benidorm. 40 minutes away from a lovely Hike! Food is buffet and delicious! Different choices daily. Pretty good temperature in December warmer than Britain for some good heat. Can recommend if going to Benidorm of the food and location!

On arrival, I found the sliding doors to the balcony had been broken for what looked like a break-in and wouldn't lock. I did get another room next door, but it was the same thing. After 4 rooms later, all with the same fault, I found myself in a dated room from the 80s, as was the other rooms I was temporarily in. The bathroom was also not that great, but all ementies worked. The door was rottered at the bottom from the shower, and the mattress hadn't been changed since the hotel opened as I sat through it. The over sheets are also dated with stains on. The hotel is located in a great place, being a 2-minute walk to the beach and 1 minute from McDonald's and Burger King and other local shops. The food was OK but nothing to write home about and wish I never paid full board for as I often found myself eating elsewhere. Some staff was OK, but one in particular was quite rude to a point of aggression. I think he was the manager . They do have a pool, but when the wheatear on the beach was too bad to go into the sea, I did put my hand into the pool to test it. I got such a fright as it was so cold it would have been impossible to get in. There is such an abundance of hotels here that they really do need to up their game.

Coach dropped us at bottom of steep hill difficult to get up with walking stick and suitcase. very little English spoken and no English food to speak of. No special Xmas meal at all Spanish celebrate on Xmas eve .. even then nothing special. Will not be going back.

Rooms are very dated and sparse don’t expect much in the room not even a bin. The air conditioning is broken so the rooms are very warm even with the door open. After speaking with the hotel and the tour operator a fan appeared in our room while we were at breakfast.

The Mont Park Benidorm, well this a small hotel in Benidorm, just outside the noise and hustle and bustle of the strip which is an easy five minute stroll away. The beach you can get to in three minutes , Burger King and MC Donalds are next to the beach so you can sit in MC Donalds and have a bite to eat and a coffee or a beer and then go back to your spot on the beach, brilliant. The food in the hotel is just brilliant,lamb shanks,chicken brest, veal steaks and the best breakfast in any hotel we've stayed in. The bacon is a proper bacon and not the trend of these days to have a composited mess of fat and meat, its streaky but it's the real stuff. Sliced and boiled potatoes are the ones to go for at dinner time. The rooms are cleaned every day with clean towels, if there's one towel short just tell reception and there give you two. The reception staff have always been good to us so I can't say anything bad about them, I did see an English couple being rude to one of the receptionist, it was about nothing really, just a I want rant, very common these days,very embarrassing. Look, this a Spanish hotel with mainly Spanish people but you will be treated fairly as the Spanish. A great little hotel that's always a pleasure to stay in.

The food was good, not a massive variety of food but was always enjoyable. The pool was clean with plenty of loungers and tables witg seats. We stayed at The Marconi between the 3rd and 8th of March. It's a lovely small hotel directly opposite Poniente beach at the quieter end of town, which suited us fine. Immaculately clean with helpful staff, for a short stay we couldn't fault it. Highly recommended.

The room actually did have comfy beds, and the hotel was very clean, (the cleaning staff were top!), and the location was lovely, which are the only positives I can say about this hotel. I attended with a friend to run Benidorm half marathon, which, having a good bed was actually a huge plus. However, the ‘food’ was largely inedible and made with the cheapest ingredients possible. The ‘buffet’ selection was tiny and no good for vegetarians, vegans, or in my case, people with allergies. The ‘restaurant’ was like being in a school canteen. No furnishings or personality, and VERY cold. The clientele were largely 70+ and it felt like a very cold retirement home. The view from our room was of a semi naked old fella opposite who we could’ve touched - the balconies were so close. The lifts were extremely small - I saw a lady struggle to fit herself and a buggy in. When I raised my concerns with the staff, they were extremely rude and unhelpful and basically told me to like it or lump it. I requested a partial refund due to the fact that they were unable/unwilling to provide me with any food, but I was told ‘your request is meaningless’ I therefore left an official complaint. I doubt I will ever hear anything from them, but I hope I can help someone else avoid being ripped off by this awful hotel.

Basic rooms -- dated decor, no fridge, no kettle, paper-thin walls you can hear the neighbours coughing all day. Awful food -- poor choices, cold meals, the cheapest ingredients, unhealthy. No choice of fresh salads, just iceberg?? It's Spain after all! Often no omelette for breakfast. Kitchen staff were rude and unhelpful, Don't sit here, Don't sit there...! Don't get the food option, just the accommodation is fine if you need a hotel. Eat out, plenty of good places nearby. Mainly for elderly Spanish people so if you're 70+ that's your hotel.

Stayed for one week . At check in the staff were very helpful. I booked a single room which was clean and had a 4 ft bed. It was identical to the room shown on the website. The hotel is situated opposite the beach in the best part of Benidorm with bars and restaurants close by.

A few nice restaurants nearby but supermarket up steep hill and no transport nearby. Not really anything to do in this area so had to get cabs to get out.

Building work across road so make. Sure you book the side of the hotel away from Building work ( not hotels fault but should make guests aware ) as very very noisy early morning into evening !! I would personally not rate the hotel more than 3 star at best !! Staff nice and helpful great friendly waiter ! I honestly think the pelicarnos beats it hands down! But as I said great location ! Pool and terrace closed ! But one small terrace was open!! Food wise only had breakfast’s and was very nice food!! I would not return

First time in Benidorm and we stayed at this hotel. The location is brilliant with everything being within a walkable distance. Our room, although basic, was clean. It was mostly peaceful, occasionally there was some noise late at night when trying to sleep- but I assume it's mostly the same anywhere in Benidorm. The pool & rooftop was closed due to being out of season. The food is the only letdown for this hotel as it was mostly lukewarm, bordering cold by the time we sat back down at our table. Some food did change each day but there was repetition. Unfortunately one evening of our stay my partner had fish served to her from the show cooking section that was raw in the middle. Not something you would expect in a 4-star.

We started our evening with load shouting in the corridors which turned out to be a group from Holland. I complained to the receptionist who apologised for the disturbance and immediately upgraded our room and moved us to another floor well away. Jan & I booked the Vorama for 8 days from the 6th March through On the beach. An uneventful flight and transfer saw us dropped off about 500 mtrs away. there is plenty of disabled access to the reception. We were given room 122. Please try to avoid it because the only views are brick walls with no sun. The rooms are fine with maid service daily. After a stroll round the Harbour (very nice) we decided to see what the hotel could offer by entertainment. Oh dear, ALL the months acts are in Spanish!!. Luckily, one of Benidorms oldest pubs, " Vincents" is across the road . Its karoke is loud but the menu makes up for it with "home made) pies. we decided to check out the rooftop which offers a pool, bar and sunlounges only to find that the first two were closed!. I was informed thatthe opening date was April.Very disappointing as Old town hotel pools are rare and was partly why we booked. Please check with your agent first. I would probably mark this hotel higher if we were here in the summer months. great location but you should check the small print.

It's our third time at the hotel and the cleaning is great, it's spotless, the food is really nice, great variety! The location is great, only walk a few minutes to get to La Cala beach. The workers are all very pleasant and polite. All positives, no negatives and would definitely recommend. This area of Benidorm is a lot nicer.

The staff have been unbelievable, so helpful and kind, they remember me every time I come in the bar and make me feel great. They all work so hard, I don't know how they do it. I can't mention just one person because they're all equally fantastic. I lost my ring that isn't worth much but it means a lot to me and went to ask at reception, not expecting it to show up but it did! It was handed in by the cleaners, goes to show how honest they are. I can't fault the food either, there's something everyday. The rooms need a little out of date but I was told they have upgraded a few floors and have more planned but makes it harder when they're open all year. Amazing experience, would definitely come back.

What a great hotel! I stayed at the Gran Hotel Bali recently with my daughter for 4 nights. The hotel is very impressive in many respects. The public areas, room, restaurants and main bar area where shows are performed are all excellent. We were staying on a half board basis and the food was excellent - in addition to very sensibly priced drinks. The hotel's location close to the beach and at the quieter end of Benidorm is fantastic - nice and peaceful but not very far and a pleasant walk or cycle ride to the bustling centre and nightlife. We realised when we got back to the UK that we'd left a purse in our room. The hotel has found it and now it's in the safe possession of the excellent Hotel Manager who has taken personal responsibility for it until I arrange for it's collection. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be going back.

Great location, right in the centre of Benidorm, and really close to the beach. Hotel is very new and stylish, and room was a good size and comfortable. Amazing view from the room on the 18th floor. Indoor pool was a good size and warm, and jacuzzi outside was great. Breakfast was very good, a wide selection of food, likewise the dinner buffet was very good quality. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in the perfect location for new town and old town districts, both only being a 5-10minute walk away. The roof top bar in the hotel was really relaxing to watch the sunset. Only downside was very rarely any baked beans on the cooked breakfast section. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were always made up promptly everyday.

Stayed for a week, wonderful hotel close to the tram, regional bus station and attractions in benidorm itself. Next to two play parks so great for keeping the kids entertained. Any issues were dealt with straight away by staff, packed lunches available if you want them and just could not fault the service at any point during our stay.

Stayed here for one week in roon 701 from the 6th of September, 2023. Staff at the reception were fantastic and very helpful 100% (the Scottish lady with glasses +10% extra) The outside of the hotel looks good, but a bit old and sits by a large park. The location of the hotel is not bad, just a 20-minute walk from the town. There is also a large supermarket nearby. The reception looks nice and fresh compared to the outside. This looks like it has been down up recently a long with the bar and restaurant parts of the hotel. The room 701 was a good size, but a bit shabby in places. The food was ok and got you by , but it was much the same thing every day. Was let down by lots of chipped crockery, glassware and even one evening food still stuck to a plate that was just put out (as I'd just seen them put out) The bar staff were lovely and friendly also not to expensive at the bar. The swimming pool is a bit small, but it is adequate enough and lights in multi colours at night. Overall, great staff ok food and reasonably good location, but let by the repetitive restaurant food

We booked one apartment for 5 people The hot water finished after 2 fast showers! Everywhere in the apartment had a lot of dust! Thay asked 200 euros deposit in cash and we had to clean the kitchen and throw it away our rubbish before thay give me back the deposit I think that's ridiculous!!! Only the view was perfect

Very strict apartments. £200 deposit upon arrival which you will only receive back if you: clean your apartment, strip the beds, take out the rubbish, clean the kitchen and empty the fridge as well as the usual. 1 set of towels to last 4 days between 3 people. 1 roll of toilet paper which you can then purchase more from reception at £6 a roll. The pool is ice cold and slightly smells of egg. The only positive I can give is that the room was a decent size and due to being on the 13th floor we had a great view of Benidorm.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location, the outdoor terrace and pool was amazing big TV to watch the football and horse racing when the grand national was on. Such a good atmosphere. All the staff are very helpful. Want to do big shout out to Freddy who looked after us, very Friendly person and would make the effort to go and talk to people I seen that everyone loved him. The entertainment in night time in the white star was very good and they also have Karaoke in the day time which was busy. See you next year ☺

We stayed here for 3 nights in April, unfortunately due to it not being peak season/summer, they don't have air con in the rooms. Which wasn't too much of an issue but as times got too much. Pool is great, obvs cold but good atmosphere. You need a band to access it which is a great idea. Drinks were good. Reasonably priced for the venue. Rooms clean really good condition. Bar staff quite grumpy and not the best servers, but did their job. Location is superb, 2 mins walk to the beach and 1min to local bars.

Nikolasz (new review..) I had great experience in the hotel. The employees were always smiling and very helpful. The pool area was amazing. The room i was put on first was very loud from parties outside until 6am in the morning almost daily. But then I was moved to a different room which was much quieter and relaxing which I really enjoyed.. The hotel has a very sociable trendy atmosphere where you meet and talk to many new people You get a unique wrist band that only hotel guests receive - which allows you to be near the pool area and its bar.. Location is amazing Youre right next to the beach Theres 2 supermarkets near you.. but its small ones so quite expensive.. I recommend buying half board meals in hotel - it costs very little compared to any other food alternarive - and the hotel buffet would get highest rating by me.. eating there is truely remarkable experience. Id have to say that the hotel employees kindness and smiles and help whenever you need them - are what gives them the 5 stars rating from me.

I stayed at the RH Princesa from Tuesday 19th December until 26th December 2023. I have previously stayed at this hotel back in 2016. We travelled as a grown up family of three with Tui on an all inclusive (silver) board. When we checked in the receptionist gave us the incorrect room, we had paid for a family room and instead they tried to put us in a small standard room for two people with a sofa bed. We complained to reception and they apologised and gave us the room we had paid for. Both the incorrect room and the room we had paid for were not set up for three people, only two towels, two chairs on the balcony, two cups/glasses. I should not have to ask for my own towel in a 4 star hotel. Room was very clean. It was not too noisy but thankfully we have quiet people next door both sides. We got the sun in the morning only on the balcony. When we arrived I was shocked how many babies and young child there were we traveled as three grown up adults and as we usually stay in adult only hotels it was very noisy for us. The restaurant would benefit from an adults only section as not everyone wants to be surrounded by screaming children. We noticed there was also a lot of Spanish that stayed at this hotel and they were quite loud. 2 of the 3 of us came down with a sickness bug I believe there was something going round the hotel as we witnessed other guests vomiting outside the hotel. I did not report our sickness to the hotel. However the hotel was very clean. The Christmas buffet was very good on Christmas Day and throughout the food was absolutely excellent. The all inclusive drinks were okay. You do not get bottles they instead give you drinks from the machine unless you upgrade to gold. The terrace was lovely and a sun trap but too many people smoking on it, in 2023 I would expect this to be smoke free specially considering the amount of young children at the hotel. The hotel was too noisy for us and we won’t be looking at returning. I do like the RH brand and I think instead we will look at staying at RH Royal (adults only) as that hotel seemed more suited to us when we visited it to have a look around. I would not stay here if you are a solo traveler or an adult family or couple. This is definitely a family hotel with young families and children.

Bar staff are fantastic, probably the friendliest bar staff I've come across. Food was good , selection of English and spannish cuisine . Amazing location and beachfront but my back is aching from the horrible beds. They are hard and you feel the mattress Springs. Couldn't sleep well because of it. The room itself is ok but we knew that beforehand. We booked it because of the location not knowing sleeping will be an issue. sleeping (or not) to the sound of the waves is nice though.

Hotel Bilbaino for me, was perfect! Spotlessly clean. Rooms were spacious with everything i needed. Friendly, informative staff. 24 hour reception. Location is the BEST. 10 steps onto the beach. Everything else within walking distance. Great views. I'll definitely be returning.

I was very doubtful about this place while booking so I booked 2 nights here and one night in some other hotel.. but trust me have I not paid for the other place already, I would have extended my stay here for sure. But just because of this hotel, I have extended my stay & booked another night here. the location is awesome, the staff is friendly, special mention to the people at the reception (both morning & night shifts), they were very helpful and wonderful to talk to made my stay even more smoother. Rooms are spacious, with clean, comfortable beds & pillows and a mind blowing view to the ocean.. if you love the sound of the waves and to look at the water while sitting in your room/bed.. this is just the hotel for you to unwind !! Can't wait to come back. Room 404, best view !!

It's a good few years since we last stayed at the Cristal Park, but decided to give it a go again as it was so cheap. Food and all inclusive are good, staff are friendly, cleaning service is great. The roof bar, pool and sunbathing area are the hotel's best assets. The rooms and the hotel are in need of updating. The main downside is, with the hotel being so cheap, you seem to get a lot of customers, particularly Brits, who are determined to get as drunk as possible. So can be a bit "rowdy."

Great location if you're good on your feet, 5 min walk from the beach, nice rooftop bar, friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. The rooms do need a bit of maintenance but they do the job and can't argue with the price. Would definitely stay again. If i had to pick holes the buffet food lacks a little variety and the gaming room was closed so we didn't get to try that.

The only single positive of this hotel is that it's cheap. The food is edible at best and is not a treat for any form of culinary excellence. The hotel has a massive issue with outside non-residents occupying the main entertainment room all day and night. The hotel has no mitigation or control over this and seems to want it to happen. The guests are so rude and will push past you to get into the lift shouting and screaming. The best way to describe them are locusts taking everything and leaving not even scraps around.

Room was small but comfortable, bathroom desperately needs refurbishing, rusty radiator and towel rail, stained and faded sink top, shower door on bath didn't seal, bath was well past its best. Breakfast was very poor, other meals were very disappointing. No way should this be a 4 star hotel. We stayed in 2 different 4 star hotels in Benidorm during our vacation and they were far superior.

Spotlessly clean and very friendly. Outstanding service everywhere. Food was well presented and hot , I especially liked that the bacon and fried eggs were done while you waited, and omelette was lovely. Bar service was excellent especially Alfonso and William. Loved that the room was carpeted and bathroom was vinyl as this made it like a home from home. Located just perfect within easy reach(10 minutes) to the Old and New Town. I cannot fault anything about this hotel and we will definitely be back to see everyone. David the animation guy was brilliant and so funny.. his karaoke song was a giggle. Keep up the fantastic work and very very well done and thanks especially to the cleaning team

Brilliant time at this hotel, modern, brilliant food and staff were very professional. I had a nut allergy and the staff were sure to look out for me and let me know if there was anything I couldn't have. Special mention to Jose the chef Abdul the chef that took care with my allergy Ana Front of house was great! And the night porters at the start and end of our trip were awesome! Would definitely go back, the only thing that could be improved was the gym.

We stayed from December 28th - Jan 4th. My room was on the 14th floor with incredible views of the mountains and across to Poniente Beach. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable with daily maid service. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and checking in and out were quick and easy. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as we love the old town and we were just a few minutes walk from it's tapas bars, shops restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Walk in the opposite direction and you would soon be amongst some of the louder bars if that's what you prefer. We didn't use the pool as the weather wasn't warm enough, nor did we use the Spa facilities. We did have breakfast, and the choice was great. Lots of hot options as well as cereals, fresh fruits, cheeses, breads, meats, etc. The staff were friendly and efficient. We didn't stay in for the evening entertainment, but when we walked past it on the way to the elevators it always seemed to be well attended with couple dancing to various live performers. I would struggle to find anything to fault with this hotel.

Stayed here for a few nights, location is in the quiet part of old town. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms were a little dated but overall were clean. The breakfast buffet was a good choice. Overall it's a good hotel for a short break.

Absolutely terrible food.. always cold and definitely not much selection.. room was dirty with someone else's earing in our shower also a dirty bottle of water under bed... this hotel says 4 star definitely isn't.. asked for an extra pillow on day 2 and they said they had none.. they had a kettle in room but no tea,coffee or sugar! Pool in hotel was closed.. we had w go across the road to use the sun beds and pool.. Being My 1st time in benidorm has completely put me off.. I must say though the girls that where training there was absolutely amazing so polite and couldn't do enough well done girls 👏

Stayed here over the weekend , hotel rooms are nice, staff great , food wasn’t good at allll meat was raw in some dishes , mould on the bread , snack bar was left overs from previous meals , the pool you had to walk round the corner to get to and no toilet facility’s at the pool or bar so had to walk all the way back to the hotel to use toilet and grab a drink , pool was freezing and very shaded most of the day !

Recently refurbished hotel in the quieter side of Benidorm. Location is not great, however you would not be disappointed with the hotel itself. Reception is large and airy with a friendly receptionist who spoke both Spanish and English. She was very helpful. The room we had was on the second floor and did have a balcony that overlooked the street. Room was well equipped with English TV and comfortable beds. Would stay again when in Benidorm

Staff are, for the most part, fantastic but the facilities themselves leave a lot to be desired. The bedding in my room was never changed throughout my stay and while there was a kettle there were no cups, tea or coffee. The cups I brought up at night to use in the morning were not taken away by the service staff so when I left there were 3 dirty cups, saucers and spoons.

Lovely hotel for Benidorm, a very short walk to the shops and bars. Quiet on a night time. We came in April for golf, so the restaurant and bar was quiet in the hotel but Benidorm itself was lovely as you would expect. The swimming pool is covered with a plastic dome, and the terrace is quite enclosed, but the main beach is only a 10 min walk away, which is lovely and clean. The hotel is very clean, rooms are clean, bedrooms provide you with a bed for the night with plenty of room to store clothes. Would probably come here again as it suits what we need.

Hotel is in a great location, bang in the middle of old & new town with a short walk to the beach. Food was nice, staff were very friendly & helpful, good wifi, rooms very clean but had some decorating issues (wall paper was peeling off wall). If you go out of season you will need to wear a swimming cap to use the pool - we weren't aware of this until we got to the hotel. Would say the hotel is more aimed at older people - isn't suitable for families as not much for kids to do. Overall a nice hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay, it was what we expected, I must say one of the things that really impressed me was the person that cleaned and tidied our room was exceptional as it was always immaculate. The staff are very pleasant,helpful and hardworking. Things that could do with a bit of improvement we had a adjoining room and quite a bit of sound transfer. Could do with proper cups and glasses in the rooms, the supplied paper ones not ideal. The food was very good but beware if you are only 2 people don't sit on a table of 4 as you will be reprimanded 😂. Overall a good experience and we would definitely return.

The hotel is dated but satisfactory. The rooms are fine ours was cleaned daily. The water was hot and the central heating came on every day in the cooler mornings. The food was very good the staff excellent. I really enjoyed my holiday. We went with Just Go and met other holiday makers and had a very enjoyable stay.

Spotlessly clean bedrooms. I walked about barefoot. No cleaning feet before getting in crisp white sheets as feet still clean! The maid is lovely and very accommodating. Bar staff, reception & restaurant staff friendly and helpful. We like to eat out even though we are all inclusive as get bored with the typical buffet of all inclusives. But we go all inclusive for the endless coffees, waters, baileys etc as saves a fortune; although have to say Benidorm prices pretty cheap anyway. We love this hotel as older generation so not usual rowdy crowds. Everyone friendly even though we bit younger than the majority. Definitely coming back. Love it.

Location was perfect. It’s situated on the edge of the old town and on a bus route. We walked out of the hotel and within minutes we were in the middle of small lanes full of shops, cafes and restaurants. Within 7 minutes we were on the sea fronts and walking along a beautiful promenade. The walking was mainly flat on beautifully paved lanes and pavements. The warmth and walking helped my arthritis enourmously. The hotel building was an original 1960’s 5 story hotel that had undergone a refurb. It was meticulously clean (our main requirement ticked). The staff were happy and helpful (thank you). The warms were basic but adequate. We looked out onto a rear courtyard which was quiet. We took ear plugs and used them as the soundproofing between rooms does not exist. The man next door had a deep voice and snored loudly!! After adjusting to the hard mattress we slept soundly. There was an extensive fresh buffet and the wine was cheap but good. This is not a high end hotel but a marvellous hotel if you’re looking an economy holiday. We were a party of 4 older ladies and we loved our half board holiday here in the first week of March.

Great bike facilities incl. lockers, washing place, bike stand and tools The location is amazing for cycling due to its vicinity to trails and tranquil roads. The food is amazing - fresh, varied and delicious. The staff is extremely friendly. The views are stunning! All in all it was a perfect bike holiday at the costa Blanca.

Very beautiful hotel. We were staying for two nights in different rooms. The first room was super beautiful, big, view was to the Mountain( the room was super cold and the air conditioner didn't even heat the room.) Then for the next night we stayed little smaller room but the view was to the see. So that one was super warm the sun heated the room and felt super cozy during this time of the year. Maybe for summer time the rooms that is facing to the see can get little hot so that is someting i just wanted to mention. We also were little disapointed that the spa was closed since the spa is inside of the building it would have been nice it to be open. But the hotel area is super big and clean, beautiful. Has a big park that is open during the summer time. Its super cool for families and couples .

I don't recommend this hotel. I was very disappointed with the hotel manager's unwillingness to accommodate a simple change to my reservation during the off-season. I made a mistake when booking my stay and accidentally entered the wrong dates. I immediately contacted Booking.com, who were very helpful and offered to assist me in changing the dates. I was willing to pay a penalty for the mistake, for the change, but the manager insisted that I cancel my reservation and book a new one. I booked it just yesterday for my parents trip which starts tomorrow, so yes i didn't booked the refundable option, because they are flying tomorrow, so i figured it wouldn't be needed, but mistakes happen and the manager refused to help, so i am very frustrated and i don't recommend anyone to book this hotel as they didn't want to help paying customer even though offered to pay extra charge upfront or at the desk since coming in less than 24hrs to the city... just FYI

The only cons point was the pool service where you should buy them a cap for using their installations. Hotel could provide them without cost on an easy way.

Very clean and comfortable hotel on the quieter side of the old town. Sea view rooms are lovely but if you go ask for the 3rd floor or above as they have the better sea views. We went half board and there was a vast selection of well cooked and presented food. The restaurant was set out beautifully and the staff were pleasant and attentive. Great location for Benidorm old town and good walking on beautifully kept promenade. Could definitely recommend this hotel

Excellent stay at the RH Corona del Mar. My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and I can highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were spotless and cleaned every day with fresh towels daily and bottled water also replaced daily. Breakfast has something to suit everyone. We used the indoor pool and jacuzzi every day and this was very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was great for the price, everything me and my boyfriend needed. Perfectly situated between the old and new town and a 30 second walk to the beach. However I will say it is located in an extremely noisy location. This would’ve been a 3 star review if not for the customer service in which we felt very well looked after. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s nothing fancy. It’s in a good location and is Clean. We had a fantastic room on the eighth floor with a sea facing view. Definitely think about paying the extra for a superior room. As far as the food is concerned sometimes it might feel a bit basic, but for the additional cost it was really good value. Breakfast was similar to those I’ve had in many hotels.

Great location, 5 min walk to beach, 5 min walk to old town. Far enough away from busy and noisy bars but close enough to walk in 10 mins. Plenty of choice for somewhere to eat right outside, recommend halfway house right outside front door. Rooms spotless and very new, only complaint was with air con, they don't switch it on in April and room got uncomfortable, other than that I would come here again

This hotel is absolutely brilliant! Modern layout and decor. Very clean. Food and drinks reasonably priced and of good quality. Staff all friendly and very attentive. Rooms are all modernised, very clean and spacious. We were fortunate to have a sea view balcony which was the icing on the cake of our holiday. Great location. 5minutes from the beach. Just over 5minutes to the old town too. Seven seas bar offers great food for lunch. Can't complement ll the staff enough though. Really good hotel. We will definitely be back!

Starting with the positives The hotel is in a great location but be aware! The coach transfer drops you off at the top of a hill in front of another hotel and it's difficult to walk back up if you have mobility problems. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, our room was beautiful. The beds are very comfortable but that's my preference. The pool is lovely but very hot to walk around in bare feet, the bar staff were o.k. The negatives The main reception staff were OK but I wouldn't have them for first greeting. The lifts are scary my friend nearly got stuck and the next minute there was a note on the button pad saying 'NOT WORK'. The air conditioning is set to automatic temperature to 10c in the morning and warm at night we was red hot 🥵 it would've been better if we could set the temperature ourselves. We had to sleep with the balcony door open, thankfully we were on the 3rd floor. The restaurant is clean and spacious but, the staff are very ignorant and talk in little groups to each other it's more like a social meeting than work. Instead of waiting for our plates to be taken on our 2nd night, we decided to do it ourselves. The food our first night was horrendous the chef stood for the complete time we were there talking to the restaurant staff, the food was terrible that night I had a banana for tea and my friend had a few crackers. We went to the reception and complained, we were told the manager is on holiday and he will talk to the kitchen, and also a look to say 🖐what do you want me to do about it🤚. The rest of our 4 day holiday a female chef was there she was very professional and the food was mediocre 😕 A note to hotel please see that your female waitress wears slacker trousers. Me and my bestie stayed hear for 4 nights, 2 mums going for a nice break. We will do it again but will never come back to this hotel.

Shower leaked everywhere, pooled onto floor outside bathroom also, ordered food on the terrace and waited an hour, staff said she had forgotten to put the order in. Nice week in Benidorm though.

Where to start,from check In this has been truly wonderful time spent. First visit to benidorm,and so glad we decided on this lovely hotel. Food has been great,plenty of choices,drinks are also very good. Paying for top shelf is no issue as top shelf better than local. Rooms lovely and on 9th floor you get quite a good view. Three pools too choose from and plenty sun lounges. All the staff are very hard working and make the stay even more worthwhile. Definitely come back to this Hotel.

A lovely adult only hotel. There are 3 pools here, 1 outside the reception 1 in the main hotel area and 1 by the premier suite block. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are quite small but how big do you need it to be?? The food was excellent, and the staff were lovely. It's a 10 min walk to the strip/ beach. Located far enough away from the strip to be quiet but near enough to walk to. Only £5 in a taxi if you need one. I will be staying again, booked to go in may 2024.

Very pleased with the hotel. In a wellness room which is plenty big enough for 2 people. The bathroom is compact but certainly good enough for showering. Took about 20 minutes casually walking to the beach, which is beautiful. Plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All food has been good.

Arrived here on Thurs 9th November. Check in was quick and efficient. Room on 8th floor was spacious, fairly modern and clean. Towels changed and room cleaned daily. Breakfast was fresh and fairly good choice. We didn't eat any other meals in the hotel or use the pool as we spent our days out and about. Location was great not too far from the beach/strip/old town. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Really don’t think you can fault this hotel. Rooms were modern and clean and beds comfy. Animation team worked tirelessly to make things fun for the kids, location is absolutely perfect if you have children as your that little bit further away from the strip and the noise and general Benidorm hubbub but not too far for a walk to the beach or the shops. Food was a lot better than expected and had a great range for kids too. The soul singer they had for entertainment one night was fantastic. 😍 the cleaner even left a little Easter bunny in the room for my daughter which she was chuffed with! Definitely the right place to go if you have children, really loved the little kids pool too.

As a whole hotel was fine but would not class it 4 star. Shower was very low on pressure. Had to get maintenance to fix balcony door as it would not lock and drying line on balcony was hanging of wall. Drinks were very expensive if you didn't want local brands. Food was good and varied . Most of entertainment was very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Would maybe go back but prefer closer to beach.

Painless check-in. Friendly staff, although one young man on reception had no idea about the local celebration that was about to take place, when we enquired. Spotless room (special mention to the cleaning staff, really were good. Regular time for us as well. Went to breakfast, come back to a spotless room), it was small, but comfy. Safe was free, which was a nice touch. Shower had very little water pressure, if the water wasn't falling straight down on you, you were not getting wet... Dove shower gel as well. I was a bit iffy with the food, lots of options, but very little for me to pick from (I am sadly very fussy). Pool area has big parts that get shaded, sun loungers are not comfy. Type that do not lift at back, so constantly lying down, difficult to read, so spent a lot of time sitting on chairs. Thought the bar prices were fair, read complaints on price. It has entertainment on all week, brought in from the strip, not on site guys. Location is a bit far from the strip for me, the walk home could be a bit iffy for singles, or a few ladies. As, the closer you get, the quieter it gets. My wife did not like the walk. I started the week saying it was not for me, but ended by saying I would go back.

We had a great time here, the rooms are a bit small but we didn't spend much time in there. We went for half board, the meals were varied enough but all geared towards British holidaymakers. Don't expect anything Spanish. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the entertainment areas and park within the hotel for our 16month old. Hotel is in a great location, close to supermarket, beach and 20 minutes walk to old town

The Male receptionist was a bit surly, no hello or smile but that didn't spoil our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here & would certainly stay there again.

This hotel ticked all the boxes for us. I have limited mobility and this hotel is smack bang in the middle of all pubs and clubs. They have disabled facilities all over the hotel. The staff are lovely and friendly and work very hard. I've booked again for next January for two weeks but hopefully get a cheeky holiday before then. Overall great place to stay.

Unfortunately I wouldn't return to this hotel, on arrival the room was clean and ready early to go in, the women working on the desk was helpful as well so that's a bonus. Hotel is lovely overall but that's it really. My issue is with the food, it was near enough the same everyday, even the desserts, after trying the food it was really bland and the meat would always be swimming in some sort of juice which made the meat taste disgusting. The desserts, often the same cake everyday would always be soggy like its been defrosting and left for ages so the sponge soakes up all the water. The rice pudding was like water, same as the custard which had no taste. On top of this the cleaner came and made the beds everyday but didn't pick any dust up from the floors or any other surfaces. The shower was the worst shower I have ever had, either scolding hot or ice cold. No matter where you turned the lever it was the same. Pressure was also very low and at one point I was in the shower and the water was turned off for 1 hour. Noise wise you'd expect to hear it as it's right at the end of the strip but the walls must be paper thin as you can hear every conversation outside. There was one situation as well where the bin on the hallway by the lifts were smelling like something had gone off in there like a really bad fishy smell. I did report this multiple times but nothing was done. The lifts were smelling from the bin and i was sick from it. Aside from this how could the cleaner miss it and surely other people must have reported this?. So overall lovely rooms, comfortable beds, good location, cleaners not the best, food is below standard in my opinion for a 4* hotel and wouldn't recommend it. Due to this wouldn't stay again.

Stayed here last year and was fab. Just been here from 16th to 20th March 2024 and it has gone down hill a little in the house keeping dept. One day they went in and just removed rubbish, left towels out for them to change and took 2 days. Had to go to reception to ask for toilet roll. The only day they actually cleaned the room was the 17th and only changed our towels on the 19th. We was also given a room that had loud music that played from 10am till 3am the next morning without warning. Must point out that this was also a disabled room they gave us, we didn't mind that as neither of us are disabled but the nightly music till 3am will not go down well with some of thedisabled visitors either.

Seaview room was amazing for views but the railing didn't seem very sturdy. Breakfast was good but dinner could at least have a few more options for children. Shower in bathroom leaked quite a bit. Some of the staff were very friendly others not so much. Local information was very limited was given a map of area but only in Spanish.

Having returned last week I've had time to calm down. This visit was my 4th stay the hotel, admittedly its the first since the pandemic. Let me start with the good points. Room was spotless. Pool area was cleaned every day, they worked hard first thing in morning to get every thing ready for the day. Now to the bad points, unfortunately for me I stayed for two weeks. The food wasn't as good as my last visit and repeated the second week. I found dirty cutlery and glasses. On one occasion i ordered a bottle wine which arrived just as i was finishing my dinner. And now to the bar, the staff are unfriendly and once as i timed it, i ordered a drink while sitting on the terrace the 3rd night there and didn't arrive so after 45 minutes i went to the Bali hotel and got served straight away. Also some entertainment as the first week. Having worked in hospitality for over 30 years the serve is truly awful. If any of the staff i employed wouldn't be working for very long. By my calculation the hotel lost over 300 euros in bar sales from me, due the very poor service. I smoke and wouldn't dream of smoking indoors. But when you can't smoke on the terrace while having a drink is truly ridiculous. I'm an adult, also there are too many signs saying don't do this don't do that. i'm on holiday, all i wanted to do was relax no chance of that happening at this hotel. Upshot i'll never stay at any of groups hotels ever again. One very disappointed guest.

Only slight fault is how much is charged for parking the car in your car parks. Especially this hotel is on a hill and any free parking is a long walk away. We only stayed 2 nights and weather was terrible so couldn't enjoy all facilities but we did have a great stay and good nights sleep.

The customer service at the front desk was exceptional. I had an issue with my original room and the staff were genuinely concerned and did what they could to rectify the situation. Their friendliness continued during my whole stay. The food, at all meals, was excellent. I was very surprised by the variety between days and the freshness of the food. Never any queues or food running out, the restaurant ran like clockwork. The rooms were very clean and spacious and bright. The view is unbelievable, and I loved the Swifts chirping away as they flew around in the mornings. The only negative thing I have to say is that the hotel is dated: the soundproofing between rooms was poor, the ceilings are quite low, especially in the shower (not sure how a 1.85m tall person is supposed to shower) and personally, I really think the bidets could be removed to provide more space in the bathrooms.

The hotel was great, but unfortunately there was work getting done to the pool area. So it was a bit noisy during the day. Best to head out and explore and hopefully it will have quietened down when you got back

My husband took me here for my birthday. We knew there were working on the outdoor pools and the new lidl across the road. We decided to take a chance on it, so glad we did. The food was excellent ,staff were very friendly especially the two girls , Dianna and Eva who took the yoga classes etc. Not forgetting the life guard Paul. The hotel was dated and a bit worn but we were informed they were starting to revamp everything this year coming. In a good location with good public transport which was just outside of the hotel. We could recommend it. Also our room was always warm. With a good view. We will probably go back again.

Went to benidorm for the first time. Stayed in the melia. Very comfortable beds was absolutely huge enough to fit at least 6 people. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast buffet was huge. So many selections. Poolside bar and lots of activities for families including a children's corner and arcade. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing room on the 19th floor . The facilities were excellent and the accommodation was spacious. We enjoyed breakfasts in The Level lounge/dining area with first class service! We ate dinner in the main dining room and the food was tasty, well presented with plenty of choice. There were lots of young, male and female Spanish footballers staying from many regions of Spain. They were polite and a joy to see them enjoying their competition!

Fab hotel. Staff /service great. Entertainment very good. I can't believe some of the negative comments on here. Food was always varied and always hot. We were there in February. It was not cold at all but if temp dropped we switched air con to heat!!?? Blankets in wardrobe. TV had loads of channels. I do not believe anyone who says corridors were noisy, you don't hear anything. If drunk people around, they were probably not hotel residents. Security was excellent. I am desperately trying to book for June / July but flights and availability do not correspond. I will definitely be back at some point. Oh, and IT IS totally a family resort. !!!!!!!!

Arrived at the hotel at 21.30hrs and it took nearly an hour to check. Eventually got to the room and it was like a prison cell. No balcony, just a window. If I wanted the window open, I had to climb over a single bed to get to the window. The view from the window was an alley way with a car garage. Rooms very basic, walls paper thin and the noise was horrendous at times. Food was awful, burnt and cold. Great location. I've tried it now but will not be returning.

Very basic hotel. Rooms are just that could do with at least one picture on the wall. Beds were fairly comfortable and linen was changed every couple of days and room was cleaned daily. Had to hire a kettle so we could have a cup of tea in the morning my advice go to one of the shops and buy one it's cheaper also had to pay for a key for the safe. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Buffet type evening meals not to bad, shame about the staff not very friendly and make sure you leave at least one person at the table if you get up to get something else or what's on there will be cleared away and someone else will be seated there. TV in the room had English channels so always something to watch if you were staying in. The lifts are very slow

The worst customer service I have encountered ever. This hotel steals your money if you can't go on a booked date. They won't offer a refund or allow you to even go on your original dates with no correspondence to say thats going to happen. I tried contacting them 5 times since they stile my money I had to cancel within hours of booking and 3 months prior to going. They took over £400 of my money with no apologies absolutely shocked and appalled at a hotel I really wanted to visit after watching the show, but I suppose its life imitating art... shame on you...

Just spent 4 days at BC Music Resort benidorm. We were greeted with a cocktail, which was nice after a long bus trip to the resort from the airport. Our room wasn't ready, so we had to wait in the lobby with our cases, all hot and sweaty. We had to put the €200 deposit on card for all 4 of us and now have to wait up to 10 days for the refund!! No balcony!! This comes at an extra cost, which is absolutely ridiculous, as if it's some sort of luxury. Other hotels have balconies as standard. The pool area is small with hardly any room for anyone to pass, as I was afraid I would fall in the pool or get pushed in. The whole resort is in the shade 90% of the day. The staff (female cleaner downstairs, mopping the reception area is rude) The food isn't very exciting, the same thing everyday, and the snacks are just leftovers from lunch! The bedrooms are small with nowhere to put your clothes. The DJ wasn't very good and can't mix.....thank god, I took my own speaker. Lots of rowdy, drunk stag, and hen parties being loud and centre of attention all weekend falling about the place hurting themselves because they can't handle their drink. All inclusive is only till 7 pm......so it's not ALL INCLUSIVE, it's half inclusive.....not what we paid for. The lifts are tiny, and 2 people struggle to get in with their cases! The keys attached to your wristbands don't work after 2 days! The resort let others in for a day pass, which means you don't have a chair to sit on by the pool as others have got them.....there is not enough to go around. The VIP areas are €200 a day, in the shade for most of the day, and only 4 people can sit on them. I don't think I will go here again

Lovely hotel as expected. I can't fault it. It would have been nice for staff at the bar to tell us to reuse cups to get cheaper top ups by a euro each time. We saw signs on our last day but we know for next time. It would increase sales alot telling people this. A wider selection of food would be nicer at the pool bar. A special big thank you to Frankie, the entertainer in the pool area. Great with people, passionate in his work. He's the person who has the most regular contact with guests. Hotels need guys like him for good communication. Sad to hear he's leaving so all the best to him in his new journey from me (jolene)

What an absolute fabulous hotel. Second time staying here and Terri and other staff remembered from 6 years ago. All staff are courteous and always greet you with a smile. Around 15/20 minute walk down to the beach if you like walking and out of the hustle and bustle of the night life. Situated right opposite Benidorm palace which is a must to see one of their shows. We went half board as like to explore. The food is plentiful and always nice and hot. Very reasonably priced for drinks too. We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful family oriented hotel 👌

Treated ourselves to a 4 night break, for four girls on the 23rd March to 27th March 24. We loved the food, were able to book the spa every day, used the gym and enjoyed the bar and terrace areas. The hotel was clean and the rooms where nice. First trip to Benidorm for all of us. The hotel and staff made our stay. Special thanks from Teresa, Nicola, Julie and Nicola to Terri (Teresa) fantastic member of the bar staff team and a total credit to the hotel!!!!! Thank you for the tips on Altea, lovely day.

Currently staying here for a family getaway first impressions was it looks better than the pictures do it justice . It’s extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms are decent and have plenty of space and the bathrooms are what you would expect from a 4* accommodation . So I was thinking this may just get a 5* review from me . However there’s some bad points . The food is decadent but at times a little cold and not a gr8 choice. The all inclusive system is totaly rubbish it’s the worst Iv ever experienced and would definitely put me off staying here again . It’s a card system and you can only get 1 drink at a time so the queue for the bar can be long and annoying. You also cannot poor your own drinks at meal times and the snack sections is a total waste of time so we did end up paying to eat out at times . On all our other all inclusive holidays we are you to just having everything readily available with no limits so if this is something you’re use to this is something to think about. The pool was absolutely freezing and nobody used it ( it was January so understandable) There was a power cut today in the hotel so this left most things unusable for a good few hours. Then as a result the tvs now don’t work so that’s off until tomorrow at least . The family rooms we had was also directly above the bar so if you wanted to get to sleep early there was no chance with how noisy the music was. But overall it’s a nice hotel with decent staff but I won’t return here in a hurry

Service from staff is decent, they are kind and like cracking jokes. But service in general is horrid. TV's are constantly going down due to aerials being broken, the lifts are always out of order and people are getting stuck in them. Bedsheets weren't changed at all throughout the week- although we were promised they would. Cleaners didn't do their job. The hotel isn't in an ideal place. It's quite a walk to decent shops and places to eat. The food at the hotel is ok, but it is usually cold if you don't take it as soon as they put it out. The 'hot desserts' are mostly cold. Bacon on a morning isn't cooked properly, and it made me sick. The view was covered by palm trees and buildings, but you could still see the mountains so it's fine.Just a warning, the pools are freezing cold. There isn't always a good selection of food, as there isn't everything for everyone. There are kids choices, but they rarely get put out so they're always cold. When you go to the bar, (if you're all inclusive) you are only able to get one drink at a time with your card. On a night, if you and your partner fancy a drink, be prepared to bring 2 cards. If you only bring 1 card, you will have to make 2 trips. Floors are constantly mopped, but they don't dry fast enough, so you always hear squeaking and people slipping. Music from downstairs entertainment plays until midnight, causing me to not be able to fall asleep until around 12ish. Bar closes at 1am. Any drinks from midnight to 1am (even if you have an all inclusive card) you will get charged for.

The place is a great value for money. Everything is well run and on time, clean and neat! The food was amazing and a lot of variety. Lots of activities and games for kids during the day. The room was clean and well taken care of. The only thing I will give 3 stars is the interior design. The room furniture, though is super clean and neat, it needs a revamp. The hotel interior design and room furniture looks out of date.

On arrival at reception we were greeted warmly by Angeles who was really lovely and pleasant. She noticed that I had been here previously a month ago and also that it had been my birthday the day before we arrived. She then told us that she was going to upgrade our room free of charge and then when we got back to our room later on the first day we found they had left us a bottle of sparkling wine and some cakes - what a lovely gesture and fully appreciated. This lady Angeles delivered first class service and is a credit to your company.

Smooth check. Lovely clean hotel, nice and modern. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Only sllight issues was not having fresh water each day and the air con not being available. We had to leave the sliding door open at night to keep cool and I know its due to a legislation thing.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. My husband and I stayed in November 2023 with another couple. Our rooms were spacious and perfectly clean. The facilities, power points, lighting, bathroom etc were all exceptional and well designed. The location is also really central without being in an overcrowded or noisy area. The hotel has a plush and upmarket feel but is really reasonably priced. It happened to be my birthday during our stay and the hotel staff picked up on this from my passport details and surprised me by placing a stunning dessert board for two and a bottle of cava on ice in our room on my birthday. This was a really lovely touch. Also, the breakfast buffet was unreal. I have never seen such an extensive range of hot and cold food on offer and everything was really fresh. They even had a chef offering omelettes made to order and the honey was dripping from a fresh honeycomb. The staff on reception were also very welcoming and friendly. I can't recommend this place highly enough. We are booked to return for Valentines day. Can't wait

View from the suite on the top floor. Room is quite small but lovely big corner terrace and area with sofa and TV to the side of the sleeping area (bedroom also with another TV), coffee machine. Really nice buffet breakfast and use of Double Bali bed at pool if you want it.

Lovely spacious pool area with sun terrace. Ample choice at breakfast, staff worked hard to clear the tables. The quality of the food on offer was great. I find it hard to believe it’s a 3 star, couldn’t fault it.

We had a late pick up for the coach. Tryed to book a room for a late chq out . There was 12 in are party. 28 of in total was there for my 60th I found the lady on reception. Very short in her reply and not helpful . I chqed out on time. Had to find the suit case storage my self returned the key card . But then found I could not use the loos or get our to the pool . I think this should be expanded at reception. So your guest are not feeling left out and not looked after All over staff great hotel vert clean .food good . Helpful staff at the pool . Just let down by not feeling wonted or appreciate at the end of my holiday

Cleanliness of hotel is 10/10, we stayed mid Sept and the pool was quite quiet with plenty of beds around it free. The hotel is good distance walk from the new town and strip but taxis are really reasonably priced however your within walking distance to loads of shops, restaurants and bars. Would recommend this hotel however was not too fussed on the food during buffet.

10 day holiday, April 2024. Fab holiday, hotel, staff, food brilliant. Only negatives, outside pool freezing cold and I mean freezing. It was entertaining watching people try to attempt going in. Lifts were frustrating too. Prior to going we saw many poor reviews regarding food. I honestly can not understand this, food to all tastes and good quality. Salads beautiful and lots of choices, meats always plenty to choose from, chicken, beef and pork. Fish dishes also. Rooms spacious, clean and plenty of hanging space, fridge and safe (chargeable).

We have been to this hotel several times now. Our last visit was booked very last minute and was a really good price for all inclusive. The rooms are fine but we don't like the glass bathrooms. We did request a fully enclosed bathroom which we got. The problem with it though is the shower leaks all over the floor. We had to use the towels all the time to soak up the water!! This has happened on previous stays and never seems to be resolved. You can tell from the flooring it is an on going problem. The food is okay, one evening there was ox tail which looked like bones in a sauce and a pork dish which looked like pigs trotters!!! As others have said the staff are lovely and everywhere is very clean. The hotels position is great and the entertainment seems to have improved. We would probably stay again if we visit Benidorm in the future

We stayed here in February 2024 and were very pleased with the hotel which was clean and comfortable throughout. Staff were without exception friendly, polite and efficient. We had a fabulous view over the bay and it's very close to the seafront. There was a great choice of salads which suits me as a vegetarian. Not all foods were labelled though and this would be helpful please. Otherwise everything was lovely and highly recommended. Thanks to all concerned.

Stayed 1 week in February 2024. Loved it. Food very good. Location superb. Staff very helpful and friendly. I'd highly recommend. Yes the lifts are different as in you simply select what floor you require BEFORE you enter and the system tells you which lift to get into. So easy! It's tempting to get into the 1st lift that arrives but that doesn't work.

Amazing hotel, nice and modern near the beach, hotel room was spotless stayed on the 14th floor, towels changed every day. The food was excellent with a huge choice of dishes and the staff really were attentive and even asked if you wanted anything else before the restaurant closed. 9 euros bottle of wine or 1.80 for a glass at meal times. Bar prices cheaper than a lot of establishments outside, 3 euros for pint of San Miquel, 2 euros glass of wine at the bar. The entertainment was great with good acts. But most of all the staff were amazing and engaging. For me no complaints when we stayed Easter week. 5*****

What a great hotel, we were all inclusive for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute. The entertainment team have activities all day/evening and are fantastic with any kids you are travelling with. Our room had two double beds only, we were a family of four so had to share with the kids, bear this in mind if travelling as a family. The food is good enough for a buffet with plenty of choice, plastic cups are required around the pool area and are available from reception for a €1 deposit via a token. The layout of the hotel is a little confusing at first but you will get used to it after a day or two. Overall staff are very friendly and helpful. If we return to Benidorm I would happily stay at this hotel again

The hotel is a 4 star but really is a 3 star at best . Food options ok on occasion ,1st night food was not great, but got better as the week went on .always found something to eat, but at times, food was cold . The main restaurant gets very busy and feels rather cramped . We always chose the seat near the door for some space .we eventually found another restaurant above the pool that was quieter and had windows, so it felt like more space . Chips are like gold dust , but they never seemed to be many available . pool restaurant had very little variation of food , breakfast stuff still out till 1 pm and salads, cold meat burgers, etc . Again, chips are where like gold dust . Was in pool restaurant on 2 occasions just before 1 pm , I seen the chips been prepared and cooked but got told they don't go out till 1 pm , 1 pm came and gone and no Chips, they seem to hide them away so eventually gave up the wait ,small detail but strange how staff worked things . I eventually went to Mcdonald down at the beach. The main bar is in reception and gets rather busy , seating area in reception, not the best . Glasses constantly left out on tables and not cleared . Saw Glasses broken on a few occasions because left on tables . To get a drink at the pool bar either at swim up or at other side you apparently had to get token cards which you pay 1 euro for and is refunded. Now I asked about this on 3 occasions to different staff members, and I'm still confused as to how this works . On arrival, you get a wristband that you use to unlock your room door and scan at the reception bar to obtain drinks on all inclusive. Why is this same method not used at the pool bar beyond me ? Seems daft . I understood it was if you wanted a glass or plastic glass . If at the pool bar, just make it plastic regardless, maybe I'm wrong ? but it was not very well explained by staff on arrival or throughout our stay . Rooms are rather dated but are clean . Towels changed every day .There is a really strange smell in rooms and throughout out the hotel as soon as you enter it . It's like some sort of cleaning detergent, and it's really quite strong as soon as you walk in . There is a games console room that my son used , you get 30 mins , the staff there were very friendly as was the staff on entering the restaurant . Sunshine to pool is overshadowed by very tall buildings nearby in the afternoon, and some areas have no sun . The location of the hotel is good , very close to the beach via a hill . I never found the hill a problem, but people who may have mobility problems it may be a concern.

Go to Magic Tropical Splash instead, much better place. This however was awful, most facilities were closed, had to wait for ages to get served a drink as no bartenders were present. Only 2 slides out of 5 were open and they felt rather dangerous. Not much sun as the place is surrounded by tall buildings and just generally rubbish. Also chips were like gold dust.

Currently at this hotel and after reading some of the reviews we were a little sceptical. It was only me and daughter (son couldn't make the trip) so we made the most of what we had. Location is great for the beach and going into benidorm only issue was the hill....not suitable for a wheelchair user unless it's electric powered! Staff have been so lovely, always happy to help and do their best to accommodate all our needs. Room, so you don't get a balcony which I really don't care about as it's not the be all and end all. Room was really spacious for us both, yes 2 beds pushed together but you can separate if needed. Everything was spotless! We were prewarned there was work ongoing at the hotel but honestly you can't hear a thing. New lifts being installed and halls getting a new lick of paint. Food, we are all inclusive ultra. My daughter is very fussy with food but there was always something for her to eat. Yes sonetimes it wasnt always as hot as we would expect but you can heat it up in the microwave if youre not happy. Different food every mealtime but yes always some of the same food (that helps with dussy eaters! Drinks are great and bar staff lovely. Due to the weather being chilly and the occasional rain shower it was to cold to use the pool but we enjoyed looking at it 😆 Overall we love it here!

Overall thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my 2x grandchildren (7 & 3), check in was a little laboured, rooms were clean and well maintained although with no balcony issues with drying swimwear/towels. Food was plentiful although maybe a little routine & lacked variety. Entertainment staff worked tirelessly (especially when weather not so good) and are to be applauded for always finding time for the kids. Would recommend for young families

Wow, just amazing. But why……….. My wife fell ill on our first day here and ended up in hospital. So that left me with two looked after children in a place I’ve never been to. Every day the staff stopped me to ask how she was doing. I’m going to point out the two Clair’s on reception at this point. Thank you lady’s. My wife did make a full recovery and we ended up staying seventeen days. When it became apparent we were not going home on the planned fights in stepped Nicky the hotel rep. She could see I was falling apart the stress of it all. Two hours later she had phoned everyone and got us an extension at the hotel. Nicky, you saved my life. All the other staff from the cleaners to the bar and kitchen staff are so friendly and very professional. The hotel is very clean, the food is excellent and only a ten minute walk to the beech and the heart of Benidorm. We will definitely be coming again.

Service - 5/5 Amazing service, especially from the ones who work at the buffet and bar. And very helpful and nice staff. Food - 3/5 The food was good, but not a lot of vegetarian options. Some halal options👍 Clean and good food. If u eat everything then the food options are very good. Room - 2/5 The room was okey, very cold when I was there from 23.03-28.03 Somethings were dirty from the day we arrived: -Some pillow had spots. -Cutlery was dirty and it never got changed even when i told the reception. -Asked reception for towels, but they said I need to wait for the next day for the cleaning women to come:/ -BUT very nice and cute cleaning lady. Entertainment 7/10 Fun entertainment for young kids. Fun and good entertainment for adults, but not any good entertainment for teens.

The staff here were really lovely and helpful, especially a Receptionist called Claire. The room had a few things that needed to be addressed but it didn't spoil our time there. The food was good and there was always something to choose from. Valentines evening was lovely; a pianist by the entrance to the dining room/restaurant; a rose for each lady, and heart shaped deserts. It took us about 15 minutes to walk into the centre of Benidorm from the hotel, but it faces the place where the Market is held on a Sunday. We really enjoyed our time here and would probably stay here again if we go to Benidorm again in the future.

Don’t ask why I was in Benidorm!! Anyway Good location at the back of the resort of Benidorm. It’s a ten to eleven minute walk to the front. Same to the slums (bars) and fifteen to twenty mins to the old town and beyond. If you want closer, book closer! Great hotel, lovely rooms, comfy beds, reasonable variety of food! Reasonable snacks to feed your calorie intake and good drinks included (all inclusive option). Shocking cheesy entertainment but some love that so it’s whatever floats your boat! Would I go back to this hotel? 100% yes… quite possibly not Benidorm though 🙃 Good pub outside the hotel called the Titanic.

Enjoyed a last minute stay for 5 nights at this hotel in January (out of season). There are 4 lifts to get to the rooms, split with 2 for even floors and 2 for odd floors. Majority of the time this worked really well and we didn’t have to wait for long before we got a lift. Hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk straight down to the beachfront. It is slightly inclined on the way back. Room; The room was a good size and plenty big enough for me, my partner & our baby. The balcony was huge with a view right down to the beach! The only issue we had with our room was the handle used to control the shower broke off on our second to last day, but we told reception this and by midday it was replaced with a new shower! Food; The main restaurant food was the best we’ve had in an all inclusive! The restaurant itself is a tad small so you can’t expect tonnes of choice, but what they do have is delicious and there’s something new every meal. They even have a section of vegetarian friendly dishes! Honestly wouldn’t bother with the Indian restaurant. The decor was lovely and the onion bhaji starters were the best we’ve ever had. Unfortunately that wasn’t a sign of what was to follow and we ended up walking out to go the other restaurant when the mains were delivered (we weren’t the only ones to do that, and the waiter could only apologise). Facilities; With visiting out of season we didn’t have the opportunity to check out the rest of the facilities.

Room was great, plenty of space and clean. I couldn't rate the entertainment because we went out every night. We went in november, the weather was really good but the pool area wasn't in the sun all the time during the day but there were lots of beds available. Food was really good with english bacon available.

I love the location which is quite but close to both the beach and the night time entertainment. Our room was lovely and clean and was serviced daily and the whole hotel was spotless. The food was great which was buffet style but with something for everyone’s tastes ranging from paella to full English breakfast. The food was hot unlike other places I’ve stayed and there are always warmed plates available. All staff were fabulous, polite, courteous and provided well above 5 star service. I think the Rialto is a little gem and I will certainly return.

The food was often just warm. Sometimes overcooked and on two occasions it was actually raw in the middle. Breakfast the eggs were like rubber I always asked for freshly cooked. The bacon on the self service part was often burnt. If you went to the show cooking section it was cold. On each occasion I did complain but to no avail. We stayed at the Calypso earlier this year. I think that would be our choice in future. Incidentally I stayed in the Rialto last year the food was much better then.

All aspects of this hotel were outstanding! We had an issue with our room (leaking water from above) within minutes the handyman was at the door and because it couldn't be fixed right away reception were on the phone promptly saying they were going to move us and gave us the choice of 2 rooms and a bottle of fizz thrown in as well.. The service from reception was first class as was the cleaning and bar staff! We were full board, the food at all mealtimes was very good, fresh, hot, and a good variety something to satisfy all pallets. A bonus was having 'English' sausages and bacon at breakfast! The staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and extremely hard working. There is also an entertainment venue on the lower floor of the hotel where they have a good variety of tribute and comedy acts, great if you don't fancy venturing out one night! Great location for the beach, bars, restaurants, the indoor market and 'the strip'. Overall we had a great stay and I will definitely go back.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Bars and shops are next door and the beach is just a five minute walk away. I love the decor of this hotel - the mood lighting is very relaxing. I stayed on a full board basis. Food is buffet style and there is a wide variety of dishes available. My room was spotless too.

Lovely hotel, lovely rooms. In Great position for entertainment. But. You spend a third of your holiday sleeping. Did not sleep well. Hotel States it has Air Conditioning in rooms. You do Not! Unless in the Warmer months. Even though AC minimum is set to minimum of 21 degrees. We are here in March room is at 24 degrees. Tried opening Patio Doors. Noise outside goes onto near 4am. Not impressed. Would not stay here again. Hotel Cutting corners. Shame. Lovely Rooms but little sleep

Had a lovely stay here in one of the superior rooms. Great location, close to the tram station and bus stops. A short walk to the city. Our room (505) was spacious and well equipped. Thank you to the team members who serviced this on a daily basis. The bed was very comfy. There wide range of food and drinks available for breakfast were all delicious and set us up for the day. Visited the bar for drinks on a few occasions. Francisco T was attentive, warm and welcoming. Thank you Franc. The only niggle we had during our stay was the behaviour of the youths who were staying to compete in sailing competitions. They were noisy in corridors, knocking on and slamming room doors. They left their breakfast tables in an awful state every morning. The team member who did most of the table clearing did a great job. Thank you to her. We appreciate their behaviour was not the responsibility of the hotel so it would be unfair to downgrade our experience. However, it might be helpful for Hotel Maya to ask those responsible for groups visiting in the future and individual group members to be more considerate of staff and other visitors.

We found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly, the room was great and it was cleaned daily. The breakfast we had was lovely with a good choice for all. We were on the ninth floor and it was very quiet at night time. It was a nice steady walk into town and the beach, all in all we had a great few days.

AMAZING RECEPTIONISTS. Nice selection of self service breakfast buffet options. The Blanket wasn't really my type but I never said anything so it's not the hotels fault. It has a nice view and a good location. They also gave me a packed breakfast ready for 3.30am! I could be back again soon 😄

We spent two nights here with our dog. What a fantastic hotel right next to Santa Barbara Castle. 10 minutes walk to MARQ museum. 25 minutes walk to the centre. The rooms were spacious with a lovely balcony and views of the castle. we were in room 605 on the pet floor. The breakfast was very good with a variety of dishes, and there were tables set out for people who had brought their dogs, so our dog came down to breakfast with us. We parked on site, which cost 10 euros a day and is well worth it. There was a bar which served drink and food until 11 pm and we enjoyed two meals there. The hotel was very clean and the staff were great. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you were travelling with your furry family we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is clean. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. The receptionists spoke good English. We were allowed to check earlier, especially having left the UK overnight. This gave us a much needed rest.

Excellent hotel. We have just returned from two weeks there. We are Scottish and there were very few Brits staying in the hotel (which can be a good thing). The other residents were mainly elderly Spanish, so the hotel was very peaceful at night (we're 50 & 51 which was great for us that there were no Stag or Hen parties staying here). We were made to feel extremely welcome and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean (no tea or coffee but that didn't bother us) and the buffet breakfast was very good with enough British choices. The downstairs bar is absolutely beautiful but the drinks were slightly pricey with smaller measures compared to nearby bars, which meant the bar was often quite quiet. All of the evening entertainment was in Spanish which was fair enough but still enjoyable. The pool areas were excellent and fairly quiet. The hotel is in an excellent location which is close to the beach and local bars and restaurants and is a short walk into the Old Town but is far enough away from The Strip so there is no hassle and we felt very safe. Highly recommended and we would happily return. Many Thanks! 💕💕💕

I had problems with the toilet as it would not stop running and these had to be fixed a couple of times. In the other Servigroup hotels the television has always had a good selection of British TV channels, but I could only get BBC2 and a childrens TV channel. The selection of food in the restaurant was not as large or varied as i have had in your other hotels, and often it was not very hot which I found very disappointing.

It's a little stressful eating in the restaurant when the staff wants to take your plate sometimes before your done eating. Otherwise all good and I would definitely stay at Diplomatic again.

Very nice hotel for the area. Great pool. Good rooms and great breakfast. In the middle of the nightlife area, 5min walk to great beach. Our room was 2 floors above the (good fun) cabaret bar and we could hear loud music until 1am every morning, but didn’t really bother us to be honest.

The rooms and areas of the hotel were really nice. We sadly came at a time when the pool was closed. We were told we could go to the hotel ambassador, but the pool there was freezing cold and the sun loungers there are terrible so we only went down there once. The food was really average. I opened a prawn and was not expecting it to be cold. It looked gross so I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. I was shocked that the breakfast food for a nice hotel was your standard catering breakfast that you’d expect in a cheap all inclusive holiday. At lunch time the whole ground floor smelt of fish and our 2nd floor had some weird smells. The shower head in our room was broken, but someone came and fixed it after a couple of days without use mentioning it so they were clearly already aware. Personally, I wouldn’t have allowed guests in a room with known issues of an essential facility. I would stay here again with the pool open as the sun loungers were really nice and the pool area really nice. I’d there was an option without food, I’d have taken it.

Lovely clean hotel, nice new pool area recently finished which is heated at present. Sun beds reserved all day not used. We had a front room 8th floor, good bed, very clean,lots of fresh towels etc. The noise from the arcos/arrow pub opposite is super loud all day from 11.30am until it’s club closes around 1.30am, it’s a very loud part of town, and you definitely need to take this into account 24hrs a day with the 4am walk home crowds. It’s not terrible but you can definitely hear it through the patio doors. The front gets nice tea time sun and people watching ! Where else do u see 2 inflatable dinosaurs on a zebra crossing 😂.. Staff are all lovely and work very hard in all areas of the hotel. Good drinks prices and own access downstairs to the Philippines. My only major disappointment was the food, only one half of the stations were open, the food quality and choice for breakfast was good, but honestly the evening meal hot choices were completely unacceptable, like some kind of poor work canteen selection, tinned veg,stewed meats generally pork, chicken nuggets, chips. It was never replenished well with empty scraped trays, or particularly hot, I’m not sure how they would cater for vegetarians apart from the salad bar, or dietary/allergy needs. We ended up eating out most nights in our 2 week stay. We are regular visitors to Benidorm for early or late summer breaks, so would consider this hotel again on a B&B basis if the price was good. We normally use the Don Pancho and it was significantly lower cost here, but ended up being pointless due to meal costs. I would still recommend on the other good points.

Hotel was superb and staff brilliant. Our cleaner was a lovely little lady, so hard working. Also the ladies on front of house in the restaurant were so lovely too. We will definitely return next year, but will need to book through jet2 to secure flights, baggage and transfers within the costs. Fabulous hotel, walking distance from the strip. Cafe Benidorm and Sinatra’s are literally across the road. Being so close you’d think there would be constant noise but there really isn’t. Sun area at hotel is a sun trap, not loads of sun beds but was always some available as we went early March - Very hot for English skin ! lol. Can’t wait to book in again

I had a very good experience at your hotel. The food especially was excellent. This is a suggestion not a criticism. The cups in the restaurant could be bigger or better still a choice of mugs or cups . The British do like a big mug of tea. Also to add tea and coffee at the evening meal, there was cheese and biscuits but no coffee. I would definitely stay a second time or one of you other hotels in the group/

Just spent five days and could not fault this hotel, the staff are all friendly and helpful, specially Ingrid behind the bar. Rooms spotless as is the whole hotel, breakfast good. Plenty of sunbeds and bar prices as low as the cheap bars. Note, we chose this hotel because it had advertised on holiday sites that it doesn't accept groups as in stags hens etc. But we did have 2 large male groups stay and it does change the dynamics. Just something to keep in mind but would not put us off staying again.

The hotel is clean, well maintained and all of the staff are amazing, friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble. The food was very good, always difficult to cook for large numbers not knowing what time they are eating but the food was varied and very nice. The Castilla was the only servigroup hotel who allow less than 5 night stays which is fantastic for those who want the shorter stay, please continue with this as we cant all spend 5 nights or more away and just won’t come if the policy changes to match the other hotels. I would and will stay in this hotel again and it will be my first choice when I return to Benidorm. Thank you to all at the hotel for an excellent good value for money stay.

First class hotel, just had an amazing stay 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿👍could not fault a thing ❤️. Excellent value, wonderful staff who worked really hard to make our stay wonderful. If you are British then understand this is a Spanish hotel, so do not expect typical British food like burger and chips/full breakfast but a very good selection of real food. Hot and cold servings were good every day with a good selection of meats and fish. Restaurant gets very busy at weekends and the staff don't stop. Pools, large outside pool with lots of sunbeds this pool is not heated so was too cold to swim in November. Snack bar open during day, pool times 10am till 8pm.There are two indoor pools that are heated and were lovely and warm. Roof pool adults only but only open June to end of September which was disappointing. Good bar area, drinks were reasonably priced and again typical Spanish entertainment, perhaps not for everyone 🤣 great for kids in the summer. Rooms cleaned everyday, good size a little dated now but still very good condition. We will be back thats for sure, thanks for a great stay.

This hotel is fantastic, we have been staying here for the past 13 years. Room's are very spacious and immaculately clean as is the rest of the hotel. Lovely large swimming pool area with a separate children's part, indoor pool is great as well. Food is plentiful and plenty of choice both breakfast and evening meals. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We were a family group of eight adults and 3 children. We stayed at the hotel for four nights to celebrate the three Wise Men (Los Reyes Magos).The hotel lounge was tastefully decorated with an adorned Christmas tree, and potted pointsietta plants that gave an air of festivity. The bedrooms were of a generous size and the beds were very comfortable. The wardrobes were spacious and clean, and were fitted with shelves to store clothing. The breakfasts and dinners we contracted were of excellent quality and variety. Fish, meat, vegetable dishes, side dishes and desserts were all well presented. The hotel façade was well maintained and also the interior was clean and tidy. A Spa is provided which has basic showers, a Finnish sauna and a Turkish sauna. An interior pool provides water spouts and there is also a large outdoor pool. Entertainment for the kids is provided, such as an obstacle ball park, slides and a variety of entertaining equipment. The night entertainment was provided by excellent entertainers, who sang a variety of modern and well known songs.

Stayed here around 8 years ago and it was great. So, whilst in Benidorm for New Year this year, we thought we would nip in for a drink whilst passing. Surprised at the way the hotel was, tables with dirty glasses (maybe short staffed due to time of year), but didn't think I would see kids riding e scooters inside a 4 star hotel. Don't think I would be stopping there any time soon. Which is a shame really.

Just back from a week long stay at Agua Azul in Benidorm. We walked into the reception area to very friendly staff, check-in took less than 5 minutes and we were on our way to our room, The hotel is absolutely spotless and i dont mean just a bit clean i mean you could eat your dinner off any surface in the place, its a true credit to the cleaning staff that clean the hotel. The rest of the staff are really friendly as well, everyone has a smile and always welcome to see you. Food in the restaurant is very tasty, its buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner and while not a massive selection there was always something to cater for all needs, while we didn't have any dietary requirements we did see other guest that did and the staff seemed to cater for them very well. We stayed for 7 nights and never ate the same thing twice for dinner.

The staff are so lovely, it's also really nice having sangria in the reception area so you can have a refreshing drink when entering the hotel. Rooms are really clean. Food is excellent. Drinks are plentiful, but don't bother with the cocktails..... Pre-made and not great, but all in all a totally amazing hotel.

Me and my family of 7 came here over Christmas and New year. The staff, food, and accommodation were amazing. But on are last night an entertainment women named Martha made our night amazing, she kept the kids entertainment for the 2 weeks we was there, with face paint, games ect. But on the last night she let my daughter do karaoke and my daughter said she was the best. Wanted to thank the whole of magic villa del mar for are amazing stay and will definitely be coming again.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very tired and need updating. Things falling off the walls and handles coming off doors. The aircon is non existent, how anyone copes in the summer months is beyond me. No balcony to sit in so even in March the heat is stifling. The food is terrible too, really bad selections and not the best quality. Ended up eating out every night. Customer service is non existant. So rude, literally slam your drinks on the counter, and the barman on the roof terrace, I would avoid. Miserable. Only good thing in the hotel is the roof terrace, stunning views.

An ideal location straight onto the Promenade, great Seaview from the room. Furniture a bit tired. Food good different each day. Entertainment basic. Downside is nowhere comfortable to sit, a covered area but like a wind tunnel in January and OK if you're a smoker we need somewhere out of the smoke. The only comfortable place to sit are about 8 chairs in reception and the downstairs entertainment room that doesn't open until 9.30pm

It’s an absolutely beautiful hotel, the Mountain View’s from the 18th floor are to die for. The staff are kind and friendly, definitely the house cleaner who was working on the 18th floor between 9th-16th April. Medplaya, please give her something as an appreciation. The hotel is a 4star but the food is barely touching 4 stars. Tastes nice but the texture is mushy.

Stayed her for 11 night from 13th feb 2024 with my husband and 9yr old grandson , had a great relaxing time our room was right next to the building work on the lovely new hospital and no noise , The pool was freezing but my grandson and the lovely friends he made went in everyday and loved it , The food was lovely always something I liked which is good for a fussy eater , good choice of drinks for children and Adults. Would recommend this hotel and would book a holiday to this hotel again .

I highly recommend this Hotel! The service is very good, those who work at the reception are very present and welcoming, the rooms are big and are cleaned very well every day. New towels and new beddings every single day. They clean a bit late so if u want to sleep in, you are abel to. Very quite at night, didnt hear the crowded streets at all. The only downside is that it is very noisy between the rooms. We heard the neighbor talking and were woken up one night by noisy neighbors. Regardless, a brilliant Hotel that I will certainly visit again. Right on a "main street", short distance to restaurants, beach, shops and bars.

A large and popular hotel situated a short walk from the promenade and beach. Fascinating design, well suited to holidaymakers. Extensive facilities and welcoming, helpful staff made for an enjoyable stay. It would have merited 5 stars from me, had the food been slightly better. However, it was still very good, given the enormous number of self-service visitors being catered for. Unfortunately, the entertainment was amateurish and second rate when compared with that experienced elsewhere.

If you want a nice hotel to stay at in Benidorm- this is the one to stay. We couldn't book as it was full so we stayed at another at the same price. Don Pancho was so much better. The entrance looks much more appealing. The chairs and loungers are more luxurious. My sister stayed at Don Pancho so I got the chance to look in her room.

Lovely hotel very well placed centrally. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. Very disappointed to not have access to basic tea / coffee/ juice on check out day before 8 am. For the price and standard of this hotel a simple continental offering would have been appreciated like many lesser grade hotels provide.

Really nice hotel. I would definitely stay again, lifts can be slow. there are four altogether but only hold five people max, 17 floors !. Evening dinner could be better with the quality & choice of hot food, salad bar is very good, sweets not so. But I'd still come again.

Hotel is really good great location and the food is great staff are lovely and helpful. The only downside is my husband had a massage on the 3 rd day she was really rough used her elbow to dig in on his back. He has been sore ever since. We did report it and the hotel changed the mattress and pillow. Still sore and it cost 40 euro. Don’t have one

Lovely, plush upmarket hotel. Guests have option of B&B; half board or full board. Lovely terrace and swimming pool on first floor. Toilets are spotless. Delicious buffet at lunchtime. Great options available.Three course meal with a glass of wine costs 20 euro for non-residents. Cheaper for guests. Pedro made us feel very welcome and offered us a free glass of Cava. Highly recommended. Parts of Benidorm are rough and ready. But this hotel is first class and rises above them all in terms of quality. Highly recommended. Treat yourself!

The hotel from the moment we walked in was excellent. The desk staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Booking in was seamless and ended with a free glass of cava. The rooms were immaculate and done to a very high spec. The super king bed was so comfortable with a variety of pillows to suite your needs. The bathroom was very spacious with double sink, heated mirror, walk in shower and hair dryer. The nice touch was the free toiletries for use if required. The breakfast and dinner were just amazing. With a wide selection of hot and cold foods with some dishes cooked to order. The standard of food was excellent. The restaurant was beautiful. The upstairs pool area and restaurant were first class. The location by the old town was very convenient for restaurants,shops and bars. All staff at the hotel could not do enough for you. We will definitely be returning. 10 out of 10.

Lovely hotel with fabulous staff. Actually I think the best in Benidorm. We were greeted on reception by Christian, who was so very helpful and friendly throughout our whole stay. There was a bottle of fizz in our room for my husband’s birthday which was a lovely surprise. Evening meal and breakfast was wonderful Not one fault I can say- a true 5 star 🌟 Will definitely be returning Thank you to all at H10 🙏

Brilliant stay and would really recommend this hotel for the high quality and spotlessly clean rooms, friendly and professional staff as well as location on the west side of Benidorm, a 3 minute walk away from the Old Town. The half board is also excellent with a different and wide choice of high quality food every evening, especially the varied and delicious salad options. Would only say that if you were vegetarian your options would be a bit limited, with the focus being on meat and seafood for hot/main options. Otherwise, versus some of the few minor reviews, we have had a completely opposite stay- when eating we have had attentive service, the reception staff are helpful, and our room cleaned well during the day. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a very nice hotel , we would definitely recommend a sea view suite as the other rooms are still top quality, but the views are a little disappointing being generally urban ! The food quality was excellent overall but a few minor quibbles being the lack of proper jams and marmalade at breakfast ( English type ) and my wife would have liked some Pate’ in the evenings . The food at breakfast is generally geared towards the continental side so don’t expect big belly buster fry ups ,this isn’t that type of hotel thankfully !and there is a microwave if you’d rather not moan about the temperature of a few items ! My trip was in March and everything was very good , would definitely go again in the off season !
