Japanese restaurant offered a culinary journey that was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped in, Chef Carlo captivated our senses with his exceptional culinary skills and charismatic personality, providing not only delicious dishes but also an engaging dining experience.
Moreover, Chef Carlo went above and beyond to entertain us, skillfully juggling knives and engaging with everyone at the table, creating an atmosphere filled with laughter and joy.
Complementing the culinary excellence was the impeccable service provided by Waitress Elizabeth. With prompt service and attention to detail, she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask.

I wish I could say it was amazing but it was far from it. Food is the worst I have ever had. All 4 of us in our family got sick from it. We couldn't get into any of the restaurants except for 9pm the night before we left. Everything takes forever to walk to and staff was not that helpful. All bartenders were grumpy.
Good things- obviously beautiful location, grounds were nice. Servers at the buffets were friendly. Lots to do with the shows and mall right there. Pools and beach were gorgeous but not cleaned daily.
I will not go back. I would like an actual relaxing vacation where everything is close and I expect awesome food. I paid so much and it was not what I expected.

Not the best experience, unfortunately, due to some personal issues.
We were a family of 3 (my wife, my 12 years old son an I) and 4 friends (2 other rooms).
On the check-in day we arrived at 12, and they said that room would have been ready at 15: our friends entered their room at 15, but we had to wait till 17:30 since they had to change curtains (!). Then we discovered that they forgot our son's bed, so we had to wait another hour till they adapted the sofa as a bed (...).
After this we had a shower and went to dinner; my wife is allergic to garlic and milk, so staff communicated to all restaurants this data. Unfortunately, they were not able to prepare anything before, so starting from the first day till the last one (7 lunches and 7 dinners) we had to wait every time at least an hour to receive something (nothing more than a single piece of poultry or meat), the same every day.
This in all restaurants of the resort (and we tried 7 different ones).
Additionally, for every inquiry staff response was incredibly slow.
It's a pity: hotel is very nice, and staff experience is really important for tourists.
Room was good but nothing special: a king size bed, a sofa adapted as bed for my son, bathroom with some leaks and scratched door, external window not closing so well.
Many other customers are drunk at 11 am and, so, very noisy everywhere and also during nighttime it's the same.
Activities like diving are really expensive, same as spa.
In brief: nice structure, normal room, poor staff experience.

La Trattoria was fantastic. The courses came out so quickly and the were hot and delicious. For fine dining the entire experience took just over an hour which was amazing. Our waiter was Edgar and he was friendly and fast. A++ we should have booked it twice!

The restaurant la trattoria was the best place we went to for dinner. The food was delicious and the service was even better. Luis was our waiter and he was very friendly and accommodating. The manager also helped us with our reservation as the hotel made an error. Very accommodating and made our experience worth it.
