Myself and my partner arrived at this hotel as our first holiday alone. We arrived to great customer service. As soon as we arrived to our room there was a smell off grease and other stuff coming from the kitchen (3 floors down). We went and complained politely and they didn’t like that at all, they had become very rude towards us. The gave us 2 keys to two different rooms to go and view and see which one we preferred. We went to the 1st room and it was a very unpleasant smell, the second room was still bad but we had no other option. We stayed in that room for 1 night and the next day, my partner got in the shower and the ceiling had fallen down on him into the bath. Just to mention, the bathrooms have black patches everywhere in all 4 rooms we had been in, I used some soap and water to see if it would go away and it did (clearly they don’t wash the floors), in that room we had stayed in had leaks coming from the light bulb which could quite easily electrocute either one of us. So we got told to move rooms as soon as possible. We are currently in our 4th room within just over 48 hours and there is no AC, Chairs have marks all over them, loads of marks on the floor in the hallways of the room. I opened the balcony doors and the handle fell off so it’s not even safe in here. Would definitely not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the bars, restaurants, shops and seafront and bus station, the island bus service is second to none. Nice big two bedroom apartment, quiet, hot shower, everything we needed and the staff provided anything else we asked for, all the staff were friendly and helpful, we were self catering so I can't comment on meal options. Two pools, one heated indoor. Pool bar open during the day and main bar open til late. Around 12 channels on the television and 8 or 9 were English. Nice budget hotel, not alot of fancy thrills but great value for money.

Dirty rooms no choice for food only one side of hot plates used. Desert was ice cream only. Lifts horrible our balcony looked out on main road traffic was terrible. Just as well because balcony was tiny. Don't go is the best advise I can give. Hotel needs closing and revamped or just closing. Bar area dark and dirty . We stayed 2 weeks before first lockdown . Glad we were only there for 4 nights.

It's a nice hotel, but not the cleanest. It's not dirty, but it could be cleaner. The staff was helpful and polite, but no one could compete with the receptionist working after 5 p.m. (27-31 January, light brownish hair). She was so helpful, polite and always had a smile on her face! If you you don't mind staying in a mediocre hotel, i would definitely recommend it!

Hotel is cheap, room service is poor. Air conditioners aren't working, water is leaking in toilet,tv has no remote control and has 2 channels on it:). You will have poor sleeping because of bars close to it and cars beeping every 5min. Some of staff personnel is hard working some of them don't care.no fridge inside room, you have to pay 20 euros a week for it. Electricity may be problem in some rooms , it might give little shock to you while you switching on and off lights.Well decorated hallway to canteen but luck of air conditioners in it, feels like in sauna. Swimming pool looks nice but closes at 18.00. Also it may be tricky at start to find your room as it feels like labyrinth.
