Advice for Flight Options (Kiss Flights) customers with flights leaving the UK before 1800 hrs on Wednesday 18 August 2010

These flights will operate as planned, and passengers should go to the airport and check in as normal.

Advice for Flight Options / Kiss Flights customers who are currently overseas

The CAA will ensure that ATOL-protected customers are able to fly home as planned; they should therefore arrive at the airport in time to check-in for their flights home as normal.

This failure affects many of our customers in resort and yet to depart over the coming days, weeks and months however an emergency team has been assembled to deal with this issue

We would like to reassure our customers that unlike other online travel companies who are not ATOL protected, the money you have paid for your holiday is safe

We understand that this news will cause the majority of our customer's distress and sadness and we would like to ask for your understanding in order that we may deal with this issue both efficiently and effectively.

We are dealing with our customers in departure date order and our team remains dedicated to ensuring all passengers affected are provided with alternatives however, please do be patient until we are able to contact you.

What are my options?

When you are contacted we will discuss your options with you.

We will do our very best to source an alternative flight for you to ensure you can continue with your holiday. You will only need to pay the difference if the holiday is more or we will refund the difference to you if the cost is lower.

I'm in resort, what shall I do?

We recommend that our customers in resort visit the ATOL website for the latest details. The CAA has advised that they will be making arrangements to ensure customers of Kiss flights can fly home at the end of their holiday.
