Love this place, although it's getting dated. The shower just sprayed everywhere, Hairdryer never work, reported twice to no avail, apart from that room is fine. Food a bit hit & miss at times, but always found something.
Hotel grounds kept immaculate.
The only gripe is the entertainment trio, at times they were shocking! Music Quiz, name the song. 7 out of 20, the title was the first line of the song! Zero enthusiasm at all. The kids disco was pitiful.

This was our second year at Yel. We are really sorry to say that this year was not half as good as last.
They have spent money on the reception area and added a bar which is not included in the AI and is very expensive, so beware. They also seem to charge whatever they feel at this bar. I was charged 180tl for an americano Coffee, which was very expensive, yet the next day, my husband paid 80tl. I was also charged 150tl for some pringle style crisps after i questioned them at the original price of 250tl. Avoid this where possible. It's a rip-off bar!
The coffee machine which use to be in the reception area for 24hr AI use was no longer available and the machine by the pool which also use to be available to use 24/7 was only switched on once breakfast started and half the time was out of coffee or milk, same for inside the restaurant.
The food on offer was tasty and really enjoyed what was available, food is very nice and authentic and the salads are amazing if you like that kind of thing. No cold meats were on offer with lunch for some reason, they were only served at breakfast. The choice seemed very limited compared to last year, and food became very repetitive after a few days. Because of this, we ate out most nights.
The Efes lager was really good last year, with no issues at all. However, this year, it seemed really gasy and low in alcohol. My hubby kept getting indigestion from it as well and did not enjoy drinking it at all, so we went out most of the time.
Sunbeds were an issue this time around. You had to be up at 6am to bag yourself a bed, and most beds had towels left on them all day with no one using them, which I find really selfish but staff didn't bother to do anything about it.
Rooms are very clean but are now very dated and in need of an upgrade.
The cleaners are amazing, and rooms are kept spotless with fresh towels daily if required.
The staff here work really hard and are so welcoming and friendly, cannot knock them at all they work so well, just a shame about all the little things that have gone down hill, the little things that actually made us go back for a second holiday. We won't be going back next year.
Although they did try with the evening entertainment, it was nothing special. the daytime entertainment was boring and repetitive.
Feel bad sounding so negative because we did have such a good time, but this was mostly down to the lovely couples we met and spent our time going out with.
It was not in any means a bad holiday or a bad place to stay. However, with the price increase and reduced services, we sadly won't be returning and have only given a 3 star rating compared to last years 5.
We are aware it's a 3 star. However, paid quite a bit more for this years holiday compared to last, and the services provided seemed very reduced.
The hotel does provide some beautiful mountain views and is in a lovely quiet spot but would not recommend if you have any mobility issues as it's situated on a hill, all walkways and steps are very steep to the main pool and restaurant/bar these are unavoidable as well as lead to the main all inclusive areas and pool.

Lovely hotel. Stayed here for 7 nights in September 2023. Rooms are basic but clean and functional with small TV, aircon, safe £2 a day and hairdryer. Shower room with toilet and basin. Lovely pool. Good entertainment and food was always a good variety but may not suit all. A little bit out of town but easily reached by Dolmus (bus) or taxi

We spent a week here, and loved it!! The rooms were basic, but clean and tidy we had a view overlooking the pool that at night was stunning!
All the communal area's, poolside and gardens were very well maintained and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, Especially Abdul, - he is the go to man!!
Good range of evening and day time entertainment, but not so much in the day that it distracts those who just want to relax!
Varied food choices and tasted lovely.
The hotel is situated away from the main hustle of resort towns, Hisaranou, Fethiye and Oludeniz only a 5-15 min bus ride away. Lots of things to do in the area.

This is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location! beautiful , clean rooms, wonderful facilities, delicious food and the Staff were amazing and very friendly. From this hotel, one gets a magnificent view of the sunset and a breathtaking view of city at night. the hotel is near Fethiye & Hisaronu and other beautiful places which is amazing, don’t have to travel far. Also fantastic entertainment day and night , the children and myself enjoyed ourselves very much that we didn’t want to leave. We were treated like royalty and can not recommend this hotel enough! Will be visiting again next year !! 100% !! Thank you YEL Hotel!!
