This hotel is perfect if you want things close by but not exactly in the centre of the hustle and bussle.
We stayed here end of season in October 2023. We had never been to Cyprus before and the price was so so reasonable we thought we would give it a try.
We where extremely surprised at how good the weather was 28/32 every day, absolutely perfect. The hotel wasn't massively busy due to time of year so no problems getting sunbeds. The hotel itself is really clean, as are the rooms which are cleaned daily, with daily towel change. Drinks where potent!! Lol cocktail menu was vast and tasted lovely. Staff where great, worked efficiently with a smile. Angela at the pool bar was by far the best 👌 the food at the pool bar was lovely, chips, hotdogs, toasties, burgers, all lovely. The pools where great, nice and clean with plenty of room for the kids to splash about. Various entertainment going on during the day and eve. Not amazing, but not awful. You get unlimited access to the water park 5 min walk at a sister hotel.
The food was nice. My only gripe was there wasn't an awful lot of choice compared to other all inclusive places we have been, but there was always something we liked to eat and plenty of it so not really an issue.
The surrounding area was lovely, small beach at the bottom about 5 min walk, with sunbeds and beach bar. A few souvenir shops, quite a few restaurants and bars. karaoke and sports bar 2 min walk from hotel that serves food and has a takeaway kebab place joined onto it, kebabs are the best ones we have ever eaten! Fig tree bay is a short taxi ride away (£10Euro) about 10 mins. Lots of sunbeds, lovely clean beach with water sports, pedlos ect.
All in all a really lovely holiday, so much so we have booked to go back already and are very much looking forward to visiting again! 😀

A little jem of a hotel. Don't come here expecting luxury, however you will find a very clean and welcoming hotel. Angela in the snack bar is wonderful. She works tirelessly, and there's always service with a smile. We would come back just to see her! The food is delicious and plentiful, catering for all tastes. The pool is amazing with plenty of beds available. Rooms are kept spotless, beds comfortable, the power shower with hot water on tap at any time of day was a revelation and hot Recommend you try it, coming with an open mind.

VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Not supposed to be a 4-star hotel.
The building is old.
The elevator took minimum 5 minutes to get to the lobby or to any floor.
Requested a Full bed and gave us a twin bed. When asked the reception they said that they gave away all full beds and they will put them together to make them look like full bed. Not changing anything. But actually I slept separately with my partner. Bathroom was badly made. When taking shower water is going everywhere flooding the bathroom. Sink is left without the the inside cover and water was slow.
Bed sheets, pillowcases and towels got stains on them.
Hair dryer was an old machine.
We paid for breakfast & dinner included and food was terrible and we were charged the drinks of the dinner.
Food really bad and service was unexperianced. Wanted to take a crepe for breakfast and had to wait in line of 10 people because the crepe maker was SO SLOW.
Bar stuff had no idea of drinks.
There was only 1 person who knew how to make drinks and he knew only 5-6 drinks from the whole list of drinks offered/ and were actually average drinks taste wise.
Overall we were left with stomach ache and headache.
And hotel stuff not offering better solutions or solving any of the problems.
NOT WORTH THEIR MONEY!

Where to start… unfortunately our expectations were set too high before arriving. The reception is the nicest part of the hotel. The rooms are dated to say the least. We asked for a double and we were given a twin on our honeymoon not the be all and end all. However the beds are very uncomfortable with stained sheets. We also have had a few visitors on the 4th floor (cockroaches) and understand that they are around but on the 4th floor!! We did mention this but didn’t seem to have any reaction other than to tell me they come in through the drains. The showers are old and you end up flooding the bathroom out into the bedroom regardless of how careful you are. If you are in a room facing the pool you have the delights of listening to the same 10 children’s songs every night. It is very loud.
The pool is lovely and large enough for everyone to enjoy and seems to be kept clean. The bar staff around the pool other than the manager do not seem to want to do anything that’s not easy. By not easy I mean make a coffee with a liqueur in it.
I am so glad we did not go all inclusive as it would have been a complete waste of money. The food is not good at all. I have resorted to tomatoes and feta cheese the times we have attempted to eat. Dinner I would liken to a school dinner it’s a buffet style with around 6 choices all overcooked or not what you would except it to be. Breakfast is like a cheap English breakfast with long waits for omelettes and toast. Absurd for a hotel of its size.
Location - it’s only a few minutes from the beach which is lovely and about a 25 minute walk (it’s hot so took a little longer) along the sea front to fig tree bay which is beautiful and there is a huge assortment of lovely places to eat. All budgets.
There are a number of other negative comments I could make re this hotel however I will leave it at
This hotel is certainly not worth the money and would never return.
This is our opinion

I don't know where to begin with this amazing place. First of all, the value for money was absolutely phenomenal. We had a half board service (bed, breakfast and dinner) and it was so worth it. Our room was absolutely great with a great view of the sea and the sorrounding areas (the sea can't be seen as well on the photos as it was in reality, it was on the right side of the balcony). The bathroom was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable, we also had a TV. Only little downside is the WiFi, which you have to pay about 24€ for 7 days, but it was really fast so it was worth it. The breakfast had many options to choose from, which don't usually change, but were all amazing. The dinner, however, was much more diverse as they would change the theme every night (for example, one night is Italian food night, then Greek/Cypriot food night etc.), and also had a kid's menu that was more or less the same every night, which i find great. The quality of the food on both breakfast and dinner was exquisite. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel itself is also great, about 2 minutes walk from the nearest beach and 15 seconds walk from the nearest supermarket. Overall, we enjoyed our stay more than we thought we would, and will definitely be coming back soon.
