Fantastic Hotel, the staff throughout the hotel were great. We stayed in the 1 bed self-catering accommodation, everything i needed to make it a great holiday. Great view from our balcony overlooking the nearby pine cliffs resort and the mountains in the distance. We only had the bar snacks to eat in the hotel, everything we had was so tasty. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel staff are fantastic and couldn't do enough for you. The only Downside is the food and the entertainment of which there's been none. We have come in March and it's not so Busy but we find the food is very underwhelming We hate to say it but it's the truth. Entertainment is non existent so that's a minus for us but the staff from the cleaners to the bar staff and restaurants staff have been lovely. Would give it another try and maybe come in the summer time to see if the food improves but we will see.

OMG, I can’t find any negative about this hotel. Went there in February-March with a friend. From the drivers to the receptionist to the waitresses and everyone was lovely and friendly. We didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was amazing and I could never miss breakfast. The whole place was clean. They had a shuttle to some locations. Would wish to come back again. Thank you all xx

Loved our stay here. Large , clean, comfortable rooms with big separate kitchen , bathroom, bedroom (really comfy bed) and living room. Balcony with 2 chairs and small table. All areas of hotel are well maintained and very clean. Staff are fantastic...friendly and helpful. Location suited us as we like it quiet with a 'local' feel rather than brash and busy. Plenty of good quality and value restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The lovely Falesia beach is 15 minutes walk , and pretty Olhos de Aqua 30 minutes - the hotel also offers an excellent free shuttle service to and from both during the day. We also went on free trips with the hotel shuttle to Albufeira, Villamoura, and Loule market. We stayed from 16 to 25 March and hotel was calm and quiet with little entertainment (perfect for us)- I imagine would have a different feel at busier times of year. We intend returning and would recommend to anybody with the only resevation that it may not suit if you are looking for a lively holiday in the midst of busy nightlife etc
