I have just come back from there and I can say I was so anxious to come here. The first day I went in for breakfast and was disappointed by the limited amount of options. There was no English breakfast, only some frankfurters and some egg that tasted like plastic. I was already looking for a new hotel! However my partner told me to give it a chance. Lunch was repetitive most days however I was able to find some grilled chicken and rice that I had most days. Dinner was also repetitive. I have attached some pictures of Dinner. The worst thing about this all inclusive is the flies. Nothing is covered up so we took any food from the bottom that flies wouldn't have touched. Not ideal but we were trying to make the best out of a bad situation. Sometimes.. they also do a kebab or other nice food out the back which we chose over the normal food many times. Snacks were burgers, chips and pizza. Someone is always cooking the snacks. I would say they are pretty decent and I really enjoyed the chips. The ice cream was limited options- vanilla and strawberry but was tasty. Drinks are limited to beer, wine, vodka, gin, white rum. Most drinks did not agree with me and there was no cocktails available unless using their local spirits which were not great. The pools were nice however we spent most of our time at the smaller pool near the shop which was free from children so was a nice place to chill. Also, easy to access the snacks on offer during the day. Staff are all very friendly in my opinion and the cleaner is lovely too. They do work very hard to make the resort a nice place. Entertainment is very limited. We see a michael Jackson tribute however he only danced. He was good but not what I was expecting. We ended up spending alot of time in oludeniz and hisaronu where we found some nice bars/restaurants. Also lovely for food and cocktails! Rooms were clean however very basic which will show in the pictures I've provided. The shower was lovely and hot although was weird that the water went into the plug out of the shower and down the drain next to the toilet 🥴 the beds were comfy and I got a good night sleep every night. Air conditioning worked well and really cooled down the room. There was a safe but it was a 2 tl charge each day so we didn't use it. Water is given every day by the cleaner which we stored in the fridge in the room. Excursions we did included the sunset boat trip, quad biking and Turkish bath which we purchased in oludeniz at easy riders. The man was very helpful. Sunset boat trip was our favourite.. 4 hours with bbq food, a stop to have a swim on a deserted beach and time to take pictures. Quad biking isn't worth the money. If you're going to do it, make sure it is the atv safari before purchasing as we paid for this and did not get what we paid for and then the guy at the quad bikes took pictures of us using his iPhone and tried to sell them to me for 10 pound🫠 Turkish bath was lovely for only 10 pound! Overall, I wouldn't visit the sunshine holiday resort again just because of the food and the drinks but if you have already booked, please don't feel anxious about coming. A holiday is what you make it and there is plenty to do around the area with a short taxi ride into Hisaronu or Oludeniz.

Visited in September 2023. This hotel is every bit of a 2 star accommodation, please do not be fooled by the 4 star rating and the supposed facilities and activities on offer, they are non existent. The hotel is situated further up a hill which is a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, the on-site supermarket is ridiculously expensive and has next to nothing on offer anyway, do not waste your time with it. However a short taxi ride costing approx £4 (120 Lira) is a small town called Hisaronu, it has a tourist built street with multiple bars, restaurants and shops, it’s a decent evening out and more in line to what you expect from a typical family holiday location. As for the Sunshine Holiday Resort, the all inclusive on offer is very limited, catered mainly for local tourism which is fine, we have to adapt but it is literally the same three choices every day, regardless as to whether it’s breakfast, lunch and dinner you have a choice of pasta, chips or a casserole. Unless you’re happy eating the same thing everyday, you’ll get fed up of the food very quickly. Another note is that the food is covered in flies, I get it, it’s a hot country but at least make the effort to cover up some food. The fruit is on the brink of rotting each time. The hotel rooms are very basic especially for the misleading advertised “4 star”. The beds are horrendous, to the point where it will impact your back after a few days. Our bathroom was ok, the shower was warm at least. During our stay, our bedding wasn’t changed once, we had one change of towels and one replenishment of toilet roll. The pool area is a hazard to younger children in particular, the ladders into the pool are broken, the tiles around the edge are extra slippy due to lack of maintenance. Kids Club is a tiny area in the corner but is always closed off, so that is non existent and there is no entertainment at all for kids. If you decide to stay around the complex then it might be a challenge to keep children entertained. The holiday was a lower budget week away so wasn’t expecting it to be the usual standard but I’m left very disappointed from my stay here, the negative reviews previously are spot on but as always, make up your own mind.

This is very much a Turkish hotel. Most of the guests are Turkish, so nearly all the food is Turkish. The rooms are clean, but don't expect a high quality, and you will find the bathrooms are a bit smelly. There are several pools with plenty of sunbeds. You will find that there are a lot of flies around the restaurant but this is to be expected in a warm country. The staff are friendly and very helpful. This is not a 4⭐️ hotel as you would expect in England. This hotel is quite a distance from the main town of Hisaronu, which offers lots of shops, bars, and restaurants as well as a main bus service to all the local tourist towns attractions. Would I come here again? No, I don't think so.

The hotel and staff are absolutely wonderful. The grounds are kept immaculate by the head gardener and staff. The reception staff were very knowledgable and helpful. I really have to say that the whole place is so clean and tidy. The service of our room each day was a joy to behold. The woman that cleaned up our messy room was so very happy, smiled a lot, and did an amazing job of sorting and tidying up. The beds were made up perfectly everyday. She made a special effort by making up the towels in our room with flowers on them. So cute. Her name is Aysun and she cleaned our room to perfection. I want to let her know that she really made my morning everyday with a smile or a hug. Some mornings there was some light singing going on too which was a joy. The only negative thing I have to say is that the beds are super hard. A fab resort, great food, caring staff, hardworking staff always made my day. Thank you. We hope to come back soon.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at Sunshine Holiday Resorts. The staff seemed perpetually moody, showing a complete lack of enthusiasm for their work. To make matters worse, the condition of the beds was appalling, with visible stains that appeared to be blood. The food was nothing short of revolting, leaving me with a queasy stomach throughout my stay. The pool area was a hazard, with dangerously dirty and slippery floors due to the negligence of the staff who failed to clean up the waterlogged mess. Overall, my visit to Sunshine Holiday Resorts was an unforgettable ordeal, and I would strongly advise against anyone subjecting themselves to such a subpar and unsanitary environment.
