We were greeted at Sunset Bay by extremely lovely staff. We were lucky enough to have a free room upgrade, which was amazing. The location of the hotel is literally perfect, the pools and facilities are amazing too. We'd like to extend our deepest gratitude to all the staff at Sunset Bay for making our holiday fabulous. Great self catering apartments with lots of on-site security for peace of mind. Apartments are clean with a filtration system to avoid carrying heavy bottles of water. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Two pools with varying entertainment for families. Lots of restaurants in and around the complex, again with lots of entertainment.

Trying to find the reception to check in was a little tough due to limited signs. Once checked in we were told that we were upgraded due to lack of studios. We thought this was great to begin with, until we saw the location of the room. Surrounded on all sides by bars with loud music/other guests all day and night, after ironically signing to say that we would not make any loud and disruptive noises after 10pm.. other than that, the room and service were well equipped and pleasant.

Stayed here between Christmas and New Year for a week. The room was lovely with the balcony having an incredible view. The facilities were good - with two pools available. The heated was much more pleasant than the non-heated but spent time around both. Would definitely stay here again!

Just arrived home. I'll start at the beginning....check in was easy and the reception team we're really nice and friendly. They even check in throughout the stay to make sure all is OK for you. The apartments were well equipped and spacious, we had a 2 bed 2 bath with dishwasher and everything you could need. Initially the cleanliness looked amazing but sadly there was broken glass under one of the twin beds that worked its way out and I trod on it a few days into holiday. However, when reported it was dealt with quickly. The cleaners came on our third day and they did a fairly good job but not brilliant. They also came the day before we left and on the morning of packing up I noticed a couple of towels and some bedding had marks on them (not made by us) but all in all it was OK. The apartments are close to the bars, restaurants and other facilities and there are some on site too. There's also a couple of pools. All in I would recommend Sunset bay club and we had a very enjoyable holiday.
