We were very pleased with all the services that we received, from the staff of the Resort.
The food was great, although I would recommend not to use so much flour when preparing creamy soups. Not all cream soups include flour, but in some, such as potato cream soup, or seafood cream soup, I think it is added, but it's just my opinion. I'm not an expert.
We also liked to see that you have an internal inspector, who we accidentally noticed checking the quality of cleaning, which your employees performed, the arrangements on the table, the arrangements of the food on the plates, he took notes and took pictures of everything think it could be improved.
We really liked the location and where we stayed, because we were close to all the facilities you offer.
The cleanliness and kindness of the cleaning staff was also exemplary.
The cleanliness in the room and bathroom was exemplary. It could be hidden more and under the beds. What I would recommend, but also, it depends on the budget, if you are willing, to put some mosquito nets, on the doors/or preferably on the windows of the room, if they can be opened, because it is cheaper. For people who can't stand air conditioning, it would be ideal, because overnight it is cooler and they can then sleep with the windows open. The vast majority of your customers are families with children, I think around 90%, and even though we used mosquito creams and sprays, we still had the displeasure of being bothered by them, especially our boy. But it's just an idea and maybe you won't take anything into account from what I wrote here.
I would recommend, one more aspect, that if the clients of the resort still forget their towels, on the deckchair, at the beach, in the evening, somehow there should be a way to retrieve them in the morning. I understood that some customers could take the towels with them, and that's why there is a penalty of 200 Egyptian pounds, but my wife and I were even present at an event, where one of the employees took the towels on time 18.30, and handed them over to the towel center near the beach.
Therefore, it is clear that there was no bad intention on the part of the customers who forgot the towels, and the towels were not lost, but recovered by one of the employees, who anyway checks all the sunbeds and arranges them in the morning, so nothing is lost .
It's just an idea, that for 2 towels the respective penalty is 10 dollars, it's really not much, but whatever you're forced to pay, it bothers you... it's something else, when you give with pleasure, with love.
And we really liked that it is very clean, on the beach, and the arrangement of the sunbeds, the fact that the beach is cleaned and the fact that there are those dividers that protect the sand from coming on you when the wind blows.
I would also recommend, when you can and will have provided in the budget, to replace the sunbeds that are damaged - but as I said, everyone knows their budget and expenses, it's just a recommendation.
You are very well organized from our point of view, as well as a summary of our stay.
The resort is close to many points of attraction and objectives to visit.
We will definitely come back.

Everything is perfect ! Our room cleaning person Ali was wonderful and very nice, our room was always prepared for us with water,drinks and towel figures. The food in the main restaurant is very very good. The other restaurants don’t bring anything special.We will definitely come back.

Our stay was wonderful and amazing. I love everything in this resort starting from the great welcoming, speedy check in, allowing me to choose my room location, daily variety of food and beverages, the cleanliness, the animation team to their caring for every detail in our staying there. Even my children were extremely happy and excited about everything there. I can’t find the words to express my gratitude and thankfulness.
Truly thank you from the heart, it isn’t my first stay in this resort and it will not be the last.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sunrise Garden Beach, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our stay in Room 2312 was nothing short of delightful, thanks to the impeccable service and attention to detail provided by the staff.
Upon entering our room, we were immediately impressed by its cleanliness and inviting atmosphere. Mohamed, our dedicated housekeeper, deserves special recognition for his outstanding work. Not only did he ensure that every corner of the room was spotless, but he also went above and beyond to decorate the space for our children. Their faces lit up with joy when they saw the special touches Mohamed had added, and their smiles never faded throughout our stay.

We had a great time in sunrise garden beach, the staff was the best.
Starting from the people at the bar, to the animation team, even the lifeguards made our stay just that much more special!
The food tasted great, there was something new on the menu everyday and everything was fresh.
The rooms were clean and well taken care of.
I would like to thank the team for the amazing time. We hope to see you in the future
