Stayed here for a week all inclusive. Reception staff are very rude and do not want to help you with anything. If you are having food here make sure you get to breakfast, lunch & dinner at start of opening as they will not top up food like other hotels with all inclusive options. The so called 'snack bar' is like a dogs dinner, make sure you avoid this. Rooms are all outdated from the 80's and need an urgent modernising. Our room had multiple stains on the mattress, dirt and old food from previous guests moulding in the corner. Rough British crowd here, very Benidorm vibes. On our second last night 3 welsh ladies had a scrap at the pool bar, right next to the kids play area. Sadly the rough British crowd make the atmosphere at this hotel uncomfortable, not sure how the Turkish staff put up with them.

Arrival: excellent.
Porter service: excellent
Room: clean. Right at the back of the complex. Tiny balcony, no direct sunlight at any time of day,but it is October, so maybe different in the summer. Bathroom clean at the start, but not well cleaned from daily dirt. Shower tray was black in the corners, so cleaning hasn't been regular over the years, and very it's dated, in need of renovation.
Beds hard, but clean. 2 pillows. 1 sheet 1 blanket, 1 8-tog duvet quite stained, obviously doesn't get washed between guests. No cover provided, so that's not really acceptable. Ok, overall, though.
Toiletries provided and refreshed on demand. We tipped the cleaner so she then started replenishing without us asking and made the bed up nicer, with flower petals, etc.
Adult pool bar staff were excellent - service with a smile every time. Main bar ok, but less of a smile. Ok in general. Drinks not watered-diwn, like we hear about in so many places.
Restaurant: food is excellent with a wide choice - seems to be different themes every night, but you must get along early to get a wide choice, especially at dinner. For example, if you don't collect your desserts quickly then the best ones will all be gone by the time it's desert time.
Snack bar: pizza is excellent - we frequently missed lunch (ends at 1400) so enjoyed pizza with chips to keep us going until 1900, when dinner starts.
Drinks: very high standard with brands used throughout. A wide range of cocktails were excellent. Bottled water was provided throughout the hotel.
Gym: basic. 30kg X 2 barbell, treadmills, 10kg dumbbells, so ok.
Games room: ok
Entertainment: in 14 nights there have been two excellent, one mediocre and one fairly poor show.
Location: excellent. Away from the strip so not kept up with the music which is very loud, as everyone else says.
Blue lagoon beach: free bus takes you to and from the beach. Sunbeds are provided free of charge but have to pay for everything there, but prices are very reasonable - £1 for a coffee or Coke for example. It's great that it's the furyhest-away lagoon beach - very quiet, felt quite priveliged to be there.

Awful hotel, wrong room issued, Eleanor guest relations manager is definitely in the wrong job, rude unhelpful and fabricates up stories. Would not return for free. So many other guests complaining about dirty rooms, air conditioning not working etc. Our room was like a sweat box, had to sleep with a damp towel on me to keep cool.
After sun city responded, it has been taken over by sundia liberty, it will be a great hotel, I have stayed in several of their hotels in olu dinez, and they are fantastic. Will be happy to return knowing this.

I came in 2022 summer, everything about the hotel was great. The drinks, the food was ok but the standout was the entertainment team they were amazing. I have only come in 2023 to find out they have been sacked. The new entertainment team are absolutely poor, no enthusiasm, always on their phones, they start activities and walk away as soon as it starts. The entertainment manager is just as bad, he was rude to a customer and is poor at managing his team. He seems to not care in the slightest about sticking to the timetable of activities and keeping it consistent. I was so disappointed when coming back to this hotel as it was so amazing on my first holiday. I will definitely not be coming back

Great hotel, Great Staff, Eleanor is a star always walking around talking to guests and giving great advice on things to do and go. Great location a 3 min walk from the strip. Rooms are clean, pools are great little cold in May but you soon get used to it. Gonna look to book for next year enjoyed it that much.
