It was a nice hotel. The check-in was very quick and smooth. it was nice of them to give an early check-in at 12 noon on a higher floor. The room was a normal standard one. The view from balcony was quite good. Since we stayed only for one night and left early morning next day, we could not use various facilities of the hotel. Its location was very good, very close to the beach and promenade. Worth staying...

We choice this hotel to celebrate our anniversary and must say the Management and staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel is situated in a nice location with short walk to the sea and major supermarket. There was good choice for evening meals, the only thing I would say that they did not have a dress code which made it less special, unlike you would dressed up to go for a meal out to a restaurant. The pool are was nice and not too busy, but the only issue we had was the pool side attendant was not very good,he lost our ticket for the towels and than when I told me about some German girls smoking at the pool side he didn't do anything and it made unpleasant for us to relax and catch the sun. I would have given it 5* if the pool attendance was more attentive.
All in all a very decent hotel to stay in.

Very disappointed because there's a hot weather and the room doesn't have a fridge....and how it's possible to have breakfast and dinner but you still have to pay for your drinks? If you want to park your car in a safe place there is an extra charge to do it in the hotels car park. Adding everything extra charged you'll have a very expensive holiday

We stayed here 24 Feb - 2 March, and had a lovely stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, all the places of interest like the Loro Parque, the orchid garden and the botanical garden are all within walking distances, which are beautiful walks. There’s a small shopping centre nearby too, as well as other little shops. There are so many restaurants nearby too.
Our room was small but comfortable, and needs a little spruce up, the armchairs & chair (also stained) were quite frayed and worn out on the fabric. There isn’t a kettle in the room, but this is stated quite clearly on the room information when you book, so we brought our own travel kettle. The beds and pillows were very comfy.
We only had breakfast included in our stay, and we didn’t think much of it. It was more or less the same every day, and the quality of it wasn’t that great. We didn’t use the outside pool, as the weather wasn’t the best whilst we were here, but it looked like it would be great for a dip when it’s warm. We booked to use spa facilities, it was €18 each but I don’t think the hotel should charge that much. The pool was nice and small, so it could book up quickly. There was a sauna and steam room that were nice. You also only had 90 minutes there. We also booked for a relaxing massage for 50 minutes, this was €75 each. It was a lovely treatment but we thought the room was too bright and harsh with the natural lighting, so it didn’t feel as relaxing, in comparison to previous experiences. Treatments also needed booking which were usually quite full.
There was evening entertainment on nearly every evening.

Thoroughly enjoyed a week at the Sol Atlantis. Rooms good, cleaning excellent and the food buffet (for both breakfast and dinner) was among the best I have experienced. Pool is close on 25 metres meaning you can have a proper swim. Health spa on roof another plus.
