There are quite a few things that ruined my experience here:
I asked for a napkin at breakfast and was told there was no more. I asked again and had to force the waiter to get me one. I don't understand why everyone at this hotel makes you beg for just normal things...
I told them beforehand that we are disabled and they gave us one of the furthest rooms in the hotel from the entrance/exit.
The room wasn't prepared for 3 even though I told them there would be 3 guests. No additional single bed provided, I had to request by call.
The light bulb was broken, they "fixed" it and then it dropped on my head whilst using the bathroom. Only after complaining twice and speaking to the director was it fixed.
The outdated furniture has large dark stains on it.
The iron doesn't work at all.
The phone is also temperamental, only working on occasion and always busy.
You must request valet constantly, they are never prepared or willing to park your car.
The room service is mostly late or non existent. I requested tea and never received it even though I requested it more than 4 times.
Sockets are unstable, falling out of the wall.
Customer service skills have been inconsistent. Quite a few people do not know how to handle a guests experience or impression of the hotel.
Tried to charge me more than what was confirmed, had I not confirmed the price by email beforehand i would have been accused of lying.
Ate at the restaurant and could not sleep, it is the only place in my two weeks in morocco that has given me stomach problems to the point that I can't sleep.
After 1 hour of waiting for a wheelchair to be provided I rang room service again and reception to find out where it was. I had to re-request it because they had ignored it. This has happened through out the stay. Consistently forgetting and making us wait for requests that never make it. Terrible service.
This hotel is supposed to be luxury but I have yet to see the luxury to it. The hotel severely lacks staff, there is not enough guards or valet or kitchen staff available. I'm constantly waiting on service but they're backed up by other requests when the hotel isn't even at 50% capacity
Made me sign a waiver and told me off for ordering food from outside when their food made me sick. I've never felt so unwanted in a hotel before. It's like they don't want you to come back?
I tried to check out early for obvious reasons but spent 2-3 hours arguing with staff about additional costs. They made a mistake and were trying to make me pay for it. In the end they did not overcharge me but it was only after 2 hours of back and forth that they finally took responsibility of their mistake. The person that dealt with my complaint was Fatima in the main reception. She was very accommodating and polite when we were leaving but unfortunately it was at the very end of our holiday and my money was wasted on a terrible experience.

I really like this place. The staff are lovely, it's completely relaxing. The pool areas are beautiful. In my opinion there are two areas where it could improve. 1. The bar plays dance club music, it was loud, not relaxing and not my thing. To be fair, not wanting to be in that space when that was playing probably saved us a lot of money in drinks. 2. There are 3 evening eating locations. 1 being buffet with the other two serving tapas. I'm not a big buffet fan and I don't enjoy tapas so that left evening meals pretty limited. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyable.

Great hotel. But won’t be returning as the boom boom music originating from the dining room and bar area ruins the carefully nurtured peaceful garden areas. We have a week left but doubt we can stay the course. I note others have remarked on this. Otherwise great. Shame.

They did not have electrical charger for my electrical car as they had said in advance.
The hotel is old.
