We have just returned after a 14 day all inclusive holiday at the Sheraton Miramar Resort.The quality of service and helpfulness from all staff was superb. The quality and variety food and drinks was amazing, many of the cooked dishes were prepared to your requests in front of you and variety of salads and pastries was fantastic. Beautiful gardens and lagoons linked the hotel accommodations, which made walking around a pleasure.

We visited the Sheraton today and had the most incredible experience. Mahmoud took great care of us at the relaxation beach (so peaceful and quiet). We were looked after excellently by Adel at the pool proving gluten free lunch for me and my sister. May and Teresa organized a massage and spa access for me at the last minute. And last but not least Mr Khaled who was great company throughout! We felt so looked after. The grounds are huge, 42 acres but only 330 apartments so although the hotel was full it felt very spacious and never too busy. The pool is so warm, like relaxing in a bath, and the beach was peaceful and refreshing. I recommend at least visiting for the day pass if you are not staying but would be an amazing place to stay if you are able to.

Okay so first off it is a bit of a trek from Hurghada airport approx 40 minutes but hey it's a great relaxing hotel, even on the 14th march when there was a power cut during the evening meal the staff and management coped very well. Recommend going on the pedalos round the estuaries and channels of the hotel, my wife was informed the hotel is approximately 26 years old - it doesn't show it. Had most of our lunches at the beach bar, once again staff and food very good, my wife and I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now, once was over Christmas and it was way too busy but hey it's to be expected at that time, we will definitely come back (but not at Christmas) - oh we asked reception for keeping the room on one member of staff told us €60 until 6pm and when we later went to confirm we were told €50 until 5pm hmm confused, thought it would be one standard price and time but hey sure it will get sorted. Oh our room was approx here https://w3w.co/unobtrusive.nerves.snag It was a single storey, quiet setting on the lagoon, only issue maintenance could do with rodding the shower drain, took an age to drain apart from that room was very nice and the cleaner did a great job. Okay so in the restaurant in the morning you will find a great innovation; separate fried egg area to the omelette area thus reducing queues great idea (very cheerful lady on the fried egg area). My wife went on the garden tour which was very informative, lovely knowledgeable staff and good addition to the entertainment programme. As I am generally one for being bitten by pesky Egyptian insects I have escaped Scot free, is this due to the lack of grass one wonders 🤔 Ps another power outage during breakfast 16th march for about 1/2 hour big cheer when it comes back on, but hey these things happen. Internet speed more than adequate throughout the hotel (from reception through to the beach) for surfing, no Watts app calls, they are blocked.

Absutely not worth a 5-star rating! Max 3 stars. POSITIVE: + All waiters at the pool + All waiters in the testaurant, but... + Hardest worker; Mr Samir + Friendliest: Mr Elsayed + Also thx to: Mr Khalid at reception Desk, miss Maria - Guest reletions ++ Great thanks to our perfect housekeeper, Mr Mohamed. ++ Renovated room with a nice view and balcony. NEGATIVE: - - Rude teceptionist who checked us in which wasn´t a nice start of our holliday. - - 3 weeks of loud noise of drilling and sawing because of constructionworks everywhere! - - - Food is verry disapointing with no variations... every day, lunch, diner: steamed vegetables, chicken, fisch, chicken, fish and so on. Even the burgers were chicken! - - - we love giving tips on all the staff, even gardeners. But... not when we are forced to! => rude blackmailing poolboys/lifeguards, they put you under pressure to give a tip every day. Once he even threatened not to give us a towel. - We paid for a renovated room, but they wanted to charge $15/night extra because there was an Ironing board and an Nespresso machine in the room😄. Wait for the climax now... the Nespresso machine had 4!!! capsules for our 3weeks stay. If we wanted an extra capsule, we had to pay extra! (Yes we had ALL INN!). Make sure you don´t come late (8Pm) at the restaurant because most of the food is already gone.

Amazing rooms with perfect view I went in my summer vacation and I hope I can come again next year the buffet is the best part plus the morning walk to get there (only 5 minuets away)
