I cannot praise the hotel staff highly enough. Jackie and Daniel and the other reception staff were amazing! My dad was rushed in for surgery whilst on holiday with some family and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me coming to see my dad at short notice. I honestly cannot thank them enough - amazing staff who deserve recognition! They looked after us all so well. Jackie gave me her email address so I can check in with them on how my mum and dad are as they need to stay on until he is fit to fly. The hotel itself is lovely, clean and all staff were great- going the extra mile to help, the food was delicious too. I will definitely be back under better circumstances. Thank you so much!!

Just spent five days and could not fault this hotel, the staff are all friendly and helpful, specially Ingrid behind the bar.
Rooms spotless as is the whole hotel, breakfast good.
Plenty of sunbeds and bar prices as low as the cheap bars.
Note, we chose this hotel because it had advertised on holiday sites that it doesn't accept groups as in stags hens etc. But we did have 2 large male groups stay and it does change the dynamics.
Just something to keep in mind but would not put us off staying again.

Also the room staff and bar staff were polite and efficient!
Only suggestion please stock Guinness in cans, as the bottles you sell are different drinks!

Absolutely spotless, all staff were amazing, so courteous and helpful.
Only negative was the blind across the balcony doors didn’t work. I never used it anyway, so didn’t affect my stay.

Booked 7 nights direct through Servigroup website, best price guaranteed, you can book B&B, half or full board. We choose full board as it wasn't much more expensive and requested high floor. Safe is free as Is wi-fi throughout the hotel. First drink from bar is free. Free return airport transfer if you book 5 nights or more. Free invite to Benidorm palace for those booking 3 nights or more. The show was superb. Free Servigroup beach/ pool bags. We also received free tickets to the Benidorm F.C. game at 12 on the Sunday, ( Servigroup a main sponsor) great atmosphere and a 3-1 victory. We had flights booked thru Tui which were on time, on arrival at airport we went down to minus 2 as advised on email from Beniconnect to be directed to minibus, 10 people were on, we waited on another couple and left within 10 mins. We were 2nd drop outside hotel, took 50 mins. Also received an email day before departure informing pick up time. Now for the hotel itself. We had a warm friendly greeting from Jackie and Daniel on reception. Daniel is Spanish and Jackie English who has lived in Spain for 37 years and worked with Servigroup for 12 years, she has a wealth of knowledge anything you need to know or require she can help. It's amazing for a hotel to have as many repeat guests as we met here. We received high floor as requested floor 10 of 11, room spotless clean overlooking Rio Park hotel, also had fridge which was well utilised with water, coke and beer. Plenty of storage space, good sized bathroom with good walk in shower. All rooms have electric shutters which definitely keep the early morning sun out. Loads of English channels on TV. Lovely lady cleaned room and fresh towels daily. I'm sure her name is Konchi, great worker. Restaurant opening times 8 - 10, 1 - 3, 7 - 9. First time we were greeted by Alfonso who took our room number. We ordered a bottle of 50cl water cost 1.30 euros, great value for a hotel. The hotel only has 132 rooms so the restaurant, pool area and communal areas are not overcrowded or manic. Hotel toilets and pool area have room key access. Back to the restaurant the food is excellent with plenty of choice and All Staff are cheerful. Overall a wonderful stay would highly recommend and will definitely be back. 5 - 10 mins from nightlife and quiet at night. Everyone of the staff are a credit to the hotel. Keep up the great work
