Ants everywhere, thin walls and rude staff.
We came in during the evening and we could already expect that the walls would be an issue - which didn't bother us much because on the first night we were tired and the second night everything was very quiet but the mornings are the worse, the cleaning staff definitely loves a good push around the furniture - which would make you expect that every room is very clean (which is not). From hairs in the beds to bins not changed, the cleaning experience could've been better. Now for the ants!! - it's everywhere. Creeping out from the bathroom floors to every part of the bedroom. We found ants walking on the bed, shower, bathroom floor, bedroom floor - even on our bags. We recorded everything and went to the reception to ask for a new room to which was denied and said someone would clean it up. The snarky remark in Spanish, expecting that none of us would speak Spanish was the most rude experience we've had so far in Spain. Laughing at us because we wanted to change rooms and making remarks to each other was extremely unprofessional. After asking for a complaint book, the lady gave us a paper and after we acknowledge the remarks made in Spanish, they offered a new room, where the youth is, which was already loud so we requested for the cleaning products to the cleaning staff directly - and, not by surprise, she had a bug spray at hand (which makes it obvious it's a known issue but they just ignore it).
Really cheap for a good holiday, nice facilities for the price - but you'd be best of expecting the bare minimum.

The included food is a great deal. The breakfast was ridiculously crowded and poorly organized, but the dinner was awesome. The hotel itself is nothing special, but decent enough.
The staff at the front desk is remarkably unfriendly. They even charged me 3 euros to print 2 ferry tickets (2 pages, black and white).
Mallorca is really pretty, but the area surrounding this hotel is unremarkable at best.

I stayed at this hotel for about 6 days, and we arrived and we already had the parking problem, Google says that there is parking, but in fact there is not. We arrived, checked in and went up to the room, the room was very dirty, the entire interior floor including the very dirty access corridor. the next day in the morning we asked the reception to clean our room including the floor because it was black with dust. We came back and everything was clean, but the air conditioning was no longer working, we made a complaint and technically it would be resolved, so we left and when we returned the bathroom was all dirty, with the air filter inside and the room dirty due to the “repair” that did not work , we went down and made another complaint and they said that they would do the repair again, the technician said that it did not work. We chose to wait until the next day, in the morning we spoke to the reception again (a receptionist was extremely rude) and he said he didn't know about what happened. we went back and then another person went up to check supposedly you have to leave the air on all the time for it to work (here's the tip), and then after hours on it worked, as we were almost finishing our daily rate we decided not to change rooms. The only thing that is really worth it is breakfast, because during the night we heard people running and screaming, others knocking on doors at dawn, a lack of organization that in fact would not make me return to the hotel.

The mass handling of the large hotel is especially noticeable at breakfast and also at the pool. The staff is only partially friendly. Towels are sometimes fully filled at will, sometimes only partially replenished. The wear and tear is very obvious in the rooms, in the bathroom, in the pool, in the elevator... pretty much everywhere.
If you plan a party holiday where you are really only to sleep in the hotel, it would be an option, but not at these prices.
The way to the megapark is about half an hour on foot. (With the Bierkönig you have to add 5 minutes). The path leads largely along the promenade and can be managed very well.
There is neither a refrigerator nor a safe in the booking. However, you can book a safe for a daily surcharge, but it is very small.
The selection at breakfast is very basic and the rolls are super dry.

I recommend this place. Stayed here for 3 nights and the staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a great location. There is loads of choice at breakfast and the food is very nice. We arrived early and before check in and the staff were very accommodating and even let us have breakfast whilst we were waiting for our room.
