Honestly hell on earth. Stains on the sheets, no cleaner for 2 weeks, no fresh towels, bugs/mosquitos everywhere. They also fine you for everything so be very very careful. Also when arriving your slapped with a nice greeting with one of the ladies which they inform you of everything you'll be paying for €40 tourist tax plus over €200 for the all inclusive which for me was 3 hours a day drinks that's all. Stay well away

Perfect party hotel but don’t be expecting luxury, the hotel basically has no rules and is full of 18-22 year olds partying. The rooms did look like the pictures but are in need of a serious clean especially the bathroom which was grim. ‘Cleaners’ came twice during our weeks stay but all they did was replenish the towels or should I say the bath mats they gave us to dry ourselves with. You had to ask for toilet roll at reception every time which was very inconvenient. The Savvas pool wasn’t the nicest, water very murky however we used the pool across the road at Aeon hotel which was much nicer. The wrist bands were good value for money as we got 3 hrs of free drinks per day for €120 for the week. The location was good close by to restaurants and bars and the main strip was about a 10/15 min walk. Staff weren’t very helpful and quite rude.
Be careful at the end of your stay as they will try and charge you for anything broken/damaged in the room, they tried charging us for a chair that was already broken but luckily we had taken a pic of it at the beginning of our stay to prove it wasn’t us. We payed for AC for the week which worked fine for us. Overall if you are looking for a girls/boys party trip away that is cheap and basic this is it

Arrived at hotel, greeted by very friendly blonde lady at reception who explained to us everything we needed to know upon arrival. However not even 10 minutes into being there we were charged €100 which we were not made aware of prior and also had to pay for aircon which wasn’t the issue. When we got into our room we had 5 singles bed instead of the advertised double beds and every single bed was stained, had dead bugs on among loads of other things. The toilet roll holder just falls of the wall, have to ask I’m reception for toilet roll as soon as you run out, the shower was disgusting, tiles where black and covered in bugs as is the rest of the bathroom itself. Upon leaving the bathroom you have the kitchen area which looks nothing like the photos, the sink was covered in staining and dirty marks, handle stained blue and inside the cupboards was cutlery and mugs just thrown everywhere, spiders in the cupboard and the mini fridge had such a strong stench we couldn’t even open it. The room itself was disgusting, black foot marks all over the walls, black and dirty stuff on the floors, pillows were mouldy. The air conditioning did not even work and that wasn’t even the worst part. For the whole night we had people right outside of our balcony doing drugs, drinking and playing loud music until 4 in the morning and even the receptionist were joining in! We felt super unsafe and uncomfortable and couldn’t even speak to the staff there because of the fact they join in! The whole place is infested with ants and bugs, dirt etc and definitely recommend anyone staying here to get tested for diseases after. All the staff there are rude and obnoxious apart from one part time blonde lady who is lovely. Went away for a nice week in the sun and now leaving with relief and never wanting to come back. Never wished a holiday to be over so fast. Would give 0 stars if I could

It's a wonderful place for young people to let their hair down and go mental. The owners maria and deena are the most wonderful and kindest people you will meet. They cannot do enough for their clients. They made my trip to zante extra. The staff they employ are so nice and so accommodating and make you feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you are ready to have a wild time you will not be disappointed.

After staying here I need to get tested for chlamydia, syphillis, hand foot and mouth, and probably a few other things. Me and my friends stayed here for a girls holiday and we felt like we were living in something from the holocaust. The sheets were stained (probably poo), the whole room stank, the floor was also covered in a weird stickiness so if staying here buy protective footwear beforehand unless you’re fine with a tetanus shot. During our week stay we got our room “cleaned” once after asking numerous times although they shouldn’t have bothered. 3 towels to do a group of girls for a week - you wouldn’t have wanted to smell them on day 7. The pool area isn’t too bad aslong as you don’t get in the pool with an open wound as it would probably lead to sepsis. We also weren’t told that we would be sharing our room with a family of ants who loved us so much they came home with us in our suitcase. Overall if you’re planning on staying here don’t waste your money and just sleep on the streets instead. I may be home now but part of me has been left in that hotel
room of Savvas De Mar.
