Beautiful hotel our sea view room was gorgeous and came with our own sunbeds. Food was extremely good and catered for everyone's different tastes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is built on different levels so you can either walk down different levels of steps but there are lifts to all levels as well. Right on beach which is beautiful white sand and you can walk for miles. This hotel is beautiful, light, airy, modern and beds are so comfortable. There are plants everywhere and top pool not heated but great to cool down in. Bottom pool is heated and salt water and about 2 minute walk from here is the beach.

Overall, it's a pretty good hotel, however there are a lot of things that could be improved. I would not come back there, as this hotel gives a feeling of factory, they focus on quantity, not quality. Starting with the pros: 1) The hotel is located just in front of the beach, if you pay extra you can have a nice ocean view from the room. 2) Great selection of food at dinner, desserts and starters were especially good when it comes to main courses it was a lottery (sometimes it was very good, other times uneatable). 3) Rooms are very spacious and have everything you need. Now let's move on to the cons: 1) The biggest shame is that you have to pay extra basically for everything: water at the dinner - you have to pay, big sun beds with ocean view - you have to pay, tennis rockets and balls - you have to pay, towels for the pool - you have to pay. It doesn't look very good, no one uses all the paid facilities. 2) Many hotel staff do not speak English, it was sometimes a problem to get warm milk for the coffee. They behave very loud especially maids and people who take care of cutlery in the restaurant. However they seem to be kind and helpful. 3) Parking is another disadvantage of this hotel. There are only few spots in front of the building. Usually you will need to park on the street, good luck if you forget something from your car (it will take a lot of time to go back there and take it). 4) We booked a room with ocean view, it turned out we got swimming pool view. It was not possible to get a room which we actually booked as it was occupied. Also keep in mind that if you need something from the reception they will not come to your room - they will not even propose that as they expect you to come and pick up what you need - again it takes a lot of time to get to the reception. 5) Breakfast - not many healthy options, it is also not possible to order fresh omelette with vegetables, no coffee machine. What more there is a huge waste of food and water - we saw a waitress turning on the water tap and letting it run for 5 minutes, it also a standard to throw away full cartons of milk that had been served to customers a minute earlier. 6) Few times we saw cockroaches and rats by the pool.

We had a lovely stay here. The beach is stunning and so clean and the water is beautiful. I loved this hotel! Really quiet and peaceful! Plenty of sunbeds with a gorgeous heated pool. There isn’t much around here but that suited us as it’s so quiet and access to the amazing beach makes it worth it! We were only bed & breakfast so we turned right onto the beach and had much at the Chringuito Pirate which was gorgeous! A rocky walk so take shoes but easily accessible if you can walk over the rocks! A brilliant stay and the staff are all amazing. It’s impeccably clean! Spotless!!!!! I would definitely return!

Staff: the receptionist who assisted me with the check in was impolite and unprofessional. The cleaning service was kinder than the customer service. Breakfast: many options and from them, the bakery, nuts, seeds and toppings were good but the cooked food was tasteless. Rooms: clean and comfortable. I missed to have an iron. Location: good.

The hotel is charming but slightly outdated. While it may not be a five-star establishment, the food is of good quality. However, the buffet style is somewhat old-fashioned. Although there is a pizza restaurant, it requires an additional fee. It would be advantageous to offer one night in the restaurant for guests on half board. The room we occupied exhibited signs of age. There was a limited selection of English-language television channels, primarily news channels. The staff in the buffet appeared to be under pressure, possibly due to insufficient staffing. Nevertheless, they provided commendable service. There was an elderly couple who seemed to be employees, but their primary activity appeared to be observing the diners. The older woman occasionally interfered with the working staff, leading to disruptions. They would then become bored and sit down to eat. This behavior seemed peculiar for a five-star hotel, but the overall experience was still enjoyable. The cleaning staff was pleasant, but they were inconsistent in replenishing coffee and sugar supplies. Additionally, it is uncertain whether the bedding was changed or merely made up. Furthermore, the entertainment options were not arranged in a manner that allowed all guests to fully enjoy them, resulting in a lack of atmosphere. Cava was offered sporadically during odd nights and mornings.
