Good hotel! Suitable for the whole family. The rooms are good and big. There is everything from a pharmacy to grocery stores nearby.

I last stayed here in 2018 and liked its position on the coast near Limassol with a nice beach, good food and access to pleasant sea edge walks. Coming back in 2024 I find it very much renovated and the rooms, which though not big are very functional and really exploit the fabulous sea views. I came on business but I wished it was leisure.

Had a great time here for a long weekend in February! Weather was fab for two days, less good for the other two, but the indoor pool was great and heated :) Special shout out to Mohammed for a very professional check in, and Rafael for superb restaurant service. But everyone was lovely. They have a few in house restaurants. All bar one require booking and that's not my style, so I skipped them. But the one that didn't was actually really great, much better than (for example) the Syrian restaurant opposite. This was our fave place to eat at in Cyprus, which is unusual to say for a hotel. We had a sea view but actually the other side of the hotel has great views of the hills in the distance too. They also provided us with two birthday cakes!! And balloons. Free parking, plenty of it (in February). Slight gripe is that the double room is two single beds with a gap, but it's no big deal. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly, food was great. Very nice Pool area and a wonderful private beach! Absolutely wonderful hotel overall!

During our recent stay at the resort, we had the absolute pleasure of frequenting the pool bar, where we were served by the most delightful people. We have to admit that Evangelos was amazing from the moment we approached the bar, his warm smile and infectious energy set the tone for a truly memorable experience. Moreover, another great person - Panagioni went above and beyond to ensure that each drink was tailored to our preferences. Whether it was a busy afternoon or a quiet evening, they consistently delivered exceptional service with a smile, making us feel truly valued as guests. They not only served good drinks but also created memorable moments that we will cherish for years to come. Please make sure that they will receive recognition for the energy they are putting into this work and astounding service. Form the other hand the bar in the lounge, was the opposite of the nice experience, the bartenders there were mostly rude and acted like they did not want to be there, besides the one in glasses who was friendly and happy to help. When it comes to the hotel itself, it was clean, the food was delightful as we were on ultra all-inclusive we also had an opportunity to visit Greek and Japanese restaurants. Both of them had special all-inclusive menus which we highly recommend. However, please be careful and take receipts if you order something outside this menu as we were told we had not paid at the end of our stay and it brought unnecessary stress which turned out was a "system issue". Moreover, another unpleasant situation we had was with a receptionist with glasses who misinformed us about the minibar, we were told at the beginning of our stay that due to ultra all-inclusive, it is free of charge. Imagine our surprise when we received the information that we needed to pay an extra 50 euros for it. Fortunately, another receptionist I think her name was Dana showed great professionalism and talked to her manager about it, and due to misinformation the cost was waived. Thank you once again for that! Overall we do recommend the hotel mostly because of the two gentlemen I mentioned in the meeting, they made our stay great. I think the staff is reflecting on the experience you have with the hotel itself and they definitely deserve a raise.
