All aspects of this hotel were outstanding! We had an issue with our room (leaking water from above) within minutes the handyman was at the door and because it couldn't be fixed right away reception were on the phone promptly saying they were going to move us and gave us the choice of 2 rooms and a bottle of fizz thrown in as well.. The service from reception was first class as was the cleaning and bar staff! We were full board, the food at all mealtimes was very good, fresh, hot, and a good variety something to satisfy all pallets. A bonus was having 'English' sausages and bacon at breakfast! The staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and extremely hard working. There is also an entertainment venue on the lower floor of the hotel where they have a good variety of tribute and comedy acts, great if you don't fancy venturing out one night! Great location for the beach, bars, restaurants, the indoor market and 'the strip'. Overall we had a great stay and I will definitely go back.

We only stopped by here for the drinks and a blanket to keep me warm last week in march it was cold. We were served by Becky and Davide what a good team. Coming back end of May for a week with immediate family. See you soon

First time in this hotel and you cannot fault it.the place is spotless the food is excellent the staff are friendly and very helpfully especially David behind the bar the entertainment was brilliant we loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone.
